OK… You've just got to believe me here… I travel for work, and have done so for many, many years, and this hotel was, hands-down absolutely, positively, delightful! The staff were wonderful, my room was fantastic, there was coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours a day down in the lobby. (And the coffee was actually really good! That's a super important thing to me.) The location was great, my room was quiet, and the bed was fantastic. Honestly, I cannot even express how delighted I was with my stay. I will look for the same hotel chain everywhere I go. I was here on a work trip, so I was unable to make use of the barbecue in the back, but there were two barbecues by the pool, and we were encouraged to borrow barbecue utensils from the front desk. Where else does that ever happen? Totally family friendly, and yet, it was perfect for me as a solo adult traveler.

The room was HUGE! Everything was clean and comfy. We only stayed one night as we were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility. Looks to be ideal for long stays. Our hallway smelled like Indian food, which I loved but my daughter wasn’t a fan. The scent did not follow us into our room. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! It was especially a great value for what I paid.

We really liked the room and thoughtfulness of the upgrades. My main disappointment was our heater was very noisy kicking on and off all night and it had a fan that didnt seem to want to work. It did warm the room though.

I have been in this hotel numerous times and this time the room I got was very dirty. Found many pills on the floor where one of my dogs ate one and make her very sick. Did address the issue to the front desk and they remove the pet fee charge.

Room was nice, shower was ok- could’ve used a bit more pressure. It was a bit loud, but earplugs worked wonders! It’s a decent place to stay if you want an easy place to stay. Staff was very nice!

I love this place the location you feel safe. Everything was clean. The staff was so so friendly the front desk and the individual it takes care of the pool. But you need to work on your IT connections. The TV is blocked so we can’t even hook up any of our devices so we can watch movies or Netflix.

Had some issues with the property but some come with the product. No breakfast, no linen service or waste collection except one time per week, the sink waste disposer was broken and water backed up of sink was used. The fan is the bathroom did not work. The layout was less than ideal. However, the bed was great, the pillows were good, and the convenience of this facility to the things I needed to do was great. Front desk personnel were very nice.

Clean, homey, fully equipped with all the little niceties like cutlery, toaster, electric hob, a pot to boil my tea water. In addition to the two chairs, there was a big comfy recliner. Patio was a nice peaceful place to relax outside. Very pleased!

The hotel is in a nice part of town, but it is not well kept up. There appeared to be drug users/mentally ill people coming into the hotel all night. Would not stay here again.

Lovely suites hotel in safe neighborhood right outside of Tucson city proper. Large grocery store, Basha’s across the road was really convenient for food needs. The room itself (Studio Suite) was sizable and had all of the appliances (full-sized fridge, dishwasher, stove top and microwave), cookware and utensils, and dishes that you would need for your extended stay. Laundry room was available. The staff was very pleasant. Very recommended.

I was in town with my 2 daughters for the long weekend. The room we had was perfect! It was a large suite with a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. Our kitchenette had a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, 2 burner cooktop, pots and pans, and a full set of dishes and silverware. The staff was SO friendly, especially the overnight staff that got to know us as we went in and out at all hours of the night. I loved staying here and would definitely make this my first choice, if I am ever in Tucson again.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff was very friendly (even recommended a nearby restaurant where you get a discount for siding there. They had good food too.). Room was big and had all the amenities you could ask for.

Did not use the breakfast. I am not sure if breakfast was provided. We brought our own things. The rooms are showing wear and tear. This hotel could use a remodel. The room was comfortable. We stayed during August and the rate was very reasonable. The beds were comfortable. Good central location.

The hotel was clean, however, the amenities were lacking. There is no breakfast available. We had to cross a busy road just to find something to eat at night and again in the morning. I will not be staying here again.

Overall, the room was clean, and the service was ok, could have been friendlier. My husband and I stayed here the night before my surgery at Northwest Hospital because we live in Sierra Vista and had to be in Tucson very early. It was nice to have an overnight place to stay.

Although there was new building construction right next to the jotel, the hotel parking was well lit and easy to get to. My room was clean and the bed was wonderful after a long trip. This hotel and staff was very nice. Will stay here again.

Front desk staff were top notch, appreciated the late check out, beds were comfortable, the room configuration with large desk and kitchen was really useful. Only negative was room could have been a little cleaner- bathroom shelves were very dusty, crumbs in the corner of the kitchen floor, floors in general didn’t feel really clean. Would stay here again though.
