Overall a well maintained property, great food and fitness center. Our only complaints were the cleanliness of the back deck of our room and front porch/stairs leading to room. Neither were cleaned during our stay with an abundance of leaves and bird poop!

I loved the location, I loved the vibe of a vintage luxury hotel. It was clean and smelled good!! Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Bathrooms are luxurious- large soaking tub!! The staff at every location were superb!!! I didn’t factor in that a vintage hotel means more walking, more stairs, thin floors between rooms, no covered parking, small balconies / patios. The pool furniture is really old and worn. Not enough umbrellas for shade to go around.

Gorgeous facility that was perfect for a quick over night stay for my mama and I. The property has been around for a long time so some of the features are aged. But it’s clean and surrounded by beautiful desert. We enjoyed our time very much.

Pool umbrellas need to be updated, had to fight with them to get them open and often took two people to figure out how to open them, finally had to call staff member to get them open. Wasn't just me ,witnessed this several times. Aside from that, staff is amazing and friendly, location is very good with beautiful views, Golf courses are in great shape. Girlfriend said the spa experience was very pleasant. Would stay again, but guys, PLEASE get new pool umbrellas!

The staff was AMAZING! The room was comfortable and the property was pristine.

And pool area. Cabana overpriced for the quality We requested they send someone to clean the bugs. After an hour he barely made a dent in skimming the pool. Nobody checked his work and we gave up after that. The rest was great,

I found the pool area to be outdated and in need of a remodel. The omni is not worth the money for the oudated and shabby property. The only restaurant I liked was the breakfast place. I didnt; like the gnats in our room. Overall, will not ever go back.

The property was beautiful, the pool was clean and sparkling. The coffee shop was perfect and the plain coffee was really good since I don't use in-room coffee machines. The staff was helpful and quick to respond to special requests. All the firepits and seating areas throughout the property were really cozy. A path from the pool to the parking area above would have been really nice even if it was only stairs. Going inside and upstairs and then back out to the parking lot was a little silly and could be avoided with a set of stairs or a path.

Awesome staff throughout. These are luxury golf resort digs. Stayed is a casita like double bungalow. Very dog friendly. Attached is Bobs Steakhouse. Great food great bartender.She meets, introduces different people to interact in a way you feel she is the hostess of the mostest. I reupped for second week.

Yes to all. My only negative was the poor lighting at night. Even with the map it was very difficult to find the casita and very uncomfortable to walk anywhere after dark.

Tje staff was the most friendly and accommodating I have ever encountered. The room was clean and spaciouse. The price was incredible. The coffee was marginal.

The mattress was not good. (It seemed old and had a mattress topper that apparently was made of materials that got very hot when sleeping on them, along with a flannel covering. Putting a towel over the hot mattress helped a little.)We could have asked to be moved but didn't (had already unpacked for a long stay and weren't sure a different room would be better). Also, we booked last-minute and had never been to Tucson before -- if we'd had more time to plan, we might have chosen a more centrally-located location. (We tended to travel south of the resort to many of our planned activities.)

It's a great facility, generally peaceful and pleasant. The room was massive, and we got a very nice balcony overviewing the pool. Beds were quite comfortable, parking was super easy. Compared to other high-end resorts, Omni feels a little bit outdated, particularly the bathroom. The shower pressure was very poor, and the fact that we were located right in front of pool ended up being a bit loud as the pool closed late and we go to bed early (that's probably a "us" problem)

I had the best time...everyone was so nice especially in the desert farm restaurant. There was a woman server name brea I believe...who worked sunday December 8th at around 930am. She has lightish brown hair and light eyes...very sweet and over accommodating. I made sure to give her the best 👌 reviews. I hope to stay here again! I was traveling for work and was very tired and to see this type if service and greetungs literally from everyone I passed shows great leadership in Omni and representation. Ill ave back!

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms-we had a casita. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and during our stay went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Lovely pool and fitness centre. Will definitely go back there when in the US again.

The resort grounds were beautiful, scenic and offered great walking paths. The two pool areas were peaceful and relaxing. We also loved the dining options--we had lunch at Legends and breakfast at the Terra Cota cafe--both were excellent! We loved our stay and will be returning!

Front desk staff were not friendly upon our arrival. It was the bar staff who helped guide us to our room, the room service staff and the departure valet who made our experience pleasant. Thank you goes to them. Our hunch is that front desk judged us on appearance—remember, appearances can be deceiving.

