    The lady at check-in eas very polite and efficient. The door didn't fit the frame properly which allowed in noise and light in the morning. Didn't see it until the morning.

    Even with my bathroom door closed my eyes were watering from the stench and smoke. So I moved upstairs. Given the circumstances, some help moving all my stuff, some kind of discount, anything to alleviate the awful experience would have been appreciated. None was offered. Because of the weed dispensary next door, and the shared vent system, I would not recommend this place unless you are into that.

    The property is very disgusting, especially the back side where we stayed. Other guests just all hangout with their doors open and dogs running in and out. Our dogs were on leash but these other dog owners didn't care what their dog was doing. As we were walking to our room we saw the biggest nastiest roach on the stairs just greeting anyone who walks up. It ended up being so bad we stayed a couple hours while we did stuff around town, a place to leave ours dogs in their kennels while we ran around. Honestly the only redeeming this is the girl at the front desk was very nice. Normally we stay at motel 6 since they don't charge for pets, but next time we're in Tucson well opt for something a little nicer than this dump.

    We had a 2-night stay booked this past weekend...we checked in and got our room keys...we headed to the room to review it....as soon as we walked in there was a heacy moldy smell...we then checked the bathroom...it was filled with roaches...in the shower and the floor.. we quickly grabbed our bags and went back to the front desk....we told the girl what we found and that we are cancelling our stay and leaving....we gave back our room keys and asked to speak to the manger...she said there was no manger and we need to wait till after the holiday....which we will to get a refund for our stay....

    The room I was staying in had roaches, crawling on the walls.And when I removed the refrigerator from the wall approaches were coming from underneath the refrigerator I called the office. The only thing that the office did was remove me from that room to a different room. Don't see how they can put another person in that room after I complain about roaches

When I tried to get some hot water, the manager shouted and said she would call police to get involved. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

    I liked that I could call the Main Desk 24/7/365 & a 1/4 to have my privacy secured by the local; and County; Police. The floors could have been swept and mopped everyday as part of House Keeping, the tub should have been able to be plugged instead of wasting water in Our desert, the Corporation should have made sure to check up on Their Staff at 1010 S. Freeway, Tucson; AZ instead of Me ( as a quest of Room #100 ) having to call Corp Cust. Serv. and request towels on behave of the location. Also; a microwave was pictured as part of the room on Booking.com and when I called the front desk I was informed that the room did not come with a microwave. That is false advertising and a Federal offense.

    Room was so dirty. Excessive amounts of Stains on the walls. Like every wall! Bathtub tile was chipped and smelt like sewer, Floor was black through out the whole room. And the neighbor I had for the last three days was absolutely intolerable. Was such a bad time there. Then I didn't even get my whole deposit back because they said the floor mat was missing out of the room and there was stains on the sheet from my dog. Ridiculous!!

    Cable TV had lots of channels lots of movies lots of options No ice machine no microwave ice machine was broken the entire week very loud you can hear the freeway all day and all night doors were not sealed underneath large cockroaches were able to come inside they turned the water off a couple of times without notifying anybody and the water was Brown coming out of the faucet

    The TV in my room didn't work well. This was true with the last motel 6 I stayed in, too. I don't know why, but their TVs always suck. Either static, distorted picture, no picture/sound, or other issues. For a huge corporation you'd think they'd have updated TVs, especially since most of them were just renovated.

    The location is vary wonderful the view of the A mountain is a delightful view especially in the evening time the front desk lady I do believe her name was Ashley she was a wonderfully an polite person every time me an my kids come she's always greeting them I will surely stay an recommend here again. Thank you The only thing that was a problem was the kurtin really didn't cover the window so sunlight was coming in also I don't think the door fit the door frame because there was also a lot of light coming in from the bottom, sides an top of the door .

    Because that I booked my stay a few minutes past midnight, the app booked me by default to the time and date of the reservation and not to the the time of the night that I wanted to expend. I was not able to cancel for stupid rules at the app, but one thing I could not stand up was the attitude of the Hotel Personnel who cynically said, Yes you are booked but for TODAY after 3pm and saying she couldn't do anything other than charge me again if I wanted to stay. I feel ripped off and mistreated, although I understand the non human sense of an app I can not put up with the lack of humanity of the Lady at the front desk at the hotel were no other options were given other than paying again.

