Very clean well kept but terrible beds. Reminded of beds we had in the military. I would not recommend this place for comfort.

TV system is terrible. Had to change rooms after I saw the first one because there was no secondary lock on the door, the toilet was the size of a mushroom, the shower head had a 1000 years of corrosion on it and there was some white goop on the blinds. Really a gross room [309]. The room they moved me to [323] was much better with new elongated toilet, clean shower head. But the TV system, just the worst. In both rooms the towels were very old and very small. It seems like they are trying to gradually fix the place up but with Ikea or Amazon like stuff. The bed creaked on every movement, probably because there was no box spring and the bed frame was metal. The mattress was pretty low quality. I try to stay in independent places to help mom and pops, but this one has some issues with how they are fixing it up. Decent towels should be one of the first things. Didn't even have a towel bar or rack.

The place looks to have been recently remodeled a bit from a Super 8. Bed and room were clean and was perfect for a night. They offered coffee pot and ironing board in the room. Microwave was a public on located outside of the rooms by the elevator. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would book again in the future for a quick stay to crash at place.

Not what I expected, the room seemed smaller and more bedding had holes in the top layer (we just folded it and put it on the side). At night it smelled like someone was smoking POT in the hallways…eventually it started to seep into the room so we had to open the windows to air it out.

Excellent value for the price. Short walk to good food spots, craft coffee, and fast food if that’s your thing. My key stopped working a couple times but the staff was always available to address it and friendly. Parking easy and well lit, with a covered option if you want it.

Good value, handy for Redondo beach but $45 Uber half an hour away from LAX airport, slightly noisy as on Sepulveda Blvd, staff stored our luggage after we checked out which was very helpful as our flight was much later

Asked to change rooms the next day and they said that they were sold out. Asked for a credit and they said no. First room they gave me, shower was leaking. Had to explain multiple times why I needed another room. Second room they gave me had the issues above. Also small wafer thin towels.

The lady who checked me in, called to confirm my arrival and Jay the other front desk clerk actually gave me advice on my cruise and other places of entertainment! Turns out we were from same residential locations. The cleanliness of the property and room, the location was quiet, close to 3-Beaches, food, gas, shopping and UPS, free parking The one “unfriendly-male staff member” who seemed to watch our every move but wouldn’t speak!! Otherwise nothing although there was no Coffee in lobby. I don’t like to use those in room coffee makers because the upkeep isn’t consistent.

When checking out the staff member asked me to wait in the lobby while they went upstairs to check the room for some reason. (This was at 5:30 am and waited 7-10 minutes) The other 2 guests behind me were able to checkout with no inspection. I've stayed there twice and the last time it was baby cockroaches in my room on the last day. I stayed 4 nights each time I was there and will not be returning again. The room is basic like any other for the price but I am choosing a different venue for my future stays, since I work in the area now and getting rooms instead of commuting for the next 6 months. Parking is outside and covered areas. It's a few places to eat in walking distance.

Odd that there are no microwaves in the room but in the hallway. Also, we were never able to get the TV to work properly. TV is padlocked to the wall so HDMI can't be introduced.

The only problem i had was the ice machine wasn't working.

The bottom of the bed frame is made of thin metal. I was asleep when I heard a bang which I thought came from outside. Then it happened repeatedly. Then I realized when my husband was up and close to the edge of the bed base I heard the bang! It was coming from the bed frame. His foot was hitting the frame which was a thin metal.

The hotel is very clean and has been updated. Your basic amenities are provided as well: shampoo, body wash, and soap. Even though there’s no breakfast, I think you’re getting a great deal for the area.

Charged me 40$ for makeup on the sheet.

For the most part, I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this place. Great all around. There seems to be a change in tv channels and I couldn’t figure out how to find shows. Also, for the first time, there was a surcharge of $25 added to the price for checking in before 3pm ?

Rooms are really nice, the size of the bathroom and the bedroom are spacious and ceiling are high, which makes the room feel spacious. The bathrooms are clean The toilets are nice. Location is in a pretty nice area. The location is in it safe area. If you’re looking for staff and hospitality, this isn’t a place however, if you’re looking for a good place to stay at overnight and you’re not too picky with all of the other bells and whistles, the price for the room is a steal.