One person however said the check in time cut off time was 2-3am before our whole reservation would be cancelled, and the tone wasn’t very helpful. When we called again and spoke to different person, they told us not to worry they’ll put a note in the reservation. We were able to arrive a little before 3am. But we were definitely stressed from the other conversation. Overall the stay was great and the front desk and golf cart driver when we arrived were really great.

My overall stay was great, but I did have a issue with my check in as Omni had me for a wrong date that I reserved with Expedia so my stay started off very bad but Om took care of, my issues with the reservation hopefully this does not happen again with Expedia and Omni or any of my reservations or stays at any future location or rentals

Absolutely amazing trip! Lisa and Tim were without a doubt some of the kindest most welcoming hospitality professionals we've ever encountered and elevated our stay. Omni will be our Tucson Destination moving forward, the room, the views, the grounds and the staff were incredible!

The customer service overall was excellent. I especially want to give a shout out to the lady working overnight who went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and I were able to get some late night food! The pool also had a DJ on a Saturday afternoon which was fun as well.

Glen was great and extremely friendly. He greeted us with a smile and gave us the warmest welcome. Super first impression. We normally stay at Ventana but decided to mix it up a little bit… Our room was a deluxe with a view- very clean and spacious but had a weird musty smell. They freshened up the room the next day and it did help but not completely. The cleaning service was very good except for Sunday. Pool was clean and pool staff was friendly and helpful- getting out the towels in timely manner with a smile. We reserved a section of the pool with seatings and table for my niece and nephew. We had much fun (the hotel provided floats) and ordered food from Sweet Water. Food was delicious. I would have given five stars instead of four had it not been for one of the staff at the pool questioning if I paid for the reserved space. She came FOUR times demanding I show receipt, which I did but insisted the receipt needed a confirmation number…. I showed her my email and proof of payment but still insisted I needed a confirmation number (btw- I never received). This caused embarrassment to me in the presence of my guests. Ugh. They need to be more organized. She did eventually come back to tell me my pool space reservation has been verified. To add to the damage, my final bill had a bill that was not mine- but they rectified it. Other than that, my overall stay was good. I might consider coming back… perhaps just for the spa treatment.

Our room was wonderful with a beautiful sitting area, plenty of storage, a desk, a bar area, large closet, great mirror separate from main bathroom for getting ready, and an excellent shower. There was a must smell in the room . The bell service manager was wonderful and set us up with all of our belongings from a long trip across country. I didn’t love the pool being packed by weekend “resort pass “ guests and their young kids….but understand the need to do it. That area could have been cleaner.

Beautiful property with golf course and pool. Bob’s restaurant on property was superb! Also love that it was pet friendly and was very easy to accommodate our dog.

Beds were amazing, the bathroom door did not close plus you can see through when someone is naked inside or in the bathroom. One strange thing is we went to the pool and placed my wife’s bag inside the safe, when we came back she checked and enevelope with cash inside the bag, it was in another compartment inside her purse and it looked like it had been opened, one of those envelopes the banks give you. She was missing 200 dollars but the safe was left with the code. What I did notice is that the safe was not attached to the wall or anything. But it was still strange, she swears the envelope was sealed and she had counted the money before closing her purse. Other than that everything was great, I’m just still waiting for the refund the hotel holds for incidentals, the bank tells me it’s done by the hotel and the hotel says it’s up to the bank to make the refund. Go figure!

Very nice when you arrived! When we were at the pool we had to keep asking for our order. Because I think they forgot about us. And they were not even that busy.

The lobby smells amazing, I would love to find this scent for my home. The casitas are large, very clean & my husband & I loved that the parking was in front of our casita. Everyone who worked there was smiling, friendly. The grounds are well kept & the views of the Catalina mountains are majestic. We will be staying here again.

Staff was amazing! When I checked in I was asked if we were celebrating anything which we were. The man at the front desk made a note and the next day a birthday plate of cupcakes were delivered. Also we spent a day at the pool and staff from Legens bar and grill delivered food to us. All staff from front desk to the bat to room was excellent.

It is an oasis! Everyone is so friendly. Beautiful golf course and relaxing pool. I love the fire pit at night. My room was perfect.

The pool area seemed “sad”. There were leaves and debris in the pool and no music or life to the area. It had no “resort” feel at the pool.

This is our go-to place when in Tucson. The property and staff are absolutely amazing, and also very accommodating. We have been coming her for years. You have to have dinner at Bob’s and go to the spa during your stay.

Very friendly staff! Food was very good. Second pool by Tennis Court was very dirty.

The only improvements that might be considered would be a the pool area. The furniture is a little tierd.

