Very nicely updated property in the middle of no where when u need to rest. Room was well appointed, big breakfast choices and property looks modern. Only thing was the bed sheets were a little rough , pillows were small and bed mattress was good, but not great.

Carpet in room was stained, we needed room cleaned daily and this location only cleaned every other day. We ran out of towels, coffee, garbage over flowed. I had to request every day room service to get the room clean. They have a major ant issue by the parking lot. I was bitten on my feet while unloading the car.

The room was clean, AC worked great, the staff was very accommodating, unfortunately I was unable to try out the breakfast due to an early schedule. The bed was my only gripe, it really wasn’t that comfortable, but, all in all I got some good sleep.

100% enjoyed my stay , except for tanning out by the pool. They only had chairs and tables, not lounge chairs for tanning. Staff are amazing, hoping to return again in the near future . 😉

Overall the place was good. It’s a non-smoking property but the first thing you smell when you walk in to the lobby is the smell of a smoker. The actual room itself was clean and free from the smoke smell.

The property is well maintained, clean room, safe location and staff is consistently professional, helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was great! Staff was great! Water pressure and temperature for the shower was below average.

For me, the per night cost was high. The shower head was also high -- I could barely reach it when stretching to the max, but I'm just 5'5". Better it be too high than too low, I suppose, so it should be fine for anyone under 8 feet tall. The shower grab-bar was the best designed and placed that I have ever experienced. It was necessary however, as the tub floor was only partially non-slip.

Comfortable bed, yummy breakfast. The lady in charge of the breakfast went above and beyond. She’s so sweet, we had warm delicious food and she was very attentive to what she had to fill up. Someone knocked on our door around 8am. Couldn’t go back to sleep after that.

Facility seemed really new. Room was crisp and clean. I LOVED the studio room style layout. Will definitely stay again if stopping in Tucson.

We stay there at least twice a year because it's the closest hotel to our granddaughter's house, and it has always been very clean, well-kept, and the breakfast has been good. The value has been fair enough, but it is a little on the expensive side.

We found this to be the best option to visit Saguaro NP and Mount Lemmon. Also not far from great dining in Tucson.

Location Noisy AC unit loose and rattled. No remote for tv on arrival then the connection on the tv it’s self is wore out so it was like watching a distorted view. The ultimate disappointment accrued to discover that the bath tub would not hold water! Not “cool.” Long black hairs on bath towels from housekeeping. And finally the door on the south side is not safe in the event of emergency! The lock hangs and still not let you out!!!

Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them.

Comfortable and very clean The front office clerk was not compassionate. We arrived past midnight after a long drive from Tucson. We were all tired and I was trying to explain to her that I accidentally reserved the wrong night just minutes before our arrival through Booking.com. She kept re-directing us back to Booking.com to cancel and said that she couldn't confirm our refund because she didn't have the authority. Long story short, it seemed as though she didn't care. She also gave me a price per night and then proceeded to say that if I was a member, we could get a discounted rate. Turns out my husband is a member; however the price remained the same. When I questioned why it was the same price, she proceeded to tell me that she made a mistake when she gave me the first price (that she was already giving it to me at the discounted price without knowing I wasn't a member). At this point I had had enough and was starting to lose my patience. So I just asked her to please wrap it up and get us a room because my kids were so tired.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while we visited several sights in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection. It was nicely located for our different destinations.

Good place to stay. Safe, clean and comfortable. The only thing was I waited at least 10 minutes until someone meet me at the front desk to check-in. I called on the phone and no one answered.

Quick overnight stay, did not use any amenities. Did eat continental breakfast it was nice

No working umbrellas at the pool. The air conditioner, fan was so loud and vibrated so bad I couldn't sleep. I got too hot if I turned it off.

The blinds were broken, the fridge was stinky, and the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Also, there was a lot of outside noise both nights of our stay. We will not be staying here again.

Good location, as we were traveling toward Tucson from the Cochie Stronghold area.

My and stayed here for the convenience of the location. We liked everything about it except the air conditioner. EVERY TIME that thing cycled on and off ( primarily off) it made a very loud noise like a giant rusty barn door shreeking and closing.

The hotel is very new and clean. They have great breakfast choices. The room was very quiet. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay here. It was clean, quiet, and safe, and breakfast was really good. This is a great place to stay for a visit to Saguaro National Park. My only complaint is our room didn’t have a microwave, but there was one in the lobby that we could use, so a minor inconvenience at most.
