Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenient location. However, there are consistent complaints about the outdated rooms, lack of amenities, and poor communication between staff and guests.

Room was great. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was made to order.. very good. Pool and hot tub nice as well.

The facility was like a motel not a hotel. My niece and sister did not feel safe and checked out and we to a safer hotel. The motel 6 vibe.

Parking was easy and free. The bed was comfortable. Lots of towels. The room ac was very loud and never turned off. It was either freezing or you had to shut down the unit. The water pressure was terrible and the shower head was so filled with hard water it barely sprayed. We paid for breakfast. They said that since it was slow season you had to order from a sit down menu. On the face of it, that sounds great. When we got to the restaurant, we were told we can only order one entre and one drink. We had to ask for cookies and unless you were a Hilton honors member there was no wifi. They also tried to charge us $3 for a bottle of water that was in our room. No more Doubletree for me.
- 2/5
The room was moldy smelling, and th A/C didn't keep the room very cool.

First, the image of the property was a modern tower. Once you got there, you realize that there is a tower and also an older part of the complex that's behind the tower. Our room happen to be in the back complex that was clearly 30 or 40 years old. Then we checked in at 10 pm ish. The outside air was about 80-85 degrees. The hotel room was about the same. We tried to set the temperature to like 70 to get the room to cool down. By 1:30 am, the temp was maybe 2-3 degrees cooler and my baby would not stay asleep because he was sweating. Finally, after dealing with him for an hour as he cried, we packed up and checked out at 2:30am and found a new hotel that had working AC. $150 for 4 hours of hell. That doesn't even count the extra cost of a new hotel room now.

The experience at the Hilton was exceptionally pleasant: the front desk staff was always helpful and receptive and the accommodations were superb -- quiet and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent as well. It was disappointing that the attractive Lobby Lounge was not open -- except as a spillover area for the hotel's comfortable main bar, the Javelina -- which never happened. The handicapped parking area across from the hotel's main entrance needs better lighting. I was walking to my car in the dark Friday night, May 22, and unavoidably tripped on one of the invisible concrete parking blocks, situated between the front of the cars and the curb of a grassy area. The resultant violent head-first tumble resulted in a five-hour visit to Banner University Medical Center, a CT Scan, numerous stitches in my forehead and left eyebrow, a broken bone in my nose, two dislocated fingers, a possible concussion, two black eyes and lingering aches and pains throughout my 79-year-old body. I might say, however, that the front desk clerk did a wonderful job ministering to me and my wounds until the EMTs arrived, which she had called. I commend her calmness and professional handling of the situation.

Rooms in the tower could not be accessed unless going through the lobby. There was a stairwell to the outside parking lot, which would have been much closer for walking, but the electronic access was broken. Our room was right off of the stairwell for exiting to our car—but we could not use when returning. Also disappointing to not have a microwave in the room.

We were on 1st floor, view to courtyard was nice, room was clean & bed comfortable. There was a ? cockroach in bathroom & water in shower was lukewarm at best, would not call it a hot shower, and, there was no ice went to 1st & 2nd floor ice machines NO ICE!!

Decor, beds and linens are all 5 star! The AC broke in my room and they did move me the next day, but didn’t offer or do anything for the problem. The new room was nice though and I’ll know not to stay in the side units.
- 4/5
It was good. Great staff.
- 4/5
A note for maintenance, we were in room 298 and we could not turn the shower off so that we could use the tub.
- 3/5
Negative: long walk and stairs only (no elevator) to get to the rooms at the back of the hotel. Tv did not work. A/C was having a hard time keeping the room in cold temperature (we stayed at the hotel during spring).
- 4/5
We did have a problem with our check in. I mentioned that we had breakfast included, but we weren’t given the coupons, so had to pay the first day. When I told the staff, they quickly corrected the error. Most of the staff in the restaurant were pleasant, except for one of the waitresses, who actually served us two mornings in a row, and was very annoyed that we made a couple of requests, which she totally ignored or seemed annoyed with us. She would give everyone around us coffee, but deliberately not serve us.So we got two cups To go from the hostess at the front desk when we left.
- 2/5
We were in room 118 and the gate attached to the outer wall slammed so loudly the entire time. Sometimes it sounded like thunder, others a gong and the loudest was a trash truck dumping a dumpster. We could hear it over the tv and it woke me up several times. The food at the Javelina Cantina was not good. Everything else was very good.

