Food was good. Great assortment.

So clean and everything was beautiful Nothing
- 5/5
Breakfast was wonderful, delicious and very helpful! We didn't need to go anywhere! Our toilet had a constant sewage smell. We didn't make a complaint, because we didn't have time to have someone come to take care of it. But you should check room 127 for this issue.
- 5/5
The front desk person named Hailey was great. Rooms needed more time to be cleaned.
- 5/5
When we arrived our room was not ready and we were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We decided to go visit friends, which was good since it took another 2 hours before our room was available. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us free parking for the inconvenience. One negative was when we went to the pool in the morning all the old towels from the day before were scattered around the pool and on chairs. We had to notify the front desk and 30 minutes later an employee came with new towels and picked up the used towel that had been placed in the return container, but they didn't pick up the used ones scattered around the pool.

and it was amazing. Was able to enjoy the pool and relax during my two day stay would recommend it to anyone that I know.

Bed was not comfortable at all.

Happy hour snacks were good They charged me for parking when it was supposed to be included. Also walking down the hallway I noticed a dead cockroach. Bathroom tub was dirty. Neighbors woke us up at 4:00am. I called the front desk twice to have it resolved.

The room and hotel were OK, but we added a days stay to our visit and our cards were not updated. We were locked out of the hotel and room. When we added a day to our stay, the clerk did not update our key cards. When we returned to the hotel we were locked out and had a hard time getting in. The elevator we had used to get to the lobby was out. So, the clerk at the lobby said she would cancel our payment for parking as for our troubles, but that was never reflected on our bill.

I enjoyed my stay on 5/20 to 5/22 at the Embassy Hilton. I am a Hilton Rewards member and I definitely felt our room was wonderful! I enjoyed the balcony the 2 tvs and the pool area. We loved our stay and will no doubt be back again when we come to Tucson! The breakfast was a nice option but there is a starbucks and a cvs that is walking distance. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10!
- 1/5
When the room type I reserved was unavailable, I was informed that it be a $20 per night up charge for the type I needed. Turned out that it was a $50 per night when I received the invoice.

It was nice.. the rooms were clean.. staff was very friendly.. The was no information about evening dining anywhere.. the advertised appetizers at social hour were big hunks of cheese and random odds and ends of crackers and veggies.. I asked about room service at the front desk and was told yes it’s an additional $10 but there’s no menus.. I guess you have to go down stairs and ask the incredibly busy bartender for a menu?? So Door Dash for the win..

Great hotel and location. Nice room and great A/C. Sofa bed mattress made for kid under 7. Very very thin and uncomfortable. Don’t expect adult to sleep there. I’ve stayed there for years and $15 per day parking is just a money grab. Prefer the rate to be increased than have the extra charge to park in suburban lot that is not full. Happy hour and breakfast is free. Hotel is close to family so we will return.
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 5/5
If you use a wheelchair this hotel is a little hard to manage. I would suggest the closest room to the lobby. Parking for handicap is very limited.
- 4.5/5
Beautiful location!!! The pool was a little cold for this time of year.

Breakfast have option of made to order omelet and pancakes Rooms are big and great Starbucks walking distance and food for dinner Good pool You have to pay for parking onlydownside
- 3/5
They missed cleaning our room 2days in a row and when they finally did, they did the bare minimum. They also charge $15 a day to park. We were not informed until we got ticketed. We went in and parked d for the 5 days and still got tagged. It was very frustrating.
- 5/5
Excellent views!

- 5/5
Very new and clean. Beautiful deck outside.

