Everything was fantastic

I wish I had known that it would be under construction. Jack hammers, construction noise, the smell of paint, smoke detectors going off. When the smoke detectors went off I tried to call the office 3 times to see if it was really a fire or a test. The staff was rude except for the blonde woman when I checked in. The woman who checked me out was incredibly rude. I guess I was interrupting her TV show. House keeping staff was friendly. Will not be coming back.

Report the refrigerator wasn’t cooling down much on the 2nd day. They said maintenance came and adjusted the setting and reported that it was working properly. It never cooled down

The room size was good. The location can be sketchy especially at night which causes the building to be locked down 24 hours a day. The front desk harassed a guest I had visiting me when they tried to get in the building without a room key. The prices are fairly high and the rooms are starting to look worn out.

Very good for a family stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms and facilities clean. Pool and the game room were enjoyable. Would recommend to family and friends. Only downside was very small parking lot, not easy to park in for bigger vehicles.

We spent our 26th wedding anniversary at the Hilton and we very pleased with all aspects of the property. Everything was spotless! The 2-bedroom Suite was great and gave us the space we needed. I found the texted questions to be fun. I won 3 Ducks and got a 4th on check out. It was in close proximity to the places we wanted to see ie: the botanical garden- Highly recommend, and the Le Rendezvous French restaurant, where we thoroughly enjoyed our special dinner. Overall it was a perfect 3 day stay. The Pool was great!

Did not like the deposit requirements. This one is a pro and con, the front door always been locked. Front Desk staff did not see me arrive, but also means Noone can just walk in.

I love staying here when I go to Tucson to visit family and friends. Great location nice rooms. Decent kitchen to cook for myself. Comfortable beds, nice amenities.

Room was very clean. Staff was really nice and helpful.Only issue was since we were facing Speedway .It was super noisy at night. Like a race track! Other than that I would recommend it to everyone. Has a large tub but kinda slippery to get out of.

I had stayed here 7 years ago. Time has taken its toll on the floor tiles, with permanent stains in the entrance and surrounding walkways. The floors did appear clean.

Interesting property. Rooms are equiped with a full kitchen. High ceilings which is different. Sitting area separate from the bedroom. Only downside I can address that the property is on the intersection of two four lane streets that have very loud motorcycle racing all night long.

Staff was super friendly and prompt with attention to things if we needed them. Pool and hot tub were super nice and relaxing. We had a kitchenette and it was fullu stocked which is really helpful when your travling with a little family. Would definitely stay again

Everything was very nice inside the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the things in the room seemed much newer. My biggest issue was the noise level outside. I’ll admit that I live in a rural area so I am not used to excessive traffic noise at night. They don’t call it Speedway Blvd for nothing. Cars were drag racing and squealing tires until probably 12am. Even the sound of the AC plus a noise machine didn’t drown out the noise level. Rooms in the back of the hotel may be quieter but I likely wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise level and lack of sleep.

Staff and facility were excellent. Can’t give it a 5 star review, but not the Hilton’s fault. However the roadway next to our room was unbelievably loud. Obviously we had an outside room and I’m sure many others get less of this but it almost made us leave and look for a new hotel. We stated because the room was very comfortable and the facility was what we were looking for. Lots of interrupted sleep every night though.

This is a very fun hotel because of all the entertainment including pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, putt putt, air hockey etc. The room was wonderful, and had a full kitchen and a separate living room with sofa bed for my mother in law to come along. The staff was super friendly, and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back.

The accommodations were great BUT the staff were beyond excellent. To a person they were friendly, helpful and professional. If there were a rating better than EXCELLENT, they would have earned it!

The room and hotel was fine but the noise outside with loud cars and sirens going on the busy roads kept me up all night. I know that is not the hotels fault but it brings down the rating. Also no continental breakfast was disappointing.

The room was spotless, the grounds obviously maintained with care. Even the back stairs were spotless! We have stayed here multiple times, since we love the location but this time it seemed the everything just better. From the Super Bowl Party to Margarita Wednesdays - it seemed management focused on making our visit great Can't recommend this establishment more.

We were on the Speedway Blvd side. It was what it must be like to try sleeping at the infield of the Daytona 500 track during a NASCAR race.

First off, the staff was AMAZING! BUT...the room was REALLY lacking! The pillows were trash...every single one they had..and the STREET NOISE...10+ as we have TWO Ipads on at night with white noise and it sounded like street racing through the night...SOOOO LOUD!! Would NOT recommend or want to stay again...too high priced for what you get...made for a MISERABLE trip!

The room, amenities and staff were really nice and honestly made for a good stay. The location was convenient however it is a major intersection that was incredibly loud at all times. The traffic was always loud with engines revving and the sirens were nonstop most nights. We travel with a sound machine, so that did help a little with the sound issues.

For the price, you get a lot of space - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room for similar price as single room in hotels. The downside is that there's no room service or daily housekeeping. Police car was parked out front with lights on as we checked-in - don't feel safe. Felt much better in AM daylight. Rooms were clean but cabinets and furnishings need total renovation- looks like early 2000's decor - it's 2026. Can tell they put in newer floors in room but carpets in hallway and elevators were stained and old. Service was friendly.

We definitely enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and having separate rooms was a benefit with the kids. The pool and hotub were nice, and we liked that they had a game room with several different things to play. Housekeeping is only once a week though, and we did build up a lot more trash than the little cans in the room could handle, so we did have to get our own larger bags to manage it. Also some of the front desk staff were very helpful, but a few of them seemed a little bit dismissive and untrained. Overall it was a great place to stay with a family with kids, and we would, and probably will be back.

Clean room, friendly staff, loved the pool and hot tub and the bed was comfortable. I really liked having a kitchenette and the work out room was great!

