This place is a little run down on the outside but the rooms are great! I got a newly renovated room that was really nice. I nice big bed and really nice bathroom. The price was great also. Great staff as well.

They have remodeled some of the room. I just stay in a remodeled room that was really nice! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. Incredible value for the price.

The staff, especially the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. There was one younger lady in housekeeping, she appeared to be newer, that was very nice and always spoke to the guests. I stayed longer than the dates shown. The room had small cockroaches and the shower drained VERY slow. I came in late with cash, which upset the desk clerk because he had just counted his drawer. He gave me a room on thè 3rd floor and when I walked in, there was a man standing with his shirt off. The clerk just said "hmmm, sorry bout that" like it was no ɓig deal. Most all housekeeping staff didn't even speak one word to me or other guests that I saw. At one point they didn't have any towela and told me to go downstairs where they do laundry and keep everything. The lady there told me they didn't have any clean towels at all. The housekeepers would be coming off the elevator and just roll their cart off without waiting to see if anyone was standing there. The door would open and they'd just come out not apologizing or saying anything at all for almost hitting us. At one point I had to wait for the lady to go up and down a couple times without an apology for almost running me over because I didnt realize she was coming back up with another cart so I went to walk onto the elevator as she was coming out. People who seemed to be living there had behavior seeming as if that was their personal home. They were making as much noise as they wanted, including running around the property outside as though it was their yard, not having any comcern for people driving around, and also running up and down the halls inside as well. I was on the 2nd floor and they walked with heavy feet as well as banging drawers and doors all day and night. They also let the kids take over the pool area with yelling and running back and forth from the pool to the jacuzzi. At one point there were several kids in the jacuzzi when I was going to use it and they just said they were "using it right now". They were about 5-7 years old and seemed to be being watched by a couple of kids that appeared to be 11-13 and there were no adults in site.

Comfy bed and TV Some rooms are either missing smoke detectors, toilet paper holders, 2nd floor water in the shower doesn't get hot as the 3rd floor does. While you are staying an extended amount of time you don't get the trash emptied or clean towels.

It's obviously an older hotel that is now a Motel 6, but the front desk was super helpful on a last minute booking and accommodated our party of 5 with 2 rooms that were clean and comfy

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds. . Oh, so comfortable.

The room was awful. Smelled like smoke. The upkeep was terrible. Paint splatters everywhere and worst of all their were cockroaches i. The bathroom. We seen at least 5 or more. It felt so dirty

Pet friendly, price was good, staff was friendly. Very strong smell of cleaning products - dollar store fabuloso. The property was really dirty outside, the dog area - a strip of astro turf was completely filled with dog feces.

No breakfast at this location but coffee was ready in the morning. I had to call in the middle of the night. Guests were having a party. Not the fault of the hotel but they handled it.

The gentleman who checked me in was very professional and friendly Did I have to hear the compressor, or whatever was being run next door, releasing the air pressure every 4 minutes? Could not go to sleep

Front desk employees were nice and the bed was comfy at-least. I think the fact they very prominently display rhino pills for sale at the check in area says enough about how nice of a hotel this is.

Roaches, dog poop not picked up until I complained about many times. Ice machine broken and not repaired after several days.

The pool and jucuzzi were down. The people staying in the room next to ours were so loud and disrespectfull that i had to call front desk and make a complaint that did nothing. The towells in our room appeared to be dirty and have black stains.

This was a very nice Motel 6 with nice staff! It was quiet and I would stay again.

The room w 2 beds was comfy and spacious. Housekeeping ladies and the front desk guys were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. We stayed 10 nights here without any problems.

Near the airport. Not a fancy hotel, but decent prices, good service, very relaxing. I had a nice time there.

I decided not to stay at this location. There were sketchy people hanging around the parking lot. I was a little early for check in and the clerk stated to come back after 3. I did not feel safe at this location.

Stay was ok but still waiting on deposit back, shouldve just stayed somewhere nicer for what i ended up paying in total.

We love this hotel but this time we were not happy with the cleanliness, trash in all trash bins in hallway, no big deal but the towels in our room were filthy, with spots.

They only had 3 pillows in the room. Elevator took forever even though it was only 3 floors. The shower floor was so slick that it was dangerous to take a shower.

