3 Palms Tucson North Foothills

It was a very nice room. The decor was inviting and it was very clean. I gave it a “good” rating overall because the pool opens late and closes really early. It was a bummer since that didnt give a lot of time to enjoy. Not a huge deal but once the pool opened, myself and other guests went straight in. About 15 minutes after, we were told that we needed to vacate the pool so they could clean it. Seemed like a very inconvenient time. Vending machines are crazy expensive. The small coffee machine was in the bathroom right next to the toiled, which I found highly unhygienic. Wouldn’t use it anyway but still seems wrong to put it in the bathroom next to the toilet. Overall, it was okay for the price.

We booked this day because it was a highly rated hotel at 9.3 and the facility looked very clean and well maintained. That’s about all we have positive to say. It was moderately maintained, however when we came to our room, the door was already opened, and there was a large black trash bag outside of our door. Also, it is not posted prior to purchase that you cannot have two vehicles on the property, and there is no overflow .,which is a huge inconvenience and risk of break in having to park elsewhere in this area. Since my brother and I are both in town for work, it was frustrating to hear this when I asked the office for a second parking pass. Moving forward It was frustrating trying to get the tv to work properly. However, not the biggest deal because we don’t watch much TV, but still. Furthermore I was honestly disgusted that the refrigerator and coffee maker are in the bathroom where people relieve themselves. This is just absolutely not sanitary to put your food or brew your coffee. I’ve never seen anything like it in all my years of staying in hotels. I cannot believe this place has a 9.3 rating. I wish I could get my money back. That’s how disappointed I am. I can’t remember the last time I’ve felt reason to leave a review, especially negative. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff were a little incompetent, roaches all over the place. And the entire stay was a pain. We had to go to the second floor, when we asked for a first floor but they said no. Next day we wanted to extend our stay so we were told to go to the first floor since we had pets. Just a big pain

Room what's very clean and did notaekl musty ir have any iverpowering artificial perfume smells. Just fresh and clean. The room was two double beds and a little sitting.Room was very spacious and comfortable. The room was one king bed and no extra sitting space was a little cramped especially for eating in the room, Beds were very comfortable. Upstairs room was extremely quiet, downstairs room.You heard occasional noise from the street.And other guests walking by, but not terrible. I would definitely come here again and for, it was excellent value for the very inexpensive price.

The room and stay was really nice. How the pictures look online is how the property looks. The noise level was low and surrounded by many shops and restaurants.

Highly recommend. I had a lovely, super-clean room, a comfy bed, and easy parking. Helpful staff, too. They could use a couple more ice dispensers on the property and offer more TV options, though.

WE always love our stay. I am here at least once a month for the last two years. Sometimes twice a month. Love how convenient the 3 Palms is to everywhere we need to go.

The hotel itself was very nice, our room was spectacular and the bed was very comfy. The pool and jacuzzi was great as well. What I'm not happy about is that when you check in, you have to pay a $100 security deposit by card only in which the staff said would be returned back to the card in about 3 business days. Well, it is now business day 6 and they still have not released the deposit. I called yesterday to make sure everything was okay (we caused no damage to the room, all we did was sleep and go swimming)to ask why they hadn't released it yet and was then advised that it can take 3-10 days to get it back. I'm sorry, but that is absurd in this day and age and absolutely not what they said when we checked in. As much as we liked this hotel, we probably wont book again due to this. In this economy every penny counts and is vital to people getting by. I now see this seems to be a common issue with this hotel based on reviews. Maybe they should reevaluate the system they use and accept cash deposits to combat their slow system. What a shame.

We love this place and whenever we go to Tucson to visit our Granddaughter we book our stay with "Three Palms." They are courteous, organized, quick to check in customers, and the rooms are so comfortable and clean. Another nice benefit is the workout room that we both use for our health! It is also very quiet and relaxing here and we sleep well in our room that has a fridge, microwave, iron/ironing board, and a coffee maker with enough coffee for two cups per day. I definitely recommend this place!

Not clean. Terrible staff. Rude. And non responsive. Deposit took 6 phone calls and 10 days to return. Unable to contact any kind of support for help. Horrible experience. Zero stars.

