Our stay was fabulous! The Armory Park Inn is outstanding in *every* respect. From the gorgeous interior to the gracious staff, my wife and I knew we had found a winner. Amy and Dora anticipated every need we could have, with snacks, plentiful towels, fast wi-fi, robes, even blackout curtains. In the late afternoon, they hosted an Armory Gathering for guests that included wine, cheese, fruit, and lovely conversation. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We unreservedly recommend the The Armory Park Inn, and we look forward to staying there again during our next visit to Tucson.

A wonderful retreat and value. Not a thing

This is a serene, beautifully appointed small luxury inn in a safe and quiet neighborhood near downtown Tucson neighborhoods. There is ample street parking. Amy, Dora and Sheila are attentive hosts who anticipate every request. Breakfasts were excellent with hearty vegetarian options, and served al fresco. There is a large outdoor terrace with fountain where one can read, sit by a fire in the evenings, or enjoy a glass of wine. The room was spacious. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was functional with fine linens, high end bath products and a quiet high quality hairdryer (a great example of the attention to detail at the inn). There’s also a small gym with Peleton bike (clip-ins provided in a variety of sizes!) and treadmill plus free weights. I actually can’t think of any possible improvements!

Fabulous B and B! Great ambiance, excellent food, staff were very attentive and friendly. One of the best bed and breakfasts we’ve stayed in…very well managed! Thanks Amy and staff for an exceptional stay! We will be back!

The Armory Park Inn is gorgeous and immaculatly clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. There are several living areas for guests indoors and outdoors, including a screened-in room on the second floor. Breakfast is made fresh for each guest and is plentiful, healthy and delicious. We are already planning our next stay and bringing the family.

What a beautiful boutique bed and breakfast! The owner and staff were so personable and went out of their way to make my stay a wonderful experience. My room was so comfortable and charming. I cannot wait to come back to Tucson and I will definitely stay here again.

The inn is beautifully done in every detail and we especially love the court yard and the common space. Our hostesses - both the owner and the inn keepers could not have been more gracious and helpful. The breakfast is a treat to treasure. The room is in need of a small seating nook or at least a small chair.

We did an overnight stay here in Tucson. This place is very cute, clean, quiet, and not too far from campus. Bed was comfy along with all the amenities.

The only word of warning is to note close proximity to a well used rail line that graced our stay with nightly train horns - many of them long and loud. It was the only disappointment of the stay.

Lovely property. Beautiful old building maintained in the spanish mission style, with interesting artifacts from the time of the hotel's construction (late 1800's I believe). Despite the age, my room was renovated perfectly and so quiet. The happy hour was a nice touch. I had to leave before breakfast was served so they made me an excellent to-go kit with ample food. Would definitely stay again!

The inn is a beautiful property, well appointed and very comfortable. It’s on a quiet street in a pretty neighborhood, close to sites downtown. There are many places in the common areas and outside to sit and enjoy the inn and it’s beautiful backyard spaces. Did I mention the breakfast? They were superb! nothing!

The inn was beautiful. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff was warm and accommodating. I did not personally like that no staff is on premises after 7pm.

From the moment we walked through the threshold, every detail was well thought out and utterly comfortable! The hosts were beyond hospitable! There are plenty of private places to relax both inside and outside. Safe walkable neighborhood to dining in the evening. We highly recommend this inn!

Rooms and shared spaces were beautifully anointed, Dora and Amy were +++ phenomenal hostesses, location was perfect, breakfasts were delicious...simply AMAZING. VERY HIGHLY recommend! This place is incredible...nothing not to like...that said, if you have AT&T mobile services, for some reason, this particular geographic location has some significant connectivity issues...so it can be a challenge if you are dependent only on the AT&T mobile network for calls and texting. On the other hand, their wi-fi works great...so was able to work around most issues.

Dora was just amazing. The best breakfast every morning. Coffee was exceptional. Dora was always happy, and I had wonderful conversations with her. I never expected to be treated so well in such a beautiful property. This was the cleanest property I have ever experienced. Quiet, clean, comfortable room with an amazing shower. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave after four fantastic nights… I had to get back home…lol

I spend overnights in Tucson often. I can’t believe I only just found this place. It feels like home, but better. I felt spoiled and luxurious. Peaceful. Quiet. Safe. Don’t plan on being anywhere before 9 am so you can stay an enjoy the amazing food for breakfast.

What a gem! The Armory Park Inn was a treasure to find conveniently located in Tucson. It is really a luxurious place with a relaxing, authentic, unique vibe. Beautifully decorated, immaculately maintained, this European villa style B&B was wonderful. Extremely comfortable with many places to sit and take in the lovely surroundings Breakfast is not served until 8am, I think late for most vacationers who have activities planned.

Lovely quiet location but within easy walk to restaurants. A lovely historic house with masses of charm. The rooms were very well appointed and very comfortable and there were also lots of areas, both indoors and outdoors to relax and socialize. Breakfast was cooked fresh and thoroughly enjoyed by all. What made an excellent experience into a perfect experience was a lady named Dora. Not only was she here, there and everywhere ensuring that everybody had what they needed, she somehow also managed to chat and advise about people's plans for the day. Being a program manager I fully appreciate how much work goes into making something look easy! If you are a person / couple who don't like fresh home cooking or interaction during your stay then this isn't the place for you. There are plenty of places who offer processed, pre cooked meals and no personal service. If you are looking to visit the Tucson area and want to spend time over breakfast, eating lovely food and enjoying a social experience then I honestly don`t think you will find any better than here. Long, lazy evenings were spent in the outside seating area and were wonderful. For once in our lives we managed to slow down time! If returning to Tucson I wouldn`t think of staying elsewhere. Incredible attention to detail was taken in both the design, finishes and amenities in the rooms. Great linens and toiletries, comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the history of the place (old stage coach stop) and the nod to historic Arizona pioneers by dedicating the guest rooms to different individuals who made their mark in the area. Great books to read about the area and history scattered about the common areas. Guests are treated to a happy hour and a wonderful breakfast. Close to all the cool downtown restaurants and shops. We parked our car and walked to dinner. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic! COVID safety measures practiced by everyone - staff & guests. Wished that the location was a little closer to downtown to enable walking to restaurants and stores. Located in a very residential neighborhood. However, given all of the closures and disruptions from COVID, downtown was not as vibrant as expected.

Beautiful decor --- high ceilings, art objects, large windows, beautiful outdoor dining area. Bed was comfortable and has great linens. Good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was very well-prepared and delicious. Would definitely return!
