It was clean. Beds are super firm. Breakfast was alright. Open 6-9 am. Would get there around 745/8 and hardly any food was left for both mornings.

Hotel right off freeway, beds were comfortable, desk staff super friendly, room was clean, water pressure was good. Could not hear the freeway when sleeping so plus there. Would stay again.

Staff here are wonderful, breakfast is great ...... Denny's is next door for dinner .... I love this hotel, Jackie and her staff are just the best :)

Their staff was great! From the front desk to housekeeping everyone was so helpful and polite. I would have rated this 5 stars overall but the pool was not in service. Our family was expecting to swim and cool off in the warm Arizona weather. Oh well. Next time I will call and ask ahead of time.

Dirty/unwashed floors. Cement in hot tub falling apart. Noisy air conditioning Burnt eggs first day, no eggs, orange juice, potatoes…second day. Front desk had us keep room cards so we could get a 10% discount at Denny’s for breakfast, “the best we can do”.

There was only 2 types of dry cereal and granola bars one morning or muffins the other. Very little options. Coffee and OJ were available.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety, and items were promptly refilled by an attentive gentleman. The only complaint was the hot tub was cold. Despite that I still give it a five. I would stay here again.

Very accommodating. Noisy— narrow halls and lots of sound creep from housekeeping and other guests. Easy access to Hwy 10. Given the number of hotels in this area, I thought this was a little pricey for basics but then I wasn’t in the other properties. I liked the automated window coverings.

Positives, food and shopping nearby. West saguaro nearby. Not so positive, very noisy next to the freeway. Breakfast very so-so, every day something not working, juice machine, pancake machine, yogurt machine. Two days the tvs weren’t working in the room.

The staff were great. The room was clean. Works for a place to sleep and get back on the road.

We stopped for the night before heading back home. It was a last minute booking and I mistakenly booked the wrong day and the employee running the deal was very helpful and fixed it for me so we could get a room for the night. We went to the room and did not check anything else out. The breakfast was great, it has different items than you normally get with a continental breakfast.

I liked that the property was very clean and the rooms as well! And no bad odors of any sort !

Location, how clean the property was, and how large the room was. We chose to stay there because of its location to where our destination was. I would have preferred scrambled eggs instead of the cheese omelets.

We broke down Sunday afternoon and got our vehicle to a mechanic within .5 miles from motel. We utilized UBER to get to hotel. Dennys was walking distance. Staff was amazing. Gentleman in kitchen was most amazing not only for breakfast. But I explained situation, and he gave us a ride (after his shift) to pick up our vehicle. We offered money, he said NO. Great individual!!

I reserved a room with accomodations, checked in only to find room not made up. I settled for a non accomodations room.

the location close to Saguaro West was great. The staff was absolutely the friendliest and so warm and welcoming. The room was spacious The pillows were very low quality. The breakfast room felt very small and crowded and the breakfast was really average. The doors slamming all night.

My kid was not happy. People fighting over what is left and I had to ask 5 people to move just to throw my plate of toast away. Pros: apple Juice was good. Everything else just gave me anxiety. Not s good way to start your day and specifically read reviews for a good breakfast place for my family. Next time I'll pay 50 elsewhere vs 125 and use the extra for Dennys.

I am writing a bad review for this location because they would not refund it was a company work related need and booked the same day and customer canceled the same day and when I tried to reschedule the booking, they wouldn't allow me to. I did purchase the trip insurance and it's up to the hotel whether they approve the refund or rescheduling of any booked reservation. So, my company will never book with your hotel again and we think your customer service is very poor!!!

Air conditioner needs to be cleaned after a rough summer... It didn't work properly, was super loud and was covered in dust. Other than that it is a pretty good place to stay for a trip to Tucson.

This is no exaggeration: Imagine waking up to a jackhammer inside the lobby 4 doors down from where you are trying to sleep on a Tuesday morning. I was in shock. I called the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I mentioned that they could make the workers stop but was told that was not an option so the jackhammering continued. I am not kidding. They were replacing some of the granite counter tops so it was not like an emergency. The jackhammering stopped about 20 minutes later but at 6:30 the landscaping crew started their gas trimmers to take care of the landscaping 2 feet away from my first floor windows. They simply do not care about the comfort of their guest in the early morning hours.

