The room was clean and the cleaning staff was so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. The lady who maintained the breakfast station did a great job and made sure we had whatever it was we needed. The pool deck needs to be maintained. There were weeds growing through the deck and my ankles were ravished by ants. The location of the hotel is great, as we were close to several restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Not a far drive to Wesley Chapel or Tampa.

The rooms were okay. The microwave and drawers were all open and the bed looked like it was just thrown together. When I asked staff they indicated the cleaners always leave drawers and micro open and then management inspects and closes everything, which means our room was not inspected. Fire alarm in room next door went off about 5 am and was not fixed til after 6:30 am. American flag out from was torn and badly faded. Told front desk and they said they would have someone look into it. Highly doubt it was taken care of since they seemed bothered by my request. No offer of comp for the fire alarm inconvenience.

The food is good enough but can be better. The pancakes machine is high tech, no mess. It makes 2 at a time. The choice of tea bags can be better. In overall it's a good hotel and would recommend it. When you search for hotels, the Trinity hotels don't show up. Holiday Inn should check why. There is another cheaper holiday Inn near water. It's not recommended but is the one showing on search.

Everything was clean while arriving the hotel, however, the second day we asked in the morning to clean our room before we left for the all day, and when we came back after 10pm, we found the room dirty as left in the morning! No gluten free options for breakfast. The kitchen lady is not very helpful and anything you ask she would say she doesn’t have it. I asked her in the morning for camomile tea, she said she doesn’t have, however, in the evening the front desk guy checked in the kitchen and gave me. The room was big and good. Parking, outdoor pool and gym were very good.

I was a little disappointed with the location of the hotel. When selecting a lake view room I thought the hotel was in a nicer location. Otherwise, the amenities were very good.

Very nice hotel, in a very convenient location,delicious breakfast, absolutely nothing to complain about. We’ll certainly go back there, when in the area. The only suggestion I’d make would be to add a full size mirror somewhere in the room!

With the exception of the pretty outdoor area, it was just okay. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not under the showerhead. When you had to get the former you had to turn around which made it a safety hazard. Opposite side of the shower. The butter should have been refrigerated. The A/C was irratic.

The hot tub was not working which was a disappointment. I wanted to use the laundry but the card readers were not working and front desk did not have quarters for me to buy. There is a gas station/store and Dollar General close by. Close to restaurants and shopping. Other than the hot tub and laundry not working, it was a nice stay.

I brought this issue to management in the morning and received an apology for the issue. I was offered a small alternative for the inconvenience and was not completely satisfied. Instead of going further with the manager I just left to began by 5 hour ride back to my home.

Check-in was slow and arduous due to computer problems. TV Channel converter didn't work. Pool heater was broken. Hot tub was not functional. After requesting some compensation for the deficiencies, they moved us to another room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is a two star at best.

Breakfast good. Guy on the night shift awesome! BUT the room was NOT what we remembered from a few years back. They were remodeling hotel and this was suppose to be room the was COMPLETED but... TV was not working and guy from front came up and finally got it working after about 15 minutes. NEEDLESS to say it stopped working on and off and next morning stuck on one channel!! THEN the new roll up blind was really screwed up and the down and up button NEVER working!! Finally we got it to go down only NOT to stop. It bunched all up and was on top of ac ball up in one corner. NEXT day we finally got it to go up but not all the way. BROWN water cam out sink in bathroom. Husband was grossed out. We used bottle water to brush teeth. BUT bed was comfy but they were not replaced during the GREAT remodel. Couch new even with the tags left there. Coffee table totally had drywall dust all over that you could write your name in. SO well I think this was it for us. NOT again sorry!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable! Everyone was very helpful and friendly!! There was construction on the first floor but everything was closed off to guest so it really didn’t affect my stay. Was still very neat and clean.

It was clean and comfortable, and the pond out back gave us a chance to view lots of birds! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the fitness center had just what I needed to keep on my workout schedule. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good. We were in town to attend a funeral nearby, so the location was perfect for us.

