Amazing staff, very accommodating! Very clean rooms, well maintained property and pool area. They went above and beyond to give our disabled child a wonderful experience. He was met with helpfulness and an overwhelming sense of compassion. Front desk staff and breakfast staff far exceeded any expectation. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

It had a very limited TV selection and I had to go to a sports bar to watch the Masters golf tournament on CBS. Everything else was fine.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The major problem was stepping into the shower and the body wash bottle, shampoo bottle and conditioner were all empty. All that was available in the room was a small bar of soap at the sink. We really expected more from a Hilton Garden.

Staff was awesome, very clean room and common areas.

I loved the location of my room, that is until I got into the bed. There was a hump in the middle, it was super uncomfortable because I slept in the middle. At that point a mattress should be replaced with out me mentioning. Like did they close their eyes when doing the bedding? I’ve always gotten wonderful sleep up until now.

We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a rough start to our trip with a delay on airlines and the worst stay at Comfort Inn Suites which was a compliantly stay for that delay. When we finally made it to Tucson we were greeted by the best clerk, Isaiah. He accommodated and made us feel really welcome. Everything was clean and he helped with suggestions for things to do in the area and where to eat. The shuttle service was so fast from the airport, maybe 5 mins. This was a complete turn around for our trip compared to night before hotel where we waited for an hour for our shuttle in Dallas. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location near the airport. We didn’t hear any aircraft noise late at night or early morning. Property was very clean and well equipped with convenient facilities for breakfast, dinner, plus a bar. Even better than the very nice property was the staff. We were warmly greeted upon arrival by Isaiah, who made us feel welcome and appreciated. He helped us with things available on-site as well as recommendations for local dining. Other front desk staff was equally hospitable and friendly throughout our stay. The evening bartender was friendly, warm, and made us feel like old friends! Our room was quiet, very clean and spacious, and included everything we needed. Additional requests were received with a smile and quickly provided. Overall we had a comfortable, stress-free stay. Highly recommend! No complaints. Housekeeping is performed every other day, not a problem for us. Additional towels, etc were provided with a smile, upon request.

The bed was okay but the sheets and duvet weren’t tucked in so they slid off every time you moved. The place is LOUD. If you are a light sleeper like me, don’t stay here. There were people yelling in the hallway all night, as well as someone yelling for hours in the room next door from 2 am - 5 am. I slept about 2 hours total. But the worst part of it was the horribly loud fire alarm that went off around 930 pm. No one knew what to do or where to do and when the alarm stopped, no one ever told us if it was okay to reenter. I was expecting a message from the hotel but that didn’t happen, so we never knew what the issue was and spent the rest of the night hoping it didn’t happen again. I can see that this hotel needs a lot of maintanence and TLC, as well as owners/management who care as much as the front desk staff. We won’t stay there again.

Due to cancelled flights we kept having to change check in times each time they were gracious. The shuttle picked js up at 2:30 am. The beds were super comfortable.

The staff goes out of their way to be helpful, cheerful and friendly! Mary, Isaiah, Monica and all the staff that helped us were fantastic. Great 24 hour airport shuttle! Coffee available early.

I have stayed here before and had great service, but this time it was next level. Absolutely every staff member inencountered seemed to love their job and mde the stay feel like home. Special shout out to Jillian who waited on us for breakfast. She was so fun and took care of every need. We hope to see you next year!

Booked the presidential suite. I showed up they checked me into a completely different room. O asked about the original room after going up and realizing it. All they said is it was booked. Completely unprofessional. I left.

When our flight was canceled we needed a place to stay for the night. I looked at three hotels and read reviews. I chose the Hilton Garden and was so glad I did! Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a private shuttle for the airport so I called the hotel and the shuttle arrived within minutes. So much nicer than sharing a shuttle for multiple hotels that loop around each property so you don’t know when it will arrive as I’ve experienced in the past. Our room wasn’t the largest I’ve stayed in, but had plenty of space and wasn’t over crowded with furniture. The mattress was very comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure! I loved having slide glass shower doors instead of a material shower curtain that didn’t actually reach the full width of the shower like in other hotels. It was a wonderful place stay!

Day Manager/desk friendly and upbeat, efficient. Breakfast (at 8:45ish) was disappointing for $15.. Messy area, no eggs left, a burnt bagel by toaster a couple of sausage and a little bacon, no one greeting or available. Fruit bowl not appetizing I had to check in very late. The door was locked as expected, the night manager was in a conversation for a full five minutes with another employee and though I was standing at the glass door, the phone didn't work..I knocked on the glass ...finally called the hotel on my cell and he came to check me in.

The food was incredible at their restaurant! Delicious! Keith was our server/bartender and he was phenomenal, so personable and professional! We did have a small issue with one of our rooms and it was handled immediately. Excellent customer service! Super clean too!