Shower doors are not sealed properly to the point it was leaking every time the shower was used. Their iron doesn't even steam. It squirts instead. 😳 No refunds! Only because their general manager resigned. I wonder the reason is that the hotel is too cheap to not fix these issues. Especially for the rooms that were reserved by me and friends.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived at midnight. The night staff was friendly and professional. Our room was quiet and offered us the opportunity to rest. Climate control was excellent. The room was extremely spacous.

Wonderful hotel at an amazing price! Our room was large and very clean. Included a sitting area with a second tv. The pool had a lot of kids in it, so we did not spend time there, but it looked nice. The fitness area was a great added bonus. Very nice equipment for a hotel gym. (Smith machine, cable machine, barbells, etc) hotel staff was super nice also.

This place is very nice and usually you would get a dump for $55.00 but certainly not this place. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Tucson. This hotel is located in Oro Valley which is just like a suburb of Tucson. It is a great area with shops and restaurants within walking distance such as Whole Foods, Sprouts and Homegoods just to name a few. Stay at this hotel. You won’t regret it or be disappointed whatsoever.

The property was really nice . The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well kept. We did not use the pool or the workout room, but we did take a look at them and they were in excellent condition. The pool area was nice and big and lots of seating. The only downfall about the pool area is that it is the only outdoor seating. It doesn’t open until 8am. We wanted to enjoy our free coffee (also a nice perk) while sitting outside. Fortunately for us, the lady at the front desk was nice enough to let us sit inside the pool area and enjoy our coffee. The bed was nice but a little uncomfortable for me. To put that into perspective I am having back surgery soon. Overall, we had a nice day and will probably be back.

Nice view. Comfortable bed. Big room with two tvs! Good water pressure and hot water for shower. Bring bottled water. They addressed a concern quickly. Didnt hear any neighbor sounds. Tricky to access driveway. Signs to identify where to turn might help. Plenty of parking. Starbucks etc nearby. Good value for the $. Shampoo etc was nice. Didnt realize it was a motel but no issues after initial concerns addressed. Would stay here again when i could take advantage of pool, putting, exercise room. No breakfast but i rarely eat hotel breakfasts anyways.

I found the hotel to be quite boujee on a budget. I enjoyed the room, the bed was super comfy and I liked the location and amenities. Id definitely come back again for a visit in Tucson, or just for a stay-cation.

Check in was very easy, the room was clean, some would say dated but that is the vibe they are going for. Pool looked well maintained and was very popular. My only complaint would be outside noise, i could hear people walking by and them talking at regular volume which i would assume they would be able to hear into the rooms too. Could hear the road noise.

The mattress was so comfortable, and the amenities are top notch. Property was always clean and tidy. I will stay here again this winter! Lovely.

Pool and hot tub nice staff rude

The rooms were clean. I went to celebrate my son's birthday with my family and I had my brother and sister-in-law just for one day. They asked how many people where staying and I told them 1 adult and 3 children apparently they needed to know because of we were using the pool they gave us wrist bands but I did tell them I had my brother and sister-in-law that were not staying just there to celebrate well apparently they said there is a $35.00 charge per person that will apply to those that are not staying and just to be in the pool area. Which is ridiculous and I would definitely not go back and recommend this place.

Small bathroom

Our King Suite was very nice. We appreciated having a refrigerator, microwave and countertop range in our Suite. The king-sized bed was among the most comfortable I have ever slept on. There was a problem on our first full day. My wife and I had been out of the room all day and when we returned late afternoon we found the room hadn't been cleaned, the sheets on the bed hadn't been changed and our damp towels were still in the bathroom. My wife wanted to take a shower and I told her that I saw housekeeping carts and they would probably arrive at our room shortly. Two hours later they still had not arrived so I walked to the front desk and asked why our room hadn't been cleaned and I told them I wanted it cleaned immediately. The desk clerk responded by telling me they only clean the rooms every other day and at that time they had no one to clean our room. I asked her if that was their housekeeping policy, why then were no clean towels brought to our room while we were out. She couldn't provide an acceptable answer to my question so I assume that somehow housekeeping had overlooked cleaning our room that day and had forgotten to bring us clean towels.

Refrigerator and microwave were useful, staff cleaned the room 2 days but not all 3, I had to go to the office to get toilet paper. Hotel was in a convienent location.

