The front desk guy, I can’t recall his name, but he was hilarious and really helpful. Great at his job so make sure to keep him around. N/a

Everything was wonderful BUT, the bathroom we had, did not have a working fan in the bathroom. The toilet and shower were in a room where there was a fan but we could never find where the switch to the fan was. The showers were very clean Other than that, the beds and pillows were comfortable, had many lights, loved the thermostat, the room was very clean and also had many outlet which was very helpful. Thank you all for making it was wonderful week with our daughter. Tucson, you rock!!

Hotel was so loud. They had a convention and they put the participants on all 3 floors so you could not escape them. We complained to the front desk however staff could not control them. Hotel itself was just ok. Will not return.

Location was perfect for where I needed to be. The breakfast was very good. They used REAL EGGS instead of powdered eggs. Staff was very friendly The bed was too soft for me which made for a long night. In the middle of the night the fire alarms went off several times and once I stuck my head out the door someone, not sure it was an employee or not, I asked if we needed to leave and she said yes. Then it stopped and started again then stopped. I then looked outside into the hallway and again this lady showed up and said we didn’t need. To leave. Whatever it was was handled. Then we noticed that there wasn’t an evacuation plan on the door or anywhere in the room.

Ann was so friendly and helpful. The front lobby was super clean. The beds were SO comfortable, even the sofa bed. I felt comfortable leaving the rest of my luggage in our vehicle as the area seemed safe enough. The refillable water next to the ice was great. Breakfast was ok, waffles were yummy. Coffee was meh. Check out was super easy. This hotel was family friendly. The only thing- and it’s not even a big deal- is the room smelled weird. But- I mean- I’ve smelled worse.

Much quieter than I expected (a good thing!!). Very busy with a lot of foreign travelers who have a different view on appropriate social norms (such as not moving out of the way of someone with large bags or who are carrying items, and a few nutty parents who thought it was funny for their screaming children to run up and down the halls, but otherwise a very good deal for the price. Breakfast was typically 'meh' for someone who is GF, but hot water is always available. Convenient to a lot of restaurants and the Tucson Mall right across the main street (Oracle), Sizeable room, comfy bed.

Our stay there was very pleasant. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the hotel seemed brand new with all of the ammenties you would need. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. Free breakfast daily included in the cost of your stay. We want to give a huge shout out to John for all of the help and information he gave to us while we were there in Tuscan. From local restaurants and things to see. Not to mention his sweet personality and always wanting to to help us with whatever he could with our stay and to enjoy our visit to the fullest. His hospitality was so much more than we have ever experienced. And Johns sense of humor was such a refreshing, relaxing atmosphere. Made my husband and I giggle all the way to our room. Thank you to John we will be coming back to your hotel. Another shout out to Ann for being such a sweet and kind lady. Always checking to see if their was anything she could help with. Family of four booked from Friday-Sunday for GA league games from Torrance CA. I booked here based on amazing reviews. We booked a room 2 queens with a sofa (no pullout bed) even though on the listing it says sleeps 6 the first night we saw a roach crawling on the wall. Saturday morning we went to grab breakfast . Literally all you have is bread/baggels/ cereal/ and yogurt that comes out of a machine. Super basic and not really appetizing. Tiny breakfast area. No fruit!! No eggs/no waffles/ super basic. Saturday night there was a truck parked in the lot playing extremely loud music. It was 3 am I called front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything. Location is ok. There’s a lot of construction going on both on the 10freeway headed there and on the streets where the hotel is located. Pretty chaotic. I would not stay here again. Reviews are definitely misleading. Wonder if these are the people who book at motel 6

I had a great stay overall. The room was nice and spacious, which made it very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous throughout my visit, and parking was easy and convenient. Would definitely consider staying here again.

i am gluten-free, so it would have been nice to have gluten-free bread. The parking lot was well lighted, and i felt i was safe there.

Check-in was fast and with a smile. The clerk made excellent suggestions for dinner. We ended up going to Amelia's for some excellent Mexican food with great atmosphere. Our room was clean and modern. We made use of the iron and ironing board. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast had a good variety and was very tasty. At checkout, we asked the clerk if we could get a needle and thread for a little repair, and he hooked us up with a smile. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tucson.

