The bottom floor rooms are horrible, I wouldn't get one of the bottom floor rooms they have roaches and are usually pretty dirty. The top floor rooms are okay. The amenities while there is none. There is a dirty microwave inside the office. They don't give you clean sheets or towels. They don't change the top comforters on the bed. If you're just looking for a cheap place to lay your head for the night it works.

Stay one day but the are is dedicate to the homeless population.

It's a super cheap to stay if that's what your looking for! The rooms are old and basically just a place to sleep. There is a pool but I would keep an eye on my kids because there are some questionable people there. There are rules there, you can't have guest after a certain time and a few other things. No microwave's in the room or any mini fridge. The TV's don't work in most of the rooms and the TV's that do the remote's don't. But again it is under $50 if you book online.

My room smelled like pills, couldn’t take the fentanyl pill smell out of my room for nothing

Public safety in Tucson is generally not ideal. Most hotels here are surrounded by fences, and there are homeless people loitering nearby, which feels a bit intimidating.

am reluctant to leave such a bad review but, on the other hand, I need to be honest. It is a dump. The gal at the window was nice but, the room I had reserved stunk when I open the door and is got worse from there. after looking it over, I said to myself- 'no way' and I do not consider myself all that picky. Room was pretty beat up, stinky, etc I would not even sit on the bed. I went back to the office and requested another room. they did that. I went to the 2nd room which was slightly better. After thinking about it for a few mins in the 2nd room, I ended up taking a very quick shower and left the property. I did not stay there and decided it better to sleep in my car instead as I did. I cannot recommened anyone staying there. dirty, run down, creepy people all over no thanks sorry but, just being honest

It is unclean and full of homeless. We felt un-safe. Experian should give back our money. We did not stay.

The housekeeping was very good! The rooms are big and I could swim at the pool, which needs a bit of maintenance. Overall I had a good stay,one night or two is ok more I won't advice because some guests are not very good and you could feel a bit insecure. But for the price it's a good option!

There was not much parking, the room had roaches and the AC unit was not working properly. The rooms are cheap but not really where you want to stay! They have to have security guards at the front gate to secure the property due to the crime.

This is a room to sleep only no TV no trash cans nothing. They have a security guard and now I see why . Do not stay unless you have to sleep for a few hours waiting for your plane or train ! Cheap yes but only to sleep no shower nothing just sleep

The stay was okay but instead of getting a king bed ended up getting a full size bed and no towels in the bathroom and the TV remote didn't work and no channels worked I wish there was a way to get a free night because I stayed there the night before and the room was awesome but this one was nothing close I was going to make a complain but I was done for the night I just wanted to sleep so you think I deserve a free night after paying and not causing a scene

There were mysterious stains on the bed sheets. Strangers were very comfortable approaching and talking to me, which was odd, but nobody was rude. Staff was friendly enough and direct. The sink backed up a few times so I brushed my teeth in the shower to prevent future clogging. My room faced the main street and it was difficult to sleep, but it wasn't a bad stay. You get what you pay for.

No, cause I never booked a stay there, and I cancelled and you wouldn't give me a refund. Cause someone used my phone without my authorization and booked a non-refundable room. I never used the room and canceled before check in. Don't know if someone fraudulently used it, but you won't even check. Don't know what the room number was. But I want a refund

The air conditioner works, the room is clean but in major need of a fresh coat of paint (as is the whole property). The rooms are super depressing. There is no art on the walls, many rooms have no bathroom door, the furniture is all really worn and broken and shabby. There is no ice machine. The rooms have no fridge or microwave. It's a bed in a corner of a nice cool room. That's what they charge for and that's all you get. But it's clean and cheap.

