The pool area was ok. The breakfast buffet was plentiful in quantity, but not quality. There was only 1 ice machine. The garbage on my hallway- 4th floor- was collected in a small room on the hallway and looked like it had been there for a while. The bathroom sundries looked random and minimal- a small round bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo. Neither was the same brand. There was fresh lemon water with ice in The lobby. And a coffee bar in the lobby looked good……but it was messy. The carpetin the stairwells was hideously stained and the handrails were bare metal and old dirty paint. The TV was good sized but the picture looked out of focus and grainy and poor quality. There were no hangers in the armoire. My wife thinks there were bed bugs in the mattresses so she bought a bed bug specific disinfectant and treated the mattresses.

The entire property smelled. The lobby and entrance smelled like Marijuana most of the time. Our room was ok despite the musty smell. The toilet was running all the time. The breakfast was also not available in the mornings.

Reservation desk took my id behind THICK glass. No other info abt hotel/amenities provided. Couldn't find a luggage cart (on leaving...found a partial cart...the tall end for pushing was broken off). Small room. Mold around window, no luggage rack, rough use of room, ink marks on linens, ants in entire area, gnats in bathroom drain. Poor repairs. No effort to patch walls or take down all replaced parts. Area near hotel seemed a little sketchy. General impression of hotel: run down. Husband looked in on breakfast room the next morning, but consumed food (minimal to start with) not replenished. Initially, we were excited abt cheap cost, but got what we paid for.

The room had a weird smell. Poop stain on one of the mattresses…I was scared to check the other. Wallpaper coming loose on the walls and the smoke alarm was hanging by the wires on the wall with some wires that had been actually cut. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy!

We had 3 couples stay the night and all the rooms had similar situations as well. I hate leaving bad reviews so please take this as a fair warning.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Was fooled because the exterior was not in bad shape and looked ok. Whoever owns/manages this location has obviously oput ZERO dollars into the place and its upkeep. I was here with my teenage daughter visiting for a college dance team tryout and was nervous and then this late at night. It was so bad she broke down in tears and at 12:45 am we just walked out and thankfully I was able to find (and pay for!) a better hotel at the last minute. So I threw away my money. This place was an absolute DISGRACE!! It totally smelled like weed everywhere from lobby to hallways to rooms. Our room had a GIANT bloodstain on carpet by the front door. How do you not replace the carpet after this? Then stains everywhere else, lights not working, terrible odors and bugs, flies, gnats, etc!! No way any normal person would want to walk around without shoes nor did we want to get into the bed and sheets. The whole place was disgusting. This rom was one of the worst maintained hotel rooms I have ever seen period! I learned my lesson and will only stay at Holiday Inns, Hampton Inns, Marriott or Hilton properties or only a few others.

I have stayed at this hotel for several years until 2 years ago. Now, I find that it has completely gone downhill. There are homeless people living in the hotel. On my most last 3 stays this year, I experienced a mouse crawling up my pant leg, a roch crawling on the shower curtain, wall paper torn on the wall, light bulb missing in the lamp and fabric torn of the chair. During my first visit this year none of the ice machines worked. During my most recent visit on 4/5/26, there where people partying in 2 rooms across from me at 3 am in the morning. I had to call the front desk.

I felt like the whole hotel smelled like smoke. I was hoping when we got to our room it would not have a smell but it did, so I couldn't wait to checkout and clear my throat and wash my hair of the smoke smell. The tvs are old. I don't usually review places and of course you're booking a cheaper hotel but I was hoping at the very least it didn't smell like smoke everywhere. If you don't mind smoke smell then you'd probably be fine.

My first Room door was ajar i didnt even need my key door was open. Asked for another Room and that door wouldnt close all the way either. Ac unit needs to be updated and the paneling and floor boarding was peeling and falling off, beause it was so late we just stayed. A few years back this Comfort Inn wasnt that bad but now its looking real worn down.

Room had an odor, the water was freezing cold at 9pm and didn’t warm up at all, asked for towels and they said we had to wait until morning, breakfast was cool but they couldn’t keep it with the rush, got back from a night out and the key card didn’t work, and lastly we were out of the room by 10am and room service did not replenish anything.

