    There were communication issues on this day but front desk young man, handled it like a pro. I would be overwhelmed with the issues they faced on this busy Valentine's weekend but he did exceptionally well. Very impressed with his professionalism. Thank you for your hard work

    The hotel in General was good, and the staff was also very good. The location was also somehow good. The room was clean enough and tidy, although not as expected. In general, it was not bad; however, it was not as expected. I mainly chose the hotel because of Breakfast, but the hotel has only a few muffins and hot water, which is far from being called a breakfast. This completely disappointed my family and me. It was very hard to get drinking water.

    They dont clean the rooms till after 14 days which includes no sweeping or mopping . Staff is very rude , they run out of toilet paper. NEVER have clean sheets/blankets to give overall it’s not worth paying to stay in a room with out cleaning services.

    They don’t give you mops to clean and the don’t clean your room until 14 days of you being there and if you use there towels they on the floor they will charge you $15 bucks for each one and then after you find out they charge for each towel after you asked for a mop then they will give you a towel to clean the floor the front desk do not communicate properly with the guess

    Breakfast only included things like muffin, and even those were already gone. The hotel smelled bad and the furniture was very old. There was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom, only soap. I would never stay here again.

    I also asked for the room to be cleaned, but nothing was done after my request, which made the experience even more frustrating. In addition, the breakfast included with the booking was misleading. It was not clearly specified that it was only a “grab-and-go” breakfast instead of a regular breakfast option. For the price paid, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and communication. I would appreciate this issue being addressed appropriately.

    Roomed looked like it got clean in a rush. Check in took over an hour and there where no trash can in the room no shampoo no nothing. It was decent to sleep but I don’t think I will check in here again. Breakfast was a quick nutri-bar and coffee 😅. Maybe my expectations where to high.

    **Pros:** * Ample parking was available, although the parking area itself was not so clean and had trash scattered around. * The location of the property was convenient. * The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff was polite and helpful with clarifications. **Cons:** * The room was extremely dirty. The carpet was so filthy that simply walking barefoot on it turned our feet black. * The room was booked for four guests, yet only one hand towel and one bath towel were provided. Even after requesting additional towels, we received only one extra towel. * There were no hand tissues available in the bathroom, which was surprising. * The lobby entrance had a very strong smoke smell, creating a poor first impression upon entering the property. * I requested a room freshener to help with the unpleasant odor, but none was available. * Although the hotel advertises a “grab-and-go” breakfast, there was barely anything available on the table when we checked out in the morning. Overall, this was the worst stay I have experienced at an Extended Stay America. I have never faced such disappointment before, and I would not recommend this property, especially for families.

    There was no worker onsite for 20mins. Rooms were dirty, hair everywhere. Morning Breakfast was a joke. There was no food and the worker there didnt seem to care. Never going to this hotel ever agqin. Worst hotel ever to go to in Torrence, Ca. Id rather be in Inglewood. Hotels are better, staffs are better and breakfast is served.

    I’ve been coming to this hotel a number of times and this is the first time I experienced bad service. They usually have 4 pillows for a single queen size bed but now there’s only 1 and the room wasn’t even cleaned thoroughly. I asked for at least 1 extra pillow but front desk said there’s none available. I asked for disposable utensils and all they could give was a plastic spoon.

    First, I’d like to start with the staff. They are very welcoming and very nice and helpful. The second thing is my room did not have a properly functioning refrigerator nor television. I lost some food because of the fridge issue. The TV had a blue screen, making it hard to see, and the remote was broken.

    The property is dirty, the drains were clogged, the staff, although nice, all had different information, they do not charge properly and then try to rectify the problem later in the week. Dogs are allowed to run free on the property, their was a guy fixing cars in the back of the property and he left a mess, the laundry room smells and is never cleaned. I went to use it once and walked right out, the manager is nonexistent, the person at the front on the weekends seems to be half asleep and has no real answers to any question. I asked for a kitchen pack and there were none. The room was basically clean, the bed was very hard and they do nothing about the noise. I wont be staying there again. To much money for what you get. Oh, breakfast is coffee, a granola bar and an almost stale muffin, hard and dry.

