A beautiful historic home in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it for a get away to Tucson.

Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven.

All one level. Bed was very comfortable. Free parking was a real bonus. Staff were very attentive! Breakfast yogurt left out was warm.

Lovely house, beautiful pool area that felt like quiet old Hollywood luxury. Yummy breakfast. As long as you are good with very slightly less privacy that comes with sharing common areas (all rooms have their own bath), this is a charming and historic and magical place to stay.

Super clean hotel, friendly staff, and an amazing place overall. I didn’t give 5 stars because the hotel doesn’t have a flexible policy for flight cancellations, and I had to pay the full amount for the night.

Great historic building well and authentically maintained As a historical building it obvious has space limitations like smaller bathrooms. But the quaintness made up for all superficial deficiencies.

I don't know where to start! Everything! The Inn was perfection! The rooms were charming. The history of the building and all the work that has gone into maintaining the authenticity, fascinating. We met one of the owners who was lovely and engaging. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Breakfast was all homemade and deelish! Three of the rooms were occupied but we couldn't hear a thing from any of them. I can't wait to return. Location was within walking distance of Tucson attractions and restaurants. Highly, highly recommend. (Special commendations to the staff!) Not a thing!

This property is located two blocks from the downtown area and is a great location for exploring Tucson. Our bed was extremely comfortable! In the morning, there are well stocked coffee and tea stations, and the complimentary snacks were a lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

The history of this place is incredible and the architecture was so unique; you really can’t find another experience like this. There’s so much within walking distance, no matter what you might be into: murals; boutique shopping, great food, concerts, people watching, or walking around one of the longest-inhabited places in the U.S. The staff is also phenomenal!

We liked everything from start to finish. We were welcomed like family and they even had a gift in our room to celebrate my husband’s doctorate. We couldn’t have asked for more. The short stay!

If you're looking for a distinctive base in central Tucson, consider The Blenman House Inn. Only a short walk from nightlife and shopping, this former family dwelling has character and appeal drawn from almost a century and a half of prominence in the city's development. Visually it is a work of art, but perhaps as important to the traveler it offers a peaceful refuge. Rooms lack nothing in facilities despite the building's history, and both the initial reception area and the adjoining garden encourage relaxation.

The entire place is beautiful and very comfortable, pool facilities are clean and relaxing.

Very comfortable beds. Bathroom was small but, it was expected in a historical inn. It was the most beautiful home, that was such a historic time capsule. I loved all the authentic antique decor. The location was great for walking to many shops and restaurants. The staff is the friendliest and super accommodating. I wish the windows could open for fresh air, but understand that they probably can’t for safety.

Such a fantastic experience. Everything was on point. Comfortable house, with privacy in your room, as well as lots of outdoor areas for lounging and living room with couches and chairs. Love the honor bar too. Location is perfect for access to all that downtown Tucson has to offer. We will be back!

Great atmosphere and providing a feeling of you are home with snacks available anytime. Nice greeting and learned the history of the home form 1878 and even viewed some of the remodeling photos. Would definitely stay again.

I’m sorry I couldn’t stay longer — Molly was super friendly and welcoming and the house is lovely, exceptionally clean, with lots of history. Right in the middle of town, too.

There is a beautiful pool /hot tub that we didn’t use since the weather was cool. The grounds are lovely filled with flowers, birds and butterflies. And best of all was interacting with the other guests. We also met the lovely owner with her precious puppy and the entire staff are all top notch. Do not hesitate to stay here, it’s not just a place to sleep, it’s a special place to experience!

We thoroughly loved staying in an historical home, and the incredible beauty of the 1800s craftsmanship throughout the home. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and had two private patios. The innkeeper was wonderful. Breakfast options were great. We will definitely return to the Blenman Inn to further explore beautiful downtown Tucson.

Innkeeper rushed us through orientation to the property. Great location, comfortable bed, and quiet at night. But shouldn't call itself a bed and breakfast, because there wasn't much of a breakfast. Packaged waffles, yogurt, granola, juice, keurig coffee (yuck)....

The blinds let in way too much light at night from the street and parking lot lights. Seems to be the case with most rooms. Simple fix would be thick curtains. You have to write down your credit card cvv number (or let them copy it) which I didn't like. Very generous and helpful staff and a beautiful building.

This little Inn is the best kept secret in Tucson, and a must stay! The location couldn’t be better! The rooms are immaculate and charming/inviting! I cannot say enough about the staff. They make you feel at home….and the cheese board that you have the option to buy is amazing!

The house is amazing! It's got so much character, and is so comfortable. Kristen and Margo made us feel very welcome and we couldn't have asked for anything else.

I was in Tucson for a business meeting on a Monday and arrived on Sunday. The Blenman House is a charming Victorian property, Kristen (forgive me if I mis-spelled) showed me around - a beautiful room with every amenity you could imagine, a serene garden with pool and hot tub, a kitchen with snacks and an honour bar and answered questions about where to eat dinner. I wish I had been able to stay longer and will 100% stay here on my next trip - a welcome change from anonymous chain hotels.

Lovely property with a pool/hot tub patio. next door to a lovely neighborhood bar. Not loud and easy off street parking. Walkable to downtown restaurants and clubs. Great little snacks and coffee tea service and a host pay bar items. Really nice and special.

Lovely historic home on a quiet street in the downtown area that is convenient for walking to restaurants. Drink and snack amenities exceeded expectations.

Beautiful, historic property convenient to many restaurants, shops, and museums. The staff and owners were very welcoming and helpful. Provided breakfast vouchers for neighborhood eateries were a treat.

Service was excellent and place historic and special. Bed and pillows not great. Would have preferred nicer breakfast at B&B instead of vouchers for local restaurant. Host at site Alex was excellent.

As with any old building, the shower resisted being turned all the way off, but Alex was very responsive, so can't ask for more. A thoroughly lovely place, close to restaurants and entertainment in Downtown Tucson.

Second, we had scratchy polyester sheets and only after complaining were better sheets offered as had been advertised. Third, the property has no staff present for much of the day, not just the night. When the music speakers at the pool area were left on loud, it took several phone messages and 2 hours before someone was available to lower the volume. There were also a number of homeless people in the area since there was a shelter nearby and it was like running a gauntlet at most hours. The security depended on "Ring" and cameras throughout the house. Fouth, our room was furnished with garage sale cast-offs which was not accurately depicted in the photographs displayed on the website. The bathroom had a shower with low water pressure and a toilet with a broken chain which caused the flush to not cut off. This was not repaired despite several requests. There was no air conditioning and since the temperatures ranged into the 90's, we had to leave the overhead fan on all the time since it was so difficult to reset. Lastly, the pool gates are left open and the hot tub takes an hour to heat up.