The rooms were very clean with all the basic essentials. It’s currently being restored or upgraded. The only problem I’ve had was hot water. It can be spotty at times.

On checking in, the front desk person didn't even use words. They kept gesturing at me while talking on a personal phone call. They talked the whole time (checking in took like 20 min) and barely said two words to me. The room was small but that's fine, we just needed it for the night. The problem was, the walls were INCREDIBLY thin. We could hear neighboring people cough, talk, watch tv etc. The heater in the room was also INCREDIBLY noisy and squeaky. It was cold, so we had to have it on but it cycled on all through the night and woke us up every time. The beds were very uncomfortable and whatever tin box they were set on made a loud thud noise every time you sat on the bed. The towels had mascara stains on them. The shower didn't have hot water in the morning and because there was no shower curtain liner, the water got all over the bathroom floor. We were told there would be a microwave but there was not. This place was JANKY

Is loud noise

That there are no microwaves in the rooms. There's a "community" microwave by the elevator on each floor though. Honestly, that's more like something you'd see in a shelter, not a hotel you're paying over $100 a night on. Other than that it was all good.

Room was very clean and front desk was attentive to our needs. The area isn’t the best but we had no problems.

They tore up the carpet in the hallway when I was staying. The room was newly remodeled but not well maintained already. There was water leaking out of the wall next to the bathtub. The wall looked damaged for a while and they just left it like that. Parking was great. There’s even free garage parking.

Even though the hotel is being worked on or upgraded, the rooms are really nice and staff very professional. It’s a beautiful location as well; especially to really great restaurants..

I couldn't sleep because construction was going on all evening and I could hear all the noises from the other rooms. I don't want to come back again.

Only negatives are: No microwaves in rooms. Shower water pressure is a little low, for hotel this size. Water hot/cold works okay. If you are on the 1st or 2nd floor, if people are walking around in the middle of the night, you can hear them, as the 2nd floor/3rd floor layers in between were not, constructed thick enough between those floors.

At they were going through renovations, but overall room was great.

Property has been upgrading all rooms & hotel areas for awhile now. Room are very much nicer. Wide screen TVs are a plus. Heating & air conditioning. Only contain fridges. No coffee makers or microwaves, which is the only negative for what the customers are getting.

Parking was easy to access. However, the surrounding wasn’t clean. The room wasn’t clean! There was hair on the toilet seat. The trash can hadn’t been emptied. There were cigarette burns on the Spread.etc I checked out immediately!

I did however find a roach in the bathroom on the morning I checked out. Not sure if it was cause of the rain but still it was gross.

Staff was extremely unfriendly! Everyroom has a diffrent cable set up. Like 1 room i stayed in only had lame basic cable and the other room i had, had amazon prime?...

At this time I am requesting a 100% refund on this stay and this property should be taken off Expedia. We checked in at 2pm and went to our room which smelled pretty bad so of mildew. Left our bags and turned the a\c on and left the room to do our things. We got back about midnight. At exactly 1:49 am I was woken up by screams in the hallway, threats between the couple that was arguing and loud bangs on the wall. They would go in and out of the room, which next door to us. With more screaming, pounding on the walls. It got quiet for about 10 mins and we were trying to fall asleep again when once again they came out screaming and slamming on the walls. At that moment I tried calling the front office, well the phone didn’t work. It had no dial tone. I tried pressing 0 and nothing. I didn’t want to come out of my room because I was scared these people might do something and I also couldn’t leave my daughter alone in the room. We decided to just get ready and leave the room. After we got ready and heard all the noise had quieted down we went to check out. I explained what had happened to the clerk and he was very rude. He kept insisting that the phone worked and I told him no it didn’t, he began to argue with him until I told him to stop that we were leaving anyways. He said we could stay til 11 which was checkout time. I’m told him no because we didnt feel safe. He said ok. But we were never offered another room or anything to accompany us after what we went through. Very unprof

The elevator doesn’t require a key to enter so really anyone can enter the hallways to the rooms. People smoke in the hallways. Wow terrible smell. Rooms were clean, and newer felt nice but the mattresses were old spring mattresses so you could heat the metal of the springs

The place was average and it felt like the owners were new to the business. Though there were packets of coffee, there was no coffee maker. There was a fresh roll of toilet paper but the roll on the holder was almost entirely used.