Location, pool, room size and parking safety. Beds are hard, AC thermostats turn off the AC while sleeping and it gets really Hot. You walk into a Hot room and its very uncomfortable for a long time. Lowest setting on the thermostat is 67 and it feels like 75. We didn't sleep well and my kids didn't play very well being so tired. Made our experience very bad.

It's conveniently located across from my rhuematologist, like 4 of my favorite places to eat, one of the best goodwill stores ever, and there is so much h more I have yet to discover. I only go 3 or 4 times a year but I always stay here and have had nothing but great service and I have always felt well cared for and safe. See you all again in december!!

Location is wonderful ,staff is accommodating, gave us coffee cups for the room. There weren’t any. There was debris in the bathtub. Also the room didn’t have an alarm clock/ charger deck. Had to unplug living room desk lamp/charger & transfer it into the bedroom in order to charge my 3 electronic devices.

Hot tub should have been a little warmer but otherwise a wonderful place and the location was great

Big suite with a full kitchen at a good price. The room had a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, oven, kitchenware, 2 TVs, a safe, and an iron. Free parking on site. Whole Foods is across the road. A modern coffee machine and TVs with YouTube support would be nice to have. The air conditioner was very noisy.

This is great bang for your buck! The property is older but has been well maintained and different things have been updated. The price is amazing. The location is awesome and in a nice area. It was quiet and the staff are so nice and super helpful. My one complaint was the air conditioning situation. If you get the suite, there is a fan in the living area that blows the air through a vent to the bedroom. It got a bit warm by the middle of the day but was otherwise comfortable. Would recommend and I would stay here again.

Rude and loud patrons all night long, loud squeaking hinges on doors, alarm clocks left on wake settings from previous customers (not turned off or reset). Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Pool so full and overrun it was completely unusable.

Room was nice. Location was ok. Didn’t use the pool as it was raining when we were there.

I was placed in a room that was set up for handicapped accessible which is not what I reserved; however; we were able to remove the shower bench from the tub for our use. The air conditioner is very loud and we had a difficult time with the temperature control. The room was freezing when the ac turned on then hot when it turned off. There wasn’t a happy medium or sweet spot for room temperature. There isn’t a closet of any kind to hang up clothing you don’t want wrinkled which proved to be a problem. The beds are very hard and solid. Not much give in the mattress at all. Our daughter joined us on the second day of our stay. The bed she slept in had some loud creaking issues in the springs every time she moved. Therefore her sleep wasn’t very restful. Ours wasn’t either due to the loud creaking sounds her bed made. For the amount I paid, I expected better. We would definitely not stay here again.

Room wasn’t very clean… I let the desk know everything I am writing and their only response was “we will let housekeeping know”. No attempts to make it right, but the employees were mostly nice. There were pasta noodles on a pillow when we got there and were checking the bed, dog food under the bed (we didn’t have a dog with us) and the floors were dirty they had not been cleaned. People were smoking cigarettes outside (this property stayed it was non smoking with threats of fines posted everywhere) and it would carry in through the air conditioner. There were questionable people loitering outside and it didn’t feel the safest despite being a better part of town. The pool area was nice but there was a lot of dirt a debris in the pool and hot tub. Accessibility was good. The room was not a suite as pictured, it had 2 beds but no couch or sitting area so it was very misleading. Employees were nice but willing to do anything about the issues. Wouldn’t pick this hotel again which is unfortunate as it was in a good location, but the fact that it wasn’t clean was a big issue.

Very surprised at how nice this place was, given the low price point. Would definitely stay again. I'm used to motels being a bit vintage and dated, but this place was modern and nicely decorated. Decent hotel/motel in northern Tucson. It’s on a busy shopping road surrounded by many strip malls/shopping centers. Convenient for shopping, but not scenic or convenient to much else. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice, but it was too hot to use middays. Had 2 laundry rooms with 2 machine each and only a $1.50 per wash or dry. Property is completely non-smoking even in the outside areas and parking lot

Im not white and asked for a early check in but every white person that came behind me was able to get one.the first room i got after waiting for it to be cleaned the carpet was so wet it destroyed my socks. The staff was very nice about not really caring. The pool was lovely

Very cheap and there’s a reason for it. You can tell it wasn’t cleaned before we stayed there because there was a deodorant lid right next to the bed and an old soap in the shower.

