We have been here several times and get the same room. We live the room layout with the 3 bed suite. The only shortcoming is that the hard floors in the room are consistently dirty. If you walk around in light colored socks they will be black after a bit. Would be nice if they at least used a swiffer or something. Otherwise, we enjoy staying there. Great location for access to fuel, food, shopping, etc.

The hotel doesn’t look bad; however, when we arrived, there was a terrible smell everywhere. I’m not sure if it was spoiled food or a sewage pipe issue. As for the room, considering the price you pay, you can’t expect anything luxurious. However, it definitely needs better cleaning.

- No hot water - Foul smell in the lobby and room - Hair all over the place I only needed a place to sleep for 5 hours after a long day and It was nearly disgusting enough to try and get a different hotel at 1:00 in the morning. Even though the bed was one of the more comfortable ones I’ve used at a hotel I, unfortunately, will never stay at a Days Inn again. After reading other reviews with the exact same complaints it doesn’t seem like the property cares to improve.

Great location, staff were so friendly and helpful, lobby was very clean, lots of parking and lots of outlets and ways to charge your devices in your room. The couch in our room was pretty heavily stained and it looked like the floors had not been cleaned in quite awhile.

The floors of the room were very dirty. Also our original room was given away. however, they did give us a room on the first floor which may things simpler with unpacking the car and packing the car.

Best advice: go elsewhere! Lobby looked great, staff was wonderful. Once on the floor, the hallway smelt like a stash house, the building is in distressed condition. The room was very dirty, loose tile on the floor, and got bitten by bed bugs within two hours of being there. My vehicle was also dented by another guest. This was probably the worst hotel I’ve been to. I left and went to a different hotel that night, it wasn’t worth staying at this one.

Rosie is an exceptional employee. Courteous and professional. Rosie is your best asset. The hotel itself was above expectation. Clean and comfortable. Both my wife and I appreciate the hard floors (no carpeting). Hot water was abundant. AC worked fine. Noise level was ok (about average). Plenty of parking. Overall, a very nice stay. The area is great for visitors passing through as well. Many shops, restaurants, etc. We missed breakfast. We had to depart early (4am). A little bagged Continental breakfast would have been great. But, not a big deal. Certainly not a deal breaker. Price was right. We have memberships to Hilton Honors and IHG and Choice Rewards. To be quite frank, your Days Inn compares well with all of the aforementioned, at about 1/3 to 1/4 the price. A pleasant surprise to be sure. We decided to join Wyndham rewards. We will be considering Days Inn for future travels. We already reserved another night's stay at this Days Inn for our return trip home. Nothing. Above expectation all around.

I didn't like that there was no smoking in any of the rooms but that was just about it The breakfast felt a little cheap. I was looking forward to something cooked It was mostly cereal and bagels and maybe a few mini muffins. Oh they did have waffles.

This hotel was, traumatic. Dirty elevator. Weird smells. Dirty floor in my room. Sunken tiles in front of the toilet. People yelling and talking loudly at night. I will not ever be staying at this hotel again and I would never recommend for anyone else to stay either. YIKES. Do yourself a favor, save your money and your health, and sleep in your car instead.

Staff we interacted with at check in and breakfast were friendly. The room was a generous size but furniture was tired. Something was wrong with the shower faucet and could only be turned to scorching hot or ice cold. Breakfast was fine with basic cold amenities. It met our needs but I would try somewhere else if I returned to this area.

The property is older but well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. We usually stay there while traveling between Texas and California. We always look forward to the stay.

Upon getting to the room - the bed was clean and sheets smelled fresh. Very comfortable sleep- however, the bathroom was left with visible hairs in the tub and around the toilet seat- it didn’t smell like anything was cleaned. I found debris in corners of the rooms. I requested extra towels and shower supplies but never received them. I didn’t stay long due to traveling just a quick few hours rest.

The place is dingy and there is black mold in the bathroom shower area.