All of the above,..........
- 5/5
Place was clean staff was friendly
- 4/5
Our room was clean. The staff were friendly and professional. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast. You could order omelets to order and the selection was much better than at the vast majority of hotels. There was also a complimentary afternoon reception that was appreciated. There was a good amount of outdoor seating surrounding the pool. Our only complaints were that of the 6 nights we stayed, we only had our room cleaned 3 times. This was due to either poor planning or the fact that there were not enough staff. While we really appreciated the suite, with a separate bedroom, "living room" and a desk for ones office, the suite felt tight. We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good everything was good except the room was on first floor Expedia seems to get rooms people don’t want it would b nice to b able to pick the room
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
A truly great place. The only problem is the location. It was far from everything
- 3/5
Makes no sense I paid hundreds of dollars per night to stay and you have to pay $15/day for parking. Pool was dirty with a weird film on the surface of the water all 3 days.
- 5/5
Quiet rooms, lots of space, great food
- 5/5
The best in town!
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
The breakfast was OK. Eggs a little on the cool side. They had only a few cereals. Omlettes were very good.
- 5/5
The room was spotless, spacious with a nice little balcony.
- 5/5
Always has good options for traveling
- 5/5
Everything was great, staff, facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, reception, pool area, check-in and check-out.
- 5/5
It was an excellent stay
- 5/5
We want to give Jasmine a great review. She was so busy but was always accommodating and friendly. Very efficient and friendly.
- 5/5
Everyone and everything was perfect
- 2/5
The employees are really nice. The mattress is way too soft and so are the pillows. The coach is to low and hard for an old person to get up from. The breakfast was bad on Tuesday: the watermelon was bad, the sweet rolls were dried out. On Monday the pineapple was really sour.
- 5/5
Great clean room, wonderful free breakfast and great location/resort.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff respectful of only providing us with the few items we needed as we did not need/want the room cleaned every day. Breakfast very good every day. Only thing that would have helped was clear identification of a later start for breakfast on January 19 as this apparently was a holiday and therefore start hours for a Monday were different than what was stated on hotel information and on the sign posted at entrance to breakfast area that indicated Monday start time was still 0700 versus reality of later - may want to consider clarifying that on entrance signage as well as on the QC code in the room that provides hotel information.
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent, staff very nice and overall very clean and comfortable

.
- 4/5
Staff was wonderful.
- 4/5
The hotel room was large and had a nice balcony the view was nice of the mountain. A little outdated but its was ok. There are restaurants walking distance. It’s very hot. And really nothing to do in the area.