Clean room, helpful and courteous staff
- 5/5
Great resort, great stay, super friendly staff
- 5/5
Staff was amazing
- 3/5
The walls and doors do very little to block outside noise. I could clearly hear the gardeners’ leaf blowers as well as housekeeping walking past my door. The room itself is simple and clean. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a room away from high-traffic areas.
- 3/5
Staff was very courteous, Room was decent. Hot water water was not consistent in the shower. Toilet seat was broken.
- 5/5
Cleanliness of room and attentiveness of staff. Everyone was very helpful. Also, this hotel has amazing amenities!

Yes, the room was fine but the location feels unsafe. The door was facing the street (not the main one) and it was very dark. Also we asked for a first floor and got second :S

This is a motel. The doors open to the outside. If you want a room in the hotel, it costs more. Wish I had know this.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 2/5
Electrical plug in bathroom did not work. No elevator, ac in room did not work and the toilet stopped up. Called to move to a room in the hotel as we were in a room not attached to the hotel. No rooms available even though we booked 2 months in advance. When checking out we told the manager of the issues. He said "ok we will let the maintenance guy know". No sorry for the inconvenience. You would think after paying over $300 for 2 nights we would have gotten a little more than "ok". NEVER AGAIN!!!
- 4/5
Very friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
room was clean and staff was friendly
- 1/5
This place is basically an old motel 6 with the Hilton name on it. Dank smelling. Old rooms with a fresh set of paint on them. The air conditioner didn’t work and they said they would send someone, that person never showed. The remote had to be replaced because the batteries in them were corroded. The area is a little sketchy. It’s a LONG walk outside from the front desk to your room, depending on your room number. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t want to stay downtown due to parking, but this was not worth the “convenience” of self parking. Don’t limit yourself, just pay a few extra bucks for a nice place because this place was TRASH.
- 5/5
Loved the gluten free cookies at check in!
- 4/5
Overall up to Doubletree standards except the cookie.
- 5/5
Best cookies!
- 5/5
I really appreciate everything such as the green area, pool, the room, the view of mountain, staff, not so much about.
- 5/5
I really appreciate the space.
- 3/5
Overall function!
- 1/5
It was awfully we didn’t stay the second night
- 5/5
Staff were great, coffee was fabulous!
- 4/5
Everything was great but the property is large so better to drive to be back of property! I was thrilled to get 4 cookies upon check in and the guy at the desk was super friendly as well. This is my 3rd stay here.
- 4/5
Clean good enough what we needed it for
- 5/5
Seamless check in and clean facility.
- 5/5
Very nice property
- 5/5
The Manager of the Property was amazing! Excellent customer service! She and her team are rock stars!
- 3/5
I booked a room by the pool online, but upon my arrival, I was told all those rooms were taken. They said I would get an upgrade so they gave me a single room with two full beds. Online I was supposed to get a two room king bed room, so I dont think thats an upgrade. My stay was fine but I was a bit frustrated with the service. We also had to wait so they could find key cards because they didn't have any. Plus I was told they would give me honors points and that did not happen. I will chose a different place to stay the next time I'm in Tucson.
- 4/5
Clean, and felt safe, Breakfast Buffet was good.
- 1/5
To make matters worse, the hotel has no security cameras on site. We were shocked to learn this, especially from a major hotel brand where safety should be a top priority. This lack of security left us without transportation home and caused major financial and personal hardship. I’ve contacted management directly requesting a refund, as this experience was unacceptable and far below the standard expected from Hilton. I hope others are aware of the safety concerns before booking here.
- 5/5
Outstanding customer service! Comfortable beds.
- 5/5
We would definitely stay there again. It was convenient to where we were going.
- 5/5
It was comfortable and close to family.
- 3/5
I have been a customer of Double Tree Hotels for several years and this was the first time I have ever received a phantom/overcharge for food assigned to my room. It only takes once to lose a customer.
- 5/5
Jacuzzi clean and HOT
- 5/5
Con: only thing I would’ve liked to see is more lighting between parking lot and entrance. I did not see a security guard. But. It’s not terribly long. Overall, I would definitely recommend and I will be back.