Good service and Attention

Booked this room because my house was under construction. First thing you notice when getting to the room is an old throw up spot in front of the door. Inside seemed nice until you started looking. The carpet made my feet sticky, the couch had crumbs all over it, the shower drain didn’t work correctly and you couldn’t run the water for more than 3 min before having to shut it off to let it drain. The fridge, no matter how low you set the setting froze all my food. Would not recommend!

Our kitchenette wasn't cleaned before us. It was gross. The dishes were still wet with food on them from the people before and none of the pots and pans were washed. I washed them all. Its also really insanitary to expect guests to hand wash dishes for the next guests. Most hotels with kitchenettes have a dishwasher. The kitchenette was pretty bare minimum. No knives, no toaster, only 2 glasses...there was also no garbage bags in any of the waste bins. The floors were dirty. After requesting for the room to be cleaned for 2 days someone finally took care of it. The rest of our 7 day stay our room was never cleaned and no one ever even checked to take the garbage out or replace towels. We had to ask for eveything. The pool and hot tub also weren't very clean and was closed for 2 days which just added to the disappointment. The gym is super nice and the price is good but not for the lack of hospitality. We won't be staying here again and I wouldn't recommend it to other travelers.

The staff was so kind and welcoming, helpful with recommendations, etc. property is beautiful and well maintained. Parking is super convenient. I found a lot of families with kids here, probably due to the pool, which is a lovely set up. It did not bother me much as the rooms are pretty good at stopping outside noise from coming in. And my room was facing the pool but still not bothered. My only complaint is the bedding was polyester not cotton. This may not bother others but for me it affects my skin and my sleep in general and I have never actually had this happen in other hotels.

Staff was helpful. a/c was terrible. The a/c unit was in the living room area and they had a small wall fan blowing a little air into the bedroom. The a/c also kept cycling off and we had to restart the thermostat every hour or so. Room had good fridge, stove, and sink. Wish the coffee maker was a Keurig but had to use the little packets they provided instead. Pool area very nice.

Great place to stay overnight visiting family

When I checked in I was greeted by Elijah who was very welcoming. As a matter of fact, all of the staff I interacted with were each very accommodating which contributed to a smooth and easy stay. I was checked in promptly - the room was clean, the a/c blasted and the suite itself had enough space to move and relax freely. Also, the gym is very well equipped and even more so than other hotels in the same tier.

Everything was really clean and orderly. Be aware the parking lot fills up in the evening so you might not be parked by your room. If you could even call that a complaint it’s my only one.

Even though we didn’t get the room that was reserved, the one we stayed in was suitable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows, however, were not comfortable at all.

Our favorite place to stay when we visit Tuscon. Close enough to everything we need, but not crowded like the downtown area.

Hot water and great shower head and pressure

They gave us (two single women) the wrong key and room. We went into the room they gave us the keys for rather than the one they verbally mentioned (It was written on the keys). Since it was different we called to double check and had been given the wrong room keys. Thank goodness we double checked because literally 1 minute after we left the wrong room an older man came in. Had we started to get undressed to take a nap, as we had initially planned instead instead of checking, he would have walked in on us in a state of undress. I am uncomfortable with the way the hotel handled this as we did not recieve much more than a "whoops" from the hotel staff. We were told it happens all the time and not to be concerned. If it is happening all the time.... it is a reason to be concerned.

Great place to stay. Clean all throughout. Service was phenomenal! Joe at the front desk treated us like family, he went above and beyond, this place is lucky to have someone like him. You can tell he really cares about the guests. Will definitely be going back to this place when in Tucson!

Our room was great. It was very clean. The staff was great and very friendly unfortunately we didn’t go to the pool, but there were many people down there. Great economic hotel.

Room was clean, except for the couch. Rooms were not the quietest but an ok place to spend the night.

First room had blood stain in mattress. Second room had silverfish. Room was not well-maintained, with sticky areas on desk, outlets and switches. Pool doesn't open until 8:00 am and hotel supplies morning coffee but no half and half. We should have stayed elsewhere.

Great place to relax and enjoy the pool and the beautifully landscaped cabana area. Excellent fitness area, new equipment, outdoor views, perfect for a great workout.

Room was clean, evening staff was friendly, parking was difficult because we arrived late in the night. Beds are VERY firm and uncomfortable so that was a downfall.

My experience was limited. I checked in late and left fairly early for a 1 night stay which limited my exposure to the property and offerings.

