It was a worse hotel ive stayed at. There was no hot water for both.The nights I stayed. Killed multiple cockroaches. Holes in the blanket. Holes in the window curtain. The t v wasn't even on a stand it was lain up against the wall. Bottom line is, I would like a refund. I shouldn't have to pay for that. I talked to the property manager. His name is Isaac last name G. And he already approved the refund.He just told me to call you guys

We got to the hotel and went to the front desk, It stunk, people are drinking at the desk. Walking around it looks like drugville or worse. The people made us feel very uncomfortable. We went into the room. We had to use the phone flashlights to see. The lights did not work in there. No toilet paper, no towels. The room stunk.the beds were bad and collapsing. The beds had cigarette burns in them. We left and didn't care about our refund. They also refused it.

I called Expedia and told them I would not stay at the hotel because it was so awful and dirty. The door did not have a proper lock on it and no dead-bolt lock in a very dangerous neighborhood. The property was supposed to have a pool, but the pool was drained. Holes were in the bathroom door. I had a friend living in Tucson so I called her up and she was willing to let me stay with her while I attended a meeting but I want my money back on this hotel. I never stayed in the room. The television didn't work either. It was awful

The owner was very accommodating & woke up & checked my brother in at 3 am , they don’t have phones in room the area is unsafe but they allowed dogs . I booked for brother who is a disabled veteran whose house was vandalized & robbed repeatedly & police sauce it was unsafe for him to be there as he’d been beat up by homeless addicts who stay at shelter behind his home. I am grateful that they accosted him & properly cr was very reasonable

The place looked like a homeless encampment. Every single piece of furniture was torn and dirty. Carpet had more stains than clean carpet. Roaches. Smelled like drugs, mold, cigarettes and cheap alcohol combined. And don’t forget people literally tweaking outside your door. Stayed for 5 minutes and walked out. Never again.

Horrible. So bad I refused to check in even though I had pre-paid for the room. 2/3 of the motel looked condemned and under renovation with "Warning - Do Not Enter" signs on the doors. The reception desk (behind glass) was managed by a gun carrying man who explained he was also the hotel guard and ran the U-Haul facility out of the same location. Bottles of tequila were also for sale. Given these bad first impressions, I asked to see a room before checking in and was refused. (He defensively explained the motel was "much better" now that new management had kicked the homeless people out of their parking lot.) The final straw was when the woman in line behind me jumped ahead to check out - she had checked in 10 minutes earlier but said she felt completely unsafe in her room with questionable locks. Truly my worst motel experience ever. (FYI, I'm not generally a picky chooser; I'm usually quite happy with Motel6/EconoLodge/Super8 grade motels.)

Property under renovation. One working light in the bedroom but no way to turn it off. I used a pillow. Killed 6 bugs. Maybe 7. Lost count. Curtains were cut (ripped?) to fit around an ac unit. AC unit worked, which was nice. Trash left in room from someone else. Generally dirty and old except for a partially renovated wall. Smelled like cigarettes. Hot water was more like not cold. Maybe it will improve, but at the moment it's pretty bad.

Nothing at all my money was taken and the company refused to refund me this place is so very unfit I am seeking legal action simply because service were not rendered and they refuse to refund however there were two others in front of me that demanded a refund horrible experience I was not even checked in at all and still no refund very disappointed

Area wasn't too bad; It’s right near an Albertson's, Chase Bank, and a few fast food restaurants. But t Ewwwwww....he rooms are indescribably gross. The lamps near the bed did not work upon my arrival. Neither did the TV. Now I must say; the staff was 10 out of 10 with their service and effort. But if you are not a drug addict, it’s probably be blessed. You don’t stay here.

Because my $170 reservation plus $60 cash would be equivalent to staying at a decent hotel that i might as well call and cancel my charge. He "FOUND" our reservation. I will NEVER book here again.

Everything was awful!! Customer service extremely slow & dismissive. Once I checked in walked to the assigned room, The curtains were falling apart & falling off from top frame, you could see everything inside the room, everything was dirty, a thick layer of dust as if no one had cleaned it for weeks. The bed was dishavel & the carpet was disgusting. I turned around and went back to the front desk & told the clerk I needed to cancel this and get a refund. I couldn't even walk in to the room. He didn't argue he cancelled and stated I wasn't going to be charged. EVERYTHING!!!;

The room is terrible and needs renovation. Room service is bad there are no towels, soap, toilet paper. You have to ask him to give you everything. Bed covers torn dirty. Cockroaches in the room.

Place falling apart, water wont stop running, not sure how they are meeting standard requirements for inspections. Room 246 was disastrous.

The shower could not be turned on. The light had to be turned off by unscrewing the bulb. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed spread was stained and the bathroom door couldn't be closed because the toilet was blocking the door. I will never stay there again.

I rented a room at this hotel and it was a dump. I left within seconds; it didn't even have soap. I preferred to lose my money than stay in that disgusting place. I wouldn't have stayed there even for free. I don't recommend it, especially if you're traveling with family. It's absolutely disgusting.

