The room was clean. Staff was friendly except the manager. My son threw his pool bracelet in the toilet and she gave me a hard time. I guess children 3 or 2 and under don’t need bracelets for the pool. The pool was warm. It could’ve been colder since we’re in Az. But I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! I will always come back! Casino is next door! Restaurants inside the casino are delicious!

Clean, comfortable room. Pool was a perfect temperature. In room coffee maker was nice. Mini fridge for holding leftovers was sufficient. Iron functioned well. Had a nice view of the mountains. Walk over to the casino was short. Great dinner and drinks at the casino.

We arrived early and there were no problems with us checking in early. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool has spotty attendants manning the slide and pool area, from time to time, I and thing it could benefit from a little market or café on site but overall nice stay and property.

The room was huge and gorgeous! The room was very clean and welcoming. However, there were a few things that were troublesome. The walk-in shower was enormous but had no bars or handles to hold on to. My elderly aunt refused to shower because she felt it was too dangerous. The other issue was trying to get hot water for tea/cocoa. The coffee pot was a nice Kuerig but would only release hot water with a pod in place. Ended up going to Mobey's and paying 3.50 for a cup of hot water. Ouch. And finally, I'm going to be nit picky- the one channel my aunt wanted to watch, the Food channel, refused to come in. Every other channel worked except that one. She was cursed on this trip. Lol. But all and all it was a fantastic hotel, an amazing price and I'd stay there again tomorrow!

check in was a bit frustrating as i was there under company schedule but was unable to check in with credit card information on file- and had to use my personal card. which could have been a very unfortunate situation if i did not have the finances to cover.

I really like this hotel. They could improve things by adding a microwave to some of the rooms. Some people need microwaves to heat water for medical reasons. It's clean and has comfortable beds with good views. The staff is friendly.

Free parking, clean room of good size, good water pressure and a mini fridge. Wish there was 24 hour check in because my flight was severely delayed and I had to scramble to arrive by 11pm. It is a bit inconvenient not having an ice machine on every floor. I didn’t experience all property amenities since I only stayed to sleep after arriving from a flight and then driving to California the next morning.

We have visited the property multiple times for various concert venues, but this was our first experience staying there. The Estrella was conveniently located just a short distance from the main casino and even had some gambling options available in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was perfect, and I also played a round of golf at Sewailo Golf Club. The course was in magnificent shape, and the staff there was both friendly and professional. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and a great experience!

+well appointed rooms; beds are comfortable, mini fridge, coffeemaker, mirror has makeup lighting, shampoo/conditioner amenities in shower +quiet; we were there midweek but hotel was still busy. Didn't hear anything. + short easy stroll to main casino building +spa is great. We had a couples massage and it was superb. +lots to do in Tucson; very close to San Xavier mission which is so gorgeous. Also closer to Karchner Caverns than Tucson proper +non smoking casino is really nice -pool looked like it was already under repair so we didn't swim. It's a loooong walk to the pool at the main building. -resort food choices are not AT ALL good. We tried Mexican, Japanese, and pizza - all were fast, cheaply made, microwaved, questionable. No great options nearby except Hacienda Azul down the road for breakfast/lunch which was terrific -although bed was nice, the pillows were either overstuffed or flat. Bring your own if you can. -you can always tell when men design hotel bathrooms. No shaving niche/shelf in shower; have to lean over the sink to put on makeup (no pull-out separate makeup mirror). No bathroom fan which doesn't help privacy.

The nice weather Two items got stolen in our room by the staff during our stay! We addressed it, however the staff was incapable to help, and when you reach the help line, you get 5 reconnected.

It was. Lean and my bedsheets were crisp! There was only the one roll of TP which we used completely but would have liked to avoid using tissue.

The room needed better lighting hard to see in hall mirror for makeup purposes. The outlets on lamps were not accessible because of the shape of the lamp. Our room was not cleaned up the 1st night we had two nights but with two separate reservations so they should have cleaned it up. The inconvenience having to check out 1st night and check back in before 11 am the following day because we had two reservations and being charged $50 refundable deposit each day even though we were the same people checking in and out and in again, seems silly and inconvenient.