I didn't even try the pool. The lobby reeked of weed. We reserved a wheelchair accessable room. The first one was so narrow my wife couldnt even drive in. The secon she could at least get her wheelchair in. The door barely locked so we had the ironing board shoved under it for security. The breakfast was food, when it was there. We had one towel the first night and had to ask 4 times for more towels. Not the best time. All the staff were very friendly though.

First room, I woke up the next day with bed bug bites all over me. Then they put us to a different room because they said there are bed bugs on the bed. 2nd room, there’s a mouse in the room!

Terrible condions! Hotel needs a serious remodel. Moldings around bathroom were black and deteriorating, broken faceplates on light switches, outlets hanging out of the wall, broken toilet paper holder, missing room numbers written on the wall with sharpie, smells like an ashtray with filthy smoke stained curtains, and the ceiling looks like it has water damage. Definitely do not recommend this place

I've never stayed at a Comfort Inn that was unacceptable..until now!! The room smelled like smoke. The carpet was stained (looked like a crime scene), faucet and toilet paper holder were broken. The hallway carpet was filthy and smelled musty and smokey. NEVER AGAIN!

I rented a room at Comfort Inn to hopefully have some peace and quiet before I had to take my MLO test the following morning. When I checked in the counter was surrounded by what seemed like some sort of protective glass, which made the whole experience seem very off-pudding. After going through my room and looking at everything I felt uncomfortable on the cleanliness of the room the well as well as the condition of the room, the bathroom toilet bathtub was not clean the door to the bathroom was falling apart at the bottom. There was also peeling wallpaper everywhere and poorly painted areas. The AC unit barely functione. Could not get help regarding any kind of room issues. Slept on top of the bedsheets. Was not comfortable getting into the bed undressed. I finally fell asleep and then at 2 AM I was awoken by a fire alarm that went off in the entire building. Upon examination by the firefighters, nothing was found at the hotel, and everyone was allowed to go back to their room. It took me over an hour to fall back asleep. Once I woke up, I went to breakfast and felt uncomfortable eating anything as the breakfast area seemed quite unsanitary. None of the tables were clean. The food itself looked far from appetizing. The only thing that I felt safe to eat was the make your own waffle. The whole experience was far from relaxing.

Check in was not pleasant. The worker informed me that they did not have a room with 2 beds like on my reservation. The only room had 1 king bed. When asked why, he hesitated then said a roof leak. The smell of marijuana was potent in the lobby along with several people who were drunk. The room was NASTY!! Sheets were not even washed but bed was made. There were food crumbs all in the bed!! If it wasn’t so late I would have left. We went to bed and stayed and left early! We had to sleep on top of bedspread! It was the most disgustingly hotel that I have ever seen! DISGUSTING!

Linens were clean. Management was accommodating when supplies were needed. I had a mouse in my room the last night of my stay and it made sleeping difficult. I was offered a new room but stayed in my room because checkout was only 7 hours away and I didn't see packing up just to unpack and pack up again. Overall the staff was courteous and accommodating.

This gotta be like one of the most terrible experiences I ever had at a hotel. First off this had nothing to do with customer service, the African gentleman in the front was very kind and very polite and extremely professional. I needed a room that night and he was able to get me one so I’m deeply grateful. The first room that I’ve got to the fire alarm was broken that’s number one, then as I try to take a shower it’s like the hot water was coming out brown, they stated that there was a plumbing issues, but also the bed smelt like smoke. I requested another room. The second room was great except for that at 1 AM in the morning. I thought it was raining because it was like raining sounds coming, but then I look left And where the fire sprinklers were water was coming out of it and then also in the ceiling was leaking water, so I don’t know if the person who is staying in the room above me, had issues up there, but it was leaking through my room. I went back to the front desk and request another room the third room. They left the fan on while I was there and I guess it was the attempt to try to kill the smoking smell. But it failed, that smell was terrible and I was just gonna deal with it to not be that type of guest, but then I googled the negative effects of thirdhand smoke to your health. Then I requested another room the last room I had there’s no smoking smell. The alarm was good, but it just had an odor, so to not be that type of gas I just dealt with it.

