    The hotel is a nice building, but very poorly maintained. There are stains all over the chairs in the breakfast eating area. There were signs of damage all over the place in the rooms and in the open areas. I had problems with the shower, not draining and with one of the lights and they’re not working. I told the front desk about it and they made a note for Maintenance to take care of it, I watched them write it down. But Maintenance did not do anything about it that night. I had to remind the front desk again in the next morning and then Maintenance finally did something about it. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. But the ownership clearly does not care about taking care of the building.

    I love that the place was 5 mn away from the airport. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was great especially when you have to fly and will be subject to airport food (fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, cereals, freshly pressed juice etc). The room was great spacious and large enough for two friends with différents sleep patterns. I love that there was a nice sitting area with a comfy couch separated from the rest of the bedroom by a beautiful screen. The air conditioning system was very loud. It did bother me (I am a light sleeper) but it did not bother my friend (heavy sleeper)

    The breakfasts. The hallways smell like mildew, the property is not like the other Hyatts seems like a previous hotel. Our room 421 had black mold in the bathroom. We spoke to the attendant Daniela and was told I’d get a refund, they told booking they couldn’t come to an agreement and only got $21.69 from booking…

    Comfortable sectional sofa and beds. The little kitchenette was handy. Staff were very helpful to allow me to keep my same room throughout my stay. It was a little crazy since it was college graduation weekend. Bathroom needs an update, but it was clean. A comfort height toilet would be nice.

    The lobby was clean as well as the breakfast facility. My refrigerator in my room did not work, there was dead cockroaches, which I took pictures of in my room, light fixtures, falling apart from the ceiling, the shower was filthy as in the showerhead with lime scale buildup, the pillow case on one of the pillows was stained.

    The entrance and the first floor was very deceiving... it would make one think the rooms were fabulous ... they were not! The restaurant and staff were fabulous! The rooms were very dated and smelled... the bathrooms were Plumbed with a rubber hose under the sink and it appeared there was possible mold under the rim of the sink. The towels were hung on a shelf at the end or the tub... if I hadn't removed every one before my shower they would have been soaked... the air didn't work and the refrigerator froze everything and the dial was broke off so it couldn't be adjusted... it was quite clear that everything is in very bad shape and jus cobbled together to be used... the microwave- no plate to heat on and was very very old, the refrigerator- dial broke to regulate temp... the lamps - all loose switches and clearly had shorts in the Plugs as they flickered when touched...the beds- had wood frames that were longer than the mattress covered by a bed skirt that was way too big and laid along the floor, the bruises left on our shins from smashing into the wood sticking out are many.... the carpet - filthy to say the least! Furniture- very uncomfortable and dirty! The air- had To be repaired by maintenance at 9 pm... EVERYTHING CLEARLY NEEDS REPLACING AND CLEANING!

    I’ve previously stayed there before multiple times but it’s been a little bit of time. It used to be enjoyable You can tell that the property is under a new ownership. They’ve cut corners everywhere. It is no longer what it used to be. No amenities. As soon as we checked in we needed to call maintenance because the toilet didn’t work no washcloths no soap in the room to wash our hands. The Tv didn’t work properly. You name it, where there could be corners cut there were. There were no ice machines to speak up. I had to go to the front desk to ask for ice in bags. I get it. It’s cheap, but don’t waste your money.

    I booked this particular hotel because of the close proximity to the airport and the hotel shuttle. I followed the instructions of booking the shuttle one day before I had to fly out of the airport. The morning of, there was no one working at the front desk and the shuttle driver said he was unable to take me to the airport. Myself and several other guests each had to pay for a Lyft ride to the airport. Unsatisfactory. I will NEVER stay at the hotel again.

    Front desk was not being worked during time I checked in and when I was trying to check out to make it to my flight. I ended up leaving without a receipt. I believe a hotel should always have someone working the front desk or at a minimum if the person working the front desk needs to head out somewhere, a buzzer would help not have people staking up in a line waiting for service.

    Under the pull out couch was visibly dirty, the sheets were dirty as if something had spilled down onto them from the couch. The toilet backed up on us and when I let the front desk know nothing was done about it. Rooms lost power, water pressure. Not one person came up and checked it so we had to go downstairs to use the bathroom. We will not be staying at any Hyatt ever again that was ridiculous.

    Our first room’s vanity light didn’t work. We were given another room - in this one, one of the floor lamps didn’t work. The faucet had mineral deposits. The shower didn’t drain fast enough, so ended up showering with water up to my ankles. Lot’s of other details.. the room felt neglected.

    The rooms were spread out between two buildings and the buildings had no wayfinders to get to your room… the room was fine… I guess… the best thing about the room was the bed sheets. You could have breakfast but you had to wait until 7 am when the restaurant opened across the parking lot. And lastly I didn’t care for the way I couldn’t speak with anyone face to face… any communication was literally through a text message…. Not cool.

    I did not see a shuttle, but I did not ask for one. The room was not fully clean. There were wrappers on the bathroom floor and the closet door would not open and close properly. The staff were not horrible, but they were not friendly. I did have really good parking.

    Working properly. Breakfast was not good , boiled eggs were very hard, and they had a bad smell to it. My father got a very bad stomach ache after eating the breaskfast.

    The property needs a lot of maintenance from the shower, which was kind of spongy feel to it meaning you didn’t feel like your balance was well in the shower the shower the bathroom door would not close unless you slammed it and pushed it shut. It was sticking very hard to open and close the first room that they checked us into actually had a leak and we had to change rooms And then the they also had a leak downstairs around the kitchen area and the overall hours was was inconvenient. They close breakfast by 9 AM which on the weekend doesn’t make sense other other hotels do not do this and also they were quite limited in their breakfast selection. What they did have was bland not very tasty. Other than the salsa. Salsa was good. In addition, the staff was not very friendly. They were seem like they were very rushed. Not very helpful when I said something about the breakfast hours their attitude was hey well you know should I continue to check you in or like you’re gonna go somewhere else so I thought that was very poor professionalism.