Room was nice. No ice was available during our stay and the management did not have any ice available at the front desk. Also on the last 2 nights, the adjoining rooms were loud late into the night. I don’t know if the management is asked to ignore these types of issues. We’ve stayed there previously and everything seemed better. It looks like the breakfast was a step down from what we had there before.

The breakfast was good but, they didn't have yogurth and fruits, they only had oranges and two yogurths. Also the elevator didn't work for two days. Also the return of the deposit I would like to be inmediaty I have waiting for a week.

Room was clean and staff were helpful. We only stayed one night for a swim meet so we didnt utilize many amentities. It was about 15 minutes from Oro Valley Pool. Ths hot tub was broken i think so it was dirty but otherwise everything else was good. Right across the street from Tucson Mall. Lots of food and stores nearby.

We reserved our room for 3 nights but left after the first night. Bed and sheets were clean but the room was not what it looked like online. Old dirty carpet, bathroom toilet was loose and had brown dirty sewer looking stuff around bottom. Walls were dirty and stained furniture was old and nasty, it was pretty bad. Staff was nice. Also seemed like the area wasn’t the best. Had someone random person pound on our door at 2am

Room was clean, liked the extra bed. The hot tub looked questionable but we didn’t use it. The room was a little noisy with traffic being next to the street. The breakfast was good. Close to a good coffee place. Overall a good stay Traffic noise from street.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in several years. Our room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. There was also a sizable desk and a nice couch with a small work table - lots of space to spread out and organize our stuff. The lighting was exceptional. The small refrigerator operated very quietly. The window was operable, not sealed shut as in so many newer hotels, allowing for great ventilation (not always what you might want in Tucson, but the weather was cool when we were there). Ann at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was a bit cramped.

I liked that the outdor pool water, was warm, even when it was cold and raining a little bit outside on the evening, jacuzzi was nice too. Good decent breakfast. We had room 129 in the 1st floor,1 king size bed,connected to another room, with dividing door, you can hear EVERYTHING through the wall, very noisy. Bathroom door super squeaky. Coffee was cold.

As soon as we checked into the room, there was a hair tie full of someone else's hair hanging on a towel holder in the bathroom. Which prompted me to call down to the desk to see if our room had been cleaned. They assured us it was. The comforter had a coffee stain on it, so obviously it wasn't. The room has a gross, stuffy smell. They don't deliver towels to you; you have to go get them, so there is zero service here. Lastly, the Chromecast would not work for us for almost two nights until my husband had to go above and beyond to move the tv around, check all the cables, while the gentleman at the desk could offer us nothing in help besides showing my husband the manual so my husband can figure it out. So the review is that the service is zero, the front desk workers are of zero help, and the rooms are unclean and dirty. My son left sick from a 3-night stay, and he is still coughing. Do not go here.

My family came to Tucson for my brother’s funeral and we had a horrible experience with Vrbo and not having a place to stay after booking a house through Vrbo. Ann and John were amazing during our stay. They both understood our situation and showed compassion. The staff also ensured my mother, uncle, and aunt had breakfast after they came down a minute after breakfast time. Will definitely book with Comfort Suites for all of our travel needs.

This location is located very close to Tucson Mall and many restaurants to choose from. The room was clean, comfortable, and generally quiet. I noticed that they have a number of cameras to keep an eye on what is going on on the premises as well that is monitored by the front desk. The breakfast offer is adequate and yet has healthy options (eggs, sausage, waffles and muffins aa well as yogurt, cereal, coffee and juices).

John made my extensions easy to handle. I was able to stay in the same room (which was wonderful by the way). Newly remodeled/upgrades made to the entire hotel. I will definitely stay at this very location again. Thank you for having such an amazing staff member. When John was away, Ann was there. She too was on top of my every need. Thank you guys!! Thoroughly enjoyed my king size bed, fluffy non feather pillows, clean, completely smoke free building...and the view when walking out the front door is simply amazing 😍

However, the bathroom after the remodel was a disaster You removed the tubs and leave a shower with a showerhead that I couldn’t reach. The weather hit me on top of my head and was too tall for me to adjust

The walls are thin and we could hear people talking next door and footsteps above us. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The place was very clean but was noisy. I called the front desk twice and to report noise at midnight. They took care of our concerns right away.