Staff was excellent. Room was comfortable, could use some upgrades. Only issue was that when the air conditioner is running, a horrible musty smell comes out through the vents which activated my allergies and I had to wear a mask… that was my second room. The first room smelled like dog urine in the rug and must.. My suggestion to you, remove the carpets….

The door to the bath bounces against the wall when closing and light shines through, so disturbing at night. No counter in the bathroom sink to put stuff there. And water from showers of neighboring rooms seemed loud. Other than that it was nice.

I have to be in Tucson once a week for school, and for the last four months or so, the place I crash at in the evening is 3 Palms. It's clean, friendly, quiet, it has a lovely interior court and an awesome gym, it's on the scenic route when I need to head back to Tucson, and it's right next to at least (3) amazing breakfast places. The staff is absolutely lovely, helpful, and cheerful and here’s a shoutout to Irene who’s a pro at under-5 minutes check-ins when I'm super tired. Thank you!

It’s an amazing spot to stay. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. The rooms are very reasonably priced and the layouts and decor make it feel spacious and like you’re actually in a room vs a lifeless cubicle. I like the separation between living space and bedroom. Pillows are comfortable and appropriate size vs a small deteriorating piece of fluff.

All the staff were so friendly! Extra towels, soups, blankets were readily available at the Front desk. The center courtyard was beautiful, clean, well cared for. Our room was small, but clean. Always had hot water in the shower. Coffee was available in the lobby each morning. The coffee was good. We plan to stay here again when in the area.

The layout of the room is claustrophobic. The a/c goes on and off throughout the night causing temperature shifts. Because it is an outside room, it causes the room to feel damp and you see people walking by your room through the window constantly.

The staff were all friendly but the room was dirty and out dated. The carpet was so gross and it was obvious it had not been vacuumed in a while. If it had not been during the gem show I would have forfeited my money and gone somewhere else but everything was full.

We loved the room and area, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. My only complaint was that our ground floor room was under the outdoor stairway where we heard noisy guests until midnight and then again early in the morning. However, I still would give a good review.

When I checked in they asked me what room I'd like to stay in. I asked for an east facing room so that I could get the sunrise. They had nothing available facing the east, but had some on the south and even the West which would all have been better for at least some early morning light. Instead they put me facing directly north. And this is the winter so there's no light coming in at all from the north east to Northwest corners. Additionally, the faucet in the bathroom was broken and when I reported it they said they would get somebody to address it. I was only there for one night. I advise to let the on-site maintenance person address it directly while I went out for dinner since I was only there for one day and it was already 7:00. No maintenance person showed up. And they did not offer a different room. I had to use the toilet to spit out my toothpaste and mouthwash. And I didn't have water for my waterpik. The trash had no liners.

We had a nice stay at the 3 palms! We only needed it for one night as a stop on our larger route, but it was clean, easy to get to, and everyone was accommodating. Elijah at the front desk was so kind and efficient and helped us get settled in quickly. We also walked to dinner which was nice!

The room and surroundings were clean and well kept. The workout room had lots of machines, free weights, and being all glass was an inviting space. My room was quiet and restful.

Hotel was very well staffed! From the front desk, to housekeeping to the groundskeepers.. plenty d people moving about the property keeping everything in order. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, accommodating and welcoming. The suite we had was clean and quiet. I did notice the first floor rooms were facing the parking and had exterior doors & windows.. not sure I would have enjoyed having my room downstairs. The gym was comprehensive and clean, It was stocked with towels and cleaning supplies, and had adjacent bathrooms. The hotel is close to everything so even though it did not offer breakfast, it was very easy to access a huge variety of choices. Having a kitchen and nearby grocery store helped me keep cost down and maintain my healthier eating goals during travel. The only thing I would suggest to this hotel is to deep clean the carpets, especially before their busy season when prices are higher. My room was definitely overdue and I did not feel comfortable walking around without socks on.

The front desk woman that was there almost every morning was fantastic. She was friendly and very helpful and informative. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent but we had daily service. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Adequate amount of lounge chairs to enjoy the sunshine as well as shaded tables and chairs and a grill. We did not use the fitness center but it looked like it had a nice assortment of machines. They even have a happy hour. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes clean, comfortable accommodations at an affordable price. Thanks to all who provided us with a great experience.