- 5/5
Clean room. Quiet area.
- 5/5
We had a great, relaxing stay.
- 3/5
There is a low hum at this property and it’s quite annoying when trying to fall asleep. Could be the A/C units on the ground. Everything else about this property was wonderful.
- 5/5
Check in was nice and staff was friendly. I liked that security was active and made me feel safe. Everything was clean, pool looked clean and well maintenance. The only thing i had an issue was the rooms ac. It would not get ice cold in the room and the vents can use a good cleaning.
- 5/5
It was a nice and cozy stay, even for just one night, would definitely go again.
- 5/5
how friendly the staff was and how quiet and comfortable the room was
- 2/5
We found hair still in the bed sheets as if clean sheet were never put on the bed after the previous customer. Then two ice machines were not operating. There are no cameras covering the parking lots and someone attempted to brake into my vehicle. When I checked out I addressed these concerns with the staff on duty. They apologized and said the area has a large homeless population. I 100% would advise skipping this place. Do not stay here.
- 3/5
The room was comfortable and clean once we got one with a working air conditioner. Aside from moving twice, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The gym was nice and there was plenty of parking.
- 5/5
Quick check in
- 4/5
Dated, musty carpet, but overall friendly staff
- 1/5
Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We contacted the front desk, and a maintenance worker came by, only to inform us after a few minutes that "this is the lowest the temperature will get." He offered a fan, which we accepted, but the room continued to get hotter as time went on. We eventually had to request a second fan just to make the space bearable. Adding to our discomfort, we found that the ice machines were broken. When we called the front desk, we were told to go across the building and up to the third floor to find a working one — a frustrating inconvenience, especially given the heat. Hoping to cool off, we went to the pool area, where yet another issue occurred: as my husband tried to open one of the umbrellas, it broke and collapsed — nearly injuring me and my daughter. This was not only shocking but also raised serious concerns about the safety standards being upheld at your property. Given your hotel's strong reputation, I expected a much higher level of comfort, service, and safety. Instead, our stay was marked by discomfort, inconvenience, and a near accident. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent other guests from having a similarly negative
- 4/5
Room was hot during the night. Had to open the window in summer in az. To cool down the room.
- 1/5
Room was dirty , shower was leaking and part of ceiling was open in shower . Curtains had stains all over them. Will never stay here again .
- 5/5
Great, convenient location with easy, close access to main shopping and UA campus.
- 5/5
Beautiful in with a perfect mountain view as described. Comfy bed and nice c surroundings. We will be back
- 5/5
Great staff!
- 4/5
Nice staff, great facilities. Quiet, safe area.
- 5/5
All the staff was super friendly. The grounds were a little overgrown and unkept but better than expected stay.
- 5/5
Great place! Loved the pool.
- 2/5
Check in was a nightmare-had did online check in with friends and organized our rooms together. Hotel chose to move us to other rooms and gave me a key to a room that was occupied. If you arrive in the dark and are loved in the 'courtyard' area, you'll struggle to find your room. One needs to drive around the building and the signage is poor. Toilets make ringing noise and you can hear it from those around you, waking you in the middle of the night. Little AC as fans don't go to high level. Was supposed to hear from Hilton but it's been days without communication. Pool is nice.
- 3/5
Room was nice except it had termites swarming room 274. Didn’t realize there was no elevator, but only two floors so not too bad except carrying luggage up.
- 4/5
Everything was good just a little hot in the room. It took long to cool. I would come back to stay here again.
- 4/5
A bit dated, but nice property, clean facilities and friendly staff.
- 3/5
Room stayed hot and the whole top floor was hot and they said this has been a work in progress for 3 weeks wow why even let guests use this floor
- 5/5
Decent hotel with a great pool. Good value.
- 5/5
Decent hotel for the price. Nothing special.
- 2/5
Call for the shower there were no cold water and the water was super hot and i couldn't shower.call front desk and maintenance never came call again and they never resolved the problem

