The property was decent the room was clean. My only complaint was the room was very hot. It took sometime to cool down.

Breakfast was a joke. It was advertised Breakfast included. There was no Breakfast! Location was good for where we needed to be. Was not crowded, probably because people are reading how bad reviews are. Toilet was broke. No breakfast. Pillows on bed were lumpy and uncomfortable. Outside noise was horrible all night. Towels were thin and worn. Couch was dirty.

The room I stayed in the door did not seem too secure. Then I get double charged from two different web sites. Hotels.com and some company out of Australia. Then they charge my card another 92.00 got it back when I saw the charge and called.

Shops and restaurants were nearby and it was conveniently close to Atlanta The staff didn’t seem very welcoming. When we called down to the lobby more than once to ask a question there was no answer and when we went downstairs no one was at the desk. Breakfast was underwhelming. The only hot item was waffles. There was no sugar free syrup. There was no juice. Our room had no ice bucket. The ice machine upstairs was out of order. There was no fridge or microwave. The bed was uncomfortable Hospitality was lacking. Of the motels I stayed in the last 7 days it wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t in the top 5. I’d choose somewhere else next time.

n/a When I arrived the Desk Clerk acted like I did not have a reservation even after given reservation confirmation number. After 5 minutes i gave him my cell phone number and he amazingly found my reservation. It seemed like he wanted me to go away and find another motel, then he asked for my credit card/debit card I had already checked in online. My debit card was charged for my stay from the online check-in and my Master Card was charged the same amount of $276.22. The toilet was so small and low like you would find in a elementary school being used by small children. We had to ask for sheets for the hideaway bed which was part of our reservation and they had no pillows to give us for this bed. Over the years I have rented rooms in Days Inn across the southeast and never had any problems. This is the first time ever I had a complaint about any motel/hotel were I felt a need to leave a review or write a complaint. I will be doing a Google review as well and people need to be aware of this Days Inn Franchise!

The shower head! Upon arrival the clerk was missing but arrived wearing a black hoodie on his head checking us in, very unprofessional. After we slept all night in the room, that morning my son found out that the door didn’t lock s as he just walked into the room in a hurry because we were rushing to get to his daughters graduation, just opening the door without using his key, so the door was unlocked all night while we were sleep! We immediately showed management and he played dumbed about it! With all the sex trafficking in Atlanta, this was very scary, as my thoughts went everywhere and thanking GOD for our protection, luckily my son was with me and my daughter. Their breakfast was horrible! Very different from the advertisement as they had nothing on the menu they advertised! Yes, the bed wasn’t comfortable, the spread had holes in it, the iron was filthy underneath, the room smelled horrible! I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay here. I only chose it because it’s listed as a Wyndham stay hotel because they have great rooms. This was far from it. Wyndham needs to be careful who they allow to use their name! We arrived very late in the night and couldn’t find anywhere else to stay and made due of it. I have a video of the door being unlocked showing management but it won’t let me upload it.

It was close to where I needed to be for my event. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and efficient. The receptionist humility The room smelled like it needed deep cleaning the furniture was dirty the sheets were dirty as well and I had to get a new set of sheets when I pulled of the old set the quilts smelled like they haven't been washed in some time as I pulled the dirty sheets off I went to the bathroom and the towels were dirty and smelly but I had my own so I bathe and came back out of the bathroom to put the sheets on the bed and saw a blood stain on the mattress cover I ended up leaving because I wasn't about to slumber in that uncleaniless still being charged the rate for the room because I was told there was not another one available I have been here on numerous occasions but this one visit has left that old fact in a limbo I went across the street to Holiday inn and it was a thunderstorm and sunny day comparison with Holiday inn providing the sunshine and Days inn providing the storm

At a comfortable price My iron was in bad shape and they replaced it on my request. And my sheets and pillowcases mad clean and white , toilet and bathtub nice and clean Am totally satisfied This total is central, I walk to have breakfast in the morning,

It was very well appointed, clean and well maintained--impressively so. There was plenty of hot water for three showers and for me to wash and rinse my thick hair (I had the third shower). It was easy to park. The breakfast choices were a bit skimpy. I am gluten-free and have a soy allergy. The only thing I could eat was the yogurt. Our key (we were only given one) stopped working in the door well before we were ready to get our things into the car (before 9 am). That meant one person had to stay on door duty, or we had to track down someone at the front desk. (That meant calling out for help, because no one was sitting there, not when we arrived or when we left.)