The room was everything we needed plus more. The pool area and hotel was very clean. The bed frame on the window side of the king bed made a loud "thunk" when getting up. Minor inconvenience! This was an exceptionally enjoyable trip. Thank you!

We loved the room design and style! It was so fun to have a livingroom space for the kids to play and watch their own show. It was difficult to sleep because the mattresses are incredibly hard. Beyond firm to the point of painful. Otherwise we really enjoyed this hotel room!

The room looked as good as the pictures. Love the updated Retro. The beds were very, very firm, which is not for me. But extra points for the added bonus of a separate sitting room with couch with its own 55" TV! Really impressive

Room was unfailingly clean and staff always upbeat and courteous. Only serious issues were our second night our room phone rang 4 times in the middle of the night. Front desk had no idea what was going on with the phones. Very frustrating as I cant fall back asleep easily. Other issues are that housekeeping only comes once every 3 days but if you’re short on anything, the Front Desk will hook you up. Storage space in the bathroom is nonexistent. We had to hang our bath towels on a shower door handle and on the toilet lid and hope they’d be dry by the next day’s shower. The lone shelf in the shower can barely hold a small bar of soap.

The place is nice and clean though compared to past stays, a little cleaning improvement could be done, like the bathroom door and walls and the couch looks dirty. Everything else was well taken care. And there was a next door neighbor with the tv playing loud after midnight which was also an inconvenience to take a good rest.

Room was good except floors were so dirty my socks were brown. The dog area was terrible; it consisted of dirt and gravel, and people were not cleaning up after their pets so the area was full of feces and grunge as well as cigarette butts, bottles and leftover food containers. I took my puppy elsewhere to avoid having him get some disease. I would never bring my dog there again.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Our room was consistently not cleaned, and I had to repeatedly remind the front desk to have it serviced. When I raised these concerns, the front desk staff did not offer any assistance or resolution. Overall, the hotel lacks basic customer service. I would recommend staying elsewhere to avoid a similar experience.

The room was clean and functional. The mattresses were poor…like lying on open springs. Staff were excellent, the grounds were nice. The walls to the room were paper-thin. TVs and talking heard all four nights until almost 4:00 am.

Booked 2 rooms and both were disgusting. The beds were covered in hairs and the sheets were stained, the bathrooms were dirty and looked like they have never been cleaned. The towels here full of hairs and had red stains on them. People were smoking marijuana in the parking lot and it stank. The front desk said the manager would contact us when they got in the next day, but we never received a call. I don’t know who rated this property in the reviews. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

Always a cozy and clean stay

As a woman traveling alone, this property made me a bit nervous. The access to the property is not controlled in any way- no security gates requiring hotel key to access or anything. This hotel is nicely remodeled. It is, however, of the style that has all of the doors on the outside breezeways. There are no additional deadbolts on the doors either. Given the lack of security, this means that anyone that wishes has full access to your door at any given time.

Room was cute and cozy. During check-in, Elijah at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. The area is super nice around the hotel and the hotel has an amazing courtyard. Room was clean and updated beautifully. Definitely an amazing stay overall!

I felt misled if not deceived when the check-in staff said my booking was with Airbnb in spite of clarifications. Location off the busy street, is easily missed. At Amenities are not accessible or not available as listed such as breakfast. It turned out 3Palm is a 3-story complex of apartment condos, probably mix of short term and long term. and The unit I selected is not conveniently located, located far from the only elevator of the complex.

Great staff ant checkin and nice amenities with the hot tub/pool. Close to amazing hiking and downtown Tucson. Only down side was being adjacent to the steps going up/down which were a bit loud in the early morning hours. Not much can be done there though. Will be back!

Very nicely designed and decorated. Loved the high tech card entry system. Great value. Friendly staff but noisy. Bed support squeaked and there is no soundproofing. Lots of street noise, guest noise, plumbing noises etc. But it is convenient, a good value and I'd be willing to stay again.

The person next to me had people banging on his door all hours of the night so I didn’t get any sleep as well as even when I removed the do not disturb plaque from my door, they never once changed my bedding or emptied the trash. So neglecting, then when I called to let them know about the noise they said it was my fault for not calling in the middle of the night while it was happening. And no manager has been in contact. Complete Zero!