Beautiful property! The rooms were a great size so we could spread out for our family of four. We will definitely book it again for our trip next year.

The restaurants in main lobby of the hotel were very nice the location of golf course. It was very nice. The age of the room was quite old, the hotel was built in the 60s and some parts of room you could tell… it’s not as new as some of the other resorts i have stayed at

From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude, dismissive, and shockingly discriminatory. My partner and I were treated like second-class citizens—completely ignored. I just want to say this was the Most Incredible resort Ive ever stayed at . The staff and level of guest care was out of this world!!! The atmosphere and hospitality plus extra details to every single element to resort was one of a kind . The staff even opened up the store after it was closed so I could get a few snacks for my room. The food at the restaurants on premise were so good and all fresh ingredients along with best quality steakhouse Ive experienced. I will always recommend to stay at any Omni resorts. Plus the spa was wonderful too ❤️

I really enjoyed staying here. The amenities were wonderful and the room was exceptional.

The casita was very large and comfortable. We were unhappy with the evening dining options but the breakfasts were excellent. We feel that the staff should explain what is available at the resort when one checks in.

We thought everyone was friendly and helpful. However, the room's ceiling had cobwebs and overall was not as clean as we would have expected. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

Everyone was amazingly nice and helpful. It's amazing what a free water bottle before our hike does for our sense of service. Costs the resort $.15 and yet made us feel like royalty 😂 Spa was great and pool was relaxing.

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Quality service and food was very good. Our room was very nice and spacious. Our room was on the second floor which was a little difficult for us to use stairs. We really appreciated the gentleman that delivered our luggage right to our doorstep. It's very expensive to stay at the Omni especially with all the added resort fees etc. but for the most part worth it for special occasion. Our Spa experience was pretty good too.

I loved the area. The hotel needs bigger signs for all the room numbers. It is very difficult to search for our room when arrived late at night, and easy to get lost around the hotel property.. I am sure many customers have lost we hope looking for their rooms, not just us. This is a resort, but inside the room was not even a Q tips or hair net for customers. It is very poor service in this area.

We really enjoyed this property. Easy to park and not far from the rooms. Coffee shop was excellent. The pool and hot were great. One exception is I was in the hot tub for about 5 minutes and maintenance came and told me I had to get out because they were going to change the pump. So I didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub. The rooms were big and comfortable. Great big bath tub but small shower. Room was clean except for the small windows. We opened the shutters and it was full of dirt and cobwebs. The people working on the property were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We were taken to a room that had an odor of death. It was appalling for the price we had to pay to stay here. We were given another room, somewhat better, but pathetic. The entire property needs to be torn down and redone. The sheets were threadbare. We asked for our sheets to be changed. The cleaner did nothing but take the 5.00 on the bed. The bathroom didn't have a new kleenex put in. The rug beneath was still turned over. The counter or mirror hadn't been touched. The rug is filthy and needs replacing. I feared bed bugs more than anything. This resort hotel is a disgrace to the Omni corporation name.

This is a lovely resort with many outdoor activities and quiet serene views. Staff is friendly and kind. The resort amd rooms are clean and well maintained. Good food. We would definitely come back. Our original booking was for 4 nights in a king Hacienda. We extended our stay by 2 nights but our current room type was sold out- so we booked the next best room a Double Queen Premiere. Beautiful room and location.

Please do not go if you want a retreat or with family. We travelled with family and little kids and there was no family friendly activities- golf carts everywhere - the only good thing was the breakfast at the dessert farmers and the server was courteous.

We had a great time! Great food, wonderful drinks at the bar, beautiful and clean room! Loved the texting capabilities when we needed more coffee supplies in the room… someone was there in about 20 min. We would definitely stay again!

We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and very helpful. The room was great. If we ever go back to Tucson we will be glad to return to the Omni Tesort.

We will be back! And can’t wait to do so!

A very spacious room, loved 2 separate sinks, living room area, a bar a tub with separate shower. Only thing was we would have had a view of the golf course and beautiful mountains but there was a huge tree blocking any view. A beautiful property in a very nice area

If you love golf or pickle ball this is a nice place for activities, also near scenic parks for trails to hike which were scenic and enjoyable

Kudos to the Staff that worked after 9. They had to cover for all the daytime staff that failed.

The rollaway bed was basically springs , that took us to ask for a duvet to lay in the bottom. The duvet was a thin blanket . Not a good experience, we were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We spend more time out of the hotel than enjoy the amenities. Will not be returning .