They got my room wrong whe i got a bew room it wasnt evwn cleanes they whwre still cleaning it. The walls had water damage and rooms that where condemned it wasnt not a place for a single mother and child. Fruniture in the court yard and broken bikes in the hallways. I do not recommend this place to anybody and the pictures dont match the website ones.

Easily the most disgusting room I have ever stayed. I got in very late and had to be up early. I had a camping kit in my car so I put a tarp over the sheets and slept in my sleeping bag. If I hadn’t been counting my sleep in minutes that night or if I had needed to touch anything I would have left. It was so filthy. Bleh.

NO EV CHARGING ON SITE. Also, was a total dump with the roof literally leaking on to the bed during rain. Pool was drained and room was unlovable. Junker cars, homeless, and cops around responding to calls here. We refused to stay, for a refund and booked elsewhere.

The doors didn't lock properly; the rooms themselves were unclean with cockroaches and stained sheets. We didn't end up staying due to the condition of the rooms and the inability to lock doors. It was an overall unfortunate experience.

They are misleading on the reservation requirements. It's dirty, noisy, and just unsafe for everyone. The staff let's the people there do what they want. The housekeepers are rude and do drugs.

The room was in horrible condition. The door didnt lock at all and didnt shut properly. I told the clerk about it and didnt listen to me and said the door wasnt shut all the way. Online it was advertised as a queen sized bed and it wasnt what it advertised. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting

Advertisement was miss leadings, room was very much the opposite of what was shown online. The ac was broken in the first room given, went back to ask for another room, the second room had ac but the door didn’t close properly, no tv on the tv stand, and a broken toilet. We didn’t stay at the location we sleep in out car inside because I felt more save in my car then the hotel

Checked in around 10 pm, the room had no lightbulbs, reeked of cigarettes despite being a non smoking room, and was covered in stains. The door barely closed and when it was closed it tilted off its axis and made it impossible to open again, and there was mold in the shower. The worst part was there were stains all over the bed, something that looked like blood on the pillow, and bits of hair that were definitely not ours on the unwashed bedsheets. We checked out immediately, only to have to take a back exit because there were people blocking the bottom of the stairs that were trying to get us to come down too. Unsafe area and awful conditions, don’t recommend at all.

I chose to take full advantage of the 20 minute time limit to get a refund. The room that the front desk assigned to me did not have a tv, night stand, towels, soaps, toilet paper, or the internals to the wall mounted AC unit.

Looked like the room was early in some kind of rehab, or maybe just intermittent partial repair. Amenities: one tiny towel, and 3 small bars of soap. And one partial roll of TP (on top of the toilet tank - not even a TP holder). The shower water could not get warmer than tepid. The hot water at the sink was somewhat hotter, but it could never get to cold. The drapes wouldn't slide (they were tied together with a piece of plastic bag, to hold them open). There was a hole in the bottom sheet that I kept catching my heel in. Missing grill on the vent in the bathroom; missing light switch cover and missing paint.

Looked like the room was early in some kind of rehab, or maybe just intermittent partial repair. Amenities: one tiny towel, and 3 small bars of soap. And one partial roll of TP (on top of the toilet tank - not even a TP holder). The shower water could not get warmer than tepid. The hot water at the sink was somewhat hotter, but it could never get to cold. The drapes wouldn't slide (they were tied together with a piece of plastic bag, to hold them open). There was a hole in the bottom sheet that I kept catching my heel in. Missing grill on the vent in the bathroom; missing light switch cover and missing paint.

They had no rooms available the ones they did try to put me in the door didn’t lock. The doors were taped with the locks on there. The windows were cracked with tape. It was dirty. They showed me a different room as soon as the lights were turned on roaches everywhere it had no TV no sheets on the bed and it was completely filthy. The place needs to be shut down. Also I ended up not staying there.

I have asked for a refund and I’m waiting for an email confirmation of my refund but have not received it yet. The room key would not work and looking through the window the bathroom wall had patch drywall. The bed sheets had ripped holes on it !

the first room I was assigned did not have any working lights. the second room I got, did not have towels, soap, TV, or fridge. after my first night, my key to the room was locked, and had to go back to the front desk to be able to get into my room. I felt I had to go to the front desk way more than I needed to just to get basic things that should be provided. Awful experience

At check in I had to go threw 4 rooms in order to get a room that was just able to sleep in no tv no shower head half the wires looked like they were just stripped out of you want a prostitute place for sure this is your spot

It's was actually the worse experience ever there were rats and roaches everywhere. The rat crawled on my daughters neck while sleeping. And the roaches were on my food after warming it up in the microwave.

This motel is not safe, liveable. It should be taken off the motel listings. I had to move twice because the door card would not work, and the second room had no TV, plumbing problems with holes in the walls, no pillows, no shower curtain, no towels.