Food was amazing at Javolina!
- 5/5
Great stay while traveling in AZ - convenient healthy food options close by. Room was beautiful- thank you!
- 5/5
The bartenders and front desk people were all amazing.
- 5/5
Nice people
- 5/5
Everything was excellent except they start working in something really loud about 8 in the morning and wake up at us
- 5/5
Loved the hotel, great staff. Clean rooms and nice pool. Free parking and always great cookies. The hotel is across a golf course and park, so take that how you will. And we had to drive out if we wanted to eat somewhere nice.
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
Always our go to hotel when we visit Tucson!
- 5/5
Would stay again
- 5/5
Everything was great the front desk staff is awesome. And live their cookies
- 5/5
We were not familiar with the area, surrounding Tucson is a little on the rough side but we felt secure on the property.
- 2/5
Ac didn't work the entire 5 days we were there.
- 4/5
The hotel is very nice overall. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. The service was great except for the first day when we were almost double charged for our stay. I had prepaid through Hotels.com and the hotel argued that it was only partially paid. Luckily i had my receipt, and after being persistent was not charged extra. The room was clean overall, however smelled moldy. Im sensitive to smells so wrote it off as a me problem. The bed was very comfortable, the room air conditioning was great, and the bathroom was clean. We did notice a crack in the ceiling above the shower where there was past? water damage. The last morning we were there before checking out, we noticed the the crack in the ceiling was dripping water from the room above. Overall i was pleased, however, if we stay again, i would ask to move rooms if i saw or smelled anything amiss. We reported the leak when we checked out.
- 5/5
Amazing staff clean pool for the kids. Had a great time with my family.
- 5/5
I loved our overnight stay here as a local Tuscon person. The area its located can be rough but hotel is gated. Pool was all ours and they have stand a lone condos as rooms with a back seating area. Everyone was super chill. 5 stars!
- 5/5
Loved the pool and fitness center and all the staff was super friendly.
- 2/5
This hotel has seen better days. We had a clogged shower and a broken AC. Even after moving rooms, the AC was barely effective. We requested housekeeping to come mid-stay and they asked a time to come back and never did. We also were informed that the pool was closed due to someone defecating in the pool, which was apparently untrue, but someone had defecated in the hot tub. All of the ice machines were broken except the 9th floor. We accidentally left a phone charger behind and we were informed it was available for pick up. We arrived to pick it up and the front desk acted totally clueless. Even after I showed receipts about the message to come pick it up and the description of the item. So I suspect someone wanted it and took it and the front desk staff covered for them. Just not a good time all around.
- 3/5
Courtyard- it could be really nice except for a dead rat outside my glass door. When I ask for it to be removed, nothing. I ended up covering it with gravel so my dogs are not near it! Courtyard- tons of dog crap that was never picked up by guest or staff, and any infestation to where to walk to pool, workout area, or even your dog you are bit instantly and shoes are covered with them! Outside of all of this, staff nice.
- 4/5
I stay here often the rooms are typically clean with a one off from time to time. I’m here about 7 times a year and it is generally a good place to stay. Front desk staff isn’t always hospitable but some are.
- 3/5
When we entered the room, we found a pair of underwear hanging from a lamp. The room is very dated and fixtures in the bathroom were falling apart. The mattress on one bed was worn out. The air conditioner was noisy. We have stayed here in the past and the hotel is definitely showing its age
- 5/5
Quiet, safe, great location!!
- 2/5
I have had recent knee surgery. Walking is painful and stairs are nearly impossible. My room was only able to be accessed by exterior stairs-outside, and in the desert heat! I was surprised and dismayed that there was no elevator. When I told staff that I couldn't walk up stairs they told me that they couldn't change me to a room that was accessible to me. I was greatfull to be traveling with my paramedic son. It was hideous.
- 3/5
Staff agreed to put our ice packs in the freezer at the front desk. The next morning, they were not even frozen as they had just put them in the fridge. our food had to be thrown out.
- 5/5
Excellent all around. Also, a fair price for superior quality.
- 5/5
The housekeeping staff were not thorough
- 4/5
Hotel was OK but need a little more cleaning
- 5/5
Always enjoy staying at this property, I will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and service was excellent. Doubletree at Reid park is our family place to go to all the time. Although we do miss the Breakfast buffet , but the food was still delicious.
- 4/5
During our sleep time I felt little crawlers o my body… the bed linens need to be disinfected or washed better… my husband and I could not sleep or rest well.
- 5/5
Room was clean, easy check in and check out. Staff was friendly and always greeted when coming back to the hotel after a day out
- 2/5
Rions ate loud due to air conditioning system. Building makes loud noises at night
- 5/5
Lovely, well maintained property in a great location
- 3/5
Was ok. Nothing fancy at all
- 2/5
The first room they offered smelled terribly. It was so bad, we didn’t even bring luggage in. They moved us right away, to a room with AC that didn’t work properly. When we called the desk, the guy said that maintenance has just left and he had no fans. When I called a half hour later to complain and request a refund and cancel our next day because we couldn’t sleep in the heat (it must’ve been 80 in the room!) he offered us the front desk fan, and had it delivered. George, the night manager, was the hero! He got us a better room for the next night, too.
- 5/5
Jaci was super sweet. Check in and out was a breeze.
- 4/5
It was okay. The room and staff were great. Apparently they were updating their internet service and my room had no availability for this service.
- 5/5
I liked the pool and the gym was very entertaining!
- 5/5
Property was clean, and front desk receptionists are friendly! Bar tender very anti- social!
- 4/5
The breakfast that came with the room was very good!
- 4/5
Need microwaves in the rooms. And do a better job at not letting the hallways flood from the ice machines.
- 3/5
4th floor smelled like mould. Hotel is dated and needs an upgrade
- 3/5
Our air conditioning wasn’t working. I let the front desk know, but nothing was done. With 100 degree weather you would think they would check to make sure the air conditioner was working. There was also a bug in our bed, we were told they were short on house keeping, so I’m guessing this means rooms aren’t going to get properly cleaned. There was a group of people smoking in the pool area and no one told them to stop. I’ve stayed here many times and never had a bad experience until now.
- 2/5
When we arrived we were greeted by huge roaches that looked that had been dead for a while. Our restroom for a party of 4 had 2 towels and midway through a shower we discovered there was no conditioner in our bottle. When my husband went to ask for 2 towels they said the only person with a key had left for the day so we couldn’t get any until the morning. The jacuzzi was not available all day and when I asked if they would open it anytime soon the elderly gentleman rudely said no with no further explanation. My son went to use the gym restroom and scraped his foot pretty badly on a machine. I was trying to ice and bandage it Asap. It was about 11:30 when my husband called the front office to get a 30 minute late check out he was told yes and 5 seconds later told no. The lady at the front office said she should have asked her manager Alee first before telling us yes. I would not recommend this hotel. Beside the breakfast staff and the one lady at the front desk all other staff is rude. Hotel is run-down.