The bed was very, very noisy. Everytime my husband would get up the noisy bed frame would wake me up. At breakfast 2 kinds of juices were not available. Fruit, only 2 small apples. Carbs and sugar is all you had.

Room was filthy. Linens were dirty and stained. Linen was obviously not changed between guests.

When I went to check out at 9am the desk person was somewhere else in the building, so I couldn't report that there was not hot water in shower. I finally just dropped my key in basket and left.

The whole property was kind of run down and dirty and the breakfast was a joke. No hot food other than a standard waffle machine. Cheap offerings overall.

The room was mostly clean. The floors really needed a good mopping. The bathroom was clean but the shower curtain needs a new shower curtain in room 200. The beds were super comfy and the bedding was very clean. I’ll definitely stay here again if we’re traveling through.

I booked an accessible room. There was no Accessible bathtub. The only thing accessible were the grab bars in bathroom. The TV remote control was horrendous. No volume control and could not change the channel.

The cutout for the light switches in the bathroom was cut too big and part of the opening was exposed in the bathroom. The closet looked to have been remodeled. There was no door on it which is fine, however the remodel job looked absolutely awful! The tile flooring in the bathroom was uneven so much so that the bathroom door had to be pushed open with some force to get it to open all the way because it was getting caught on the tile that was higher than the rest. Under the vanity area on the left side there was a disgusting silver dollar size dark brown substance on the floor that looked sticky. There were several black hairs in the sheets of one of the beds. Overall I would NOT recommend this place to stay.

Slow draining tub, window screen was worn and torn like a haunted house and the coffee at breakfast was so bad I could not drink it. Mattress was fine, room was clean, lobby and breakfast area were clean. But I would not stay here again.

Called front desk and all they did was give me bedsheets when they should be the ones making the beds.

Thanks to the very poor service, terrible breakfast, and rooms with an overwhelming smell of disinfectant (along with stained pillows) I can confidentially say that all my expectations were met. OK hotel for one night stays or one night stands. Just keep low expectations.

This is an old building, but my room was clean. The bed and pillows were new feeling and VERY comfortable. The flooring was laminate flooring so no yucky carpet. The furniture looked like Ikea stuff. The walls and door allowed noise to come through, but I only stayed one nght (a Sat) and it was very quiet. I think I got lucky and stayed on a quiet wing. I could clearly hear the upstairs room flush the toilet. Parking was simple right outside the front door. Overall - it's clean if you are interested in the basic room with a comfy bed. I didn't go to the breakfast so I don't know how that was.

Driving up the hotel looks like a budget hotel which is what we excepted no problem. The lobby was clean and updated which was encouraging. On the way to our room we noticed the old casino like carpet which was weird that they didn’t replace that but no big deal. The room was ok. Low budget remodel . We noticed no soap or shampoo so I got some from the front desk. There was water on the floor so toweled that up. Hope it was cleaned before us. The tv was near impossible to navigate and no seemingly volume control so we turned it off. Location was convenient for food, gas, freeway access. We could not sleep with the parking lot lights making it seem like daytime. The paper window shade hardly blocking the lights. The people above us were stooping around all night . you heard everyone that walked Down the hall and the people in the next room. Finally we decided to leave at 2am finding one coffee insert which sent me to the front desk again which is luckily 24hrs. The bed was comfortable had we been able to sleep. We will not stay again.

Driving up the hotel looks like a budget hotel which is what we excepted no problem. The lobby was clean and updated which was encouraging. On the way to our room we noticed the old casino like carpet which was weird that they didn’t replace that but no big deal. The room was ok. Low budget remodel . We noticed no soap or shampoo so I got some from the front desk. There was water on the floor so toweled that up. Hope it was cleaned before us. The tv was near impossible to navigate and no seemingly volume control so we turned it off. Location was convenient for food, gas, freeway access. We could not sleep with the parking lot lights making it seem like daytime. The paper window shade hardly blocking the lights. The people above us were stooping around all night . you heard everyone that walked Down the hall and the people in the next room. Finally we decided to leave at 2am finding one coffee insert which sent me to the front desk again which is luckily 24hrs. The bed was comfortable had we been able to sleep. We will not stay again.