    I understand we booked at a Motel 6, but based on the reviews I had a little hope. Staff upon arrival was friendly and professional. The room was disgusting. The TV wasn’t plugged in, so we had to figure out how to fix it, and the only light switch in the room controlled power to the lights and the tv, so if we turned off the lights, the tv shut off, as well. The doors and walls were filthy, smudged and brown with what I can only hope wasn’t bodily matter in some spots, there was old pet fur caked in the corners/baseboards, the bedding was stained and dingy, the bathroom was grotesque with some sort of insect nests hanging from the ceiling and down the walls. The bathtub looked like it had never been cleaned. The people hanging around outside every time we opened the door seemed extremely questionable, and we did have concern for our belongings and safety at times. The property is open so homeless people were wandering the halls all night. Definitely a no for this place.

    I understand we booked at a Motel 6, but based on the reviews I had a little hope. Staff upon arrival was friendly and professional. The room was disgusting. The TV wasn’t plugged in, so we had to figure out how to fix it, and the only light switch in the room controlled power to the lights and the tv, so if we turned off the lights, the tv shut off, as well. The doors and walls were filthy, smudged and brown with what I can only hope wasn’t bodily matter in some spots, there was old pet fur caked in the corners/baseboards, the bedding was stained and dingy, the bathroom was grotesque with some sort of insect nests hanging from the ceiling and down the walls. The bathtub looked like it had never been cleaned. The people hanging around outside every time we opened the door seemed extremely questionable, and we did have concern for our belongings and safety at times. The property is open so homeless people were wandering the halls all night. Definitely a no for this place.

As other reviews indicate, there is a large gap between the door and the door frame, and a lot of smoke would waft into my room. I asked the guests to please smoke elsewhere; one time they agreed. Another time I asked (nicely), they said they weren't smoking, when I could hear them talking and I had just heard one ask the other for a light and I could smell the smoke! So that was creepy. The pool was immaculate. I easily parked very close to the door of my room, which was great because I was hauling pets and pet supplies. The price was reasonable and I love that there are NO CARPETS. This motel seemed to be a low income area, with many visible homeless people, and I would not have felt safe walking at night alone.

    Everyone was great. Freddie, John, Debbie all in the office absolutely wonderful. House keepers Heni and Sonja are absolutely the best. Heni and Debbie have both been long time employees. Both were here the last time we stayed here years ago. I won't stay anywhere else. The rooms are great, wi fi great and free. The rooms have perfect air conditioning and heating for your comfort.     This location charges a $100 security deposit but we were charged $300 accidentally. Smoke free property with many burn marks on the bathroom floor & the toliet ran noisily, continually. The addicts in the stairwell really capped the experience for us but they were more curteous than the staff at check in. Book elsewhere.

    Front desk lady by the name of tammy was very unprofessional, she treats guest like there all on drugs, i asked her for a simple request and she blew up arguing and yelling at me like if i was not a paying guest. She really needs to change jobs with the disrespect she gave me and others. I told her if you dont like you're job change it, there's know one here that deserves to be treated that way. Stayed there a hand full of times and she's the only one on staff that is horrible, everyone else is great, so if you check in make sure to do it when shes not working usually over nights...

    We weren't expecting much. It was a major crack all around the door and a smash cockroach on the wall. The bathroom had a couple of dried boogers stuck on the wall.     First night there some guy got his ass beat at like 330am outside of my room. Couple days later cops were there at 12am for some reason. Another night i had a big cockroach in my room i addressed it to the front desk but the girl working was more freaked out than anything to come to some solution so i pretty well let it go. Day before i leave there was a couple fighting at 8am yelling for about an hour. Reminded me of where i grew up. Was entertaining and spontaneous but looking to escape that lifestyle.

    The area was bad sheets where dirty, the bathroom was dirty poor water pressure. Overall bad there was 2 cockroaches

    It was very convenient for my dog, easy to pick up after him in the gravel area. I was glad to have him with me while walking around however- looked like a cruddy area of town Mattress needs replacement

    The first shift employee is rude. She doesn't try to listen and will cut you off while talking. She doesn't seem very knowledgeable about the policy. I had to speak to 2 other employees to get an answer to a question. It was just a mess. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. Only thing that was concerning was the amount of homeless or drug addicts roaming the area.

    Ants in room This man named Jose kept knocking on my door Room 140 Asking for employee Rachel Raquel To let him in room I told him no one by that name here to go ask front desk He persisted at different hours I told him I was going to call front desk security or police He said go ahead To let him take a shower ?? He finally left I couldn’t sleep He kept waking me up Bad experience Scary Take care of your guests

    It worked for 1 nighter. The entrance to this place is always trashy. We've been here a few times traveling thru. Yuk for the entrance.
