I'm a stickler for cleanliness, so I was mostly satisfied, just a few stray hairs in the shower. Front desk staff was excellent and helpful. Nice and quiet location just 3 minutes from departure doors at the airport.

Old school customer service, so top notch. No waste of space, I liked it was minimal, that left comfort to being the big winner here for this stay.

Staff assigned Expedia room next to elevator. Staff did not coordinate between shifts causing problem with face-to-face extension of stay from day prior.

We stayed one night at the Spark by Hilton Tucson Airport because we needed to be close to the airport for an early pick up The hotel was perfect for our needs — super convenient location, clean and comfortable room, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone needing an easy airport overnight stay!

It was a very clean and well maintained property. I was honestly surprised by how good the room was. The only "negative" would be the floor sounded hollow. I would stay here again in the future.

They had me in a room on the first floor, so I was listening to the occupant on the second floor, who sounded like a pachyderm, woke me up in the middle of the night! As a Diamond Member of 26 years...I expect a little better treatment!! Don't you agree? An upper floor room would have been nice.

The breakfast had moldy fruit, the yogurt machine wasn’t working, and the jam was runny. There wasn’t a single cup in the rooms, or ice bucket. Also, no shower gel. There was also a nail clipping on the floor, which made me question how often rooms are vacuumed.

My stay was very good and no problems. My only problem was tht they are now charging for parking, which I as under the impression was free. Had I known I would have gone to another hotel with free or cheaper parking.

The staff was nothing short of exceptional. Gi Gi greeted me warmly at my rather late check-in and the fellow on desk duty the next morning, very early, insisted upon packing me a nice breakfast to go, since the buffet was an hour or so from being set up. Very nice service indeed and I will be back.

This is a nice quiet Hotel close to the airport can I hear the airplanes take off however at 4:30 in the morning you can hear the construction Crews loading up their trucks for the work for that day

I stay at Hilton resorts and hotels all the time, and this one is rated the worst of all of them. There was no coffee when we arrived, the air and heat unit was so loud, and our handheld shower unit flew off the wall and sprayed water everywhere. When we told the front desk the girl looked at us only and said oh okay I will tell someone. That was not the response I was expecting. We had to leave early to catch a flight and we're unable to shower since the shower could not be replaced in time, that morning. There was no offer of the use of another room, a shower, or even a coupon or discount for the trouble. This is not the kind of customer service we are used to from a Hilton resort, and I was quite disappointed. The hot tub had so many chemicals in it that it actually found up and the phone started blowing all over the cement and pool area, and we decided not to use it. There were no premium channels offered on TV, just ones you have a password for already. The worst was the bedding! Normally, the Hilton has feather pillows or upscale hotel brands but this one had foam pillows that squished down and we could never get comfortable even with two each. We had a terrible sleep and we're very annoyed that we could not take a shower! I would never stay at this hotel again, and was very disappointed with the lack of empathy from the staff. We mentioned it again upon check out, and no discount was offered, no manager apology or follow up via email or phone. Booo 😔 never again.

Iwas disappointed the add said there was warm bbreakfast, warm eggs , bacon, sausage, and pancakes.There was no warm eggs, bacon, sausage or pancakes as it described on your hilton add. They had cold raw eggs, bread and cereal. The yogurt smelled rotten and the coffee was cold as if it was from the previous day. Disappointed. Negative 5 stars on the breakfast

My only complaint is that our room was located on the second floor and we could hear a lot of walking/ jumping coming from the room directly above us until really late hours of the night which caused us to not sleep well during our stay.

My pickup truck was stolen from their parking lot. They know about the problem and I believe they should have cameras on the parking lot.

Didn’t get top floor room, very noisy, people above us were running around a lot. Not much on breakfast menu. Wouldn’t book this hotel again. You get what you pay for. Price was right.

The room was very spacious and all the furnishings were modern. The room was clean and had decent amount of amenities for the price. The staff were very dedicated to making the hotel clean. You could always see them mopping the lobby or touching up the breakfast bar. The surrounding area is just hotels and the airport, so nothing much. The lot is on the smaller side but there are two entrances for the building so it was OK.

This is an old run down hotel with a new coat of brightly colored paint put over it. Everything is cheap, the sheets were polyester, the mattress uncomfortable

The hotel is clean, but the walls must be made of paper. I was assigned a room adjacent to an elevator, that dinged constantly until about 1AM. That coupled with the loud voices of guests loading and unloading lead to an unrestful stay with an early morning flight to catch. The staff was made aware & would not change the room. It was not the Hilton experience I am accustomed to. The airport shuttle was extremely convenient.