Ice machine was broken, had to go front desk for ice which was stored in an ice chest. Came out from shower, walk across the hallway/room entrance to get a change of clothes (no closet), then happen to get on the bed right after and found footprint along with hair left on the bed sheet (I’m bold). Went for breakfast in lobby….I guess it was continental breakfast (no mention on web site) there were cereals and unmarked pitchers of milk. Few slices for bread, a tray of muffins (size equivalent to a quarter) shot glass size cup for juice (2 choices…cranberry and apple) and very watery coffee. SO WE GONE OUT FOR BREAKFAST ELSEWHERE. An odor at exterior of the facility by the lobby entrance….not sure it was Skunk or Marijuana. However, the hotel was noted as a “smoke free facility”. Anyway it was unpleasant. Those were just few items that worth mention. Buyers beware “NOT WORTH FOR THE VALUE”.

First off the room was a descent size. But the ac did not cool at all. There was a chemical smell in room when you first walked in. Floor felt really wet/sticky/slimy if you walked barefoot in room. There are no carpets. Bed was broken down didnt realize this cuz my daughter slept there until the morning. Had to demand they replace mattress. Person tried to tell my daughter it was they was she slept. Then when maintenence came to check it out, they knocked once then let themselves in with master key card. And i was in room. They did not give us time to answer door. This happened twice or three times. Did not like that fact of exposure to when they wanted to get in. Next they have no breakfast. All it is is toast, pancake, bruised bananas, apples, some yogurt and coffee. No protein, or oj. I would recommend skipping this hotel as an option.

Front desk personnel were great. The young lady was very friendly and asked how I was feeling after my procedure definitely will be back.

I was in town for a family celebration of life. Knowing that the kindness I received at check in was a stress reliever for my time at the hotel. Thank you.

Lighting

The front desk team of Scott and the young woman on my checkout day in the morning were amazing. The room was good but as usual, the pillows were quite flat. The AC worked fine but would make intermittent noises throughout the night, its an old AX unit. The top duve had visual holes on it but the bed was clean. Breakfast was very good and available very timely. The rooms aren't well sound insulated either, light sleepers beware.

Filthy and disgusting!!!! We checked out at 6:00 AM because the smell in the room was so overpowering it kept waking both my husband and I up. It smelled like sewer off gassing or maybe a rotting c0rpse. It was incredibly foul. The front desk staff was not polite. They were actually quite rude and unapologetic. There are other places to stay within the same price point that will give you a pleasant experience and not smell of d3ath and sh!t. The bathroom floor was buckling to the the point where the toilet was sinking into the floor and leaning at an angle. This place was so dirty and gross, I would only eat the included breakfast for $1,000,000. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I love staying here because of the jacuzzi tub and the price. The neighboring hotels around have the same price point but no jetted tub. Feel safe here and close to Walmart and food, Wendy's, McDonald's, Frys, Starbucks, cheveron and more. Great place to stay

Hair, not mine, found in the towels and sheets. Room looks like a dormitory. Breakfast consisted of cereal, pancakes, cold muffins and plain bagels.

Had my first experience with bedbugs here.

The area around is great. Multiple hotels to choose from. I chose this place because of the jetted tub and it was a very reasonable price. Close to walmart and 2 gas stations, Chevron and QT. Close to the freeway and Costco too

Bed sheets were dirty with hair when I checked in. Moved to a different room which the bed sheets were also dirty as if they just made the bed from the previous guests.. Disappointed

Place is very old. The hot shower it was towards the contrary which was the cold water. The pipes are completely loose and had webs. Breakfast was terrible. The bread was old and the toaster kept smoking the break until the fire alarm turn on. The workers there were not friendly and talking to themselves and bothered that we were eating there because they wanted to socialize instead.

