    The photos on Expedia are truly misleading. The hallways and rooms are extremely run down and not very clean. Only the lobby and continental breakfast area appears new. The hotel is located in one of the worst areas in Tucson known for car thefts (wheels, catalytic converters etc.).

    This place had mold over the shower and throughout the bathroom. The pool didn’t have the circulation pump working so the water wasn’t being filtered. The staff is incredibly rude. Refused to give me a receipt when I requested it. We were booked for 4 nights however only stayed the first night as we arrived in Tuscon late evening. Terrible way to start a weekend. So many things are wrong with this hotel. From electrical issues, disabled fire alarms, to the handle of our sink broken and just left on the vanity. Smells like a mix of marijuana,, and baby diaper. I wish I could explain the smell from the pool. Maybe rotten suntan lotion?

    Nothing. I made a reservation for two people, but the room was only stocked with one washcloth and one hand towel. When I contacted the front desk—the only staff available on the property—I was told I would have to wait until the next day to receive additional towels. This is simply not acceptable. Basic accommodations for the number of guests booked should be standard, and the lack of immediate support was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff did not offer any solution or attempt to escalate the issue, and there was no manager available or accessible. Because of this, I had no choice but to leave and secure a room at another hotel. As a result, I ended up paying for two rooms during my stay. I was in town for a show and needed to be able to prepare and present myself professionally—I could not wait until the next day for such a basic necessity. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience and a complete failure to meet even the most basic expectations.

    Rooms are VERY outdated. Had to change our room because the a/c was so loud you could barely hear yourself. Had an unusual odor as well. A different room had a rug drying machine inside it due to a water leak. Place needs a makeover.

    The bedding and sheets were dirty. The emergency lock didn’t work. It kept coming undone. The drawer by the bed wouldn’t close so you would hit it when you would get out of bed. We asked for an extra blanket and they didn’t have any. The phone kept getting disconnected from the cord every time you picked it up. And the breakfast had no coffee, yogurt or a lot of options for food. There was just bread, bananas and milk. There were also no cots available.

    The room itself looked like it was fallen apart. The ceiling looked like it was half scraped off and falling down. The tub had long dark hair in it. I have short blonde hair and my husband is all gray. Water Spicket on the tub look like it was ready to fall out of the wall. The bed was very comfortable, but that was the only good thing to say about the room. The tissue box only had one tissue in it!

Price is low which is the only positive, but the saying "you get what you pay for" seems to apply here. Not good for the Quality Inn chain, which has well run hotels as well.

    Room is definitely aging. Electrical outlets are loose and the shower faucet was in dire need of repair. Hot water would run out mis shower, Toilets were very low flow. Our room was missing the security door lock bolt. The brealfast was so so as the coffee would run out and all of the muffins were left uncovered.

    Booked and paid for a king bed room, upon arrival was told no kings, only queen available, ended up with two beds. One bedspread stained. Overall the room was clean and well equipped. Door sticky and hard to open. Staff was excellent and very friendly.

    Only one person for check in. The hotel is very old. Carpets though out need Marjorie cleaning or replacement. Nothing worked, ice machine, pool was broken and needed to be drained and covered over if not to be used. Everything was very old and stained.

    The front staff was pleasant but that was the only thing. The rooms were dirty, furniture used and stained with holes in the desk chair seat. The floors gave way when walking to the room. The carpets were stained around the doors and in the entry way. It honestly felt like I was at a halfway house with the quality of people who were there. There was concern for drugs, in and around the hotel. There was a dirty sweaty man who went into the staff kitchen to fill his own cups (4 of them) with Ice. Another dirty man stole the maid cart and took things off the cart. I did not feel safe and if it was not for the fact that my husband was there I would not have stayed. There was a serious concern for saftey. The breakfast hall was filled with dirty, homeless looking people at 6AM!!! and when I went to check again around 7AM there was more that than 6am crowd. I will not be staying here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

    No one at the front desk when i walked in. I rang bell & waited for awhile. Called the phone #, yelled "hello?" Finally went walking down halls, looking for staff. Turns out there was one woman manning the place at 7:00 pm & doing everything! We paid for & wanted a king size bed, but the only one they had available (supposed to be non-smoking) smelled like cigarettes when we opened the door. Had to ask for another room, which was 2 queen sized beds. The over-worked lady who had lots to do did call my new room & make sure it was better! The should double or triple her salary for wearing many hats!