    The staff is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The property needs help mostly in the form of cleaning. Trash cans overflow, the laundry room smells and the machines need cleaning. The washing machines are dirty inside. At $5.00 a wash its to much. You can wash for $2.50 up the street in a clean machine and a clean laundromat.

    this was by far the worst experience I booked a room online and when I arrived the lady at the fr ont desk charged my card and gave me a room that was already occupied when i walked in then when I told her she had no idea and said she couldn't give me a room I already paid for or give me a refund I had to return the next day and they couldn't give me a new room but expedia did refund me and I appreciate them for that !

    I checked in on the 3rd staying until the 8th. I came downstairs(elevator doesn’t work and they charge you for using the phone and I am on the 3rd floor)and asked to have new sheets and towels today and I was informed that I would have to bring down the dirty laundry and then I would be given fresh sheets and towels. I asked if I could take the clean sheets and towels up since the elevator was broken and I was told NO. So they wanted me to go back up the stairs to the 3rd floor, get the dirty laundry, walk back downstairs to get the clean sheets and towels, walk back up the stairs and make up the bed myself all while paying nightly prices the same as a hotel where I would have gotten the maid service. They also informed me that in order to get maid service, I would have to be staying 14 days minimum.

    The next morning at 8:15 AM, my sister and I went out to the lobby to claim our complimentary “continental breakfast”. Well, to our surprise, we only found a small corned breakfast area- located in the lobby by the entrance. There was no coffee available and no breakfast. The lobby rep hurried and refilled the area with what the establishment considered “continental breakfast”- oatmeal, fruit, coffee, and hot chocolate. There were about 4 other guests there and they all were upset, and mentioned they would not be staying a the establishment again. The room was OK- a bit outdated but ok. The hotel could use a deep cleaning inside and out. The front door entrance area could use a good cleaning. The front lobby area had bags of trash piled on top of the trash bin. Head up- the elevator is non-functional.

    There was one person checking people in, handling service requests for existing guests and literally running to check if our rooms were ready. We tried to check in at 4 and were told to come back in an hour (check in was at 3pm), we showed back up at 10pm and the keys we got had someone else in that room. We had to wait another 30 minutes to get our room and we didn’t get the room we paid for. We got the queen instead of the king suite. Terrible experience overall

    Spoke with the morning front desk clerk about leaving my luggage he blatantly said NO he was not professional at all.he need training on customer service ! I asked to speak to the manager it was said that the manager would say no I then asked for early check in he was hesitant and saying it was a hefty fee as if we couldn’t pay for it however it was granted with a fee, fee was paid but the scent of the room was not good at all I had to go out and buy a spray for the room the refrigerator made a loud sound and it came one bath towel!     The hotel aisle had a STRONG cigarette (or other) smell. The elevator was dirty, with bits of trash on the floor. The door cards failed three times, three different cards, and the person in charge had to reprogram them three times. There were ants coming out of the bathtub faucet, many, many of them. There were holes in the curtain, and you could see the sunlight coming through them. The smell on the aisle was the worst part. On a positive note, the people at the front desk were very kind!

    I will start off with a good stuff. The hotel is located very close to a Walmart, which makes it convenient in case you forgot something and, you can bring your pets. Free parking is a plus.The hotel is very old. It is in dire need of a remodel. The night we checked in, no one told us how they function. The room came with two sets of towels, and we had a party of four. They like you to change your towels with the front desk as needed. There’s a full kitchen with no dishwasher so you have to wash the dishes in the tiny sink, there is no paper towels, no coffee maker. The shower water pressure was so low for a hotel. I would not go so far as to say breakfast is in amenity. Most days we went down at 9 AM and there was very little there one muffin two cereal, bars, and coffee and oatmeal packs.

    Unfortunately, the bathroom had a plumbing issue. I left for a while and when I came back my clothes in the bathroom hamper had gotten soaking wet from a leaking pipe. The staff was kind enough to dry them.