Also, the television did not work. The remote did not work (had trouble with the volume going up and down and turning channels very hard to control the remote.. We had to ask for new batteries that did not work and the channels only worked from 58 to 81 with no guide that actually worked so you could not watch TV. We asked the staff for help they came up. They didn’t know anything about the service provider for cable or how to work the televisions. We were unable to watch TV for the one night that we stayed at this facility. Also, the blow dryer in the bathroom did not work and there was no soap in the bathroom but very few towels.. We found this hotel completely unacceptable and asked for a refund on our additional reservation days which they quickly commutated and was very much appreciated. We booked a hotel near the beach area where we were staying and close to LAX with no problems for our additional trip. Don’t be fooled by their advertisement, they are not close at all to LAX and this facility is a super eight motel that was just newly taken over and staff has not been properly trained and the accommodations have not been updated or renewed for a good leisurely vacation. Buyer beware!

Likes: The room seemed to have been recently renovated, with modern decor and furniture. It was also fairly spacious. Dislikes: Some of the appliances (e.g. Refrigerator, AC, hair dryer) were quite old and didn’t work properly. The room on the street-facing side was quite noisy, so I had to keep the windows closed. However, with the windows shut, the room became stuffy, and the air conditioning was not very effective at cooling the room.

When I booked the room, it stayed they served breakfast.. NO BREAKFAST! That is one of the reasons I selected this place. They floors throughout the place was plain filthy. The staff displayed no customer service. There was never anyone at the front desk. I would not prefer this place to anyone zip nor would I choose this place again.

My family and I stayed here despite the reviews our stay was comfortable and checking in was fairly easy. I actually checked in 3 hours early and they gave me a room with no issue. Only complaint is the remote is slow when attempting to change channels but I slept great and could do with all the minor flaws considering I paid a great price for it.

This facility was terrible not clean signs of construction everywhere and no breakfast pictures online do not look like the actual property it was the worse and it was too late for me to cancel upon arrival. Staying the night was mosey could not rest knocking, loud conversations, thin walls. Would not recommend at all.

They had a hard time finding my reservation and then told me that breakfast wasn't included even though it was listed as an amenity on their hotels.com listing (and as recently as a few weeks before our visit when we were trying to decide where to stay). They didn't offer a discount for the missing amenity.

We didnt like the look of the hotel from the beginning. We pulled up to park and there was a car in a space next to us with two occupants and looked like they were doing some real shady stuff. Then we walked through the office to check the parking garage and I felt very uncomfortable in the there. We did not check in at the time because we were already feeling unsafe and uncomfortable to stay there so we got in our car to check out other hotels and areas, we go to turn around by the parking garage and there are 3 people all huddled together doing something shady that they didnt want us to see. That was it. We left and found another hotel to stay in. We were not comfortable parking our car there and definitely were not comfortable staying there after all that.

It lacks one of the basic facilities. No microwave in the room. I drove all the way from LA as I wanted to stay at a place that serves complementary breakfast. Want someone from Expedia to look into this matter about the facilities that were stated they exist but that are not available.

The property is under remodeling and they don't let you know, there is no breakfast included, it always smelled a lot of cannabis in the corridors and elevators, the police came to want to take someone in front of our room and the person wanted to get into my room. The door padlock didn't work.

Dirty. Top cover on the bed was stained and had holes and needed to be replaced. It has been in a state of “renovation” for the past few months seemingly to only have gotten worse. No hangers in the room. The walls are like paper. You can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms on either side of you. Staff should have spaced occupancies apart from one another instead of grouping together. Also, there is no breakfast included.