All this said, it is still our “home away from home” as we’ve had multiple visits here this year for medical purposes in Tucson. This last visit I met Elijah who was very impressive and helpful at the front desk. We really like it here and will overlook all the above. We feel safe and love the location for our needs. Plenty of parking and options for meals and shopping near by. The pool area is a pleasure to use, even just to relax and read a book. Thanks to all the employees who make it work well!

When I went back to the front desk I said that I couldn’t find the room, the cleark “sighed “ as if I was a burden! if it wasn’t for a cleaning woman, I would never have found it! I will never ever use this Hotel again. The desk cleark neglected to tell me the room was in front of the pool!

Amazing rooms, amazing staff, and amazing location! Food is down the street, shopping aswell. the rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfy, and (ik it sounds weird to point out) but the shower? heavenly! love that they have good shows and movies you can access for free on the TV.

The renovated room we were in was really great. Only and I mean only draw back was where the tv was. Really uncomfortable to watch from bed. Other than that it was super!! Highly recommend staying here. I’d stay here again!!

Overall, we would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone we like. It was cheap (before the pet fees of $25.00 extra per dog), but I guess you get what you pay for.

The property itself was pleasant and well-maintained. Our room faced the interior courtyard, overlooking the pool area, which provided a quiet and scenic view. The only downside was some early-morning noise from neighbors departing, but aside from that, the stay was peaceful. The fitness center, pool, and hot tub were all conveniently located and easy to access. Although the hotel is situated on Main Street, it’s set below street level, which helps buffer the noise and creates a more secluded atmosphere. Overall, a solid choice with good amenities and a comfortable environment.

Next time I would try to book a room looking over the pool area, maybe quieter? A towel bar or lower hooks to hang and reuse towels in the bathroom would be helpful. Our TV had a problem with the picture, it kept breaking into pixels and the room air conditioner is pretty loud. But overall we liked the hotel. Thank you.

Room was good and staff was amazing.

We seemed to have gotten an upgrade, possibly because we asked if there was a fridge. We had leftovers from Thanksgiving. The desk clerk gave us a room with a full size fridge. Much appreciated.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a second area with and leisure amenities within our room. We were tooo limited in time to avail ourselves to the inviting pool or exercise area. We may well do so in the future as we will be back.

The hotel campus is very appealing, and the check-in staff was friendly and explained well where our room was located. We didn't use the pool, as this was just an overnight stop, but it, the exercise room and the whole pool court looked very inviting. Our bed and the sofa were very comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. The kitchen area in our suite was a bit run down; all cabinets and draws, except for under the sink, were glued shut, so we could not figure out where the utensils were. It turned out they were hidden in a utensil tray on the upper 3rd shelf of the cabinet which was too hard to get to because it was directly over the counter to the left of the refrigerator, impossible for us shorties to see or reach. And there were no garbage bags for the garbage, so we carried out. But other than that, we would definitely stay again. There were tons of eateries, and every kind of store or bank you could possibly need all around the area. Very nice stay.

The room was beautiful design. The amazing staff were friendly and super helpful. The location of this hotel was very close to everything that I needed.

There was a resort feel to the property, which was really nice. The room I stayed in had an attached sitting area, which was a nice surprise. The room was very clean, with no odor, and the mattress was comfortable. It was quiet, and I was able to get a great night’s sleep. I would definitely stay there again.

This has to be one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! People walking outside my door all night long, lots of door slamming, yelling all through the night. And when I pulled into the hotel there was an active crime scene happening in the hotel.

I have rented from this place before and i loved it. But this time there was no trash bags or anything in the room the sheets we're dirty. I paid more to go through the hotels app because i usually trust their opinions but i payed over 2.__$ for my daughter's birthday and the hotel ruined the trip for us. Ill be finding another place to stay and another app to go through.

The bed springs shouted so loud that every time I turned over, it sounded like cats fighting. The door stop to the main front door fell off the wall. We had a handicap room and my husband was not able to reach the knob/button that turns on the hand shower. The tissue box was empty. Room #113.

I found the 3 Palms years back and I return anytime I travel to Tucson. I came last in July, I had to experience a Tucson summer because I may buy a small condo in the area. I love the sapphire blue and gold colors, so cooling and I always find the bed comfortable. It's a convenient location and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Only complaint is having to wait so long this time to have my room deposit to be canceled off my credit card.