Was fine for the price.

Breakfast was terrible. Bagels hard as a rock. Plastic knives to cut them. The coffee wa a mix between coffee and hot chocolate. No hot food except a pancake maker. Never again.

Clean, easy access, easy parking.

We have stayed here multiple times and I usually have nothing negative to say, but this last stay brought up a few small issues. Upon entering the room after checking in, we found that the floors were very dirty. If we walked barefoot our feet became black very quickly. We also noticed that there were used bottles of water in the fridge. Beyond those things, the beds and accommodations appeared to be better kept. We didn’t notice anything else remarkable until we were getting ready to check out. As we checked around the beds to ensure we weren’t leaving anything behind, my daughter found a pair of underwear that someone had previously left behind and had been missed by cleaning staff.

Room run down and dirty. Phone did not work, even after a replacement. Sheets threadbare, holes in linens, towels and mats, stains on box spring, hair dryer didn't work, no coffee or cups for 2 people, no do not disturb sign, carpets dirty in stairwell (not vacuumed in 4 days). Very disappointing! Will not return

It wasn’t at all what we expected. We travel a lot and this was amongst the worst places we’ve stayed at.

Clean and convenient

I have stayed at this location before and always appreciate the pool access is limited to guests and is not accessible from outside the hotel. If I had any complaint it’s that the mini fridge in the room did not have a freezer compartment which rendered our ice packs less effective by the end of the week we were there. I have zero complaints about the room as a whole. It was clean and neat and since my kids were with me I appreciated having a room on the first floor (although I suspect the kids would have preferred getting to ride the elevator 😂). I really enjoyed being close to the Harkins Theaters, it provided an entertainment opportunity for the kids.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Property is very dated, they are afraid to have a room with 13 in it. We were in 226, which is really 213 as was in the middle of floor. Staff was busy going outside and were not at desk very much. (Smoking)

Broken floor laminate, no carpets, peeling paint in the bathtub, dirty bathtub ,refrigerator makes a terrible noise ,Microwave plate was the wrong one so you could not close the door, bathroom towels actually had holes in them. Sent a complaint on the first day to the hotel and to Expedia no response from either one very disappointed.

tv overheated all the time, rooms need ceiling fans

The bed was very uncomfortable squeaked on one side Which woke m every time my husband turned over. The shower curtain in the bathroom was ripped. I did like there was no carpet. There was a table you could set up to eat. The a/c unit was loud.

One of the reasons we book with Days Inn is that it serves a hot breakfast, supposedly until 9:00 a.m. It was disconcerting to arrive for breakfast at 8:30 a.m. on March 8 and finding no eggs, no sausage, no bacon, a small amount of gravy but no biscuits - also no orange juice - nothing but cold cereal and white bagels, which we could have gotten at any cheap motel. I reported it to the front desk but nothing changed. We weren't the only ones. Quite a few people came in after us and were also upset. We've always been happy with Days Inn and I'm hoping this was a one-time thing.

Facility itself was nice and no issues at all with the staff. The room was very dusty and floors were dirty.

Seems like this place just renovate, everything looks quite new except the toilet. Very clean. Near I-10.

My review boils down to three issues: 1) multiple pubic hairs left in the tub 2) hair dryer didn’t work, nor the outlet it was plugged into 3) my room had a hot tub in it that was dirty and looked quite old. You can really stop at #1. That should never happen.

Our coffee maker and tv did not work. Other than that, everything was enjoyable. The breakfast was ok. The front desk was very happy and helpful. Would go back.

The furniture was plastic. I stayed here before & it has definitely changed for the worse.

I left medication in the refrigerator when we checked out and the staff was very kind to call me so I could return for it. Thing is, it was in the refrigerator…..when I picked it up it had been sitting in the office for hours, not refrigerated and now at room temperature. And though I did get my medication back, the specially designed ice packs for the medication case were nowhere to be found. That means the medication was no longer viable and the case is useless without the ice packs. It was my fault leaving it behind, but maybe common sense would hint that it was in the refrigerator because it needed to be kept chilled.