There was no food or coffee option which is sad.Because that's one of the things that we liked there and the bed frame , you could just sit on it and it sounds like it's going to fall to the floor I did let them know at check out that it needed to be checked.

We have stayed here a number of times but mainly in cooler weather. The elevator was hot. They hallway to our room had no air conditioning. And the TV in the room had something wrong with it. Initially it worked okay but then it would not respond to the remote control. I had to disconnect the power cord in order to shut the TV off.

It was a very nice clean hotel. I did have a problem with the hot water because it was reversed. But once the staff helped me realize that it wasn’t a big deal. Also there was a Denny's close by so I was able to walk over and get something to eat. There wasn’t much of a view but I don’t think many Tucson hotels do. So not a big deal. You just keep going on this little alley past the travel lodge and then you get to the hotel.

Location was very convenient for the travels in which we did to the National park, however, there was an issue we had with a person who was staying at the same hotel. Hotel handled it very well, but it was still a very uncomfortable situation.

The pool was broken the hot tub was broken . People who pick places for recreation are disappointed when things don’t come together. Although the host did ask if we could use the pool next-door, we went to the hotel next-door and there was no heat there in the water so we came back. I really think there should be compensation a free night a free meal something people. People select hotels based on their amenities. if the amenity is a bathtub and you go there and there is a shower or the amenity is a pool and a hot tub and there is no recreation at all. Had to change room’s 4 times key pad didn’t work and the 4 time was because the shower handle broke right off as i was getting ready for my Dr appointment, ended up being late thank goodness they still saw me, overall all it was clean and beds were comfortable and Espi was extremely nice the girl the next day was also nice and fast at getting me another room.

They offered daily housekeeping. So nice. Most hotels only want to do it every 3rd night or everyother day. Breakfast was ok, the usual powdered eggs. But it was still good. Juices in supply every day.

The swimming pool and hot tub were not working and were actually green like they hadn't been in use for a while. The back door didn't lock you could walk in without a key card.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very cheerful and friendly. The room was clean. Noted by us and other guests that we spoke with, it was quiet. Ultimately we would stay here again.

What a beautiful and comfortable room! Everything was in good repair, lovely, clean and just right. The bed was the most comfortable we've had on this whole two-week road trip. We didn't eat the free hot breakfast, because we had a time crunch, but it smelled very good!

The hotel staff were excellent! Patrick checked us in and he was amazing! He was incredibly nice and accommodating. Everyone working there was very sweet. Property was right off the freeway, but not noisy at all. There were breakfast options, but I woke up too late so I just walked to Dennys.

. Room is outdated small but clean. They even came to clean and change all of our sheets and towels the second day in. I loved that since most hotels don’t really want to do that. The pool was clean the jacuzzi was great worked first day in but second night it was not working temperature wise. The breakfast is awful I’m sorry ! Don’t try the gravy plz. ! The tv is small but you can login to your Netflix account which is a plus. And most importantly we always check for bed bugs first thing and there was no sign of any at all !

I’m unsure as to why this property has such great scores on hotels.com. Front desk staff were great - friendly and helpful. After that, I was not wowed at all. Pillows were super hard and uncomfortable. The fitness room was tiny and the single treadmill was inoperable and appeared to be that way for some time. Maid service started cleaning rooms nearby at 8am (checkout is 11am), and because the walls are super thin the cleaning created quite a racket in the room next to mine. The breakfast was so-so at best. No plans on returning to this property.

We had a great stay. The hotel is super quiet which guarantees a sound sleep. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed. We will definitely stay here again everytime we visit Tucson. Thank you guys!

Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. We received a call from the front desk shortly after checking into our room to make share we had everything we needed. Our room and the rest of the facility was very clean. Breakfast area was nice and food was hot and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tucson.

The staff is very friendly. I have stayed in this place many times when traveling to Mexico and I have never had any bad experience with the staff.

The Staff went above & beyond to accommodate us!

The only complaint I have is that the jacuzzie seldom works. The problem for me is that I like to stay at hotels who have a jacuzzie, but it is a real disappointment when they are not working. It seems to me that they should take extra care to keep it operating.

For this trip to Tucson, the location was easy to find and easy for us to get to the sites we wanted to visit. It was clean and quiet.