Downside, coffee was Folgers and had. Room service took towels but didn’t leave clean ones, didn’t finish the room, seemed like they must have gotten interrupted? But they brought towels quickly when we contacted room service !

The customer service was great the room was clean and very spacious. The food was sad nothing warm to eat traveling being exhausted you want something warm . Not just cold cereal,,COLD boiled eggs . No I honestly expected more for how nice the hotel is something warm to eat would of been great .

The front desk was very friendly. The housekeeping was sorry. The first time they cleaned they left no clean towels and didn’t clean the bathroom. The second time they cleaned they didn’t put any bags in the trash cans.

Room layout (illusion of separate rooms), modern with plenty of tables and chairs, very functional—loved the light airy curtains. “Breakfast” was for people who just needed to grab something quick before catching a plane—it would be nice if leisure guests had a hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, and fruit.

The location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The room was larger than most hotel rooms. I had problems with the water temperature of the shower. The first night, I only had cold water. The second night was perfect. My last night, I only had extremely hot water.

Requested to move to another room, they refused due to purchasing hotels stays through expedia. Expedia requested 1 day refund because i wanted to check out earlier due to not able to be comfortable in the room, but hotel manager was not responding to expedias emails. Very dissapointed.

We booked this hotel for a one night stop half way to our destination. The area is extremely safe and quiet. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast left much to be desired but it was enough to get us going on the second leg out our roadtrip.

We love this place! We’ve stayed here a couple times now. Made the mistake recently of booking a place next door. Never again! Clean, friendly, easy. Everything you’re looking for when traveling

It was not terrible. There are multiple signs saying it is a smoke free hotel but on the second floor where we stayed you could def smell weed and cigarette smoke. Staff was extremely nice. Bed was pretty good. At night though could hear every noise above us and the door did not seal and could see light all night through the crack between door and frame.

Newer property in excellent condition. Spacious, clean room, friendly staff, great place to stay. The continental breakfast was sub par due to very limited selection but overall a fantastic place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

I would not stay here again. Location was not what I wanted no security Breakfast was a joke compared to other hotels. Yes it was clean but it is fairly new. Staff were helpful.

The room was very nice and clean with the exception of the shower. The tub was stopped up and by the time I finished my shower I was ankle deep in filthy water from the drain. I love this hotel, have stayed here before but this was bad

Breakfast was basic but decent — a simple bagel, cereal, and toast. However, the housekeeping experience was extremely disappointing. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff was as rude as the housekeeping team here. I work hard to pay for my trips, and to be treated with hostility is unacceptable. The housekeeper wouldn’t move her cart so we could leave, gave us intense stares, and didn’t greet us back when we said good morning. We even picked up the room and stripped the bed to make things easier for them, yet we were still met with unkindness. I will definitely not be returning.

The stay at the hotel was good, we had no issues. My only issue is I was charged twice and we only stayed one night. I called the hotel to have this corrected and the operations manager was rude and not helpful at all, she basically made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will be going higher up with Hilton Corporate to get this corrected.

Sticky drink rings on the nightstand table, hair on the toilet seat, and what I hope is dried toothpaste in the sink. Otherwise it’s quiet despite being right next to the airport, the room was big, and the beds appeared clean which is what I needed. Was only here for a place to sleep for a few hours.

The staff at the Sparks was amazing and understood our situation; they were incredibly kind to us. I plan to stay at the Sparks again in the future because I had such a comfortable and stress-free experience. The pool was lovely, and my family truly enjoyed it. The hotel was clean and breakfast was ok. Our door was a little sticky, like fresh paint maybe? Tiffany's, just across the parking lot, was great! Shuttle was on time and very convenient.

The room was cozy, roomy, and clean. Michelle checked me in easily even after I realized I was little early and connected my stay after I remembered I had my HH number. I will definitely keep Spark again.

Nice, quiet, relax!

I was looking on Expedia for a stay near Tucson airport. We all know pictures can be deceiving. However the hotel was exactly as described. It is walking distance to airport even though they offer free shuttle service. Nice pool, clean room and awesome staff. Thank you so much for my stay in Tucson.

Great staff, quiet and relaxing, very clean

Overrated hotel. Breakfast was poor quality and few options. The room smelled smoky. I awoke with headaches because of the nicotine. Poor maintenance except with the pool. Will not stay there again.