The overall rating and pictures are deceiving. I arrived after sundown, and the environment seemed unsafe and rundown. I drove around the property and through open windows I could see flipped furniture and disrupted rooms. I’m addition, the poor lighting and odd individuals camping along the staircase, and along the freeway (where this place is located) made me feel very unsafe.

One Refrigerator microwave. And what I got was nada On all accounts. Staff was not helpful. Doors did not lock like they were supposed to toilet. You made it feel like you were going through to the bottom floor when sitting on it. No power to the room, so nothing worked. Couldn't charge phones couldn't use microwave couldn't use refrigerator and that was the first night. The doors did not lock like they were supposed to the chain.Did not really work either. Second night they've promised us another two 2 beds in a room where everything worked properly. However, that was not the case. Come morning time. I had to go to the hospital for procedure. We were supposed to have a place on the bottom floor that didn't happen by the time I got back. They still didn't have a room. Mind you we didn't check out.You were there 3 days. They gave us a little temporary room with one bed, so tiny. It was ridiculous. The bathroom had no toilet paper. The door latch was broken off on both sides, so the door didn't work. SO MANY CRACKHEADS!!! Please be careful dealing with the workers here. They are very rude. Alot of tiny roaches in my room when I went to look at it. Smells horribly like pee and poop! I asked for a refund and they said I had 20 min to go and report to them mind you I didn't look at the room RIGHT AWAY after given the key. They said I was supposed to sign a paper that showed the policy of the hotel and I certainly did not (they can even check the cameras) they guy who helped me at first wasn't there so by the time I went to report it there was somebody different, mind you he kept looking for the paper I signed and then when I said I didn't sign one he said the printer was broken . . . .like he just remembered it after 10 min of looking and not believing me or something??? Anywho, he called the guy who helped me 2 hrs ago & the guy was just yelling on the phone saying he told me I had 20 minutes to tell them if they're was anything wrong with room, when he didn't! It's basically his word against mine as of right now. They can check cameras to see if I signed a paper or not (which again, I didn't sign no paper they can check cameras) told me to come back in the morning to talk to Harry the manager but this place is so disgusting and dirty I didn't even want to be there nor will I even return. It was great i had no problems i love that they have a dog park. Maids are nice and employees are also nice. It was definitely worth the price.

Room had no TV, sheets and pillows were stained. Walls were dirty, broken bathroom items and room had awful smell. Bed sheets had cigarette burns.

Front desk unfriendly & unhelpful. No chairs at the pool. Other guest very frustrated & left the hotel.

We can't stay the night there because the room doesn't have light, no power at all, no lamp, no air condition, the description said 2 beds, and has only one bed, smells awfull, we leave the place imediately when we see all those problems, i want my refund and compensation for false advertisement and the time and distance that I spend on this horrible situation

The owner/operator was very cooperative and friendly when processing our refund. Along with the burnt sheets, cockroaches, 2/$5 beer special and paraphernalia left by past guests, we gathered that hotel guests are not the expected clientele.

Outside the hotel rooms there was vomit and the stairs were old and broken. They didn't look at all like the pictures they post. We asked for a refund and were told that it had to be through Expedia, as that was where we paid.

Worst stay ever! We transferred rooms 3 times trying to find a room with a working tv. The blinds wouldn’t close in 2 of the rooms. After 2 hours of changing rooms it was 11pm so we have up. This room had no light in the main room. We had to turn on the bathroom light to see, this one had no fridge there was writing on the walls and the toilet didn’t flush properly so we had to go to the lobby for the restroom. It was ridiculous I will never stay here again!! Who do I contact about a refund from this property?

There was graffiti in the room, on the walls. The TV had no cable, the box was broken. The bed sheets had stains, as well as the curtains! Possibly blood and not washed or poorly washed. The refrigerator had no shelves with dead roaches inside and roaches were heavy underneath! Also smelled heavy of cigarettes!

Check in was fine but I should have known something was wrong when he said I had 20 minutes to check the room and decide if I want to stay or want a refund. The room was filthy the spider webs has dust there was a bug on the one pillow on the bed. The blankets had wholes from cigarettes and it was a non smoking room but smell of cigarette smoke. The walls had holes and repair patches and the paint was no longer white. The floors were filthy. We turned around and left before the door could even close.

Everything was falling apart, from the door I had to slam to keep shut to the light fixtures and electrical outlets falling off and out of the walls. The room was missing towels, a wastebasket, soap, and other things, although the staff was very friendly and quick to supply the items. There was also a cockroach, although only one. They said they've renovated other rooms and that they have some problems specifically with the outward-facing rooms, but I can only comment on what I experienced.

There was tweakers in the court yard walking around. Very unsafe and nasty. This should not even be a listing on Expedia. Also it looks nothing like the photo show very misleading. DO NOT STAY HERE

HORRIBLE! We didn’t even stay the night it was so filthy! When I arrived there were three other groups with the same complaints. The rooms were filthy, had an odor, fingerprints everywhere, roach infestation, stains everywhere. We got a refund immediately and went elsewhere! Do not stay here..ever!