Beautiful accommodations, clean room, very friendly front desk and a fun welcoming happy hour with great view of The Catalinas! What more could one ask for?
- 4/5
Basic
- 5/5
Everything's very very good. The rooms were clean. My only thing would be with a concern for water. I think their toilets could be changed to use less water per flush
- 4/5
Nice room and atmosphere. Staff were great
- 5/5
Great stay everything was wonderful and I didn’t have to pay for parking
- 5/5
Rooms were a nice size, the courtyard was pleasant, and the staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Beautiful views and excellent staff and accommodations.
- 4/5
Amenities were nice
- 3/5
The problem with the room was it had a smell like a Sewer problem, complained about the room. The smell The girls at the front desk tried to eliminate it with spray deodorants , it didn't work. It Was terrible. Finally the third day maintenance came and did fix it. The other surprise was $15 parking every night we stayed.
- 5/5
Nice hotel Highly recommended
- 5/5
Looks like the place was recently redone. Everything I saw was nice and updated and clean. We were both very pleased and would certainly stay here again.
- 3/5
They have made paid parking a mess with 3rd party separate parking firm billing for parking. Some ordeal of scanning QR code to log onto web site unrelated to Embassy Suites to pay for parking which was more than $15 they say parking costs on reservation web site for Embassy Suites. Surprised parking fee at all is this is in suburbs. Never paid for parking except in downtown hotels with parking garages. Standard Embassy Suites otherwise.
- 3/5
Shower stall was slippery and food at breakfast could be improved a bit. Otherwise excellent. Loved the room otherwise.
- 5/5
Had a great stay at the Embassy Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The entire property is stunning - our room was extremely comfortable and we were really able to relax
- 5/5
Clean, good breakfast, convenient location
- 5/5
Great spacious rooms very clean and tasteful decor. Great breakfast Buffett with fresh fruit and omelet station! My favorite place to stay in Tucson
- 5/5
Room clean.staff cordial. Quiet.
- 2/5
Dark small room, you had to pay for parking which we did not know about $15.00 a day so we parked a few blocks away. It was wat too expensive for what you got.
- 3/5
2. The setting was perfect 3. Throughout six nights, the shower head never worked. We reserved an accessibility room because of physical limitations and had to maneuver getting into the bath and crouching down to bathe. The "engineers" came multiple times, and still the shower heads never worked. We were there for my son's wedding, and it made things very difficult for our stay.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and nestled in the foothills of the mountains. The pool is warm and clear and the hot tub is cozy. The breakfast includes made-to-order omelets and french toast. It's a wonderful hotel!
- 1/5
Front desk also said housekeeping works on their own schedule which is why there were no rooms. That can’t be true if you are running a hotel.
- 3/5
We had hot water 4 out of the 7 nights we stayed. Breakfast was not hot, scrambled eggs, potatoes were luke warm at best. And, for some reason, no oatmeal for 3 out of the 7 days.
- 3/5
Had to pay to oark and beds were uncomfortable. Hit tub was cold
- 1/5
They didn't have our reservation, but they charged us for a no-show before we could have even not shown! They are arrogant and impossible to deal with.
- 3/5
Nice place
- 4/5
room was clean and very confortable. Having to pay for parking on the hotel property however, is too much.
- 2/5
While the staff was very nice, the desk clerk did not alert us to how the parking payment system worked, nor did she let us know about the master power switch in the room or how to work our way around the confusing electrical in the room. Also, it was fortunate we could understand a little French since the buttons on the microwave are all in French. I imagine that would be difficult for other guests to interpret if the had no understanding of the language. A little card helping them through that would be good. Most disappointing was to come back to our room at the end of the day to find it was not cleaned and beds were not made.
- 5/5
Spacious, comfortable suite. Nice pool, balcony in room, views from the dining area. Breakfast had all of the staples as well as custom omelettes. Happy hour every day was a very nice touch that offered social opportunities.
- 5/5
Breakfast healthy
- 5/5
Great rooms.
- 5/5
Great location for us.
- 5/5
Very happy with our huge room! The staff is wonderful. Perfect location with beautiful views of the mountains.
- 1/5
Try stole 299 dollars and never refunded and this is fake luxury snob hotel. Fake luxury, not really luxurious, really dirty and messed up.
- 5/5
CLEAN ROOM GREAT STAFF AND SERVICE...GREAT BREAKFAST
- 4/5
My stay was good. I was not happy about paying for my room then paying $12 per night for parking. That should be included with the room price. Thats like charging for a pair of shoes then extra for the laces. I am not gettibg to your hotel without a car. It will disway me from staying there again and we have stayed there at least once a year for several years now.
- 5/5
A nice place to stay.
- 4/5
Good space,
- 5/5
👍
- 3/5
After checking in the front desk girl saw me pushing a luggage cart the wrong direction to the elevator, she said nothing. I had to push the cart all the way back to the lobby and ask how to get to the elevator. Tip- direct your guests in the direction of the elevator when you give them the room key. Disappointed.
- 3/5
Pool was in very poor condition sadlly
- 5/5
Great property with everything you need or want! We especially loved the free breakfast with made to order omelets. Great bargain!
- 5/5
Great location, easy to find, clean, safe and friendly
- 4/5
I had a room that was nice and clean, but the one problem was I was up against the ice machine, and it literally sounded like I was on a train all night long because the ice machine was directly behind us. Which is a shame because the bed was comfortable the room was clean. It just was really really loud in my room.