Get what you pay if you need a cheap & quick place to crash. Room was clean-ish, building was NOT. Thin walls and can hear everyone having sex. Close, easy drive to many things, good location.

The overall look to room wasn’t bad. It was renovated and looked like the picture. A lot of construction being done. We were just there to sleep and shower so it was fine. Better towels and linens would be nice. Shower curtain was a little moldy and bath tub faucet dripped all night. But other than that it was fine. I’ve definitely stayed in worse hotels. If you’re looking for just a place to stay it’s fine. If you wanted better amenities and hospitality I’d go somewhere else.

The check in was horrible. Bad attitude and only gave 1 key. The room had no toilet paper and I had to go downstairs to finally get one. Left food on the desk before I could start eating it, it was full of ants. Overall a bad choice.

Price was right. The bed's were comfortable. The faucet in the bath was damaged and the remote for the TV was basic with no guide button so you had to go through each channel to see what was on TV. I have stayed here many times. For the price, the value is good. Noisy on previous trips but I stayed there this time on a Sunday night and the motel was mostly empty and quiet except for traffic noise. I will be back. It's convenient and as I said very reasonably priced.

Rooms were not what they advertise in their pictures. There was no cleanliness whatsoever. There were flies in the washroom. There was no dryer in the room. No place for the coffee machine. The coffee maker was placed in the washroom. All these things made the stay very unpleasant. Never expected such a thing to happen when booking through expedia. Expedia, you can do better.

I know it’s an affordable hotel, but it didn’t justify how bad was taken care of and how dirty. I will not stay again here.

Beds not made daily and dirty towels not replaced. First room dresser was so sticky that we couldn’t put anything on it. Free breakfast included had coffee but no milk. Cereal but no milk. Male check in guy was rude and unwelcoming. Female check in was very pleasant. They definitely need to up their game.

My room had tiny bugs, the f8rst night i stayed. If I had seen more, I would have canceled my entire stay. The breakfast was not fresh, coffee, wasn't enough. This was the worst place I ever booked. Never again.

Housekeeping staff deserves all the thanks in the world! Theyre awesome and very caring. Only issues were that sometimes hot water wouldnt work probably because other guests were using it at the same time; bugs need to be handled; some guests were so loud and let their kids yell late at night.

Great location. Close to anll shopping and freeways. My room was remodeled and clean. Microwave in the lobby. Unfortunately the microwave doesn’t get cleaned but it works. The coffee is a light blend. Sometimes it takes a while for someone to come to the counter. But they do come.

Was not aware that the hotel was in the middle of renovating. Hotel carpet was disgusting and dirty. It smells not only in the hall ways but, also in the rooms. Furniture, bed sheets, and tv are old and outdated. I also got bit on my foot by God knows what. Do not recommend it.

There were roaches in the first room, moved to the 2nd room and a roach went under the room.

First of all the Hotel is being Renovated, and it definitely needs to be! The furniture is old, and/or used. The "Dresser" was scratched up, and the drawers were stuck. There was one Comforter in the bed, and it was very thin. The Comforter also had what looked like Cigarette burns. There was no "breakfast" there was a Juice machine, which was out of order. There was boxes all over from the Renovations. There was also a lot of noise in the day time from the Renovations. The walls are very thin, because you can hear what is going on in the other rooms, and in the hallway. I paid online for 3 nights; however, when I saw the mess from the Renovations, and the hotel did not meet my standards, I asked if I could check out the following day. The guy at the front desk stated that he would ask the Manager. When I called and followed up with the Manager he stated that I would not be able to change my Reservation from 3 nights to one night. The neighborhood is not bad, and I am familiar with the area, which is one of the reasons why I chose the Hotel; however, there was a lot of Homeless people hanging around the Hotel. Last, the Employee's are not friendly at all! They were not rude; however, they did not smile, or make you feel welcomed. I definitely would not stay there again, even if they do make Renovations. I do not spend my money, where people are not friendly, and/or courteous; there's too many other Hotels in the same area!