    My stay was not "quality". I found 3 roaches in my bathroom. I don't know if it was worse because it was on the first floor, but the manager didn't even speak to me until the next morning and even then, she did nothing. There were numerous things that were not kept up well. The 2 positives are that the front desk employee on my first night was very nice and the bedding was clean and neat. However, I will not be returning and don't recommend this place unless you are ok with sub-par conditions.

    Rooms were dirty . Staff were very rude unprofessional and rip people off on their deposits. They got a sign that it’s preferred to pay cash deposit in order to keep the money for themselves. She threatened to call the cops on me for trespassing because I asked her to show me what she was charging me for a supposedly staining of the sheets which she refused to show me. I would be ok with being charged if it were true but the way she handled the situation gives me the impression that they are ripping people off.

    The manager was very rude white female blonde lady in the afternoon. Stayed there before and was charged $50 for deposit and when we went back she was rude and said $100 for deposit. Then when called on it for last time she was extremely rude on the phone and just kept saying $100. Didn’t return back plus the last time we were there the hallway floors to our room was socked and wet as if cleaned and not dried properly. Smelled like smoke in the room.     There were lots of people setting up for a rock and gem convention on the property and in the main lobby. I was told the convention was happening a week later. Made things a little more inconvenient. the breakfast wasn't great. The property is older and so are the pictures of the property. Its a little run down, however, the beds were super comfortable. I got a great night sleep, so if you don't mind the old property where the amenities aren't great, the rooms are so so, but the beds are comfortable, this place may work out for you. Hopefully things would be better when the convention is not going on.

    This was just a sleep and shower stay on a roadtrip from SFO to Tampa. We pulled in at 9:00pm, had a quick bite at the diner next door, showered, and went to sleep. We left at 5:45am and the staff let us fill up our coffee mugs and grab some breakfast to-go items before the breakfast was open at 6am.

    Was fine to crash for the U of A game. Nothing special, run down area but breakfast was decent. Room was fine. Close to stadium and I-10.

    The rooms were unsafe, blood on the wall and floors. The toilet seats were not attached and flies in the rooms.

    The main problem was I had a shower and my feet turned the tub black. Next morning same thing. Asked for a different room and was told none were available. I had appointments and no time pack up and search out another hotel. There were rooms available when I went online later.

    The reception area was very smart and the check in was quick and easy. The access to the room was via a looked door into the block. The area inside didnt give a great impression and had a slightly strange smell. Room was large, clean and comfortable however there was a lot of noise from the nearby freeway and local area, with car alarm and shouting in the evening

    It was way too noisy. I didn't get much sleep. It smelled bad. It was the worst hotel experience I ever had. I was very very unhappy. The people next room were talking and it ewas as they are sitting right next to me because I could hear everything very well! I checked in and went and got some food. When I walked in the room I knew I will be unhappy staying there. Then I called front desk and asked if I could my money back and go somewhere else they said you have been there for couple hours and can't get your money back. I have stayed at Quality Inn in other part of country but this one is the worst ever. It's not Quality at all!

    I enjoyed the hotel itself not a great place in general though, rugs were all pulled around, lady at the front desk threatened to keep my security deposit because she thought I had a cat (I don’t) even if I did it’s listed as pet friendly, extremely rude staff

    The hotel location worked well for us. The bathroom in room #150 is in terrible shape. The bath tub is chipped AND THE CHIPPED SPOTS ARE RUSTING. The room walls are damaged where the chair rubs against the wall resulting in holes in the wall and the sliding patio door is very dirty and the locking mechanism needs repair. The breakfast was not up to Quality Inn standards that we have come to expect - at 7:00 am there were no muffins, no yogurt, no milk for the cereals.

    Icemaker broken no ice on property at all anywhere. Continental breakfast also had waffles except the waffles tasted nasty. Overall we just needed a place to sleep and the price was right.

    You get what you pay for. The rooms were clean and ours smelled good, beds comfortable, and had hot water. The outside was very dirty and outdated. There is a lot of transients in the area so it is a bit misleading when you get to the property. The office staff was not the friendliest and very defensive at first but then were fine the rest of the stay. Overall the property and rooms were fine and served it's purpose at a good price.