    Ant infestation! Ants coated the entire tub and sink and all the towels. Kitchen sink had food debris. Office chair was stained and dirty. Sheets were stained and dirty. I went to Walmart and bought towels and stripped the bed and used my own blankets. I had just driven for 16 hours and the city was sold out. But after a shower and a nap, we left. Disgusting and not worth the $300 value at all.

    Otherwise, this place had good amenities and a sizable TV. The bed was comfortable as well. You can request specific kitchen utensils, cups, plates, etc. from the front desk.     The property needs reall bad updating. Refrigerator paint was chipping off displaying rust. Not a good look. Didn't want to use it due to the look of it. Double bed room was extremely small. One child had to sleep on floor. Very disappointed. If you thought I was done. Wait for the kicker....NO ICE MACHINES ON PROPERTY. I was told there were 2 ice trays in freezer. Uugggh. I was disturbed about that. Hotel gives me Motel living. Ok Good point's now. Close to eating shopping. Walmart next door, 99 ranch market next door great location for eating. Staff was nice. On the go breakfast was "on the go" limited selections.

    Great location for us, near friends. Also we could walk to Walmart. Easy to get on freeways. Room was clean, had what we needed. The one negative - the hotel advertised breakfast, which was coffee, a small blueberry muffin, and an energy bar - so not a breakfast.

    Carpets worn out and dirty. Kitchen was useless, there wasn't any utensils, dishware, ice trays etc. Topper was no breakfast showed up the morning I was there. There was other guests waiting on breakfast also. Staff was subpar. Don't waste your money staying here.

    The staff here were very nice and I appreciate it being to close to stores and restaurants. The only complaint I had was how noisy it was. We were on the second floor and we could constantly hear the door slammed underneath us. It made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, great experience.

    When we first arrived a little after 7PM there was a sign that they were on break so they’d be back at 7:40 we had our luggage so we had to go back and put everything away. We arrived back around 8PM and the hallways are very dirty, very outdated plqce period and we found 2 cockroaches in the room. Good thing we only needed to sleep for the night and left early but not somewhere I would ever return.

    Lots of kitchen space and refrigerator. There was an unknown stain on the bedding when we entered. Staff was nice and responsive. Elevator didn't work on my check out day so had to take all my luggage down from the 3rd floor.

    The receptionist at night with long hair is not really welcoming. She kept telling the lady who does the laundry that she is tired and doesn’t smile at all. I didn’t even go back to the front after checking in because they look all tired and irritated to guests coming in.

    It started off rough. Our room was not ready. The clerk that waited on us was more concern about getting off than helping us. She was so rude, not helpfully or friendly at all. The room was OK, plenty of towels, 2 plastic cups, and thats all folks. A lot of activity of the unpleasant kind.

    I booked for my parents who are both elderly due to some repairs that had to be done at their home I figured this location would be convenient for them since there are many options for food and shopping with in walking distance however they stated staff was rude from the front desk to house keeping my mom simply asked for fresh towels and inquired if they clean the rooms during your stay and she was informed they don’t clean until check out. We are not used to this since we travel frequently and have never heard anything like that before. Regardless of what the situation is apparently this hotel has no training in hospitality for a city that is over priced. I just got back from vegas last week with my rooms being fully comped and had no issues yet my parents who paid over $300 cash for 2 nights to get treated the way they did is wild.

    They had no pots and pans for the kitchen to cook meals in, had to go to Walmart and buy them. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke, there were pizza sauce spots on the floor, the towels were dirty. I don’t recommend.

    The room was not very clean. The microwave was dirty. I asked for kitchen items and they had almost nothing. All she could give me was 1 coffee cup and a pot - no silverware, dish rack etc. The day after checking in, I worked all day. When I returned, both of my keys were disabled. The desk person said it happens all the time and maybe my key was near a magnet. I kept my 2 keys in different locations and neither were near magnets. The curtains were dirty and had holes in the blackout liner. The shower water pressure was terrible. The bed had a top sheet and a very thin cover with no blanket. I will never stay at that hotel again.
