I like this hotel. But they really need to improve the gym. None of the machines work. It would also be nice if I could watch YouTube on the room TV. Apart from that, everything good.

Rude staff that didn’t believe in customer service. We had 3 people in our room but only 2 bath towels. Staff didn’t want to give extra towels. Run down hotel. Room floors weren’t completely clean. I don’t eat breakfast but wanted to have coffee with my husband and son while they ate breakfast. The rude worker said, “You can’t have even 1 bite.” Then she stood by us and watched me the whole time to make sure I wasn’t eating. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was incredibly rude and treated us like we were a nuisance vs a guest. I would never stay at that hotel again.

The bidet is a plus, the tub too. Breakfast with a small fee, but its worth it as it has japanese and english breakfast. Clean rooms. Quoet, bed is comfortable. Theres 24/7 coffee too.

Office staff uninterested in service. Fragrances in room and system made us very ill. We are going to report the situation to upper management. Very dirty room and has not been updated. The staff were terrible, rude and outright disrespectful! Never book at the place. Expedia advertised breakfast available but the staff demanded payment for breakfast vouchers. The facility was decent but fixtures were rusted, not the cleanest and the staff made the experience worse.

Do not stay here! This place is dirty and outdated. When I walked into my room, the carpet had a strong old odor and the bathroom was dirty. The tub was covered in hair and the bath mat was stained. They did not restock the toilet paper and just left us with a used roll. The provided shower products were watered down. The shower head also did not function properly and was leaking from the top. We reserved the room for 3 people and they only gave us 2 towels so we had to call for more. They did bring an additional towel to our door but it had yellow pee stains on it. There was also a spider in my room.

Redac is always my go to hotel when visiting Torrance or SoCal in general! This hotel exceeds in professional service, practical amenities, cleanliness, simplicity of checking in/out, convenient location, and overall value! Overall, I highly recommend this gem. I look forward to staying here once again!

Rooms were nice... a/c & frig worked great but beds were hard... we both had stiff backs after 2 days

WKDS you have to LEAVE by 11AM sharp. I ask to check out 12NOON since Iam a regular, coming back frm Deployment. It was never a issue. That being said they allowed me to check out 11:30AM (5/23/26). The bidet was splashing water when you get up.

The staff was very very nice, helpful and friendly, the room was so nice and very clean and comfortable. This is one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in, and a very good price. And to top it off, they had a wonderful breakfast waiting for us in the morning. Very great place to stay!

We’ve been staying here regularly for years now….it’s just a good place to stay.

The staff did not do house cleaning UNLESS specifically requested. The carpets were stained, the ironing board was small, the bathrooms were too small, the water temperature was either boiling hot or ice cold. It was a wreck.

This was my 5th time staying here and this time it’s was my last the room was dirty! Dusty bathroom was the worst I notified the front desk and nothing was done about! Worst part was at night the upstairs made so much noise I couldn’t sleep and it’s start back at 5 am all threw the morning sounded like they was walking back and forth for hours! Worst experience ever!

Rooms were very spacious, clean and the bidet was a nice touch. I have never used one before and it was different and cool Towels and sheets were nice and clean, that is what makes the stay the best Breakfast on Friday was really good, one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in any hotel. The only issue we had, and this is not the hotels fault, the neighbors next to use were loud and so were their kids, there seems to be no respect for others around you anymore. My wife and I were quiet and tried to be courteous but the entitled people next door just talked and couldn’t care less. Even when their friends showed up they were loud. Very disrespectful but like I said, not the hotels fault I would stay here again but would ask for a non-adjoining room

The room was not particularly well appointed or maintained. The staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was adequate, I guess, basic eggs/bacon/muffins/yogurt, and a lot of Japanese breakfast cuisine. The room came with coupons for complementary breakfast, which was good, because there’s no way it was worth the $20 value they think it is.

Dated and old hotel with a lot of dirt on walls, paint peeling everywhere. Long hair on floors, pee stains on toilets, bathroom fans that rattle and lots of road noise. Air conditioner smelled like someone urinated inside of it.

The place is in a good location and I like the bidet in the restroom. However, the only downside to my stay was the small cockroach I saw on the floor on my last day. The cleaner was also unfriendly when I asked for a new towel. She seemed irritated and told me that she had already given our room two towels and she turned around. The front desk people are friendly though. I don't think that I will stay in Redac again in the near future.

