The photos on Expedia are truly misleading. The hallways and rooms are extremely run down and not very clean. Only the lobby and continental breakfast area appears new. The hotel is located in one of the worst areas in Tucson known for car thefts (wheels, catalytic converters etc.).

This place had mold over the shower and throughout the bathroom. The pool didn’t have the circulation pump working so the water wasn’t being filtered. The staff is incredibly rude. Refused to give me a receipt when I requested it. We were booked for 4 nights however only stayed the first night as we arrived in Tuscon late evening. Terrible way to start a weekend. So many things are wrong with this hotel. From electrical issues, disabled fire alarms, to the handle of our sink broken and just left on the vanity. Smells like a mix of marijuana,, and baby diaper. I wish I could explain the smell from the pool. Maybe rotten suntan lotion?

I have no words to describe the terrible experience. I think you find that at least part of that when I pet for this terrible experience

Nothing. I made a reservation for two people, but the room was only stocked with one washcloth and one hand towel. When I contacted the front desk—the only staff available on the property—I was told I would have to wait until the next day to receive additional towels. This is simply not acceptable. Basic accommodations for the number of guests booked should be standard, and the lack of immediate support was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff did not offer any solution or attempt to escalate the issue, and there was no manager available or accessible. Because of this, I had no choice but to leave and secure a room at another hotel. As a result, I ended up paying for two rooms during my stay. I was in town for a show and needed to be able to prepare and present myself professionally—I could not wait until the next day for such a basic necessity. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience and a complete failure to meet even the most basic expectations.

Rooms are VERY outdated. Had to change our room because the a/c was so loud you could barely hear yourself. Had an unusual odor as well. A different room had a rug drying machine inside it due to a water leak. Place needs a makeover.

I have short blonde hair and my husband is all gray. Water Spicket on the tub look like it was ready to fall out of the wall. Hotel needs renovation, it is run down. Smells deep down in carpets, shower just had cold water after maintenence apparently fixed the loose handle that regulates water flow. Price is low which is the only positive, but the saying "you get what you pay for" seems to apply here. Not good for the Quality Inn chain, which has well run hotels as well.

Room is definitely aging. Electrical outlets are loose and the shower faucet was in dire need of repair. Hot water would run out mis shower, Toilets were very low flow. Our room was missing the security door lock bolt. The brealfast was so so as the coffee would run out and all of the muffins were left uncovered.

The breakfast was pitiful at best. No eggs, no waffles. Especially the third morning when there was not even any yogurts or fruits or muffins. This was 10 min after the breakfast area opened. So basically toast and cold cereal.

I was feeling very poorly by the people at reception and I was told that my reservation did not exist. And then I could make You In Anyway, I Could I Was Not There problem that my reservation did not exist Anything Could Have Been Better

Advertised a hot breakfast with the room price which turned out to be only a waffle with watered syrup. Felt like we were tricked into our booking.

Booked and paid for a king bed room, upon arrival was told no kings, only queen available, ended up with two beds. One bedspread stained. Overall the room was clean and well equipped. Door sticky and hard to open. Staff was excellent and very friendly.

The lady working told me she couldn’t switch my room because it’s possible other cockroaches are in that room to so what’s the point? Those are her words exactly. Stay away from this hotel. It’s right next to the main freeway and lots of homeless around. The pool is closed for the season that should be mentioned in the advertisement. The dining is very limited. Lots of restaurants in downtown nearby but it’s hard to find parking and traffic is crazy . Other than that very limited restaurants around.

The front staff was pleasant but that was the only thing. The rooms were dirty, furniture used and stained with holes in the desk chair seat. The floors gave way when walking to the room. The carpets were stained around the doors and in the entry way. It honestly felt like I was at a halfway house with the quality of people who were there. There was concern for drugs, in and around the hotel. There was a dirty sweaty man who went into the staff kitchen to fill his own cups (4 of them) with Ice. Another dirty man stole the maid cart and took things off the cart. I did not feel safe and if it was not for the fact that my husband was there I would not have stayed. There was a serious concern for saftey. The breakfast hall was filled with dirty, homeless looking people at 6AM!!! and when I went to check again around 7AM there was more that than 6am crowd. I will not be staying here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The bed was the only clean thing about the room. Ceiling in bathroom was patched and ugly. Didn’t even want to take a shower. Walls were banged up.. could use a couple coats of paint and new carpet. The employee who checked us in was very nice!

They did not give me back my deposit, they assumed I smoked in my room , I am not a smoker, right from the beginging , I was giving a attitude, the office clerk just shouted to me there was smoking in the room no deposit....I do not smoke .she would not let me go with her back to the room to check what's going on .. they refused with a attitude and cursing me out wanting to physically fight with me ..I have never been treated with such disrespect .and humiliation,and disscuss, I don't know what steps to take now because she straight robbed me for my 100$ deposit ...I explained to her I don't smoke, but shd wasn't trying to hear me.they were very voulger rude a disrespectful, there was also other guest that got to see the play out .

They did not give me back my deposit, they assumed I smoked in my room , I am not a smoker, right from the beginging , I was giving a attitude, the office clerk just shouted to me there was smoking in the room no deposit....I do not smoke .she would not let me go with her back to the room to check what's going on .. they refused with a attitude and cursing me out wanting to physically fight with me ..I have never been treated with such disrespect .and humiliation,and disscuss, I don't know what steps to take now because she straight robbed me for my 100$ deposit ...I explained to her I don't smoke, but shd wasn't trying to hear me.they were very voulger rude a disrespectful, there was also other guest that got to see the play out .