Great place to stay for business. Large table, enough charging port, room amenities, and service were incredible. Breakfast was good but I recommend to provide some meat on weekends. Close to Tucson Mall and located at safe place. You might need a car to roam around.

Great customer service, we needed to check in early because of our kiddos and they let us in 3 hours early with no hassle or extra cost. They were lovely

The staff is awesome! The pool needs a little maintenance as there are cracks surrounding it, and the paint is chipping around the outside of the pool .

Excellent hotel for the price. Be aware that the low price draws a certain crowd for that location. It would be a great upgrade if they would hire people for the breakfast and housekeeping that speak English.

This particular facility ticked all of my boxes as a single female traveler. I felt safe, comfortable; staff were welcoming and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Tucson and will place Comfort at the top of my list for other stays.

This may not apply to most people, I was traveling with my family across the country, breakfast at every hotel we have stayed at is at 6-9, when I checked in Friday night late, the clerk said breakfast is from 6-9. We needed to be on the road by 7a so we got up at 6a Sat morning. My wife and kids went to get breakfast, and the sign said M-F 6-9 Sat & Sun 7-10. I get what you are trying to do with "Sleep in on the Weekend" but instead of screwing up peoples plans make breakfast 6-10 instead. Needless to say, this simple change soured the overall experience. We checked out at 6:30 and had to go buy breakfast down the road.

Spent two nights here and I would stay here again if I’m ever back in Tucson. There’s plenty of shopping near (Tucson Mall), and dining, Walmart is not too far. The bed and pillows were comfortable, towels were a nice size. My only complaint is check in was so slow, guests are coming in and there was only one lady. Get her some help. But other than that. It’s a nice place. You also have to pay $100, but you get it back when you check out. Which they should also make more known.

Warning: stay on the non-pool side. The first night had a group out there and when I called down to ask about the pool hours I was told it is until 11:00pm ( The group was out there until 11:30). I think that’s too late. The voices carried and were loud.

I liked that the property was in the middle of the city and by the mall. I did not like the fact that the management only seemed to book people in rooms around or above us and we were there for over a week. Many guests were loud after hours and had to make multiple complaints. The bathrooms had no ventilation. Housekeeping never fully did our bedding the proper way and never stocked our bath towels.

i think the friendliness, the cleanliness and having the breakfast available for the kids was my favorite things. Thank you

Hotel was very clean. Weve been on a 16 day road trip. This was our 13th hotel and it has beat them all. Staff extremely friendly. Hotel was clean and spacious. Newly renovated. Highly recommemd. Would definitely stay here again. Wished all hotels was like this 1.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I been too since 2020. The staff were very friendly and helpful from front desk, to breakfast staff .the lobby coffe and water atayed filled and fresh. The room was very clean smelled fresh. The bed was comfy. Felt very safe. Such an amazing stay!

The hotel was updated, clean, comfortable beds and breakfast had a lot of options. I didn't like the $150 damage deposit that was required. If I was staying at a different hotel every night while on vacation the $150 would really add up. It would be more guest friendly to have the guest sign an agreement and if there's damage they will be charged $150 but don't charge every guest automatically when they check in. I own a small short term rental and that policy works great.

The hotelbis in a very commercial district but the room was quiet amd you couldn't hear any street noise. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Close to several nice places to eat. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Felt very safe.

Nice confort.. only down fall was that it only had one elevator for the entire building and wait took a bit of time. Also breakfast meals were first come first serce type so we end of getting what was left, we went around 9am on both Saturday and Sunday.

El desayuno tenia muy pocas opciones como q se les acabaron los insumos y no compraron, te daban lo q tenian. El cuarto si esta mb renovado peero todo lo demas es malo.

I found this hotel to be very, very clean and accommodating. The rooms were convenient with hooks to hang your hat or your jacket. I like that it was non smoking and no pets . What I didn’t like was the noise level in the hall.

Our weekend stay in this hotel was great, very convenient checking in, our 2 queen suite room was great and clean the only thing is my teen didn't like the breakfast compared to other hotels we have been to with a cheaper price and breakfast area not so spacious too. But other than that the place is great.

There’s a charge on my credit card for $4.34 on the day I checked out. What sort of nonsense is that? It’s not worth fighting about but it’s annoying for them to nickel and dime customers.