The towels were more like rags, thank God I brought my own. The hall light rarely worked, the toilet paper was grossly inferior and the shower was inferior as well. This place needs some serious upgrades

The absolute dirtiest hotel ever stayed in. Sewage was backed up in the first room. They then transferred my husband to a second room. It's infested with Bed bugs!! Absolutely disgusting!! This hotel should be shut down!!

Only thing i wanna comment is that one night im not sure if it was us, but the next morning we saw an attempt to break in. We made sure to close the door, and had our key at all times. The next morning we see that the door isn't completely shut, but rather slightly attempted to open.

On this recent stay the lady behind the counter could not process my payment using my debit card. I had plenty of money, had been using it all day, and used it after she said it was declined. There was no hold on my account or froud alert. She just didnt know what she was doing. I even tried my husbands debit card. I use this card every time I book a room and have never had trouble before. Thankfully, my sister was with me and paid for the room. Train your people please.

Felt safe traveling alone. Room was clean and the bathroom was clean also. Liked having a couch to sit on instead of just the bed. I'll be back the end of July and will be staying here. My only complaint is i requested a room close to the front desk and they put me as far away as possible. I suffer from PTSD and this caused some anxiety.

I went was heading to Emory for health matters. The staff were very kind and helped me with directions. Smiles and good attitude. The room was clean but needed some repairs. I felt safe.

This property is disgusting. My room stunk, the towels were dirty, the toilet had pee and toilet paper sitting in it when I first got into my room, the refrigerator had rust all around it, and the hallways stink as well. The elevators were broken so I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with my infant and luggage as they said there were no available rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor on a Tuesday. The stair wells were the emergency exits and were disgusting as well.

The hotel as a whole was enjoyable. It was clean but it could use some updates. I stayed in the Jacuzzi suite. The showerhead need tightening because it sprayed water every where. And the washers on the jacuzzi needed tightening because when you cut the cold water all the way on the cold water would leak and run everywhere. Also breakfast needs a major up all you get is starches (toast and waffles)

I have stayed at this location But several times when my family comes in the town they stay at this location too however I do not think that I will be staying here again because when you walk into the lobby it smells like marijuana In my room the blanket had cigarette Burns in it And I killed 2 cockroaches crawling on the wall And the breakfast only consisted of waffles falls and yogurt There was no eggs the sausage no danishes nothing else that made no sense There was no eggs the sausage no danishes nothing else that made no sense I'm seriously disappointed in this hotel and I have stayed here several times. The location was very accessible to shopping area like IHOP , Target and so on. Quiet neighorhood.

My car was broken into in the parking lot of the hotel as I stayed there. I wouldn't blame the hotel. If I decide to stay again then I will be parking right by the cameras!!!! The room was nice and had lots of space

The mattress and box spring had yellow stains that were visible through the sheets.

The room I had, the furniture was old and outdated. The bed was not comfortable and it was very noisy as my room was on the front.

All nights: bed was hard as a rock. We both got little sleep and have sore backs. Also, the entry light wasn’t working. I inadvertently left our hanging clothes behind when we left (it didn’t help that the bathroom door open up and covers the closet). When I called, the man at the desk (I assume the owner or manager) was so rude and unfriendly. I asked if he could ship them to me since I live 3 hours away. He said he didn’t know how to do that. Really? So I made the trip back to the hotel and then home. When I got back to the hotel, he was rude and unfriendly again. I told him who I was and what I was there for. He held them up and said are these yours. I said yes. He opened the door and stood there holding them. I asked if I could have them and he handed them to me and closed the door. Absolutely rude and unfriendly. I’ll never go back to this hotel again.