The floors are never vacuumed the tables weren't clean the toilet had caulk all the way around the edges the shower handle fell off into the tub and they would never give you the right amount of towels I had to go to the front desk to get my towel

The facility grounds were clean and the morning breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The facility is close to a lot of eating places. When we first checked in the bedspread and sheets had stains on them. They were clean but the stains were kind of gross you would think the facility would swap them out. We had to grab the maid who was next store cleaning and have her change them out. She did it with no issues but it shouldn’t have come to that in the first place.

The Staff was great, the food was great, the room was nice and comfortable, loved the area...very convenient to almost everything. What I didn't like: The elevator! I called it the death-evator the whole time I was there...scared the h$ll out of me every time it moved. But I lived so not too bad.

The shower leaked super bad all over the bathroom floor, and the ac wouldn’t completely cool the room for as much as you pay for one night you’d think the ac would be amazing

TV didn't work and no one came to fix it. Elevator broke down and we had to take the stairs, but it was fixed promptly. The breakfast was very good and the lady in charge of the area was so sweet , kind, and accommodating. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

i enjoyed my stay, the hot tub was what had sold me and it was amazing. every time i fell in bed i feel asleep. the elevator was like i was living final destination, but i don’t mind a little spice in my life we survived.

That being said, Anthony at the front desk was very nice.

It wasn’t a terrible stay by any means, but I was disappointed over all! For the price we paid I just expected more… could have been a little cleaner (room and pool area) check-in was polite but other staff not so much. Again I didn’t hate it, but I wouldn’t go back.

I had the absolute WORST experience with any hotel ever. After having a reservation booked for almost 3 months for my nephews graduation and contacting the hotel directly hours before arriving to let them know my ETA and was told it was fine. I arrived at the hotel around 9pm with my 4 children (one being an infant) to be told my room was given to someone else! The lady working was extremely rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions due to THEIR error and then played victim. I requested to speak with a manager and she gave me a number to contact them on MONDAY. she refused to give me any other accommodations and left us stranded at essentially 10pm to figure out a place to stay. This being a big weekend for graduations, rooms were sold out left and right. Eventually left to have to drive around and making calls aimlessly get TWO rooms 30 more minutes away at that time of night, and spend even more due to it being such last minute! I will never ever suggest this hotel to anyone. Your reservation is not a true reservation as they double book and it’s basically a first come, first serve basis. Along with that you will be accused of being “aggressive” for asking questions. Absolutely absurd and disgusting.

So i wanted a room with a bathtub so i could take a bubble bath, unfortunately the bathtub had a ring around it like a grimmy buildup around it. Then one of the beds had a stain on the fitted sheet, it looked like blood or something. I did tell the manager when I was checking out and he made a note of it .Unfortunately when this hotel opened it was always excellent. Idk what happened. Also as soon as I got done eating breakfast and I will have to walk past the housekeeper room it's not like sewage and it made me sick to my stomach that's not a very good smell to be smelling as soon as you get done eating breakfast. The breakfast host was very excellent she kept her area very very clean and she was very welcoming and helpful she is one of the best breakfast stuff I have ever came across. Also one of the hammocks is missing a hammock and also I only got this hotel because I had a hot tub and unfortunately the hot tub is down for right now.

The views were great. Was there when soccer tournament was going on so lots of load kids in the hallway. Other than that service was good etc. Hot tub wasnt very warm but better than most. Breakfast was pretty decent. They have all juices with stevia which was a bummer but other than that was clean and nice.

The staff were friendly, and the outdoor area was well maintained. The hot tub was a relaxing treat after a long day. Although the hotel is situated on a busy road, the surrounding nature provide a nice sense of privacy. Its location on the outskirts of Tampa made it a convenient and ideal stop on our way to the Crystal River area.

The property is exactly as advertised. It’s clean and roomy. The facilities are nice for a short stay. Perfect place to come when we come to visit our kids.

Our 3rd stay here & everything is wonderful, always. I really like the hot breakfast - where else do you get free biscuits and gravy? The hotel is very convenient to Trinity Hospital where we have appointments. Living 2 hours away and with the frequency of traffic issues on Interstate 75 in FL has taught us to come up the day before and enjoy a night at this hotel. It's a very short drive to the hospital and just beyond that are numerous shops, a grocery, etc.As seniors, we prefer not to drive in the dark and this hotel solves that problem.

