Breakfast was good. The lady in the mornings is very sweet and helpful. Excellent location. The key card stopped working an hour before check-out, so I got distracted trying to get a new one. I left my new box fan near the door of my room and didn't receive my deposit back because of it. Stayed 8 nights.

Upon arrival, the parking lot was clean, no trash. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The lobby was very well put together. The whole place was clean! The bed was comfy, the room was clean and big. We had a room with a couch in it, I don't remember reserving that size room, maybe she upgraded us? The whole hotel is immaculate! I was pleasantly surprised. The shower walls are dark, which made it dark when showering. The toilet sits a little low to the ground. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about the place. Breakfast was good, eggs bacon sausage, various pastries, breads waffles fruits coffee, the usual. One of the scrambled eggs had ham mixed in with it which I had never had at a hotel before, it was tasty. We would stay here again when traveling thru!

The front desk was excellent, and the location was perfect. I've been at a lot of hotels, and I've never heard a louder cleaning crew but maybe it's the thin walls? Other than that, it was pretty good for $150 a night. I stayed for 4 nights.

Peaceful, clean, comfortable beds, safe area with secure parking. Would highly recommend! The only issue we had was we could hear the person staying in the room above us walking around at ~630am in the mornings, and it was pretty loud.

Location beds and pillows are above average in comfort Breakfast was rather disappointing. While it had a few hot items, the re-supply appeared limited , so if you were not an early bird, you kinda missed out. I had booked King room with a sofa, but upon arrival, the room didn’t smell good, probably because pets are permitted, so the night manager was willing to switch my room to one that at least smelled better, but was smaller and had only a corner chair without any reduction to the amount charged.

Absolutely love staying in this hotel. It was great access to everywhere in Tualatin and would definitely choose it again. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean. Food was good. Pool was super fun. Definitely would recommend to anyone with our without kids.

Very helpful, willing, and accommodating staff. My tv was not behaving (in reality it was probably a user error) and when I mentioned it I was offered a new room without a second's hesitation. The food was great and the staff member was friendly and kept the food well stocked. I loved my stay and will stay there again.

Clean room very good, staff were friendly, breakfast was good but wish there were more different food. Parking was nice but dandelion white stuff flying everywhere and looks like snow. And we will come back next year 2027.

Did not like the drawers in the dresser by the mirror opening and closing on their own. It was a bit spooky!

Beds were super comfortable, room was very spacious with closet and bigger mini fridge. Housekeeping and staff super friendly. Coffee machine was self serve and had decaf 24hrs/day. They put free cookies at the front desk in the afternoon. Great location next to shops/eateries. Continental breakfast had waffles, cereal, toast, eggs, sausage, yogurt, potato.

Nice stay! Front desk staff was amazing when I checked in. She made sure I had everything I needed and was committed to helping make sure everything in my room was to my satisfaction. Very comfortable bed too!

Our family loved staying here. The beds were so comfortable. The pool was amazing. It was very clean and we loved the area. We will be returning to this hotel.

Be aware that the hotel seems to cater mostly to young families and traveling sports teams so good luck getting any breakfast on the days the sports teams are in residence. My husband and I had planned to leave at 7 a.m. on our last day, however ........ we left at 4 a.m. instead because a huge and incredibly noisy, bone-shaking, unmarked pumper machine set up operation at three o'clock in the morning in the parking lot of the restaurant across the road and began pumping out its septic tank????? Cannot recommend this hotel for business travelers.

Room was spacious and clean except for some cereal that was beneath a hassock that clearly wasn't moved when vacuuming. One negative is you could hear people walking on the floor above our room.

My first room was clean i think but smelled so strong of dogs/ pets. Switched to another room at suggestion of front desk and my second smelt very strong of stale cigerette smoke bed was good and room was otherwise clean, rip out to old carpet.. problem goes away

Staff at the desk was so professional and helpful, we checked in early no problem she even ran to see which room was ready, no extra charge or hassle. It was better than the big name chain we stayed in later on dueing our road trip! Recommend.