These rooms are obviously usually rent by the hour. There was no blanket or comforter on the bed, JUST a sheet! Yes it was clean but very wrinkly. No chair, no trash can, one of the fire alarms was hanging off the wall and duct taped all around it, there were no wash clothes or hand towels and NO toilet paper. I had to go back to the front desk to get toilet paper. There’s a small microwave for everybody to use in the outside part of where you check in. The office has very thick bulletproof glass all around the window and the lobby is closed off. The people hanging around outside were very questionable. They have a gate that you enter a code to enter however everyone just goes in and out as it doesn’t work or the ‘guard’ isn’t around. I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable in the bed with nothing better sheet that I left by 10 PM and found another hotel! I do not recommend this Hotel and I reported it to Hotels.com that they shouldn’t even have it on their site.

I had to park on hwy. No parking for trailers. Total area was catered to drugs. Drugs everywhere and place was rented to drug people. Disappointed with the area but the price was ok. No remote in room . Broken microwave in lobby. Just a motel to sleep in and that was it.

The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Definitely not a place to stay if you want a good night sleep. There was a turd in the toilet and sooooo many street walkers .not a safe place.

I hate to say it but the place is reeeeally ghetto. Homeless people everywhere, very run down, room had dirty walls and light fixtures, smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling, shower curtain rod barely hanging on the wall, only given one towel which was dirty or stained, had to ask for more towels which were also stained, room had a weird smell, someone tagged on the vent in the bathroom, the lock on the front door had been replaced but they didn’t bother to patch or paint over the previous holes from the old lock (saw that in a previous review and still hasn’t been addressed), bed was fine but we were scared to sleep under the sheet given the condition of the rest of the room but surprisingly it was clean and somewhat comfortable, felt very unsafe there even though it is gated, no security, sketchy people living there, a couple more sketchy people hanging around outside the gate at night waiting to walk in behind cars, blurry tv, and the ac unit looks broken but luckily worked. Bottom line that place needs a major overhaul or needs to be shut down. I understand you get what you pay for but come on. You want your customers to be happy, comfortable, and feel safe. I looked at the room, put the key on the table and left. The lack of cleanliness was concerning as well as the broken down cars on the property. Did not seem to be a very safe area and there seems to be quite a bit of long term tenants staying here, hence the broken down cars.

The place was sold out and they gave our room to someone else, we did not stay as they did not have a room for us, I spoke Lashay she said she was sorry but there wasn't anything she could do for us, she said the manager would be thete at 2 pm

Room 136 they gave for the first night - floor tiles had many gaps, light switch by the door did not turn any light, dead bolt on the main door had been taken out, entire bathroom door missing, flies in the bathroom door mirror, no towels were supplied, shower curtains won't fully close. Staff was good. I asked for a different room for the second night, and they gave me Room 160. It did not have those problems, except the wash basin faucet was difficult to operate. For the inconvenience I had to sustain in Room 136 on the first night, I think I should refund at least a 50% of the appx $80 I paid them that night.

Worst hotel room ever!! We should report them to the health department and building and safety!! So dirty , if you walked on the floor barefoot your feet would get black!! The door wouldn’t lock from the inside, out of four electrical outlets only one worked with the others blacked from sparks, no hand towels, broken tiles in the bathroom and the inside of the bathroom door chewed off from a dog! The paint job was hideous and there were no towel bars or hooks! There was no microwave or fridge! They kept the outside picked up but years of neglect made the walkways filthy. Then the other issue were the permanent residents talking loud and watching t.v. all night long!! Kind of a scary bunch!! Filthy language and yelling. The only thing that helped was the loud noise from the freeway! It actually muffled the sound of the noisy foul people!! Not one chair to sit on! The bed was stained and dirty and sat really low, so the dust ruffle dragged on the ground about 5 inches!! Don’t stay here if you value your safety or your health!! Hotels . Com said it had a good rating, well that is a lie and you should be ashamed to have them listed on Hotels.com!!!!

First room was a handicap room with hand held shower head, no TV remote, a light that did not work. The second room they gave me has a smoke detector hanging from the roof, a door that will not safety latch and a drawer missing from the dresser. Pretty run down place.

Nice room, the location is good being next to the freeway but there are a lot of homeless people around. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and the shower was hot so for the price I think it was a good hotel. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay this is a good option.

