Very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel, from the reception staff (shout out to Javier & Sam!) to the hospitality staff who cleaned my room immaculately & greeted me as I passed each morning. The Breakfast was a plentiful assortment of oatmeal, pastries, cereals, yogurts, coffee, tea & fruits all which provided a delightful start to my day. The hotel is walking distance to public transport and easily accessible off the highway, with fellow travelers, restaurants and gas stations surrounding the area. Sentinel Peak is nearby and was a blissful hike on my last morning in Tucson.

We didn't have breakfast. The only thing to mention there wasnt enough water pressure coming out of the washbasin and extractor in the toilet room didn't work.

Ok for an overnight stay but bed was not comfortable.

Melissa and John at the front desk are really helpful. Good value for the money, housekeeping staff is on point. Noisy neighbors on occasion are the only thing that holds it back from a perfect 10

The only thing good about it was that it was close to where my daughter was playing in her soccer tournament. You need to update the site with recent photos of what the facility looks like. I booked because it was a decent price for the number of days. When we got there, we checked in, dropped our stuff and then went to an event. When we got back we realized our TV was not working and neither was the heater. It was late so I don’t know how the manager expected us to “report” it. We called the front desk and were told we needed to wait for the manager. We slept there and got up the next morning and left for a tournament. Called again when we got back and was told that I should’ve said something sooner?! Wow. Never staying there again. Don’t waste your money.

The room was not what they said it would be. It smelled awful like Indian food, there was a huge gap in the door to the outside, dirty towels left on the counter top when I first checked in, no power to the microwave or fridge, no response from the front desk when I called and text, burnt power outlet in the bathroom, filthy light switches. I did not feel safe in the neighborhood either. While really affordable, I would have paid double to feel safe and have a clean room.

I guess I liked the closeness to some destinations and the room was clean. I was incredibly noisy and it lacked little things like hand soap, they put out shampoo. I didn't like that the door was hard to open and that there was about a half inch under the door that let the light in. I asked if it was possible to get a quiet room a week before, but I got put in a room facing a main room with loud traffic day and night.

very dirty rooms and restrooms. Front entry door was banged up pretty bad and would let in daylight in a complete closed position. microwave open/close button was broken and would fall off at each use. Cracks around bath tub that were not caulked. Overall just a dirty motel. Will never stay here again even if I was give a room for free!

The staff was great, very friendly. However, our room was a conjoined room and we kept hearing the people in the next room arguing with each other.

You get what you pay for I guess, but next time we will definitely be dishing out the extra few dollars so we can have a room that doesn’t have a dirty/old/sketchy microwave in it (it was literally peeling apart inside, we were worried about using it at all), floors so hard they hurt your feet (the ground OUTSIDE was softer, as in the actual ground in the parking lot had more give than the floor in our room) and a bed with a mattress so old you can feel every single spring beneath you. We woke up every morning in pain from sleeping on the bed. Lastly, the so called “free breakfast” was an absolute joke; we were told by staff that they offered a Continental Breakfast every morning- it turned out that all that was offered were bread to toast (with nothing offered to put on said bread after, no jelly, butter, nothing), cereal which stayed in a container on the counter all day until it was used (Bran Flakes and Unfrosted Flakes), coffee, orange juice and apple juice, old fruit, and packaged muffins (maybe the definition of “continental breakfast” has changed to mean “scraps of old food no one wants and dollar store muffins”?) The only decent thing in the room was the shower/bathtub which was very clean and had great water pressure and temperature. We won’t be staying here again though if “comfort” is the goal of our stay.

The breakfast was a bag with a muffin pack and a piece of fruit. As they said "grab and go style" not actually a breakfast like advertised. Also the bedding only had a sheet and a thin bed cover on it l, no actual blankets.

The room and property were clean. I specifically booked the location due to proximity of my business, and needed a jacuzzi for my sore back. The jacuzzi is broken so don't advertise that.

They discriminate against people who can stay at their property. I was asked to leave because my friend who is homeless came to visit me. I gave them a shower and we visited for a while when I went to the office I was asked to leave. I'm not homeless, I work for a living, and I was not disruptive in any way nor was my friend. I'm looking into legal action against the hotel for discrimination.