The Inn is clean and quiet with a very safe feel. We were given the names of several nearby dining options with outdoor seating so we could sit with our dog. The area is very nice. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was great, a good variety. Eggs, breakfast meats, waffle, oatmeal, cereal, baked goods, yogurt. There’s also coffee and tea always available.

Excellent and friendly staff, however rooms and property were dated, we could hear cars in the parking lot. We were grateful for the breakfast however more vegetarian options would have been great. Had only luke warm water one day and night in the shower and Jacuzzi. Staff was excellent, very accommodating and friendly. Jacuzzi works great and is huge!

Our room smelled very musty and the shower head was so clogged there was hardly any water coming out of it even after changing the shower head spray settings. Staff was wonderful and kind, especially the man who checked us in.

Hi, The only complaint I can have and that I would like you to take into account is the shower, unfortunately the pressure is horrible, as a woman and having long hair it was torture to wash it, there is nothing nicer than arriving at a hotel and having a spectacular shower, it is something that my husband and I rate since we travel quite a bit.

Liked the huge grassy area to walk pets for potty, even has a receptacle with stocked plastic bags for cleaning up waste. The reception desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful- had a perfect pet friendly stay and would highly recommend.

Overall the property was nice. Except for some of the parking spots, they were to close together, you couldn't hardly get out of the car without touching your neighbors. Would we come back? Yes we would.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because I was only able to get one extra blanket and it wasn't enough for us. I was told they didn't have anymore blankets because the hotel was full. They had a reason but I didn't sleep that well because of it. But... I liked this hotel! The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. It was quiet and the beds were great! King size! The continental breakfast was very nice as well, and everything was clean and well organized. When we arrived the room they had booked for us had a very dim light in the bathroom so the staff immediately moved us to a new room. We had some trouble with the air conditioner blowing too continuously and I reported that to the staff after check out. I would recommend this hotel based on the comfort of the room and the helpful pleasant staff. We would absolutely stay again regardless of the little inconviences.

This particular hotel is at least as good or better than the more expensive national hotel chains that have drive-up parking. It looks and feels up-to-date & was very clean and well maintained. Our room was large, well-appointed, and it felt good to be in. The pillowtop bed was VERY comfortable (I'm picky) with nice quality linens and a clean coverlet, & came with five high quality non-lumpy pillows on our king bed. From bed, there was no sound from the outside, adjacent rooms, or the hallway. We sleep really well here. The pool is open surprisingly late, which may appeal to some folks, and it was not a bother to us at all. We didn't have a need to interact very much with the staff, but they seemed very pleasant and accommodating, and the front desk was always attended. Despite a lower cost than the more expensive chains, our stay actually included a very nice breakfast that offered scrambled eggs, bacon, & sausage that were very tasty, as well as all the other usual hotel-breakfast offerings. Parking is plentiful, close in, and can accommodate even a large vehicle like a moving truck. The wifi worked well. The location is excellent, with restaurants, goods and services very close by, and good freeway access. It's just minutes away from all areas south of Portland in the vicinity of I-5 and even I-205.This was our second visit here, and it's now officially our favorite place to stay that's close to Portland.

The Jacuzzi suite was amazing. I had already paid for the room in advance! My check out was Sunday and noticed they charged me an additional $118. Today is Wednesday and the money still has not been added back to my bank account.

Well imagine my husband and my’s surprise when we look down in the hot tub and see a big blue dildo suction cupped to the light. It was removed, but the staff laughed at us when we told them. Inappropriate, unprofessional, gross. The jacuzzi tub in our suite as well was filthy, but the rest of the room was clean. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast was the usual standard hotel spread, bagels, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.

It was lovely having the room with a big soaker tub and just being able to relax.

The property looks like its website. The grounds are not as unkept as they could be, and this is why I say that it is unsafe, as they have a lot of large bushes and trees that are overgrown. I travel alone sometimes and I want to make it back to my own family when I am done with my trip.

Over all had a good stay, friendly staff clean room. Beds were firm, I like a softer bed so if your the same might not care for the beds. If you like them firm you will like the beds.

Really nice park for kids and dogs just a 5 min drive.... we'll come here again :)