Always clean

The blow dryer in my room was defective. I also had poor water pressure for any temperature other than hot in the shower.

Nice beautiful

Really enjoyed that we were able to park right in front of room which made it easy to add an unpack our bags.
- 4/5
It was nice and clean and safe.

It was an awful experience! From the property exterior, to the room size, bathroom size, poor lighting & no fan, Pitiful WIFI, charging $3.00 for a bottle of water, very dated carpet & curtains, I had supposedly paid for a poolside patio room, not even close, Then the EXTREME bathroom experience! Toilet overflowing, hence couldn’t use it! They did over a plunger, which I had to use myself! Hellllloooo, I’m not a plumber! Yes, it was at 2:00am, which my alarm was set for 4:30am. Hence, couldn’t go back to sleep & left early to go to the bathroom!!! Then the smell! So awful ! Smelled like a cat liter box! Very minimal amenities! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I would of changed hotels, though was too tired from driving & knew that I had an early work event!
- 2/5
The floors in the bathroom were dirty. The room had very poor lighting. The staff not friendly.
- 3/5
Issue I had was that hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. I waited over 30min at the reception for resolution.
- 4/5
The water was freezing and when we told the staff there was nothing to be done about it.
- 1/5
They were not all on the same page
- 4/5
Food at Javelina Cantina was good. Friendly staff. Was able to get early check-in after 3 phone calls. Pool was clean and nice temperature. However, neither my roommate nor I was able to log onto the internet. Presumably because neither of us were Hilton Honor Members. Front desk said we only needed my last name and room #, but nothing worked.
- 3/5
We did not have a very good experience, will not stay here again. Unable to recieve keys to our room upon arriving, had to be escorted to be let into our room. The young lady that helped us was apparently not very happy that she had to check us in. As we waited for our escortsThe couple ( male& female ) were offered warm cookies as we ( female & female couple) were not offered.