My stay was not "quality". I found 3 roaches in my bathroom. I don't know if it was worse because it was on the first floor, but the manager didn't even speak to me until the next morning and even then, she did nothing. There were numerous things that were not kept up well. The 2 positives are that the front desk employee on my first night was very nice and the bedding was clean and neat. However, I will not be returning and don't recommend this place unless you are ok with sub-par conditions.

They rip people off. False charges and prefer cash to pocket money. Don’t stay here staff is horrible and scam you for your deposit.

Rooms were dirty . Staff were very rude unprofessional and rip people off on their deposits. They got a sign that it’s preferred to pay cash deposit in order to keep the money for themselves. She threatened to call the cops on me for trespassing because I asked her to show me what she was charging me for a supposedly staining of the sheets which she refused to show me. I would be ok with being charged if it were true but the way she handled the situation gives me the impression that they are ripping people off.

I mean yes people use the empty land to walk threw to get to motel 6, but they dont chill out on the property with permission like they do at the hotel next door. Quality inn is nothing like other places near by . As a local ill tell u this place is much better to stay at, and much safe too.

From when I first steped foot in hotel lobby the front desk girl was so rude. Place has bed bugs, roaches an the showers hot water works when it wants to. The hotel staff rush you to check out and leave like they dont have empty rooms they cant fill.

The manager was very rude white female blonde lady in the afternoon. Stayed there before and was charged $50 for deposit and when we went back she was rude and said $100 for deposit. Then when called on it for last time she was extremely rude on the phone and just kept saying $100. Didn’t return back plus the last time we were there the hallway floors to our room was socked and wet as if cleaned and not dried properly. Smelled like smoke in the room. Services there wasn’t very pleasant or kind.

This year they have had some issues with their Internet but I'm sure they will have that fixed before our next stay. During our 2020 pandemic stay they decided that as long as we wanted to stay they'd keep it open. We have taken that commitment to heart and will always try to stay here.

My kids always look forward to breakfast at hotels and this breakfast bar was not great.

There were lots of people setting up for a rock and gem convention on the property and in the main lobby. I was told the convention was happening a week later. Made things a little more inconvenient. the breakfast wasn't great. The property is older and so are the pictures of the property. Its a little run down, however, the beds were super comfortable. I got a great night sleep, so if you don't mind the old property where the amenities aren't great, the rooms are so so, but the beds are comfortable, this place may work out for you. Hopefully things would be better when the convention is not going on.

The lobby was newly renovated, but the rooms and the "breakfast" was not as you would expect. The breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravey and cereal.. It was in a room on the 2nd floor. Hopefully things will be better after the major renovation.

This was just a sleep and shower stay on a roadtrip from SFO to Tampa. We pulled in at 9:00pm, had a quick bite at the diner next door, showered, and went to sleep. We left at 5:45am and the staff let us fill up our coffee mugs and grab some breakfast to-go items before the breakfast was open at 6am.

It exceeded our expectation. Worth the price. Brenda the front desk lady was kind and accommodating to replace the bulbs of the lamps not working.

Really enjoyed the stay. Decent breakfast. The refugees staying during our stay was a bit much but overall, a great stay.

Front Desk staff was very nice. Very helpful. Our room was nice, big and clean it had every amenitie in the room that you'll need. Loved that the Hotel had early morning breakfast and coffee. And we were able to park right next to our sliding door window which we liked a lot. Great place to stay with an amazing good restaurant attached to it.

The room itself was adequate and clean, definitely aged, but the bed was comfortable. Smallish pillows and lack of towels was a minus.

Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the AC wasnt blowing enough cold air. I think it finally cooled down early morning. I was to tired to call the service desk to move us to another room. But overall, great customer service and was very clean.

The rooms were unsafe, blood on the wall and floors. The toilet seats were not attached and flies in the rooms.

The main problem was I had a shower and my feet turned the tub black. Next morning same thing. Asked for a different room and was told none were available. I had appointments and no time pack up and search out another hotel. There were rooms available when I went online later.

The reception area was very smart and the check in was quick and easy. The access to the room was via a looked door into the block. The area inside didnt give a great impression and had a slightly strange smell. Room was large, clean and comfortable however there was a lot of noise from the nearby freeway and local area, with car alarm and shouting in the evening

It was way too noisy. I didn't get much sleep. It smelled bad. It was the worst hotel experience I ever had. I was very very unhappy. The people next room were talking and it ewas as they are sitting right next to me because I could hear everything very well! I checked in and went and got some food. When I walked in the room I knew I will be unhappy staying there. Then I called front desk and asked if I could my money back and go somewhere else they said you have been there for couple hours and can't get your money back. I have stayed at Quality Inn in other part of country but this one is the worst ever. It's not Quality at all!

The hotel location worked well for us. The bathroom in room #150 is in terrible shape. The bath tub is chipped AND THE CHIPPED SPOTS ARE RUSTING. The room walls are damaged where the chair rubs against the wall resulting in holes in the wall and the sliding patio door is very dirty and the locking mechanism needs repair. The breakfast was not up to Quality Inn standards that we have come to expect - at 7:00 am there were no muffins, no yogurt, no milk for the cereals.

evening shower only warm water, check out time at 11:00AM, but they came at 10:30 to clean the room. Breakfast ran out of supplies at 8:00.

Icemaker broken no ice on property at all anywhere. Continental breakfast also had waffles except the waffles tasted nasty. Overall we just needed a place to sleep and the price was right.

You get what you pay for. The rooms were clean and ours smelled good, beds comfortable, and had hot water. The outside was very dirty and outdated. There is a lot of transients in the area so it is a bit misleading when you get to the property. The office staff was not the friendliest and very defensive at first but then were fine the rest of the stay. Overall the property and rooms were fine and served it's purpose at a good price.