Breakfast is available but not included, and a buffet is fairly expensive per person. The rooms were nicely large, clean but signs of wear and tear (iron burns on carpet). Clean, no bedbugs, bathrooms were very large. Parking was plentiful. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

The room did include a microwave and refrigerator, which was convenient; however, both the bed linens and towels were stained, and there was a light bulb out in the bathroom. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated.

The room needs a lamp on the night stand it was pretty bright with the lights on. The chair was stained as well as the desk chair and the desk chair wouldn’t roll. So I wouldn’t sit on it. My room didn’t look like any of the rooms shown in the website so I was disappointed.

These rooms are barely put together. They look good in pictures but when you see them in person, there’s rusty fixtures, moldy shower ceilings, uneven bathtubs, peeling paint and a strange smell.i would not recommend.

Second time staying here. The property is clean. We got it at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately the receptionist aren’t too welcoming. I was told to make sure my kids didn’t make much noise before I was even welcomed in. I thought the stay was fantastic besides from that. I don’t know if I would stay here again. Not a good way to welcome families. I am very prideful about making sure my kids are quiet and respectful to other people.

Room was clean and the snall details included were great. The AC Unit was a bit loud and would wake up my 2 year old so i had to turn it off at night. Sounds like a bearing went bad on the fan motor. Overall the service was great. Every worker was polite except one lady was just not too engaging. She wasn't bad just not really enthusiastic. The buffet was great! I should have requested a room in the back of the building because we were in front and traffic was really loud. Enjoyed the stay for the most part. Would love to stay again if prices are still good.

my stay was ok, there was too much noise upstairs my room.

My family and I walked into the lobby. No one greeted us with a simple hello, welcome in, nothing. I approached the front desk and there were two ladies there. As I got closer, I expected one or the other to say something like may I help you, but nothing, both looking at me and saying nothing. So, my response was who wants to help me, don't everyone jump at once, when the younger of the two said, "I can help you". I don't expect much, but common courtesy and at least faking that you're interested in helping would be a really good start. The property is average, good location and convenient, needs updated, price was great.

The room was clean with good AC, a small microwave oven and a pretty good size fridge. However, the TV was kind of low quality: picture frames can be stopped time to time while streaming movies; volumes are too low for some app and hard to adjust with the remote control. Bathroom was working, but some parts were missing or rusted. The welcome bar only had lemon water and coffee and disappeared at certain times, but sure when because there was no sign telling you. Parking was free and plentiful.

love staying here. It is one of my favorite hotels and locations to stay at with my wife. Got the same room number back to back which was awesome. Everything was amazing except for two small things; the shower head was still broken and didnt stay up when adjusted and the AC wasnt working all the best. Other than that, loved the stay!

Supposedly the room we booked was deluxe with 2 queen beds. It also had a bidet, although it didn’t work at all. There was a bath tub with the jets which worked fine. The phone did not work to order more towels (we booked as 4 guests and only two towels were in the room). Inside the restroom there was lots of chips and some toothpaste on the walls near the sink. Also the room smelled very musty, possibly coming from the water spots on the ceiling. The photos on the site did not represent what we got. There was a desk, chair, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and one extra desk randomly at the corner of the room. Photos showed a couch set. Was not impressed by the room and likely won’t be booking again

Cockroaches appeared in every room that our staff and I stayed in. I reported this to the front desk, but they didn't take any action other than saying they would talk to the manager. They cleaned the rooms again, but the cockroaches still reappeared. It was a truly unpleasant experience.

Roof leaks were handled by trash cans used for drips two places that I observed. My wife and I were awakened four times the first night by a heavy footed insomniac on the third floor...complained at the front desk in the morning and they moved us tobthe third floor. Will avoid booking again unless we get a top floor guaranteed in advance. Otherwise a great stay.

It was Ok, not great but fine. We tried to move one bed because we had a baby with us and seemed like they do not clean under it for months. They do not have housekeeping, but would take away your trash and change towels.

I had called ahead to ask about parking there for a week while we were on a cruise, and the AI bot that answered said it wasn't sure, but it could check the rules and came back with 'yes, we could park for a week'. When we finally arrived at the hotel the front desk informed us that we could not, and we had to get parking elsewhere for $140.