Everything was very satisfactory except the bed. Unfortunately the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on. I would have been more comfortable on an air mattress on the floor! Surely Hilton can invest in a decent memory foam mattress.

I thought the people at the front desk were excellent! Great service, very friendly. The hallway carpets looked very dingy on the first and second floors. I also stayed on a different side of the hotel this time than last. Not sure if this is a heavier traffic side. In a prior stay, I don't remember the carpeting being this dingy. Last time, I was on a higher floor. For the cost, I expected a bit better cleanliness.

Parking was easy. We had two cars and a trailer, and the staff helped us.

Great stay for one night. The king suite with kitchen was very spacious and cozy. The only thing I was not aware is there is no breakfast also they charge you $200 deposit due to hotel being timeshare. Good location parking lot a little tight best thing to do is back your car in.

The only thing that could've been better was our room. The room itself was clean and well taken care of. But it did have a slight odor and it was on a busy street so it was a bit loud at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished (the kitchenette even had a toaster). The pool and hot tub were well maintained and not crowded. The only negative I can say is that the neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

I was there for two hours trying to get a room. My first stayed there. It was great. My second state was terrible. Waited for two hours. Add to pay $200 deposit. I still haven’t received back. It’s a good place to stay, but they should put on their information that booking it separate because you still need to put $200 to deposit.

The location is great if you have a car and want to be close to campus. Very clean. My only complaint was the loud air conditioner in the bedroom that rattled all night. It was quite obnoxious and woke me up multiple times a night when it would turn on.

Room was well maintained. Staff was friendly. Pool was perfect. WIFI reliable. Location is by a very busy intersection/main road. Area's around are quite run down and there are alot if homeless drug addicts around. Property is regularly patrolled by security though and us very cean and well looked afte.

In the morning, the housekeeper opened the door without knocking. Then at 11:12 a.m., the front desk called and told me that I needed to check out unless I wanted to stay another night. I asked if we could have a late checkout, around 12 or 1 p.m., but she said no. We had to get up and rush to leave. When we got to the front desk and explained the situation to Mr. Rudy, he was very polite and apologized sincerely. Because of that, I decided to give 3 stars for “Staff & Service.”

The property has everything you need , the staff is friendly and helpful , the rooms are clean . There is a reason the doors are kept locked and why you should never leave anything in your car of value . As long as you stay away of your surroundings, you will be okay and the cost of this place is minimal for all that it has . So overall , I recommend it .

On a corner of two very busy streets, and if on streetside hear noise of traffic all night; free internet isn't secured (my Samsung table and Pixel phone warned me). Of course, desk could do nothing and insisted since I could log in with a password I was "safe." I checked other places I stayed (Days Inn, Econolodge, etc.) and they all had secured internet. Huge rooms in King suite with daybed, two tv's, kitchen implements for cooking.

Big problem was the room that was facing the road. It was super noisy at night. The noise of traffic was relentless and we had a hard time to fall asleep.

Room is big and clean. Love the kitchen space with a big fridge. Nice game room for kids and a beautiful pool which we didn't have time to enjoy though. Will definitely stay here next time when coming down in this area.

Amazing place and service

This may be the nicest stay my wife and I have ever had, and we travel a good bit. This is apparently a timeshare property, but that didn't effect us in any way. This property looks like a resort with beautiful grounds, pool, lobby area and rooms. Fantistic staff including the Manager, desk clerks and housekeeping folks. Super nice, immaculate room with bedroom, full kitchen, living room and bath. The room rate was unbelievably low, too! 5 stars, can't say enough good things.

We had an issue on a Sunday with an air conditioner and it was fixed the same day. Great service.

It was ridiculous to be told we couldn't have our room cleaned on day 3/4 because we weren't scheduled and there were 32 other rooms to clean, seriously whose running this business? The hallways were very hot. There were homeless people in the smoking areas and parking lot. But the beds are good and the water pressure/heat, big spa tubs and the pool is worth it. But just don't expect the Hilton experience.

Nice hotel. Well maintained. Secure. Convenient location. The lobby area has all sorts of game tables (pool, shuffle board, air hockey, etc.).

Our experience was outstanding. The room was spacious and made us feel at home. The front desk clerks were very friendly and professional. They were also very helpful with information about things that were going on in the area and city wide. I wish I had the names of the two ladies to give them credit, but I didn’t want to be rude and ask.

My overall experience was very nice. The whole staff was wonderful. They made sure everything was right up to date. I give you guys 5 stars thank you for making my stay amazing.

Everything was good except for the noise of being on the street. There was LOTS of street noise and sirens and yelling / swearing from a guy infront of our window / entrance to hotel in the middle of the night for a few hours.

The room was really clean and had everything I need including the microwave, small cooktop, and fridge.

I like the fact that most rooms have a bedroom and comfortable sitting area. The kitchens are well-stocked with enough dishes and pans to be able to prepare basic meals which is great during a long-term stay. I have stayed here many times and highly recommend it.

Easy in and out.

Very roomy, clean, comfortable. However, bed could use a new mattress. Room 320, a two-bedroom condo faced the street so that there was a lot of traffic noise in the bedrooms. We were able to fall asleep and stay asleep, so I would stay here again. Free use of washer and dryer just down the hall was great.

The hotel structural a modern. However, I encourage the owners to consider to renovate. I enjoyed my stay for many aspects but the first thing that caught my attention as I walked in was that the decor was dated and the carpeting etc was worn and, in places, stained. If not for the location of the hotel I would look elsewhere for my stay in the future. Sorry. Nice people.

We we not happy with the location and safety of this hotel. They were people begging at every leg of the the corner of this hotel, at all hours of the day. They did, however keep the front doors locked to be opened only wih a key or to be buzzed in. No security for parking.
