This was a few days trip. From the start, the staff was AMAZING! The place was really clean. I LOVED the sliding door with the table right outside too. Will definitely stay here again.

The lobby & front of property is very pretty. Different story when u get to room. There were holes in wall from cable outlets & sheet rock had been put on top of old wall. The carpentry of room was rough & tape & bedding was really suneven & sloopy especially on ceiling. Might need more attention to guestroom & not just the show places.

The pool is great. It is good that breakfast is served as there is no restaurant close by. I was able to find items to eat but found the selection not as healthy as I would like. The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable. It is more utilitarian than posh.

Building is dated but it's in great working condition and clean and such. Staff very friendly, Rosie at check in was great. Sits right on trolley line which was very convenient as well

I like the hotel due to its location (free trolley), pool, hot tub and breakfast. However....Although I stayed 9 nights the room was "cleaned" only once and I am not sure the sheets were cleaned or room vacuumed at that time. I received towels and coffee directly from the worker. I removed my own trash. I reported the situation to the management. The same leaves in the hot tub remained during my entire stay. The place is deteriorating and management appears not to care. Since I received no response I am finally posting my review.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Breakfast was oversold as something better than an Ihop or Denny's. It was not. Their muffins were good and wrapped individually- they were delicious.

Breakfast was more than ample to start the day. Great coffee! Room was clean, beds confortable & pillows soft. The location perfect with Sun Link Metro across the street (free) short distance to Historic Downtown & University of Arizona campus with assorted restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay - extended 2 extra nights. Very convenient for trolley car into town, staff very helpful, room and bed especially comfortable.

Horrible. Room booked and upon arrival was told my reservation was lost. Nothing they could do and was told they were sold out. Never encountered anything like this in my life.

Very close to the Tucson Convention Center. Overall the exterior and the interior of the building is old. The room was reasonably clean.

this place deserves a 0 star review. The bathroom was absolutely appalling. Asked for another room, none available, asked for a cleaner… the cleaner snapped and yelled at us that it was clean(see pics its disgusting), this place is priced per night to be a mid hotel… its not its absolutely a budget hole in the wall kinda place and a health concern

The staff was fine and the room was great. Be aware that the restaurant is closed on Sundays. After a long day of driving, I'm wiling to pay more to eat at the hotel to avoid getting back in the car. Otherwise. I would have given five stars. Had I known, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Conveniently located and a half-hour walk to a more lively part of town (I'm British!). Room was clean and well-equipped.

Hotel was good. Started setting up for an event to early in the mornings making a lot of noise with no respect for guests sleeping.

The location for getting to the Convention Center and El Tour de Tucson events, ride start and finish. The staff was congenial, front desk at check-in, cleaner, breakfast attendant, seeming to enjoy the environment with no pretense. We couldn't use them but having the pool, spa, fitness is a plus. Towels were nice. Price was bit over the top for the run-down property. (Maybe price jacked up for the bike race?) Broken tiles in the shower around the faucet, ripped old, frayed curtains, some kind of 4 large "stains" on the bathroom mirror weird. The ventilation unit frail and old, hard to adjust. Then the next morning I was shocked a bit to notice something I hadn't the night before- a thumbnail OR toenail just lying on top of the clock radio! ugh. strange. The 2 of us never trimmed anything in our 12 hours there.

We were there for five nights the last four days they had no hot water. I believe I should have a full refund coming no hot water is illegal from a sanitary safety standpoint. The floor carpet in the hallways looked like it was coming up on several spots. The shower had terrible flow and the tub wasn’t draining. I reported it and someone did come to try to fix it. The maintenance said he couldn’t fix the shower head and they tried plumbing and fixing the tub drain but could not. The maintenance said if I still wanted it fixed I should contact the front desk to change rooms. Breakfast was ok but again was not well maintained. But the coffee was good.

I booked this hotel for its location to family. I didn't use any facilities so I can't rate that and it appeared to be closed while I was here. The staff was all friendly. The room was "clean" but very dated and years of use and grime are very noticeable. Stains on both beds bedding and a few towels. The chair was unusable as well and the closet door was difficult to open. I spent as little time here as I could.