When we first checked into our room the key card did not work. I went for another key and that didn’t work either. The card apparatus was loose on the door which was probably why the key card didn’t work. So then we were assigned a different room and the tub was very dirty. We will not go back to this hotel again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We checked in and our room was not as described or pictured. They charged our card and would not reimburse us, despite the fact that we spent only 5 minutes in the room. The door handle fell apart, the fire alarm was hanging from the wall, the AC was missing its whole top, and there was unknown substance between the bed and the wall. We are still waiting for our refund.

I had the worst interaction with house keeping. I booked for three people asked for an extra towel set. The lady says its not ready. Puzzled/confused because the guy who was helping with the room was folding clean towels. WOW the point I am canceling my reservation for two weeks. I woke high because the weed smoke was so unbearable. To the point I left by 8:30 this morning. I will never stay there again.

The condition of the hotel was a bit run down. (But I guess for the price) The breakfast was not good at all. It appears as if people are living in the hotel and if it is a shelter or one of those extended stays that should be advertised. My room had a very wet and musty and mildew smell. Which caused me to have a headache the whole time. There were particles on the towels so I had to go out and buy my own cause it just didn't seem clean. When I asked the front desk either for air freshener or another room they stated they would send housekeeping in which they never came.

My family and I have traveled to the Middle East and Europe over the years and we have NEVER stayed at such a deplorable location. We booked for a two night stay, but the first night we discovered a mouse in our room. I’m terrified of mice and there was no way we were staying there. I went to the front desk, explained what we saw & told him we were leaving. I asked for a refund but he would only refund me for one night. Unacceptable. I hold Expedia partly responsible because I trusted you. I’m on a campaign now to get a full refund. I’d appreciate if Expedia would help me with that.

Check in was decent. Plenty of places to eat, stores not too far and downtown easy access. It was hot when I traveled with my family so everything was under maintenance (pool). The hallways had no AC. The elevator was hot as well, doors opened before it stopped and it felt like it wasn’t moving (didn’t know what floor you were on). No Internet (Had a sign saying No Refund because Internet was out) so use up Hotspot within 24 hours. Ice Machine is on second floor (Not one staff member told me found it because another patron told me). Bathroom door was swollen and needed to be replaced doesn’t shut have to lift or slam it shut.

First impression is everything.

Room had stain and smell.

The hotel was not clean. The walls were dirty and i saw a roach on the headboard. I immediately informed the clerk at the desk as i left. I turned in my key and left the hotel immediately.

Rundown slum hotel & neighborhood

Everything looks fine but it's not. There's plexiglass as a very permanent fixture. It's used to communicate that they will not have internet & there are no refunds for the lack of this service. The breakfast area is acceptable but the options are very limited & are to be consumed inside this area. Apparently, everyone drinks coffee or we just don't drink. The elevator is relatively large but the hallway once you get off the elevator is not nice. My daughter made a comment about how she felt it was a little creepy with the lack of upkeep. A basic paint job would go a long way. Once we entered our room & turned on the light, she definitely felt like there was a killer waiting for us. The light was flickering like in most horror movies that you watch. Yikes!! We turned off the light switch as soon as we were able to turn on a lamp. The beds appeared to be clean but the bathroom was not what we were accustomed to. The showerhead covering was pulled off the wall so you could see possible mold. Definitely mold on the upper portion of the sink & when was the last time you had to bring your own hairdryer to a hotel?? We were only there to sleep & that is all I might recommend this place for. This was a perfect example of why timeshare rooms are so much better than hotel rooms.

at night. Clerk did nothing to stop this behavior. Three males asking for ID’s to get a room because they had just gotten out of prison and only had a prison ID. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION FOR MY WOFE AND I LATE AT NIGHT!! Bed very uncomfortable, bathroom and hallways filthy and grungy. Smell of marijuana throughout the hotel. Bathroom door separating/rusting

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Breakfast food was almost gone when i got there at 830am, slow to refill the water, had to be told it was empty. NO INTERNET, AND NO OPTION FOR A REFUND

Common areas smelled of Weed and animal urine. Saw not 1, but 2 mice during my stay. Door to my room did not latch properly. So far beneath the standards of other Comfort Inn hotels I had stayed at before.

I had mice in my room, heard other resident say the same thing. Ceilings and walls had peeling paint and wallpaper.

The hotel to make me felt more like a shelter then hotel, the rooms were outdated , the door barely worked, and the free breakfast was absolutely terrible everything taste horrible .

