We arrived late but everything was just as it should be.

I like the easy access shoulder. The room was clean and well arranged. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. This was my second stay and when I am in Tucson l will stay again.

Breakfast was good, staff was super nice. The gentleman serving breakfast took it upon himself to cut up a whole plate of fresh fruit for my little guy. It was so sweet

Great amenities all around, and very clean. Convenient to many shopping and dining activities. I came to ride my bike, and it was a short safe jaunt to Santa Cruz River Park portion of The Loop. Had an awesome stay for four days! And, the 24-hour fresh brew coffee station in the lobby was a huge plus!

The room was clean and well maintained, but our first night stay left us with little sleep due to noisy neighbors above us. The next morning, we asked for a room on the top floor for our second night stay. We were told that all the rooms were already spoken for, so they denied our request. The staff member said to call them, and they would take care of it. That night when the noise occurred again, we asked a staff member who spoke limited English if he spoke the people upstairs. He said they were not home. So, my husband went upstairs and asked them to be quiet. Luckily, they responded and I got a good night's sleep.

Great location with clean rooms and delicious breakfast buffet- menu changed daily. Friendly staff , if needed they provide complimentary items like toothbrush, toothpaste and even razors.

The location was greatthe staff was nice, and the room was spacious. I did not like the smell in the bathroom. It was a pee like smell but I think it was the inner shower curtain that was smelling. but overall the bathroom was clean.

The clerk who checked us in was extremely helpful. We needed a tire repaired & he directed us to a place where we were able to get it fixed that night. That allowed us to continue on our journey without interruption the following morning.

Everything was great, but what made our stay a million times better was the man in charge of the breakfast this Saturday morning. He was so friendly and kind, and so accommodating.

There are 4 hotels and 4 restaurants within walking distance and it is on the West side of Tucson making the morning drive to San Diego a snap! Love the staff there!!

Carpet in room #207 had odor

Room was great, however the doors slam shut each time someone leaves a room so made sleeping after nightshift near impossible. When trying to check out early the front desk was unwilling to help me or see if there was any way to get any money back.

The accessible parts were great, but the shower was extremely annoying. Unless there's was a trick that I missed, I could get either hot water or cold water but not a medium temperature.

The room is spotless and so comfortable and just an inviting environment. The check-in process was a little lengthy as there was only one person working, and then the manager came up halfway through. There was a line of like six people that’s my only complaint. There’s only one person always I’ve ever seen down there and like I had to wait for toilet paper today I asked her to get some and she was with another person and she said she’d go get it and forgot so that’s my only complaint that they need more staff But otherwise it’s a beautiful hotel and Holiday Inn express always delivers!

Front desk girl was rude. Elevator was taken out of service at 10pm. My husband & I are both disabled & traveling w a service dog. We can't do the stairs. Had to be moved to different room on 1st floor after it took HOURS to get our original room cool.

I am light sensitive so I did not sleep. Sofa bed was the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. Other guest in the room said the beds were fine.

From a lobby that smelled like a sewer to small details (empty tissue box) to inadequate a/c to dangerous tub (no tub floor grips/ slick as ice/glass) to paper-thin walls to front desk personnel who barely paid us attention …this place is awful. Also only 1 elevator that was too small for more than 3 people with luggage. Wow. Totally opposite from Palm Desert Holiday Inn Express.

I actually reserved a room for my soon-to-be daughter in-law for the wedding day. The property was clean and safe, and a place for their wedding night. I discovered online booking with your company can cause HUGE issues. My son-in-law tried to book a room online for 2 week work assignment and is now trying to be reimbursed the extensive charges of 13,000.00 and didn’t receive any services.

It was a bit dated.. The only working elevator was a service elevator. The air in the room was stale to stinky. It looked clean.

i booked a room last minute, having had a positive experience with this brand before, i went with them again and I'm glad i did. the only hiccup was a leaking fridge. I'd use them again if i needed to.

I'm not a huge traveler, but I have found, the Holiday Inn Express is one that I feel safe in, especially since I go alone. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the price is affordable. They serve a wide choice of delicious food for breakfast!

I liked everything except the toilet in our room. We were in the 3rd floor and it just takes a while for the water reservoir to fill up so you’ll be able to flush. Other than that everything was excellent.

It was decent but not worth the obscene price. $300 for a stupid regular room. Plus 2 of us were traveling together & they put us on different floors. I don’t like community dispensers for disp & lotion and worry about cross contamination between guests.

Very clean!!! Had a 3 rd floor room and very noisy. Doors slamming, loud voices all night, sounded like people moving around furniture all night.. trailer parking on street.

We have stayed here several times over the past 5 years. Many things are terrific, however, we noticed a few things this time that decreased the comfort. A( the beds were uncomfortable and we tossed and turned all night B) the pillows were very uncomfortable C) my husband went down for breakfast around 7:30am as he normally enjoys their food. This time, he reported that the sausage and bacon were so dry and hard that he couldn't eat it, the scrambled eggs and omelets looked horrible and it looked like leftovers from the sink were tossed in. He added that several people came in to look at the food and most walked away. The only item people were eating and enjoying was the glazed roll. Hes not that picky of an eater, so it must have been poor quality. The breakfast is a feature people really look forward too. Also, the staff was great, but I had the please do not disturb sign on the door and a maid opened the door to come in that morning as I was just opening the bathroom door to come out after my shower!! Thankfully, neither one of us saw each other as she quickly realized someone was in the room. I could hear her apologize a few times as she backed out and closed the door. The base comfort of a good sleep, good breakfast and privacy were off this trip.

Excellent wheelchair accessible room which is very hard to find!

We were there over Christmas Holidays so the Inn was very busy and new employees were helping. We did not have any troubles with check-in and check out. The staff was efficient as well as the those employees doing the cleaning. Particularly, a sweet young woman (who was recently employed) was running the front desk. I was having a problem with my computer and the internet. Being very personable and congenial, she was able to stop what she was doing to help solve my problem--even making a quick phone call to the man who was over her (he was at home for the Holiday). She listened carefully and had my problem taken care of in a snap! The use of that computer was important to our family (spread throughout the US at Christmas) Sweet employee! This made out family extremely happy. Thanks.