This hotel is wonderful yet economical. The price is lower than most hotels in the area yet the rooms are just as nice as the more expensive hotels. There's a complimentary hot breakfast and free wifi that I appreciate. The location is very convenient for my husband when he has a procedure at Trinity Hospital - it only takes 5 minutes to get there. Just steps to a local branch of my bank, numerous fast food and restaurants for meals, and a shopping center nearby. Parking is easy, also complimentary. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

room smelled like cat urine. fire alarm went off in our room. The staff was amazing and helpful but the property is less than average. It was more like a roadside motel.

The elevator reeked like I don’t even know what. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. Sticky, humid and with moldy ceilings. My child sat on the bed and said it felt wet. The bathroom was filthy, hair on the floors and they were greasy feeling under my shoes too. This was room #226, but after seeing and smelling the elevator and hallways I wouldn’t be swayed into checking out any other rooms there either. We quickly decided not to stay and I would strongly advise anyone else the same. Seriously, so gross!!!

The bed was comfortable & room very clean. The pool was wonderful. I'm OK with no A/C in the hallways. But the elevator was in tolerable. The sign asked to keep the numbers in the car low, for safety. Germs THRIVE in high temps & high humidity in closed spaces - like an elevator.

Great location for our one night stop from Tarpon Springs to St. Augustine. Very nice hotel from the easy parking lot to the check out process. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The continental breakfast the next morning was delicious. The back patio area looked so cozy and welcoming, but the weather was rainy so we couldn't enjoy!

The air conditioners kept leaking . The first room we went into it was already flooded. They switched our room. The 2 nd room we woke up to the floor all wet. Maintenance came and used a fan in the room. I thought it was going to be ok until the next morning i woke up with a massive headache, sore throat and felt awful. Cancelled for the last night

Nice neighborhood Holiday Inn Express. I liked that they had cokes and snacks you could buy and the lake view was very pretty.

Stayed five nights. Rooms, breakfast area, halls are very clean and are kept clean throughout the day. They have a great hot breakfast buffet which food items change daily and is replenished promptly. Awesome swimming pool in a peaceful & beautiful setting. Outside grill is available for use as well as a gas fire pit to relax around. Parking area is well lit and accomodates full size trucks. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very clean, quiet, with friendly staff. I only wish the hot tub worked properly (it needs repair, it is more of a cold sometimes warm tub). Good morning breakfast included. Great coffee, tea, hot chocolate available all day.

Very nice property. Property was very accommodating. Had an issue with the room we booked that was found before our check in. They explained what happened and why there was a change.

The elevator was out of service. I wasn’t able to cancel my booking. I had to carry my luggage up the hot staircase.

Hotel room was nice but the night front desk representative never picked up phone and I had to go get him in office to attend to me and other guests. I believe he was on the phone. Very inattentive worker. I’ve never experienced that in a decent hotel.

Downside, had a lizard in the room, obviously entered by the AC,but disconcerting, where reported the man couldn’t help as couldn’t leave front desk. Otherwise pool and jacuzzi clean. Breakfast basic but adequate. Would recommend hotel as a base

It was good, except the gas fire pit didn't work. The kids enjoyed the hammocks a lot. The pool felt amazing, and the view from our room was very pretty.

We had to stay last minute. The desk staff that checked us in that evening I believe his name was Anthony... He was super friendly and accommodating.

Property is in great shape, location is great and is away from crazy roads and unnecessary noises! Bathroom of the room needed some tlc but overall was great!

The place felt very safe and there were wonderful, festive other guests which made the stay eventful! Staff was extremely helpful and showed lovely dispositions toward the guests. Would recommend and stay there again!

While staff did work to.makes things hetter and were kind. We paid for a room the suite and bed was bloody, soiled with gosh know what else (Yellow) hairs all over as it had no cover. Then to top it off bathroom and room dirty ..food items still around and bug crawling in bathroom. Certainly did not received the almost $300 dollar a night we paid for and sadly evrything wlse was sold out and with small kids we had no choice but for a mattress replacement in the room. I booked a King size bed. When I checked in, they had not told me that they had given me a room with two twins. When I had returned to the front desk, the receptionist told me that no king-size bedrooms were available. When I requested to cancel the reservation, she suddenly found a room with the king size bed. I do not appreciate when hotel staff lie to me.