Walking in, I was greeted with the warmest smile by the lady at the counter. She went over my booking making sure everything was correct with 2 rooms and made sure to put the rooms together. The beds were so incredibly comfy and the room was kept at a very comfortable temperature. Great shower and bathroom. Great channels and the pool even has a slide. Great little fitness room as well. Not many breakfast choices inside the main Hotel/Casino and the Estrella didnt have coffee in the lounge. Had to get dressed to go over to the main building for coffee. As we needed than was provided in room.

The pool and hot tub were closed but we did know that going in ahead of time. The updates on expedia were perfect. We could walk to the casino and have access to a plethera of yummy food. We ate at street scape. The sandwhiches were delicious. Bring your own drinks to the hotel if you want soda because the vending machines are 3.65 for a bottle. Shower was huge. Great water pressure. Clean bed. Big nice t.v. and an arcade for the kids. If the pool amd hottub were open it wouldve been 5/5 all the way!

The thermostat wasn’t acting right at all. The television mostly said station unavailable. I asked the front desk to have someone come up and that didn’t happen. This is a newer hotel and it’s got a lot of issues. Not my first time staying here but I don’t think we will be back… will opt for the main casino hotel.

I was on the 3rd floor and the mountain view was gorgeous and it was nice to have so many restaurant options on site. The burger and fries and the prema lounge (entrance to the casino del sol hotel) was delish. Highly recommend

Very quiet but lots to do at the casino. Very stylish rooms with beautiful marble bathrooms, reminds me of the Wynn in Las Vegas. The EV chargers were not in service. The company that manages them went bankrupt they told me. No breakfast and the cafe seemed pricey.

Just stayed for one night. It was just fine.

I had a terrible experience at this location which is a huge bummer considering what a nice view it has and how much I liked it the first time. We stayed again recently and had just come off an 8 hour drive with two young kids, only to arrive and be told that our reservation and payment was swapped over to the neighboring hotel that’s attached to a casino because the hotel was actually overbooked. Nothing like being exhausted with cranky kids and having to lose 30 minutes of downtime figuring out the details, where to park, etc at the other building. I wouldn’t have minded this much if we were just given a heads-up prior to our arrival, but this felt like a bait and switch ESPECIALLY because we had already paid before arriving.

Easy check in, friendly staff, great price Pool lounge chair pads were worn and torn, multiple pool umbrellas weren’t working (broken), the large pool slide wasn’t functioning. My only complaint about the experience. A hotel in a state with hot temperatures should have shaded areas or at least umbrellas that work around the pool.

Room had an outlet not working. Shower had no pressure. The maid just hung back up my used bath towel. We got dinner to go at Casino del Sol but 1 waitress bagged it, brought it another table, we saw them shake their heads, she took it back to the shelf, pulled it out of the bag. It sat for more time, until i finally walked into the staff area and said i believe that's mine and it's probably cold by now. Handed me bag and said sorry. No accommodation, maybe offer a dessert...no.

This hotel is a gem. The room was contemporary and clean. The staff were outstanding in helping us get settled in. This will stay my number one hotel for my next Tucson visit.

Staff were very friendly except for the security guards which were extremely rude. They should go to diversity training to learn to deal with people from all walks of life. They were very flippant and quite unhelpful when I asked simple directions/questions. My adult autistic son was harassed a couple of times, both when I was not in his presence and neither provoked. This is the only reason that will keep me from returning.

The hotel was comfortable, I felt safe. The bed was comfortable. The room wasn’t fully vacuumed when I arrived. I don’t recall being told about or seeing a breakfast option here. Overall the price was great for the hotel and I appreciated being close to the casino. There are a number of places to eat within a few miles of the hotel (but not walking distance) which was nice for grabbing meals each day on my way back to the hotel.

Overall, the property is clean and so was the room. The mattresses were the big complaint. The were extremely firm and uncomfortable. I had a hard time sleeping and woke up in pain.

Checking took way too long, the sink was clogged when we arrived, but other than that the place was clean, also there was not any hand soap had to improvise with body wash. Overall this place did not impress me.

We stayed for two nights in a king room. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Our only complaint is the website and everything we read states room service is an option. After a long day of travel from Canada and enjoying our first day in Arizona we opted to hang out in the hottub, visit the casino and have a few beverages before retiring to our room to order up some room service and enjoy the rest of our eveing. We pushed fhe room service button on our phone in the room and were told they no longer offer that service. My suggestion would be to update your website. Expectations are expectations! We were in no mood to get ready to go back to the casino so went to bed without supper.