    The condition of this property is extremely poor. Everything from the entry, elevators, hallways were dark and honestly creepy vibe with extremely bad lighting. Inside the room, every piece of furniture was scratched or stained. The sink was broken, the shower was a terribly damaged and inside the old tub/shower with even the soap dispensers were ripped off the wall, broken and just left there. Overall the vibe is dirty, dark and a bit creepy feeling. I have stayed at a lot of Hyatt Places and never once had this problem. I know they recently switched back from a a different brand in this case but they should not be renting rooms in this condition until the property is brought up to the expected standards of a Hyatt Place. Truly disappointed!

    Just a few things in the room were expected but not there.First of all, we had no cable and our telephone did not work. Also, the Hotel map and do not disturb sign. We were able to check in after midnight with no hassle and the free hot breakfast was nice. We did not have time to visit the pool or enjoy a cocktail but will be back and will definitely stay at this property again. We definitely recommend this hotel and only gave the 4 stars because we could have used the hotel nap and telephone upon arrival. We also look forward to chillin in the room and watching tv but we had no cable. But, overall, the hotel was clean, staff was pleasant and we enjoyed our visit. It was a nice hotel with no hassle so that was very worth it.

    A room remodel isn’t going to fix it. Also there was no microwave so if you want to warm something up they expect you to go downstairs to the lobby to use the one and only public microwave. For Hyatt to put their name on this property is shameful. NEVER ANOTHER HYATT PLACE.

    The property is conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport. I was disappointed at check-in there was a sign saying the employees would be back shortly. I waited 5 minutes and then finally walked around to the back side of the check-in desk. There was a darkened room with tables and chairs. I called out no one answered then I looked over and there was a lady sleeping on one of the tables. I called out two more times and she finally woke up and said she had a headache. I told her I wanted to check in and she did so. I feel bad giving this review but the owners really need to know what is happening with their employees and they need to retrain these employees to be more customer service oriented.

    We had a delay of one day in our trip. Which pushed back our arrivals at 3 different hotels, in 3 different cities, along the way. The other two hotels were happy to change our scheduled night(s) without any fee or penalty. Hyatt Place at Tucson Airport was the only hotel that refused us, and we ended up paying for a night we didn’t even stay there 😡!! I ended up throwing away $130 because our car broke down.

    Very convenient for airport but not much else. Hotel recently rebranded at Hyatt and the facility is not quite up to Hyatt Place standards. Breakfast included hot food that was adequate but not great. Muffin had visible green mold spot. Only one luggage cart available during stay made check out difficult.

    The Hotel seemed old. The room was a nice size for a large family but when we asked for an extra pillow, they didn't have one available so one of our kids didn't have a pillow. In addition, they only had one luggage cart in which was in use when we arrived and no where to be found early in the morning when we left. It was very close to the airport and the complimentary shuttle service was great. Overall it met our needs but wasn't not very high quality or great service.

    The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the blankets were dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. That said, the receptionist was very friendly. I spent no more than three minutes in the room before asking to cancel my reservation, which they agreed to. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received my refund.

    None of the ice machines worked but the front desk was nice enough to give me some for my drink. I was there for a week and in two rooms. Fridge in first room was barely cold, despite being turned to high. Second room was a bit better. The bedside table electric plug in devise did not work in the first room. There are no on site laundry facilities. I was told I could go to the hotel next door, but they only had two sets of washers and dryers. One dryer did not work and some women with large baskets of laundry were using both machines. I ended up going to a laundry mat.

    Breakfast was underwhelming (I don’t expect gourmet but it was lacking options). Best part was lady who checked us in helped us get some milk for our baby. It seemed like she was the only person working (6pm) and was helping other rooms, she seemed overwhelmed but was very helpful.

    The bathroom was small, run down and dirty. The shuttle was convenient and the breakfast was great. It was good for the night we needed after a long, late flight but we wouldn’t spend any longer length of time here.

    In the morning there was no wake-up call that I had requested the night before so I was running a bit late. When I went down to checkout there was no one at the front desk nor in the office. Was able to find one employee after a twenty minute wait and search who was preparing morning breakfast. She graciously came out to checkout numerous people who were waiting. She also had no idea where the shuttle driver was. Fortunately, an individual walked in and she tasked him with driving the shuttle to the airport. Again, while I made it to the airport in plenty of time another hotel guest had to run to catch her plane. I expected more from a Hyatt affiliated hotel and certainly paid a premium price for a substandard experience.

    This is a privately owned hotel and you can tell. Breakfast was scarce, oatmeal was in a crock pot, the 2 breakfast items were in foil pans with aluminum foil on top, there is NOT an on site restaurant or bar, no ice machines(you have to go to the lobby and they fill your cup/bucket for you), if traveling with a family no pack n play, no carts for your luggage, bathroom ceiling had mold, no plug in bathtub to give littles a bath. We got food and wanted to warm it up but we were told we couldn’t use the microwave in the lobby and had to go to a gas station down the road to find a microwave. Sheets were very itchy, pillows and down comforters had lots of feathers and would find that it was poking you in your sleep. The 10 channels that they have include no channels for kids and are very basic. There was some black residue that came out of the tub, we asked for someone to come clean it and they never did so we had to buy a cleaning product to make sure it was safe for our family to use. The only benefit was the heated pool since we visited in March, not sure if they turn it off in the summer but I can’t imagine it would be refreshing during the hot months. I would rate this stay 0/10 and definitely wasn’t what I was expecting when staying at a Hyatt.
