Will not give water unless you are a member. You’ll have to buy your own toothbrush & toothpaste. Staff is very confused and not helpful. Cleanliness is lacking, you’ll find trash from pervious guest in your trash bins and dirt on non-carpet floors.

Lovely room; however you need to have fall bars inserted into bath/shower stall walls.

Was a 1 night travel stay. Only negative was guest above stayed up all night ( literally) stomping loudly. But would still stay again.

A clean comfortable room with a recliner. Definitely a budget residence place. The kitchenette would have been useful if it had dishes or cookware. Staff at checkin was friendly but not a sight of staff after that. Definitely safe and I'd stay here again.

Seems like most every time we check in, we have to wait for the clerk… they are rarely at the front desk. It appears only one clerk is on duty and is doing everything. This morning, all 4 coffee dispensers were empty and we had to stand around waiting for her to get some spare time to brew more coffee. They should have at least two people on duty in the morning and afternoon when they are the busiest…

This hotel seemed pretty empty, the room walls are paper thin. could hear dogs barking, tvs, people sleeping through their alarms at 3:30am, babys crying. worst sleep of my life. so many dead bugs in the hallways.