Went to the restroom and the room had no toilet paper, no soap. Went to the front desk and rudely the girl told me they charge for those items. You’re telling me I have to pay for toilet paper and soap? So I walked off went back to the room. The night came and there was shooting. Someone overdosed and people were talking so loud outside. The bedding was horrible so it didn’t help. I was planning to stay a week but ended leaving the next morning. I hit up Expedia told them the issue and guess what. They called the hotel and the number doesn’t work. Super inn gives out a faulty number so when people try to get a refund they never actually get the call and Expedia needs permission to refund your money. Guess what happened, Expedia gave me a $20 voucher when my week stay cost $196. Whatever you do don’t stay at this place.

The walk way needs to be cleaned, the grouting needs to be reset the light bulbs don't work and there's a ghost in the room but for $50 for the night no deposit and no bugs really it was a great stay to charge my gear and get some rest, definitely going back if I need it!

I changed rooms 3 times. 1st time, the door lock was broken. 2nd time, the fire alarm sounded every minute. 3rd time, I was given a smoking room, although I booked a non-smoking room. There was no fridge or microwave oven in each room.

The smelliest reception area, and the room was somewhat less stinky., and at around 9pm a random person wanted to get inour room. The analogue tv program good for cartoon lowers. The floor never been cleaned, bring sleepers. On the positive side, the bathroom was spacious, half the size of the room, and there were no bedbugs in the bed

The room was clean and neat. Pretty quiet at night. No real disturbances. The tv wasnt very clear to watch, no small refrigerator/microwave but besides that was a decent stay.

The room was ok, but the heater didn't work and the door was getting stuck when I tried to open it from the inside and the security guard had to screw it back together but the heater was never fixed and I stayed for three days without a heater, good thing I had my two extra blankets with me, because it rained that weekend and it was cold, but everything else was ok, thanks for asking about the small but issues with the romm, hopefully next time I have a better experience, Sincerely and With Respect I let you know that the hotel staff was very kind and they try to accommodate you as best as they can, thanks Super Inn

The room smelled strongly of "bathroom." A mix of harsh chemicals and a general, musty odor. The TV remote wasn't paired with the TV. TV was exclusively local reception with fuzz on every channel. The bed looked clean on first impression, but after a check under the sheets there was black spots all over the seams. That's a sign of bedbugs.

The bed was so hard I might as well slept on the floor and the pillows if you want to call them that were flat I was there for a week and they didn’t think to service the room I had to do the foot work to get towels and take out the trash and get more TP , and the security guards were so rude and I felt like I was in a prison camp. And they or he needs to learn about customer service, and as a male if I want to meet the food delivery person in a pair of shorts and no shirt on when I am out side that’s my business not his. Made me go put on a shirt and it was pouring rain like cray His reasoning was that there were lady’s working in side in the office. And mind you it was 9:30 pm.

We were looking for a hotel/motel close to the VA and reading the reviews of Super Inn Tucson it seemed just the place to go. First, I could not understand how this place could get such good reviews when we arrived and entered our room. We reserved a nonsmoking room. This one reeked of cigarettes and we were given another room, same here reeking like an ashtray. Since it was late we decided to just deal with it. While moving our suite cases into the room, walking back to the reception etc. there was the constant smell of marijuana smoke, no matter where I went. Room was filthy, dirty floor, noisy bed, lumpy pillows and TV did not come with a remote control. Receptionist told me one would be brought to our room. Never saw that remote. This by far was the worst motel we have ever stayed in. I felt like we were in an encampment with shady people, no wonder the great review. I will not ever return that's for sure. Btw the photo of the nice pool, that pool is algae green and we were told it hasn't been cleaned nor opened in months. Disgusting place, even poor people like the ones staying there deserve better. Total falls advertisement. We did not feel save to stay here.