They never changed the top cover on the bed, I could tell it was the same one even though the bed was made due to the cigarette burn on the corner of comforter.

There was blood in the sink, table and counter very sticky, the beds we're very small, and the bathroom door would not close properly.

Furniture looked like it was rescued from the local dump. Plug in bathroom not working, unable to use hairdryer or my curling iron. Juice dispenser at "breakfast " bar out of order, so no juice available. Would not recommend.

Easy check in and check out, quiet, and towels were refreshed daily. Sheets and blankets were refreshed once during our 5 night stay which I thought was completely sufficient. Only complaints are minor - vending machines were empty upon arrival and when they were filled, they wouldn’t accept money. Breakfast was just cereal, coffee, and gas station pastries - but it’s free breakfast so it is what it is.

Entering the lobby it smelled like smokers and the first thing I noticed after entering the room was missing covers for some wall outlets. The dresser top was in poor condition as well. The bed itself was fairly comfortable but the sheets looked worn. Overall if your just looking for the cheapest hotel it was adequate.

At checkout I shared with the manager Jay, he wouldn't give us his last name, some of the issues we noticed with the room in the morning. There was no physical operating smoke alarm in our room. In the event of a fire we would have had no warning. I also let Jay know that the hairdryer didn't work. When you turned it on it sounded like there was marbles in it. I also let Jay know that the dresser top was so sticky that we couldn't put anything on it without sticking to it. Jay then got very defensive and loud with us stating that if we did'nt like the room we should have came back down and asked for another room. Jay didn't get it. I told him again that we didn't notice these issues until this morning. Jay continued to yell very disrespectfully that we should have came back and asked for another room. Jay just didn't get it. Pretty sad. How this guy got to be a manager, I will never know. Very unprofessional! All this with another patron there waiting. The staff were very accomidating for my request of checking in earlier than 3pm. I needed a room so I can get rest from night shift work. They check me in at11am!!Awesome service!!

Nice place for the money. Kind of far from shopping just a Wendys next door which is good to grab a bite. Good place for a place to get some sleep. Place is under construction.

Poor breakfast

You get what you pay for. The room was $100 for the night. So I got a bed, furniture that had seen better days, a remote that worked sometimes, and a safe place to sleep. What I didn't get was hot water (no matter how long I left the water running), a quiet heater, nor a warm welcome. Overall it was worth what I paid for it. I was not expecting a luxury hotel, and it was not a dive hotel, it was a good, CLEAN and safe place to sleep. Would recommend if that is what you are looking for too.

Over all a decent experience, I expected breakfast to be a full breakfast but all they had was cereal and coffee so I was disappointed on that.

Was not happy with the stay. It seemed like a drug users, Haven noisy all night.

This hotel is terrible, when we got in the room, the first thing we saw was a big cockroach in the bathroom, then the air-cond/heater unit knob was broken, we could not control the temperature. There's no toilet holder, the roll was on top of the counter

The staff was nice. But no communication. I was not informed of the complimentary breakfast that was only a danish, coffee and juice. Our beds were so uncomfortable woke up with neck pain and a headache. Need to upgrade the bedding and work on many cover ups made in the Roos.

Advertised as having breakfast but had sone old cookies in plastic wrap, asked the staff and cited since covid didn’t have breakfast anymore…then don’t advertise it.

Its cool for the price...the walls are very thin have to keep the tv or some music on...this was my second stay they have coffee and juice a few muffins nothing spectacular have to get up early to get it..would stay again...

Worst hotel experience, would not go back, there is no breakfast either, they'll just hand you old bread and bad coffe. Not even scarlble eggs, go elsewhere do yourself a favor.

I was in the room for 30 seconds and in the bathroom there was a 2 inch booger hanging on the shower curtain. I woke up with bug bites all over my body. It was noisy you can hear everything through the walls I had loud people on both sides of me.

Well we checked in first room the sink n faucet were broken. Took another room checked it blood on blankets,paint peeling on walls ,no smoke detector,door didnt lock right,no cameras for vehicle!!! Nothing wat the pics look like in app period!!!!