Location…that’s it! It’s VERY tired!! When I checked in the staff was not very kind or welcoming at all. The pool was closed. I asked for a quiet room and even though the place was empty and they had very few rooms occupied they still gave me a room on the noisy side and downstairs next to a very loud banging gate. Our room smelled like sour, dirty socks, the bathroom door and other things were filthy, and there is an extremely bright light outside the room that shines onto the back patio door, making it impossible to get a dark room, even with the blackout draperies. The blackout draperies are not properly fit, fitted and allow lots of light to come around them, I could actually read in that room with the blackout draperies closed and the lights off. They air conditioner didn’t work properly as we had it all the way down to 65° and we’re still warm. This is a very very old and tired and drab hotel, it did not deserve the ratings that it got! breakfast is only served until 9 AM and it was absolutely pitiful, they would’ve been better to not do any at all! They even served powdered milk that wasn’t even properly mixed as the water and powder were separated and then there was some other, I believe fruit drink, maybe apple juice, that looked absolutely disgusting and nothing was labeled so you didn’t know what it was. I would never recommend this hotel!

It was close to the downtown area It was really empty and they could have put in a better room and they put us way in the back. There was only 3 cars in the parking lot

First thing u notice is nobody is staying there. All the cars were staff. Transients roam frequently around the sidewalks. The lobby is nice. The rooms are rough but the beds were ok. The persons across the hall was a sex worker, greeting customers at the door. But they didn’t stay long.

The bathroom looked old and tired. Breakfast was disappointing for me, a vegetarian! I expected at least hot cooked oats, but there were only packages of instant oatmeal. The fruit offered didn't seem appealing.

Stayed here for a concert at the convention center. Very good location. Tub was not clean and there were fake eyelashes from the previous customers stay stuck to the lamp by the bed.

The bedroom area was fine, we liked having a sliding door to the courtyard area. But the bathroom is in need of a remodel, very old and dated. Our tub was a weird light gray/bluish color. Tiles, sinks, flooring all needs to be re-done IMO.

This is finest hotel of the group along the freeway. I particularly like that the rooms are entered from a interior hallway and the windows face the courtyard so that the noise of guests and their autos is reduced.

There were red blood like stains on the carpet, dirty drapes and comforter had stains all over it. If it had not been so late when I checked in, I would have requested to check out immediately and requested a refund. This property is not well kept at all.

For an older hotel, it was not bad at all. The pool and spa were open and looked good just did not bring our swimsuits. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety.

It's an older property but it's spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very short, easy walk to the convention center. It's always nice having a fridge and microwave in the room (though the in-room coffee was awful - just skip that!).

This hotel was nice to stay in. It's a little older but it was right across the freeway from the convention center which was in walking distance and they also had a trolley that would take you there.

I was told that they just had some type of event and all the stuff that was laying around the front was them taking everything down. Fair enough. We go to park, and it got worse. Parking did not look safe, there were "workers" taking mattresses and furniture out of trucks and just throwing them into rooms, dirty. There was debris, furniture, and all kinds of other stuff just strewn around the entire property. Walking thru the hall to get to our room was scary as they were dark, even though it was 3 in the afternoon. Furniture, bedding and microwave, all dirty. The bathroom was really run down and kind of grossed me out. The refrigerator only had one very cold setting and ruined about $15 of my food. On the brighter side, the bed was very comfortable and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, including the front desk, cleaning staff and maintenance. It’s also located very close to downtown and plenty of hiking options.

On the brighter side, the bed was very comfortable and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, including the front desk, cleaning staff and maintenance. It’s also located very close to downtown and plenty of hiking options.

Towel rack fell off the wall almost injuring my wife. Dirty towels looked to be re-folded and hung up. Food from previous tenant left in fridge.

The room had a broken down mattress that rolled you to the center. And the room had multiple cockroaches.

You get what you pay for. Outdated and tired. We were first put in a room next to a gate which slammed loudly each time someone entered. Shower tub was chipped and just old. TV volume did not work. We asked to be moved to another room which was slightly better. Lucy was a delight at breakfast every morning. Checking and checkout was efficient.

Allowed us to check in early. Place is dated but clean. On a one way which made getting around a bit difficult. Appears to be homeless people in the area.

Front desk staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was more than I expected. This is an older hotel, but they did great overall. I would stay there again.