No greeting upon entering the hotel. The first night we stayed on the 2nd floor. The ceilings look like it’s craving in when you walk off elevator. The room had a half of roll of toilet paper and was not cleaned properly. That night we thought we saw a mouse but didn’t confirm until the next morning. They didn’t acknowledge the mouse just changed rooms. The next room had a loud water noise, which we ignored at first due to the thunderstorm outside. When it continued into the morning, I went down first thing because it was indeed the air conditioning. Also saw roaches. The front desk clerk stated we should have notified him right away. We had a 6 month old and that was up all night. He stated there was no compensation or anything that could have been done due to us checking out that day. I hated my entire experience and it’s not worth the money. The hotel appears to be filled with homeless people and/or travelers.

The property is filthy and stinky. The front desk receptionist barely spoke English and was not friendly AT ALL she never greeted us, didn’t check my ID or take a card for incidentals. Upon arriving in the room there was a roach crawling up the curtains. The tub has rust stains and the drain was partially broken. The carpet was filthy and the linen had someone’s hair on it. This property is for drug dealers and prostitution! Do not recommend!!!

The hotel seems like it’s used as a shelter. The bed was comfortable, but they only give you one wash rag. If you have two people staying in the room why you only have one wash rag they need a paint job. The breakfast was terrible the quality of the food was terrible. The people at the front desk are friendly, but the kitchen people are rude

I got this reservation for my sister to stay post surgery and sadly had to check out earlier because she was called out for taking her breakfast back to her room. The desk clerk said that it was to avoid pests/mice in rooms and that it is the hotel’s policy- no food in rooms. Overall, poor customer experience.

This motel was so ghetto they didn't have the Wifi working. And the tv didnt work either, alarm clock was broke. The furniture was scraped up and broken. The lock on the door looked broken had to put our suitcases against it to feel safe. Only stayed one night and quickly checked the f out.

The hotel has been taken over by people being funded by the government. The lobby had at least 4 hookers racking it up and a completely drunk guy trying to check in with no ID. One of the hookers actually "vouched" for him and put the responsibility under her name.

I stayed there because I was having plumbing problems at my home and my room stink it had a mildew smell and the maintenance man entered my room while I was in there unaware that someone was in there to change the light bulbs

Key code machine didn't work. The desk clerk had to let us in, never had our own key to the room. Kind of run down from 7 years ago, last time we stayed.

Place reeked of marijuana EVERYWHERE took 20-25 minutes for someone to check us in no one was at the front desk. Beds had throw pillows as pillows on the beds. Ants were in bathroom. Went to come out of room and two kids were running down hall if I had of been a minute sooner I would’ve been knocked over. I would not stay here again! Looked as if some people lived there permanently.

His property was horrible a cops.Were there when I got there for some drama going on in the lounge?Also, the coffee machinery had no cups.Everything was very dirty around the property.And my room smelled like cigarettes.My tub was stained and they never refreshed the towels.The next day nothing was done correctly at this place.And I highly do not recommend staying here

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The entire place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and there were people loitering outside who appeared to be homeless, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, which only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

For the price it is well worth it.

This place was AWFUL. The smell from the time we checked in, the elevator, hall ways, and our room was not pleasant. We checked in and hoped our room would be decent, it wasn't. There were stains and loose hair all over the duvet cover and nothing was clean. Thankfully we found a much better hotel near by. Never again!

It was a good hotel for a short stay

Location, ingress and egress access was terrible. Could not turn left from parking lot. Had to perform a U turn on a multiple lane road, while dodging heavy traffic. Poor planning and safety consideration. Will not return ever!!!

Dirty, needs repairs, my door bar lock was broken, fridge was rusty, breakast not good, parking lot was filled with trash and liquor bottles. I had a roach in my room but that could have been brought in by customers so i cant blame Comfort Inn. I always go to Comfort Inns.. i will not be back.

The whole entire hotel smelled like weed. Our air conditioner was just a fan, so the room was a little hot. The bed was comfortable.

Room I was first assigned had urine still on the mattress being covered by a mattress cover. I could smell the urine through the sheets on the bed. I complained and was given a room change. The new room smelled like a former smoker's room. The carpet looked too scary to walk on without shoes or socks. The walls and doors were damaged, too.