My room was on the top floor on the west side of the building. The AC was not turned on prior to my arrival & it took about 4 hours for the room to cool down enough for me to get to sleep. I had a 5 AM check out time & had not planned on the extra time before i could get to sleep. Very disappointing!

It was a great stay. The room was clean. The air-conditioning worked great the pool and hot tub was great. We had an extra guest with us and they were great about it and changed our room to two beed without any problems.

I generally have a very high tolerance for quality but It was bad enough to feel as though the air/environment was negatively effecting my health (even my dogs). Spend more money for a better, cleaner hotel.

The comforter was ripping apart on both sides, the toilet seat was on the floor, the bath wouldn't drain, every single hallway garbage can was overflowing with garbage on the floor, I checked in Saturday and they weren't emptied until Monday. I'm pretty sure this is a welfare hotel! A lot of people hanging out with the room chairs smoking, lots of dogs, the hotel wrenched

Booked thru Hotels.com, reservation name defaulted to previous last name “Unless you produce ID With last name booked under you DO NOT HAVE A RESERVATION” Night clerk refused to see current DL w/same first name, same address and email on reservation. Room was clean and comfortable. They are remodeling so so paint need touch up. Not their fault but the family in the next room had a 5 yr old and a dog. Arguing and yelling at the child kept me up until late. They started again around 7. Dog barking don't hep me sleep either.

There were cockroaches in the room, the hot tub was more like gysers and just kept shooting water out of the tub, most of the shelves in the fridge were broken, could tell something was ripped off the bathroom door, hard water stains and burns all over the bath... paying almost 80 for the room, think they could repair their rooms. Will not stay here again.

Looks of a on going remodel happening. Drywall mud and dust in parts of hotel, unfinished walls throughout. Online says there was a pool at a hot tub available to use but was all saved up closed when we got there. Very noisy all night, not sure if it was workers or guests but it was very noisy all night long and work started at 7:30 in the morning with drilling outside our wall where our room was very unhappy, had a medical procedure first thing in the morning and I didn't get no sleep tonight because of the noise.

The staff was excellent. The guest in the room next to me had their TV on a very loud volume all night and was still going at 5am. I did NOT sleep at all and finally left when the local gas station was open and just continued my drive home from my road trip and sleep at a rest stop. The front desk clerk tried calling the guest but no answer. The front desk clerk tried knocking on the guest's door but no answer. I really appreciate every thing the front desk clerk did. I wish the front desk clerk had authorize to enter the other guest's room to turn off TV since most likely the other guest was passed out or took sleeping pills. Since the purpose of my visit was to sleep, I will not be staying at this location again nor would I recommend.

Friendly staff, good option for a cheap room.

My credit cards were not going through one specific terminal, after a while, I’d suggested to try a different one and that one worked. Last, the internet doesn’t work well. Signal is strong but it could be that their access point/ repeater on the 3rd floor needs to be reset or their DHCP server was exhausted and couldn’t provide more IP leases. Only one device was able to connect.

I had stayed here when it was Quality Inn. It is not getting better. When i pulled in, tons of homeless in the back. The place smelled like MJ. Carpet looked horrible. Walls dirty, needs a lot of cleaning & upgrading. Now the room: better. Upgraded bathroom. Good floors (did see a bug crawling). Bed was comfortable. Good price for the night. I recommended for 1 night if ur on a budget & are not too picky

No bath towels in the room. I checked in after midnight & did not appreciate having to chase after them. TV did not work, gave an error code, Front Desk seemed unaware of the problem (!), offered to change my room to another, but I had already unpacked, no offer of financial restitution,

Was good. First night other guests were noisy, inside and outside. Second night was quiet and relaxing.

No longer Quality Inn now Motel 6. NO BREAKFAST.

The bathtub had hair on the side and spider was also in the bathtub. I had to turn the water on to wash the spider down the drain. The hallway carpet is dirty and the room had a weird smell. The window had a crack about a foot long.

Dog barked next door to our room and the management refused to give a credit even though they said they would. Not a clean hotel.