My stay was great till the manager came trying to kick down my door because I was a little late at check out because I was going to pay for another night but I still stayed then I had a guest that he constantly harassed because she got locked out of room so he told me my girl leaves or we both leave he said he would refund me and give me back my deposit if I left before 11am so I did but he refused to give me a refund or deposit back because the housekeeping supposedly found foil in my trash and said I was smoking in there but my room didn't even smell like smoke plus I don't do drugs, so he kept my deposit and my refund and he was very unprofessional about the whole situation I will never stay there again and I recommend no one else does

The main reason I chose this facility was because it advertised a pool & hot tub & breakfast. The pool & hot tub are both closed and the breakfast is a continental breakfast. Unrelated, my tv turns on and no channels appear...something should've been offered for the pool/hot tub being closed yet the website and hotel sites clearly show these as available.

In the room, there were lightbulbs missing. The microwave and refrigerator were old and obviously well-used. The microwave plate did not rotate. There was not a room coffee maker. Pods were provided to place in a paper cup of hot water, which was unsatisfactory.

The Directv did not work. The shelf next to the sink is very worn it wouldn’t take much to refurbish. Was very disappointed that Waffle House was closed for refurbishing but that is not the motels fault. I do like coming there because of Waffle House and reasonable pricing.

There were roaches coming out of the woodwork, GROSS GROSS GROSS...I was sitting at the desk and the roaches crawled on me. I am poor so I had to go fairly inexpensive, next time I will not go so cheap! They said they will reimburse me 2 nights when I stayed there a night the whole time Hebei Geebee cuz the roaches were everywhere...This is so gross I cannot believe the hotel lets this happen. I will eb disputing this with my bank.

While the property was quite convenient to the areas I needed to get to, and while clean, it is very run down and could use some maintenance work. The hairdryer almost caught fire, we had to screw down the door sill as the screws were up which prevented the door from opening smoothly, the toilet seat was unattached on one side, the bathroom door veneer was peeling.

We were in Tucson for the gem show, so motel’s location and prices were good. Room was comfortable, especially good were the beds and shower. Floor was dirty and there was lots of outside and late night noise. Probably not a good choice for family with kids.

They had a pool and a jacuzzi but the gate was locked with a padlock and the desk agent wouldn’t open it.

My wife refused to stay the night after she saw the room. It was dark and dreary and very run down. Buttons are missing on the heater, bathtub had tape all over it (not sure why), wife said she saw stains on the linen. Ultimately she couldn't stomach staying the night so we just left and pushed forward to get home without a night's rest. We lost our money and will just chalk this up to lessons learned.

Our stay was very short as we were coming up from Mexico on our way up to northern CA. We arrived late and front desk person seemed highly stressed and a bit grumpy. The room condition for our needs was just fine.

We were to afraid to even try to by chips from her because she was already scolding us because she’s “been going 24/7” I’m traveling with my kids and fiancé. Took nearly 45 minutes to check in after giving her our ids. We were placed in the back where homeless individuals were rummaging through the trash. The windows didn’t lock and the faucet was about to pop off the counter. They only provide a small bathroom trash. This is not a family friendly space at all. We traveled from Longview texas heading to California for a funeral. We will not be staying here on our return trip. Paid over $100 for the room plus $50 deposit. Not worth the money.

Obwas at this place about mine months prior. Had sone facility issues. Told renovstipns were still underway. This time smoke detector battery ststted chirping in middle of night. Fromt door was difficult to open. AC controls had no markings of any kind you had to take a guess what you turned on. And breakfast was mot the mormal Super 8 variety. Very limited.

The air conditioner in the room went up and down no matter what you set it at. The bathroom door wouldnt shut. There were no vending machines for water or drinks. The hot tub bubbles didnt work.

It's not fair that you can not call and speak with a real rep I am not computer savvy and I tried to cancel but it did not cancel the place was unsafe and drug infested I sleep in my car I just gave the company money I most likely won't ever use the service again thanks for putting my life in danger

First off it is not downtown by/at the convention center. It was gross and dingy. The sink leaked. The shower handle spun backwards. You could see the daylight come in around the entire door. The light and fan in the bathroom was full of bugs and dust. The parking area is not secure.