- 5/5
Loved the breakfast and Happy hour. Thanks!!
- 3/5
And complain at the front desk.
- 3/5
Place was clean, modern and breakfast was good. Stayed 3 days and housekeeping never came to my room to clean or leave towels. Told front desk but did not seem to care.
- 5/5
We love this hotel. It's clean and has many amenities.
- 5/5
Property is well maintained and don’t hear a lot noise from the other guests. Breakfast is good.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff
- 5/5
Overall nice hotel
- 1/5
First, I paid extra for a room with a balcony and although it did have one, they put me on the bottom floor and the AC unit that was outside was making it unbearable to hang out outside. They could’ve accommodated and gave us a different room without that there so we could actually hang out outside without having to go all the way to the car. One of the front desk men at around 1am was extremely rude and impatient. The internet sucked too. Overall did not enjoy my stay and will not be returning.
- 5/5
One of best the hotels we stayed in. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was amazing. The staff was very welcoming and professional. We would definitely book again.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
As I have always said, it's the people not the hotel name that either makes or breaks its reputation. I can honestly say that from the time we checked in to the time we left, everyone of your employees made our stay great and upheld your name. Yous should be very proud of them and commend them in some way. As far as the hotel itself. For the most part it was very clean, quiet and well maintained. The main negative issue I have with it, is that it charges for parking and there is no benefit to that. Its not a secured parking lot, and there is no security to watch over the lot, especially at night. I understand that its next to business and you dont want non hotel customers parking in the hotel parking lot, but if you are going to charge customers, then have something in place that secures the lot. Otherwise, it's not a very fair charge. Overall, this is a great hotel and yes, I would stay there again
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Nice location.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed there. New facilitates all suites, breakfast also very good.
- 5/5
This hotel is in ideal location for walking to shops and restaurants. The hotel offers breakfast included with room reservation which is very convenient when you are on the run to a meeting. The room was very spacious with all conveniences; coffeemaker, fridge, microwave and a safe. I found the hotel to be very quiet and relaxing. I will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great. Rooms very comfortable
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Very nice hotel and great location.
- 3/5
Ok
- 4/5
Thr room could have been cleaned better. The carpet was dirty with hair and debris. It had not been vacuumed prior to us checking in. The towel by the sink had 2 hairs on it. The tile floor in the living room space was dirty. The pario door had greasy sticky childrens hand prints on it.
- 3/5
Our stay was ok. Unfortunately the weekend we went nothing was really working. The system for the keys wasn’t working and the master key they provided wouldn’t open the door to our room. We had to bother the front desk to open our room. Then the remote control wasn’t working properly so trying to control the tv was work. The grill wasn’t working either so we couldn’t try the food. The property was clean and the location was great. Maybe staying on weekend when everything is working would make this stay better.
- 5/5
Pool and rooms were nice
- 3/5
Paying for parking at this hotel as a guest is INSANE. $54 for 4 days to park when at the other same property in town it is free to park. I am also annoyed that there were no plates / box to take our breakfast on the go . We were staying for a camp and often had to leave just after breakfast started so it made our time rushed. There was also a wedding during our time there and with their party there were weed smokers outside our balcony. Our ac had to work super hard and often felt like the living room was untouched whe it cooled the room even at the lowest setting. We didn’t bother management because we would just sit in the bedroom.
- 5/5
What a great experience we had at this hotel. The pool was very spacious and clean. Had a wonderful breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful property and great stay for our family of 5.
- 5/5
Fantastic
- 5/5
We had an great time with family!
- 5/5
It was great, the customer service was outstanding.
- 2/5
We got in late and the check in was good. The beds were very uncomfortable. The showers were great.
- 5/5
I liked that the suite was just like the pictures online and it was nice and cozy. Though paying for parking was really ridiculous because it was only through an app and a third party company.
- 5/5
Awesome experience for me and the kids. The only downside is that our room was hard to find. Breakfast was good. The pool was very nice and the hot tub.
- 5/5
Great, breakfast buffet, friendly people excellent pool fantastic room
- 2/5
First off parking sucks! You have to pay for parking and the lady told me $12 a night which turned into $17 one night and $26.80 another!!Then my husband said a few cars down from us another car wrecked into another causing pretty bad damage. To get to our rooms and pool was like a maze. The rooms were decent and clean. Bed was okay. Kleenex in the bathroom is like blowing your nose in parchment paper. For being a "better" hotel I would have thought to have better paper. I am pretty bitter about the parking especially the false statement on the price. For having to pay for parking theres not really any shade and the lot is crowded then of course some people park taking up two spots. Theres no getting away from it, they will walk through the parking lot and give you a ticket reminder to pay for it. Definitely won't be staying there again. It is in a good location, lots of stuff nearby. However I would look into other hotels first.
- 5/5
Lizeth [front desk] Isabel & Yessenia [Breakfast] and Mary [Housekeeping] went above & beyond CONGRATULATIONS