Looks like a 5 year old hung the towel rack. Who ever is cleaning the floor may want to change the water. The floor was disgusting. Clean the floor proper and I bet the odor will go away. The A/C works at about 70% capacity. You have to slam my door to latch it. Pretty embarrassing. Shower worked really well. Bathtub faucet has mold or some nasty stuff on it. The bidet was pretty cool. First time for me on that one. Room 200. Girls at the front desk did there job. Nothing special. It was a cheap room. You get what you pay for I guess. I won’t return.

The hotel amenities and location were excellent. Although, when we asked the staff to have our room cleaned and consumables be refilled. They did not do so. Therefore, when we checked out, we had no more soap to use and the trash in our room were over flowing. Overall, the neighborhood is still pretty safe.

Was pretty disappointed with this stay. We had an ADA room and it had dirty walls, crumbling ceiling over the tub and stained furniture. The night stand had crumbs under the phone so I assume it wasn’t moved to clean. Also all four hand sanitizer stands throughout hotel did not work. When I asked the front desk she said oh we sell some here in our store. When we arrived guests were out in the smoking area smoking pot. There are better places to stay. Couldn’t wait to leave honestly

The room was cleaner than most. Walked around for 30 minutes barefoot and they were just slightly dirty. The bed was comfortable and appeared clean. However the rolling chair in the room was dirty and stained. The property was quiet and a sign in the parking lot communicated for guests to be quiet. I can honestly recommend this motel.

There was a power outage during my stay with the electric out from about 9:30pm till 6:30am. The air way stuffy in the room. It was not the fault of the hotel but of a piece of public electrical system equipment failure. The staff was very gracious under pressure with the situation.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like it was just one thing after another with this stay. We had a group of about five rooms for the weekend, and none of our rooms were ever cleaned from Friday through Monday — no fresh towels or housekeeping at all. The hotel itself wasn’t dirty, just poorly managed. There’s no breakfast on weekends, and when we tried to get breakfast Monday morning, it was $17 per person for a basic hotel buffet — so we went out instead. In my room, most of the outlets didn’t work, and the only one that did was hanging out of the wall. No complimentary water either. We requested to be on the same floor as our group, which didn’t happen — not a big deal, but still disappointing. The pillows weren’t great, but that’s minor compared to the rest. To top it off, there was a billing issue. I booked the room under my name but didn’t have my card at check-in, so my fiancé used his. They ended up charging both of our cards for the same room, which I now have to get fixed. Overall, the stay was underwhelming. Between the lack of housekeeping, poor service, and billing mistake, I wouldn’t stay here again.

A 5 minute shower turns into a 25 minute shower because this hotel has water savers and NO WATER PRESSURE. The internet is very poor and has been for the 4 years I have going to this hotel. The bathroom light was blow out and the Maintainance worker ( the guy in the nitted cap that walks around the hotel on his phone all the time ) replaced the light bulb with a 5 watt bulb because that is all he had and he told me that all I need. REALLY. This is a guy I have seen sleeping in his car from time to time. It really is the time to get a new IT Tech to fix the internet system, but I have only been going to this hotel for 4 years. As for the front check in desk, these people work very hard and do very well at their job - thank you

There was just so many small details that made it add up to make it so noticeable. For example walking in at first the place was somewhat humid. Then the walkway you could notice plenty of holes alongside the walls. Floors inside the hotel room looked somewhat dirty (not sure if it was dirty or just due to wear). I will say the sheets and beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom you could notice certain areas having mold grow from it. The bottle of lotion was empty. The toilet was cool I guess, it had a seat warmer so that’s cool! But yeah overall so many small details that threw off the overall environment.

We appreciated that the cleaning product smells were at a minimum. Floors were clean and not sticky with cleaner residue and chemicals like a lot of places, we encountered no detergent smells on the linens. The rooms are very generous on floor space, and the staff are friendly staff. We have stayed multiple times in the Spring and Summer of 25 and expect to stay many more times.

Location was just okay but it is very convenient to travel where we needed to go. Very clean accommodations but room did have a musty smell. Customer service is excellent and felt safe arriving at night and it was nice and bright and welcoming.

We stayed here for a festival in Long Beach because it was cheaper. Overall we had a nice stay. Pros: The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The area also seemed really safe and was quiet. Cons: The pillows were a little lumpy and flat. The water temperature was inconsistent getting really hot one second and freezing the other without touching the handle. The water pressure also was very low and weak. There were several unknown stains on the carpet. No continental breakfast but they do offer free coffee and lemon water in the mornings in the lobby. Overall it was a nice stay but not a great one.