Loved it as always. My husband and I have been here for an extended amount of time so we're very comfortable. We never have any issues. Staff are friendly and always remember who you are and greet you warmly. It's honestly so homey. I forget im in a hotel sometimes which means a lot to me being we might be here a bit longer while hous hunting.

The bedspread and sheets had cigarette burns and the bathroom door looked broken. The pool is out of service. Otherwise not bad for a low budget motel

Non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. Pool was closed without notifying me when I booked. My 2nd day they wouldn’t provide clean towels; said they were all out and I had to get them before 2pm. The receptionist said it wasn’t her fault when I expressed concern, which I agree, this definitely falls on poor management of the facility. Expedia was helpful in making accommodations correct for myself and my child. Felt comfortable parking in the lot because they had night time security which I liked. Booking was fast and affordable; in a bind it’s convenient.

Have you ever been to jail? Did you like it? Well if you did, this is the place for you. Security are actually the gangsters, they keep you locked in and out of the property untill someone opens the gates. Tv is janky, room stinks, horrible, rather sleep in my car.

I booked and payed online but problems started from the moment I checked in the staff was unprofessional made me and 2 others wait to be helped while she was on a personal call when she was finally ready to help me she asked for the confirmation number but my phone had died moments before and I was not allowed to carve it anywhere there so had to go buy a car charger to charge then once in 1st room there was no bathroom door no shower curtain a hole in the shower floor and when I tried to go complain I had to climb out the window because the door was stuck so bad I couldn't open it it took me 2 times going to the office 2 get a new room the 2nd room had no air conditioning and the door did not lock no remote for the TV not that it mattered the TV did not work so got a 3rd room after 3 more trips complaining the first 2 told they would send security to fix it but they didn't come maybe because there security is a joke some gang banging looking prick with a god complex then because some homeless junkie went into one of the first rooms and got caught they said we gave them the key so around midnight they kicked us out and when I went to office and heard the story I pointed out we still had the only key they ever gave us that they had reprogrammed the same key ever room change so how could we have give anyone a key they ignored that so I asked for them to check the cameras they refused and had security escort us off property not to mention place was filthy every where

I will start with the positive and go from there the main positive the bed was clean it was a king size bed on a queen size headboard no chair no remote to a very old TV that didn't even have HDMI. I had to pay in cash as their internet was down to be fair to them that was due to a storm but that was 3 days ago. They were invisible controls on the air conditioning so had to bother them to come and show us how to do it. I had a room right next to the pool so I thought I had lucked out until I saw the color of the water. So I could not swim. There was not even a chair for a friend to sit on who was visiting. There was no toilet paper fortunately a nice young man brought me some toilet paper and then I discovered there were no towels and by that time I was too tired because apparently you have to go to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper. Which would have been nice if they had told me that on check-in. Oh and also the key didn't work and had to be done several times and even when they got it to open it was difficult so I didn't really dare go out and use the key to come back in. I think in general the staff were positive and probably doing the best they could Considering the circumstances. The toilet roll holder was broken as was the one cupboard in the room.

I didn't feel safe at this property. I didn't even check in. I went around the corner to Waterwalk.

Check in was easy. Had to change rooms no big deal but this place needs some serious repairs.

I was hot, tired, stressed out from recent events in my life, and all I wanted to do was get a good night's rest and get cleaned up and ready to search for work the next day. That did not happen. I know we get what we pay for but this was ridiculous. It's better outside than in the room they rented me on this visit.

They put me in a really dirty room but I had already paid for a week, so I cleaned it up myself and had the most restful week that I have had in possibly a year. It was quiet, convenient and safe. For these readons I gave it 4:stars despite the individual assessment ratings that I gave

Relaxing

Loved all staff. Some days I'd have to leave to go get more money so I could get my room again, and if I was gonna be gone after check out, they still held my room with all my stuff until I returned and paid for my room again.

I had a good room this time, with a great big bed and fancy looking headboard. The water got hot quickly and stayed hot, which is always a huge plus. But most important, I had absolute and complete privacy and security kept a watchful eye of my vehicle.