- 4/5
The room was nice and breakfast was decent.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Noticed at least one of four bed pillows smelled like previous customer. Luckily, I had another to choose from. Husband mentioned his pillows were too soft. Staff friendly & helpful. Thank you!
- 5/5
Wonderful stay!
- 3/5
When we arrived one of our sinks was clogged. They unclogged it but the drains smelled the rest of the time we were there. We had to put shower gel in the 2 sinks every time we came back to the room to kill the smell.
- 5/5
Awesome stay!
- 5/5
Beautiful property, super-comfy bed
- 5/5
Great hotel. Rooms very quiet. Staff are very nice and helpful. Will stay there again. The made to order breakfast was wonderful
- 5/5
Really just needed a room, but this was perfect.
- 5/5
The place was clean and the bed slept wonderful
- 2/5
I would not stay here again. There is no insulation or carpeting in the rooms so it was extremely loud from outside noise coming in to hearing your upstairs neighbors. We unfortunately left something behind. After several calls and the housekeeping manager not calling us, a front desk employee helped us.
- 5/5
We have stayed here several times and it is a great option.
- 1/5
Dirty bathroom. Rude staff
- 4/5
It was a great stay. Only downside was that we had to pay for parking and had to call for an extra blanket when it should have been in the closet already.
- 3/5
They charge you $12 a night to park! It is quite expensive and then they nickel and dime you to death with extras. The checkin staff can be downright rude.
- 5/5
NA
- 5/5
Everything was good!
- 4/5
Pros: 2 bar drinks are included from a selection of drinks. Staff were nice. The pool is a good size and there is a jacuzzi. The room was nice, clean, loved the bathroom/shower.
- 5/5
Beyond that, place was great. Clean rooms, don’t smell like weed, air worked in rooms. Only issue is parking isn’t ideal.
- 5/5
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $12 for one night to park my car. If you get a room at a hotel you should have a place to park your car without paying. That was ridiculous
- 4/5
Spacious clean room. Nice breakfast area. Parking was a bit confusing to figure out.
- 5/5
great location and great staff
- 5/5
We had an event just down the road so this was a great location to stay over for a night. With tax the parking was around $13.50 that was easily paid by scanning the QR code at the front door. After entering the staff was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything about happy hour as well as the complementary breakfast the next morning. The rooms were very well done, very clean, and had everything we needed. Complementary breakfast was typical. I appreciated the mate to order omelette. All the staff was very friendly. We sat out on the balcony for breakfast, very beautiful views, nice pool and hot tub. We would definitely return here.
- 2/5
Very over priced stay. Room and pool was dirty. Had to pay for parking. Have had nicer stays in Motel 6
- 2/5
Not so good, you have to pay for parking. The walls are not insulated very well. Can here everything going on outside
- 2/5
Had a handicapped accessible room. Grab bar fell out of the wall when used. I fell, but caught myself. Was told has to move rooms or have maintenance come fix. Asked to move to a room in nicer area of hotel. Was told no, if I wanted that I would have to pay more. Came and fixed grab bar. Came right out of wall again. No towels at pool, said they were out even though only 2 people at pool. Breakfast was always out of bowls, servings size spoons for cereal. Overall, this property was not good and I would not stay again.
- 3/5
The breakfast buffet was not very good, poorly stocked and just not good food. The parking at $12 a night was terrible. The spaces were so small I had to crawl over the passenger seat to get into my car and I was parked next to a VW.
- 5/5
Very nice suite, plenty if room to be comfortable. Water was hot in shower. Appreciate ceiling fans in room & living area. 2 closets. Breakfast was included. Parking was easy to pay with QR code. Would stay again. My only complaints: we needed assistance on 1st night & no one answered phone at front desk after multiple calls. Second night tried to order room service, no answer & tried front desk, no answer after multiple attempts. Tissues & toilet paper very rough.
- 2/5
A bit over two hundred a night and then get charged $12 a day for parking! The mattress was terrible.
- 4/5
We always like Embassy Suites, and property was as expected. Beds were very comfortable and hotel was pretty quiet. Breakfast was OK, but manager's reception (aka happy hour) was not as good as other places.
- 5/5
Friendly service in a nice area
- 5/5
Amazing stay! Highly recommended !
- 2/5
Description on Hotels.com state free parking. However, the hotel charges a parking fee to cover the cost of repaving the lot. When I spoke with the staff regarding the parking fee, they were very dismissive. Apparently, it was my problem. Breakfast was poor quality. Not the Embassy Suites experience of the past.
- 5/5
loved the breakfasts and happy hour and great location if you want to be in the Tucson Foothills.
- 3/5
- 5/5
The ride up to the hotel was full of beautiful mountain views! When I got there, everybody was so nice to me. There are so many amenities, you hardly need to leave your apartment-sized room. I hit the jackpot with actual balcony patios! My partner was beyond impressed. 10 out of 10 need to come back!
- 3/5
The staff was outstanding! The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The was a sewer odor emanating from the bathroom sink. We found the only way to control. The horrible odor was to put water in the sink and pull the stopper, spray, air freshener, and close the bathroom door to keep the rest of the suite from the strong stench. The suite was clean. Breakfast made to order omelets were tasty, but all other offerings intended to be warm ( scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage or bacon) were all cold. The potatoes actually leaked grease. The fruit was fresh. The muffins just a shade under burned. Drinks, and yogurt were nice.