Wonderful staff upfront - very warm and welcoming. Hotel is clean and the rooms were so much more than I expected, especially for the affordable the price! Amenities are wonderful and parking has lots of options, even on a busy Friday night I didn’t have to park too far.

Rooms could have more luggage holders (one was provided) as only area to put luggage is on floor or chairs. Plenty of restaurants within 5 mile radius. Everything was great. The staff was helpful & answered all of my questions. The room was clean & had a great view of the mountains. It was too bad the weather didnt cooperate so i could use the pool. The slide in the pool was not working at the time either.

I've stayed here a few times. I almost hate to "let the secret out", but for business/leisure travel, this place is perfect. Not really that out of the way from town and no resort/parking fees. Dining options are great. They have table games with real dealers, I like that a lot. My wife and I were wishing they had more walking trails around the facility, but the Sonoran Desert Museum is only about a 15 minute drive from the resort.

The rooms are very clean. The hotel is attached to Hotel Del Sol, which it has a few restaurants that we can find variety of food. Moby’s opens 24/7! It mitigates the problem the hotel is a bit remote. We stayed there during Christmas and had no problems finding food to eat. Impressive with the rooms and services. We all enjoyed it!

Very clean, cozy room. I laid on the bed for a few minutes and didn’t realize I was falling asleep. Woke up a few hours later thinking I napped for 10 minutes. Only issue was the front desk wrote the wrong room number on my key brochure so I had to go back down for them to give me the correct room number.

Beds were quite hard and pillows were lumpy. No microwave in rooms. Bathroom and shower were spacious. Disappointed that there was no breakfast and had to walk over to the Casino. Was hoping for a water/coffee area but there was none. Pool was fun for the kids but the slide was shut down for the season…we didn’t know that.

Minus 1 star because the room Air conditioner is really loud and also there is some mechahical noise in the wall, behind the t.v. that comes on every 15 minutes. These noises make it tough to slewp you may need ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like me. Other than that the rooms and beds and pillows are clean, comfortable and cozy. Staff is great.

The rooms are nice and in a good location. It could use better dining options and at least continental breakfast for hotel guests. It was very noisy unfortunately. The rooms are definitely not very soundproof. Drunk guests ponding on the doors and the pool area activity is easily heard.

I cannot fathom how a buffet closes at 7pm on a friday night. We then tried to go to sushi and were told it was a 90 minute wait for our pwrty of 3 although the restaurant was half empty and there was not a single person seated at the sushi bar. We ghen tried mobys which was a 40 minute wait and again the restaurant was mostly empty. What horrific service and staffing. Do better we have options.

The hotel is well maintained and provided what we needed, including a nice pool. There's also a beautiful but difficult golf course minutes away. However, there is not a lot within the hotel itself that makes it stand out. It is part of a casino property and as such it is evident that its prime purpose is to cater to those who enjoy gambling. There are several restaurant choices within the casino. We were with a small group and would have enjoyed some outdoor seating areas other than the lounge chairs around the pool. All is all, it was a fine stay.

We had the best sleep. The Hotel and room was very nice. We will come back often.

Had cigarettes butts everywhere. Had to leave facility for a soda as machines didn't work nor did the front desk have change. Arcade took our money and was over 100° in there. Worst stay in my life. I deserve full refund as it became a huge inconvenience.

It like any other stay at a regular hotel. The staff could be a little more welcoming. The rooms are average. But it’s good enough for a single person wanted to do a staycation for themselves. However once you are checked out you can no longer swim.

They had some good food options we definitely recommend mobeys. The room could of been a little more clean. Mostly just the bathroom. But otherwise comfortable. We booked for Father’s Day so that the kids and him could have fun together the pool slide was not working and the arcade was closed as well. Which are two things we wanted to do with the kids. When o asked for one extra pool wristband and I would be willing to pay extra for it the lady checking us in said we could only get 5 total but our stepson was stopping by to spend time with his dad as well. So instead him and the kids went to the pool and I stayed in the hotel. Which I think is crazy cause you couldn’t be in the poo area without one. I am definitely not happy I don’t think I will be going back to this hotel any time soon.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the casino. It’s super clean, the room we got was super clean, has a nice view of the mountains and sunset. The bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious, and so is the bathroom. The staff who checked us in were friendly and efficient. We love our short weekend stay and we’ll definitely be back.