Really enjoy staying here when traveling with the family. Breakfast is great also. Highly recommend.

It's normal

The curb appeal had us questioning our choice. The exterior seemed a little run down However, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was similar to other places we have stayed.

Sheets were old and stained with ink or black dots.

Very clean, nice looking property! Beautifully shiny floors in main areas. We stayed there a week as we were having renovations done on our home. The walls are very thin and you could pretty much hear everything. One day our room was not serviced at all. Had an accessible room and the bed is really too high for someone in a wheelchair. The shower was great! Did not try the breakfast. All in all a good value for the money through Expedia.

Just dreadful - not nice, clean and LOUD

My stay was pleasant. No issues. Beds are okay, not terrible or great. Room was cozy and quiet. I had 2 poodles with me, so pet friendly.

Disappointed. Went off of reviews and this is a basic motel with issues. Upon entering our freezing room we discovered the window was open and no heat on. Problem solved with noisy heater. Our TV did not work even after calling the desk and being told to unplug it for 5 mins. The mattress did not cover the bed frame which is a tripping hazard and sure enough, my husband stubbed his toe in the middle of the night. Breakfast, we’ll go to Cracker Barrel if you want something good. If you stay, ask for a room at the other end from the highway. The room is not very soundproof.

Excellent hotel for the price. It had a great free breakfast and had a nice pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is very old. It charged me so much even during Holiday time that the expense doesn't justify the property condition. Even horrible is that Coffee machine is in the rest room almost next to the toilet!!! It is too expensive for what it offers.

We are a family of 4 and had a two beds room. The room was clean and modern and the bathroom as well. The only con is the AC unit is outdated and noisy. Other than that a great stay with spa, pool, and free breakfast!

One key and three towels for a party 5. Housekeeper was rude and argumentative, not to mention her vacuuming the hallways at 6 am. The overwhelming smell of Jasmine fills the lobby and is almost sickening.

Mixed feelings. Exceptionally clean with helpful and friendly staff. The room was very stark and uncomfortable. Plastic chairs and a saggy mattress. The breakfast was excellent! Big variety and clean, cherry setting

This property was next to the freeway and railroad tracks. I was given the last room closest to freeway and rr tracks. Truckers parking rigs near hotel. At night, you really hear all of it as well as diesel rigs ideling at 5:30 am

Nice that there are three queen beds. Air conditioner was fickle. Surprisingly, no noise from the adjacent elevator.

Very clean and service was great, Noisy because of location near freeway with road construction, But overall, it could not be helped... Otherwise We'll stay there again in the future, as road construction is completed!

There was no hot water (so a shower was out and washing my face/brushing teeth) chilly. The TP holder was falling off the wall and that is just the bathroom. The sheets were NOT cotton, and the floor was dirty. It was a dismal experience to say the least. The hotel was older and the hallways smelled like there was a sewer issue. Since I had prepaid my room, I was kinda stuck. Do yourself a favor and book the holiday inn across the street.

Room was dirty and smelled bad. Tub was broken and hairs were still in tub and shower walls. Bed was sunken in and you could hear the noise from other rooms very loud. Managment did not seam to care when brought to thier attention.

It was overall pretty good. There was just a group of people after midnight hanging outside my window trying to get a loud car started and a loud motor cycle.

I went to get breakfast and room service went in my room and started cleaning. I didn’t know they could just go in. I wish someone had told me to put a do not disturb sign on my door so room services wouldn’t let themselves in. Thank god nothing was stolen.

When we first walked in, the entry/check-in did not have a clean smell, our room had cold, uncomfortable feel. We dropped our bags off, went to our event; on our way back to the room we decided we did not feel comfortable, picked up our bags and drove back home. We did not even sit down. This place needs a whole new makeover, I didn't care that i lost my money on this place.