Worst hotel ive ever been in. The property was disgusting, the tv didn't work in the 2 rooms they moved us. The continental breakfast was toast and cereal. It was a joke

Awful- will never stay again. People using crack pipes in the parking lot, employees live in rooms at the hotel, people throwing up over the balcony at 2pm in the afternoon on a Sunday. Loud demolition at property next door that starts at 8am. Must leave a 50 dollar cash deposit to stay. Our first room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke-- smoke detector was missing and when I moved the chair's footstool there was cigarette butts on the floor. The TV had words carved into it and a big burn mark. Dirt smears on the floor and shower AND YELLOW STAINS ON THE SHEETS! We moved rooms and it was much cleaner. The "breakfast" is a package of muffins or toast and it ends at 9am. We didn't dare leave anything in our car at night and when we would leave the hotel during the day, we took all of our stuff with us from the hotel room.

The stay was pleasing they were redecorating so parking was limited could not park near room. The staff was nice and the room was clean. The building is old so you can see the wear and tear on the walls so i am sure that is one of the reasons for the redecorating. The breakfast was muffins cereal toast the coffee was good and strong but if you need a full meal the waffle house is next door which is convenient. I also added an additional day to my stay due to the great customer service.

Disliked horrible beds, no lights working, A/C not working. When asked for wifi password was told to look at the key holder. Plus side, newer carpet and furniture.

There was an unexpected 50 dollar deposit per room at check in. I haven't received it back yet. I will contact the property about it. The rooms all smelled like cigarets but other wise clean. Room 103 is right next to the washer and dryer, and they are available to use 24hours a day so it can be bother some in the middle of the night.

Front desk clerk couldn't find my reservation and attempted to overcharge me, then insisted I was at the wrong location, and add a extra fees that were never mentioned. After a 30 minute delay, when I finally got to the room; I was even more irritated because the air conditioning didn't work and more then half of the outlets. When I attempted to call the office multiple times but noone answered,and had to walk to office for maintenance but never showed up.

Very helpful staff. Clean beds but floor needed vacuuming and there was grime in corners. Chlorine overload in pool.

You get what you pay for but the sheets were clean. The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. The towels were thin. The room had a strong perfumy smell--probably to hide additional smoke smell. The sheets were clean and it was a safe place to spend a single night--I would not want to spend any more time there.

The room needs updating, but it was clean. The bedding did not fit the king bed, which was annoying. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was ok, but I was hoping for more selections.

It was ok. Staff was helpful regarding parking. We had a camper and trailer and they willingly accommodated us. Bathroom and shower were great. The carpet was old and didn't seem clean, even though I'm sure the staff vacuumed and did the best they could. Location was convenient to the Convention Center.

The place was dirty and very run-down. Walls needed patching and paint. Carpets were blackened with dirt and over-use. Check-in was overly long due to non-working printers and other devices. There were little unidentifiable bugs in the bathroom. Gave us an wifi password but there were NO networks available. Reserved queen bed or 2 beds and got very tiny double bed.

Sketchy area, didn't feel safe

I would say that if you are a motorcycle traveler and in need of a place to stay for the night. DONT. This is truly a horrible location, hotel pics dont really depict the actual over look and condition. If you value your bike and anything attached to it I am pretty sure it would not be around by the time you woke up. Not a great area, drunks, and homeless people rucking around etc. Lets put it this way I would not allow my daughter to stay here at all. Just decided to bit the bullet and go get another hotel.

Room was not cleaned properly. Carpet and bathroom floors needed to be washed.. Furniture needed to be shampooed. Desk chair fell to bottom height when sat on. Faucet had previously been repaired was too hard to operate and leaked on the counter every time it was used. The inner layers of all the lamp shades were deteriorated and shredding apart.

Towels are old.

The staff was very nice. The room was good, Don't judge the room by the entry door. Overall experience was very good

The tv doesn’t work for the 5 days I stayed and the fridge too! The technician said he can’t solve the problem and the front desk said there’s nothing they can do for me.

Fine for one night. Would probably stay there again.

Found live roaches in our room, room stunk like sewer. A lot of scary activity throughout the night hours!! Checked out next morning. I do not recommend the hotel for anyone!!

Well, there's a lot of negitives to mention, & I'm usually easily satisfied. But here's the list: TV never would come online, 1/2 of the electric outlets did not work, bathroom door would not shut & the hinges creaked very loudly, the beds were way too soft, only one trash can in the bathroom, & none in the main room, & finally the bathroom sink was completely crack.

The property is old and lacks an elevator. The carpet in my room needed cleaning.

Staff was friendly.

Only negative was taking a $50 deposit on pre-paid stays.