The staff was amazing! The room wasn't in the best condition and hallways definitely need new carpet. Overall cleaning needed around the property when it comes to the rooms. But the dining area and lobby were nice. Same for hot tub, decent area.

the place needs some updating like the frame around mirro r falling off. toilet stopped up. looks like the bank owns the property sitting in foreclosure..

I loved my stay here at the ramada, my room was very comfortable and the breakfast was honestly the best I've ever had at a hotel. Thank you again for a wonderful stay I will definitely be back!

It is an older property and shows some wear in areas. I didn't have any issues with my room and appreciated a lawn area where my service dog could relieve himself. The highlight was the friendly, accommodating staff and the complete and hearty buffet breakfast. It was well stocked whether you were first or last to enjoy it. Overall, I felt like I got a good value for what I paid.

Not the most clean place. Needs a lot of updating. Wasn’t even sure bedding was washed. Furniture had multiple stains, as did the bedding. TV was set at 1 volume. No soap in the room. Front desk was not so friendly. However, gentleman bartender was excellent.

It was very outdated and old. It was nothing like the pictures on the Expedia site. We picked this hotel because of the tennis courts but unfortunately there was no nets and bigs cracks. The pool looked very dirty . Our room also had a dead cockroach under the bathroom sink. I would recommend updating the image because I would not have stayed here knowing it’s true condition.

I left it late to book and everything was very expensive. This would not be my usual standard. When I saw the rating I was concerned but I think it’s a little harsh. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast not what I’d choose but acceptable. The staff were really good.

The motel is next to a light rail stop. The complimentary breakfast is good. The building is fairly new (less than 10 yrs.)

Oversll the hotel was great, the only probkem was the water pressure.

The room was old. Pocpcorn ceiling had hole as well as many hooks on the ceiling. Th bathroom vanity was dinged up, dirty, the tub had a grease ring around it there was a hole in the wall by the tub. The curtain by the patio was ripped. There was no way to turn off the bright light outside the patio. The wires to phone and tv etc were strewn all over the place. The pictures on the website did not look anything like the room or even the lobby or the outside of the hotel. I do not recommend this facility.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, gave detailed instructions about the area and were all genuinely present. Property itself was very nice, cool and clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good as well! There was easy access to downtown Tucson.

the room was dated, and in need of repair and upkeep. It was not dirty, just not clean. bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall and the shower tiles were barely holding on.

The hotel didn’t look like any of the pictures that are posted when I booked this hotel. The hallway had stains on the floor.

I stay there for three days and didn't get the bed sheets change or towels, when I walk into the room I notice a cucaracha on the wall I killed it, didn't told my wife or staff since I was in only for a funeral, I would not stay at this Hotel in the future.

Aging economy hotel with a small pool, clean rooms with free breakfast. But don't forget your toiletries, there are none in the bathroom and if you need a second roll of toilet paper, you're walking to the lobby to ask for it.

Overall the area looks a bit rough and the exterior is not the prettiest but i had no issues and the place pretty much has access gates around it. Staff checking in was helpful and no issues with reservation. The room was a bit dated as far as furniture and the stains however the bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was decent and everything i side the room worked.Tried the hot tub but it wasnt very hot or clean, didnt stay in for more than a couple minutes. Breakfast was actually pretty decent and had plenty of options. Was able to walk to downtown area from hotel.

Seriously, stay away from this place. The people were quite nice, but the place itself is filthy. My family had two rooms. One of us found a dead cockroach in the bathroom upon arrival. A few days later, the other of us found one in our bathroom too. We showered in flip-flops and couldn't believe how dirty the place was. We were meant to be a part of a block of rooms for people coming in for a family event. Several bailed out immediately and opted for last-minute stays at alternative hotels. We were stuck because Hotels.com already had our money. One person who bailed found toothpaste spittle on the sink from the last person who'd been there. She didn't even open her suitcase before she left. My daughter had an allergy flare up from the dirt in the air conditioner and saw things growing in the shower drain. She's been to multiple third-world countries, and this was the worst bathroom she'd seen. The nastiness of this place was a topic of conversation at the weekend festivities. The experience was a huge damper to the weekend. Ramada corporate really needs to look at this place.
