I will definitely stay here again!

Toilet broken, only provided a hand held instead of a shower head which was pretty bad and flooded the floor! Noisy AC and did not keep the room cool enough. Noisy street. Terrible breakfast at premium price and very slow service. Can’t see the TV from the bed. Don’t recommend.

I come to this hotel every time I travel to AZ. It’s very clean considering it’s by the airport.

Why is Pepsi the only choice. Some people prefer options such as CocaCola

The staff were friendly. The shuttle driver on the way back to the airport was friendly and engaging. The breakfast was very expensive. However, it did tast good. The hours for the brekfast can be extended some. The pictures on the website are very nice. When I arrived to the property I was offered a king room that I did pay an extra fee for the "king." The room was on the ground floor and it was dark and overlooking the parking lot. I was very dissapointed and it had the feel of a trailer, rather than a nice hotel. Compared to the beautiful pictures I was highly disappointed. I called the front desk right away and requested to be moved to a new room. The staff did accomodate me and moved me to a room with two queen beds, calling the new room an upgrade. Although the new room was on the third floor and did overlook the pool and was bright and airy. It was not an "upgrade" from a "king" room. The pictures on the website and the reality of the property have a serious disconnect. Furthermore, the property is a distance from downtown and Uber riged are on average $20 each way. This added on a few hundred dollars to our stay. I was dissapointed with this property. However, the staff were very nice, making the stay much better.

Everything was perfect!

Staff friendly helpfull kind rooms were clean and comfortable decent restaurants nearby.

On site restaurant only does breakfast and dinner. Closed from 10 am to 5 pm. No good restaurants nearby. Marriott needs to list phone number and advise the shuttle only comes when called.

Did not realize that we needed request to have the room tidied up during the day and was a little surprised when I got back to the hotel after dinner. Bathroom was clean but bed and everything else was the was the way I left it in the morning.

The room was very clean and comfortable. But it was Very outdated. The ceiling even has 'popcorn'! It definitely felt very old.

It’s near to everything and the room is comfortable The room where I stayed it’s not privet because if I have the curtains open everyone can see me. Also, I didn’t like it that just every third day they clean the room. I have to do my bed and everything to stay “clean”

This is an old property that needs to be completely renovated. I don’t recommend staying here.

The employees were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was the pool and hot tub were not very clean. Only ate there once.

Affordable but musty room bothered my allergies.

They accommodated an early check in after two long weeks of traveling and a quick stop in Tucson before going home.

Loved the hotel. Most staff were very helpful. Front desk person that checked us in did not explain that there was a charge for parking. Thought that was a little ridiculous.

Pool area was nice as well! Outside garden area and coffee bar.

Only complaint, you had to lift the back of the toilet for the tank to fill.

The stay was not bad, it was just the uncomfortable pillows that didn’t let us sleep well at all

Behind the bathroom door, there was obvious dirt and morsels of something. No complimentary breakfast so we didn’t eat there.

Hotel is rundown, smells like marijuana, a/c does not cool the room, room wasn’t clean.

Room seemed updated. Area was quiet.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and quiet. Bed linens and towels were old and sheets had tears in them.

I’ve always been a fan of Marriott Courtyards because of their consistency no matter where I stay. Unfortunately my husband & I both had very poor sleeping because of thin, too small sheets & “bedspread”, and HVAC unit that was super noisy.

The whole place was very well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay. Love the location close to the airport.

The room was in very good shape with no missing or broken items. The shower & toilet leaked and had low pressure, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

The staff were great! The hotel could maybe use a deep clean and some updating. The couch in my room needed to be re-covered--it was yucky. But the hotel was very convenient to the airport and I was grateful that the 6:10am (ouch) shuttle left at 6:10am. I did have to wait 20 minutes at the airport to be picked up. But stuff happens.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were very clean, comfy, just what we needed after a long drive.

We really liked our room, very clean and spacious. We loved the outdoor sitting area with a gas fire pit and the hot tub was very nice.

We stayed for just one night. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable with a nice interior view of the courtyard. If we come back next year we will likely spend more time at the hotel, taking advantage of their dining options (including an on-site Starbucks) & try to get more use of the hot tub.

I didnt do my due diligence looking up reviews. When I checked in...customer service was amazing and thank you for that. But when I went to the room...it smelled like cigarettes and also there was mold in the shower seal and also a dirty toilet bowl. I prepaid so couldn't get a refund. I elected just to stay with my relative instead. Even the cushions on the sofa were soiled. I just couldn't stay in the room. But you get what you pay for.

Nice location for out-of-town bird watchers, but towels were quite thin. Pool area was great after a hot day outside.

My impression when I first walked in was that its a clean hotel lobby, smells good, and rooms are clean. I came early and the receptionist gave me the opportunity to do a early check in.

Much better than our 1st hotel and the first floor patio out to the courtyard was amazing Pool was slightly heated so it wasnt a cold shock to swim. Hottub was relaxing The fireplace with the gas timer was the perfect way to end each night. We even got a visit from a hummingbird friend. If we find ourselves in Tucson again, this will be our only choice to stay

The room we were in was set up strangely, with the Tv at a right angle to the bed. The bathtub also drained slowly. Overall not a terrible experience since the room was clean and the front desk clerk was friendly.

The property and rooms look nice at first. They are updated and decorated nicely, and very spacious. But the first room they put us in, the pull-out bed was broken. So they moved us to a different room. No bedding for the pull-out in the room. The temperature in the bedroom would not adjust, and was freezing. The walls are paper thin, so you could hear everything- especially above you. All night, you could hear people walking. But the worst thing was how dirty it was. The toilet was dirty and gross. I dropped something on the floor, wiped it up, and the floors were so dirty I wore my shoes the entire time.

Just what the doctor ordered….the quick one-night stay was comfortable, the entire staff was so kind and the bedrooms were comfortable. Proximity to airport also makes it so convenient!

We drive in late from San Antonio and the front desk got us settled in quickly. The area felt safe and was next to many other hotels. It was a little loud being close to the airport, but nothing some ear plugs didn’t take care of. I love having my morning coffee outside, so the balcony was a huge plus.

The Courtyard by Marriott was great. I chose a room with 2 double beds but I received a room with one king. The staff was awesome and got me into the room I needed. This error was on Expedia but the Courtyard staff made it right.

The perfect spot for my quick stay in AZ. They have all the convivences available.

I wish that I looked for the names of two people who helped me at the hotel. The young man who checked my in at about 1:00 am on March 17th, and the shuttle driver the next morning were great. I appreciate their kindness.