This stay was below average. The room seemed dirty and so were the sheets. No one picked up to answer the front desk phone when I tried to alert the staff about the issue. I will not be staying here again when I fly into Tucson. Luckily I was only there for a night and wasn’t forced to stay any longer. I would appreciate some sort of restitution or explanation from the staff.

It was overall ok. The staff were great and ample parking. There was some where and tear around the property and in the room but was clean. The breakfast was a joke for the price so I would skip that. The only complaint was we had minimap body wash and no conditioner in our room.

Sincerely some of the best desk staff in the hotel industry. We had a quiet night, some relaxing uninterrupted time in the hot tub and lazy river pool and a great time on the peloton bike. Enjoyed a jacuzzi tub in our room and a good night overall.

The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. The property and staff at the bar in the evening was amazing as well. Loved the pool. Only downside was a pipe burst and wen had no water. That wasn't that much of an issue, except it would have been nice to have been offered bottles for brushing teeth, Washing hands, etc. The staff was very nice and apologetic but a solution should have been offered

Very bad taste of the place, We stayed here 6/28 we were traveling to Mexico, so we stopped to rest, we had a básquet on the back of the car, when we arrived we asked the guy at reception if if was safe to leave there or if we would take everything off, the guys told us it was safe and that they do rounds around the parking lot every hour and he had us park our car almost right in front of the entrance, we went to our room to rest since we planned on getting on the road at 3:30 am when we came out the steps and net and waterproof bag we had in the básquet was all cut open and a lot of our items were taken out and on the floor, I went back inside to tell the 2 guys that were there they just gave me the managers card and said they are not responsable, I espléndido what the other guy told us and said that if they would have told me that I would have unloaded everything.

The only thing missing for me was amenities. There was no bar soap in the bathroom and no accessories for the coffee like sweetener, creamer, and stir sticks, so I made the coffee straight black. The room was very clean and comfortable, however, and they have a nice restaurant for breakfast.

This is an unremarkable but comfortable hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. The one thing that I really did not like however is that there was no way to call the front desk from the room - when I called for sheets, I was routed to a generic person who wasn’t even in Tucson!

Great staff, clean and quiet.

The room was nice. The whole property felt clean including the pool! My kids enjoyed the lazy river so much we will definitely be back! Breakfast buffet was decent. I do wish they had waffles available,that was the only thing missing. Amazing stay overall and I look forward to returning with my family.

Clean pleasant hotel, due to having to leave early, the hotel was very accommodating

Nice and close to the airport with transport available. My only complaint is that breakfast is not free. It is the only hotel I've stayed at that doesn't offer at least a complimentary limited breakfast.

Good welcome

Only stayed one night as we were driving cross country and this was our last stop before getting back to california. Easy to find, easy parking, we checked in pretty late so didn't get to see much around the area until the next morning (though we left early). The room was nice and big as well as the bathroom. Everything was clean and bed was super comfortable. My only complaint was the sink water, which was coming out milky from the bathroom sink. I called the front desk about this and they said it was a normal Tuscon thing? That because it's hard water and Tuscon water isn't very good it comes out like that. Not sure how accurate that it but that was really the only complaint. Hotel is slightly older could use some slight renovations but other than the water thing it was a comfortable stay.

The whole staff was so welcoming and friendly. Every need was meet with a smile. From the front desk staff to the floor cleaning crew. Next trip to Tucson I will be staying here again.

The hotel was located close to dinning options, but they have a kitchen on premises that turned out an excellent dinner. The staff was friendly and professional, I will be staying there again when I'm in the area and I recommend this establishment to others as a place to consider when in Tucson.

Loved the property, very clean and comfortable and pets are welcome. we did not love that the price of the breakfast buffet was advertised online for $10, but the blackboard in the breakfast room said $16.95. We passed.

Very nice stay. I was disappointed that the ac/heat unit did not have a constant fan option. The toilet valve was leaking so it was a bit annoying but otherwise extremely nice for the cost.

Very comfortable room & bed. Off of Valencia enough so it was very quiet.

This is a great property to stay. I have stayed here several times. I enjoy the quiet clean rooms. The staff is amazing and very friendly and accommodating. The food served in the restaurant is very good.

What made this place really stand out was the staff. They were all very professional, polite and personable. We recommended this hotel!

My wife and I booked and prepaid for a king room, but we were given a double queen room. We booked three nights and did not sleep in the same bed the entire time. Otherwise the stay was good. Clean, good price, good location, nice pool.

We loved this hotel! The staff was incredible! Very friendly, helpful, accommodating. The room was clean, the pool was awesome, and there was no problem with noise at all. We’ve stayed at quite a few of the hotels by the airport and this is by far our favorite. We’ll stay again for sure!