The staff were all really nice too.

Check in was fine. Down stairs was clean. However rooms were dirty. Mold in the bathroom, walls had hand prints and dirt all over them. The curtains had blood stains. Rooms are extremely tiny reminds me of a college dorm. This place is basically like an upgrade from motel 6. The pictures online fooled me. It was convenient for the time being as I only slept here but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was okay overall. The rooms were decent but I did find a hair in the bathtub. That was gross. Free parking was a bonus.

Bed was ok some part of the bed was used up a lot. The room smell was bad I even told them to clean filter or something about AC they said ok but didn’t change anything. Towels were stained as well as some of their pillows. Carpets smell in the room. Bathroom is horrible with that smell. Our car wasn’t in secure at the parking of the hotel it says already there when I parked the car. Whenever happens to the car they’re not responsible for it and a lot of drugged out people coming to parking lot and check cars because hotel doesn’t have the door for parking. I wasn’t feeling secure.

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property, despite what the listing might suggest. The building is old and feels neglected—dingy carpets, peeling paint, and a musty smell throughout. The furniture was worn, the lighting dim, and overall the place just felt tired and run down. Staff were polite enough, but that couldn’t make up for the outdated and uncomfortable environment. Would not recommend unless you’re just looking for a place to crash and have very low expectations.

Quiet and comfortable hotel. I felt safe during my stay. Free parking was nice since many other hotels in the area charge for parking. The room was a bit old but it was clean and quite spacious. However I noticed a few things in the room need attention: 1)in-room phone wasn’t operating 2) coffee maker was placed where it couldn’t plug in to power outlet 3)the TV volume went off suddenly so I have to reboot the TV.

Easy and comfortable, room was very clean and they let me check in early. Thanks for the stay!

We stayed at a room with a connecting door to the next room. The neighbor was noisy. We went to the front desk and requested a switch. The answer was no.

AC was loud.

Clean sheets. Ok for a quick one night stay. Appears that they’ve tried to update, but not done well. Gap in flooring in the middle of the room-the material was a bit short but didn’t bother to fill it in, rust down the safety handle along the bath tub wall, some of the grout looked moldy, etc.

Pretty standard hotel, with nice amenities. A bit out of the way for those on leisurely travel, but is a non-issue for those with a rental car. Would stay again if I find myself back in Torrance

Hotel was clean. Room was dated and bathroom odd. Bidet was nice but small and had little pressure so uncomfortable and ineffective. Jetted tub was immaculate but jets had little pressure so not helpful for sore muscles at all. Breakfast ended at 9am and that was too early for us. Paint in ceiling throughout unit needed. Too few towels. Maybe fine for quick overnight but 3 nights we needed more seating, etc. No daily cleaning or towels without request. Location near UCLA hospital is good.

Front desk employees nice & accommodating. Room was clean but needs updating & repair. Bathroom towel rack coming off of wall, hole in wall in bedroom. Lobby looks updated, but hallways & rooms are dated

I like how everything was just minutes away. I also enjoyed the room although I did experience a bit of a weird smell but other than that I was content with my experience with this hotel and it's staff. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Clean friendly staff no riff raff

Cons were the constant footsteps from 10pm-7am, earplugs were REQUIRED—not suggested, for even the potential of falling asleep. We were on the second floor. Water pressure not the best. Parking spots were super tight.

The hotel overall was very quiet as well. The area around it is very "industrial" so not much to do around. Parking was free and there was a breakfast Monday to Friday for a fee.

Had to change rooms after first night because of the street noise. Made it hard to get a good nights sleep.

I usually stay here when I’m in LAX, but the condition of the hotel was pretty bad. There was peeling paint all over, my bath tub had several rusted spots, my room phone was broken and the mattress was very uncomfortable. I was disappointed that they let this hotel go down.

Everything was so amazing, super clean , the staff were amazing per usual but the only complaint is on the third floor this stay the WiFi was extremely slow for some reason.

There was a hole in the wall and the electrinics in my room did not work properly. After letting staff know of the issue a maintenance memebr came to room and did no repairs. I reqested a different room but was not given one. I informed staff that I would not be able to stay in a room with a hole in the wall. I was forced to book another hotel at double the rate. I was told that management could only be reached via email. I did not recieve a refund nor have I heard from management. Please have the proper staff to contact me immediately to resolve this issue.