We stayed here 5 years ago and the service was so much better then. For this trip, every day we had to go to the front desk for basic items that housekeeping didnt complete. We waited at the bar for 15 minutes waiting to order drinks, no bartender anywhere. The service greatly declined in 5 years. When booking our trip, we started with hotel since our last stay was wonderful. Not sure i would stay here again

There was curtain rods sitting in my room when I got to it. But I love this hotel on the south is amazing.

Check in was easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. The evening social hour had much to be desired.

I had very nice experience.

Everything was great. Parking was extra and didn't see spots for short visitors to park.

Quite room

Under staffed it took too long to check in besides tv and WiFi aren’t working and there is no one to come and help

The housekeeping service was terrible. One day didn’t clean or take out trash. Looked like there was dry blood on the floor next to toilet. The tub doesn’t drain well and fills up fast. Too many doors in the room with living room.

We stayed here because last year we had a very pleasant day including a okay breakfast. What was disappointing is this year we had to pay $12 for parking last year. We did not .. The suite was actually quite comfortable and close to enough amenities, including restaurants and that's already there for New Year's

Housekeeping was very inconsistent and never quite got it together. Internet went out for one day so no television available. Fire alarm went off at 7:15 AM when someone burned something in the kitchen break room clearing out the hotel.

Business conference in the area.

Was very nice. I can imagine it being insane during the peak season. Rooms are dated but they have decent tvs.

Everything but the beds were great. The beds were like stiff box springs with a thin pad on them. Not what I expected the beds at an Embassy Suites to be like.

The room, hotel very nice but they did NOT provide housekeeping service. Front desk staff was not truthful about it when we requested our room to be cleaned. They said they were short staffed but someone would be coming - that never happened. When asked again, they said “oh, we will ck into it”…. Never heard back