Get rid of the grass! Zeroscape.
- 4/5
Staff is great. Building is a little old. No microwave in room. I had to try three floors to get a working ice machine. Otherwise great.
- 4/5
Clean area , nice pool
- 5/5
Great hotel with friendly staff.
- 1/5
While the room was adequate the furnishings were dated. We were nickeled and dimed for basic things such as WiFi which would be something I would expect from a high end property. And if the Hilton name demands a premium it should deliver on a true premium stay. When confronting the hotel staff about the break in I was told to talk to the local security who said I could report the situation to the police and “I think I scared them off now so it’s all good.” A theft is a theft and we trust there to be an inherent sense of security when you pay this much to stay at a ‘premium’ accommodation. No cameras, no locks on the fence, nothing but a dismissive tone and an overconfident security guard.
- 4/5
I liked how cleanliness the rooms were. The friendly staff and pool! Cookies were a nice touch, I’ve never stayed at a hotel and got t acookie
- 4/5
location is fantastic for my needs. Room and facility were very clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It seemed like the housekeeping staff were very rushed on the daily "freshen up" on the room.
- 5/5
Everything was great , no complaints at all! Loved the convenience of parking close. The grounds were beautiful.
- 4/5
The stay was great and the staff was friendly. The only reason for the 4 star review is because I got double charged for the room which was a bit of a setback for the trip.
- 1/5
front desk staff was terrible. another guest was there complaining of bed bugs. our rooms were not ready when promised, the A/C did not work in the room. overall experience was bad.
- 3/5
Definitely needs an upgrade. The light fixtures in our bathroom were pretty dirty & in bad shape. They definitely need to be changed. Tiles were missing around the bathroom window. Our room was far from the lobby, so it wasn’t convenient when we ordered takeout and our driver left it in the lobby. Also, the location of our room was not located directly to the courtyard so we had to walk a little.
- 3/5
Had to use key card to get out of the stair well (unsafe-fire escape route), no towels at the pool, umbrellas impossible to put up by yourself, light bulbs in room flickered, toilet ran all night, iron board broken, lobby bartender was grumpy and our drinks were not good. I know it was U of A graduation weekend, but they just did not seem prepared to have so many guests saying there.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean. Loved loved loved the cookies at check in!!!!!!
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice, just didn’t like the area it was in, very limited food options
- 5/5
Access to flavored water in the lobby, arrival cookie, quality of cosmetics provided, very nice room
- 5/5
We thought the property was great. Loved the orange trees. The only complaint is that there was no towel bars or vent in the bathroom. We didn’t like leaving towels all over the floor.
- 5/5
Cookies!
- 5/5
Very pretty grounds and seating areas. wish they had breakfast, or at least coffee in the lobby.

The only place I will stay in Tucson
- 5/5
It's great. Staff is great. Property is great. Everything is great. No issues
- 4/5
We arrived at midnight, very tired from a long drive, and the agent couldn't find my updated reservation in the system. It took the front desk agent 45 minutes to resolve the issue. The hotel didn’t have a valid Expedia phone number to call in order to resolve the problem. I had to chat with Expedia and request that they call the hotel. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very frustrating. The hotel is dated but very clean, with very nice and helpful housekeeping staff.
- 5/5
The only place I stay in Tucson
- 5/5
Very clean and updated property. Arrived late at night and the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Front desk morning staff didn’t give off those vibes. Don’t remember getting a smile from them. All busy looking down at whatever they’re doing. Dined in and the staff there was very pleasant and welcoming. Food was very good. Overall, had a wonderful stay!
- 5/5
Plenty of parking, safe location. Close to Reid park which has a walking path, and golf. Property was clean and staff and friendly. Would stay at again.
- 3/5
The staff was very nice. Our carpet in our room was a musty smell and there were homeless hanging out in the back. Nothing you can help.

Would not come back

My family absolutely loved our stay. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The blooming fruit trees outside made the whole place smell divine. The pool was fantastic, and the gym was in great condition. Check in was easy and fast. All in all, fabulous!