Shae was super helpful when we checked in and gave me a great idea of what to expect with the sofa bed and morning breakfast availability. We called down for towels and she arrived promptly. An hour later we called down for extra blankets and another young man delivered them within minutes. Spark seems to be a new brand from Hilton. For the price point and amenities, this was an enormous value and I was so glad to have chosen it over bigger brands closer to our apartment in midtown.

The property was what I expected for what I would consider the budget end of the Hilton chain. It was clean the staff was friendly and located close to the airport!

Good size rooms and comfortable. Staff was nice. Check-in was quick. Nice lobby area. I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel.

We had a super early flight so we stayed at Spark for its closeness to the airport & free taxi. We only stayed a few hours for some rest & it was very convenient. I did however see a cockroach in our room as we were leaving early in the morning.

Recently renovated hotel. Very clean and staff was friendly. Continental breakfast so don’t expect waffles and other hot items but they have a great little area with food for purchase.

Great rooms and clean

Check in was smooth, night time attendant was helpful. Before bedtime, a very strong smell of marijuana filled the room. We called front desk but front desk said “they” walked the hall and couldn’t smell anything. This happened again at around 7 a.m. - someone was smoking next door and the skunky marijuana smell woke us up. I took my kids for breakfast and the OLDer lady who restocking kept sighing and making faces, she seemed bothered; we stepped aside and waited for her to leave to grab food.

Everything was excellent.

Continental breakfast was very limited, cleaning personal start 1 hour early for check out. Knock and open door simultaneously. Large room. Had problems with the TV. First battery was low, than it just didn't work. Other than that staff was very nice. Room was very clean. Will stay again.

Nice place to stay near Tucson airport

My room was right next to elevator. Walls are thin and I could hear everyone who was waiting for elevator.

Property is ok. Only stayed one night. Room was clean but hotel is older and carpets and hallways didn’t seem the cleanest. It was noisy in the halls that night with the room across the hallway from us. Not too bad, but wouldn’t stay here again unless I absolutely had to. Breakfast was very minimal to choose from. Expected more from a Hilton property.

Really enjoyed our stay

Easy location to the airport as I had just arrived from a trip. The only thing that could be improved is a bit better breakfast. Maybe a waffle machine, or being able to cook eggs besides offered hard boiled. Nice facility though.

Clean, quiet property. Great staff. Odd knocking throughout the night that I couldnt detect where it was coming from and my room had no towels that I didn't realize until I was getting in the shower. Small things, but overall great stay!

I was served by the receptionist Shae and the manager, Jazmin, and they are both wonderful. They have excellent customer service, 10/10.

Service was extremely good! Eduardo was great and very professional.

Hotel staff was very nice, breakfast had fresh offerings and the coffee was great. Linens were not clean. One bed we did not sleep on because the pillows smelled like body odor and cigarettes as though someone had laid there for a nap. The other bed was fine. The towels were stained and dingy. The bathroom was very clean.

Really friendly staff

This is a cute hotel with a heated pool and hot tub. We were just there one night on the way through across country and it was just what we required. Breakfast was pretty standard Continental fair. Nothing to write home about but it was good to have before we hit the road for another day of driving. Eduardo was especially kind on check-in and was ready to make sure that our pizza got to us when the delivery guy arrived and we were out at the hot tub. Overall a very nice day at a beautiful and reasonably priced hotel

Very nice property. Ourcroom was clean and the ac was super cold. Hot water was truly hot af in the shower. The only thing we didnt like was thd bathroom door wouldn't stay closed even when locked.

We were on the first floor and we had a noisy couple next door for 2hrs. Nonetheless, the room was great and so was the service.

The accommodations / room was wonderful! The breakfast selection was minimal and not impressive...at ALL! If you need a business suite for any work-related tasks, they currently do not offer one.

Practically walking distance to the Tucson airport. Property is very new, fresh and clean - like the modern vibe. Comfortable bed, nice shower, love the sofa. Really appreciate the 24-hour coffee bar in the lobby as I had to leave at 4 a.m. for my flight. The desk clerk at our check in - Sarae? - was enthusiastic, warm and welcoming - definitely represents the hotel well. Would certainly stay again.

Clean rooms and beds. Good shower. You need to pull the fridge out to get it to cool, but that was easy to adjust. Enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful hotel

The elevator was broken and the front desk would have moved it manually. I don't think that was safe. We took the stairs.

The other room was very loud and continued to be loud until midnight. They advertised cable tv and a pullout couch and that was not the case. Tried calling 6 times about my issue and they never answered