Its just ok. Acceptable for a brief stay. What is unnaceptable is the breakfast... bread & butter, and ceareal & milk - nothing else. They even have the audacity to post a sign saying you cannot take your breakfast to your room. I'll stay where I am valyed

THE RE CEPTION CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL

The amenities weren’t great at all. The pool and jacuzzi were very dirty and the Manager on duties excuse was because the pool and Jacuzzi were outside. The Jacuzzi water was coming out like pasta boiling over in a pot. The room was dirty, and the sheets had holes in them. The Bathtub looked like it was installed in the early 80s. There were also cobwebs in the bathroom. In terms of their continental breakfast, you had to make your own waffles and for orange juice they served Tang. This was the worst hotel I ever been to.

Beds were comfortable. Nothing real good about my stay but nothing real bad either. Breakfast needs more options. The only thing that upset me was no coffee maker in my room.

It was hard st overnight for an early flight. The driver in the very early morning was great. I would definitely stay here again.

It was HORRIBLE, it looked like they were remodeling and had stuff everywhere, duck tape on the threshold of the door from the hallway to the room. Hallway carpet was gross and the ice machine had mold. Breakfast was a joke, they had a tub of butter instead of individually wrapped and the wierdest part was men coming from the side door and the employees were telling them that they had to stay in the back room and they are not allowed to come out. I couldnt get out fast enough.

The word Quality has no association with this property. I would never stay at this hotel again. The lack of basic necessities is appalling. No microwave, no coffee maker, no drinking cups, no Kleenex in the room, The towels are skimpy to the point of being threadbare. Common areas were drab and shabby. The east side of the property is adjacent to a large noisy industrial facility seperated from the parking lot by a 10' tall fence with concertin wire on top. The parking area does not seem safe. .... and don't even asl me about the pile of we dirty linen on the hallway floor. Never again!

The place is under renovation. It's difficult to give a fair review. They have a long way to go. I thought it was a little sneaky not to let potential visitors know they are in the middle of major construction. The hallways were full of construction materials. Definate hazard if emergency evacuation had to happen. For get it if you're in a wheelchair.I could have done much better for the same amount of money somewhere else.

The staff was great. The breakfast was very limited. Everything is falling apart. Weird sound outside every hour.

Older motel. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very convenient location close to the airport.

It really feels like the last maintenance person died a year ago and was never replaced. It was missing the smoke detector, the window screen and the door sign. Unbelievably bad, the worst hotel ever.

I went there because friends were staying there to be near the airport. They upgraded their room but I was put in the area where they housed migrants. It was dirty in the hallways with trash left on the carpet all weekend. The towels were threadbare and the shower barely worked. The manager spoke very little English or pretended to not know what I meant when I asked for an upgrade. It was quiet and I survived but it was not my choice.

Front desk is friendly. Hotel shows its age, kind of run down. Front lobby currently being renovated. OK for price, but maybe not someplace you'd take family for a vacation.

This place should not be offered on Hotels.com. The hall ways and elevator was so dirty that we were afraid to look into the room. One look had us heading to the front desk to ask to cancel the reservation and ask for a refund. The front desk area looked to be under construction. The front desk employee told us there would be breakfast served, but the wait line would be so long that we probably wouldn't get anything. Do NOT plan to reserve here. Quality Inns and Hotels.com need to see this place!

Extremely dirty stay. Motel apparently contracts to provide lodging to single male immigrants. Breakfast each day was overwhelmed by these men and the lobby is a gathering place for them 24 hours per day. Rooms are in poor condition. Recommendation: find another motel.

if it wasn't for all the friendly front desk staff i would rated this place a 0/5. the first room i checked into wasn't cleaned after the previous guests, trash left on bedside table and linens were stripped. they quickly let me check into a new room which was clean. AC worked well. the halls had white residue on carpets,? saw a pill capsule on the carpet for two days straight no one bothered to vacuum. day of check out i found a large roach bellied up in the hall, and someone had thrown up all over where you can wheel your luggage to three parking lot so i had to carry it over the sidewalk to avoid it. also there are young men that seems to reside there or something that kept watching out the windows and as a solo female traveler this made me super anxious and have me bad vibes. i couldn't wait to leave. like i said in the beginning, the staff was so friendly and helpful.. i almost feel bad leaving such a bad review but I've been to quality inn before but this was my worst stay I've experienced.

They forgot walkie talkie on the table and we didn’t see at all, during night, they communicated through the walkie talkie, totally scared