The breakfast meals which were separate for the restaurant we went for dinner as mentioned above, was very good as well. I especially loved the avocado toast with poached eggs. It’s was

liked the swimming pool and landscaping poor tv channel choices
- 5/5
Nice rooms and the pool area was great.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff was probably the best I can remember at any hotel I have ever stayed at.
- 2/5
Very noisy!! People yelling and cars all night. Terrible patio looked out to parking not worth the money. Managesaid she could not do anythingbecause we did not call security. Will never stay there again very disappointing
- 5/5
Close to many Tucson sights, staff was friendly, quick and helpful.
- 3/5
Quiet and convenient. Bedding and beds were very uncomfortable
- 5/5
Very comfortable and centrally located for house hunting trip. Comfortable and quiet. Loved the small patio just outside our sliding door to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Pleasant grounds.
- 5/5
very nice place. close to the zoo
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.
- 5/5
Room was comfortable and large enough. Good food at Javelina Restaurant. Good location for things we wanted to do.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tucson - Reid Park, and it was a good experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making check-in a breeze—and of course, the signature warm DoubleTree cookie was a great touch!
- 5/5
My wife and I were out for the Gem & Mineral show again, and this hotel is a nice, convenient place to stay. Hopefully we'll be back next year.
- 5/5
Nice place. Great views from higher floor, pool, close to so many things like Target, Walmart, Starbucks EVRYTHING
- 4/5
Courtyard has plenty of room to do anything
- 5/5
I rented this room for its accessibility for my mom who is handicapped. The ground level room was on the garden and the room was very spacious and the bathroom was just what a handicap person needs. I would recommend this hotel for any family needing accessibility.
- 4/5
Rooms are clean. Staff is very efficient. Overall rooms could probably use a decorative refresh- but there is nothing wrong with them!
- 5/5
Everything
- 4/5
We will be back Thanks
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. I am there monthly and the staff is always friendly.
- 3/5
Dated property but good service.
- 5/5
Thank you.
- 3/5
This property is was not as disabled friendly as I would have liked. The elevator was broken during our stay, and unfortunately the accessible rooms close to the front desk were already taken. Which meant we had to walk very far to the back of the property.
- 4/5
The heater was making noise when it kicked on room 286 waking us up a few times at night
- 4/5
The garden suite was good
- 5/5
Cozy
- 5/5
This was a very clean and safe spot to stop during our roadtrip. We can always count on DoubleTree when we're on the road
- 5/5
This is our go to when staying in Tucson. Always clean and the staff are attentive.
- 3/5
I enjoyed the main building and the staff was very helpful. However, the secondary buildings need work. I moved my room to the main building as I didn't feel safe in the secondary building. I had to walk outside around the parking lots to enter the room in the secondary building and it did not feel safe.
- 3/5
Other than the bed, the room and bathroom were designed more for one person not two. Also, the bed had a slight slant towards the headboard and the mattress sagged towards the middle and was uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Front desk representatives were very friendly and cordial.
- 3/5
The Staff was great my first room I had the smell was horrible they did switch out my room for a better location I did appreciate that.
- 2/5
Old an not very nice for a "hilton". Had to ask for a microwave. Bed was not comfy, pillows were hard. No security. Somone stole stuff from my truck.
- 5/5
modern, easy parking, clean.
- 5/5
Close to the Park and golf course.
- 5/5
All good. Nice view from room.
- 4/5
It was fine, up to normal Doubletree standards.
- 5/5
This place was very nice. I have a dog and they made me feel very welcome.
- 5/5
Clean, Convenient. What more could I ask for?
- 5/5
Check in was quick and friendly. We were given warm cookies in a labeled wrap that listed ingredients, which is great for those that need to know. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The weather was hot, so the complementary water bottles were appreciated. I especially appreciated having a room with a shower instead of a tub, although I hadn't asked for it. Our room also had a small patio with chairs, overlooking a small courtyard area. Overall, we were happy with our room and would stay there again.

Great location, quick check-in, plenty parking close to entrance, clean room, no vent in bathroom, no micro in room, wish they had more promotion for on site restaurant bar and breakfast service, overall a very pleasant stay
- 5/5
I liked that the property had been updated throughout the lobby restaurant and bar areas. I disliked the bad pillows and the bed⁰s were so so.
- 5/5
The staff make it wonderful to stay here! Sleays enjoy!!
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay here. It is older, and could use an update or remodel. Overall clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Jessica, with housekeeping was outstanding. Felt safe and attended. Internet would not work for us
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
Friendly front desk employees.

It was a exactly what you would expect from a mid range hotel. It was quiet, the restaurants were good, and it's location was perfect for my trip. Would definitely stay here again
