I will definitely never stay at this poor-quality hotel again. On top of that, it was expensive. Very disappointing experience.

Location Room didn't have shampoo/conditioner; no ice machine on site, if you misplace a room key, they charge you $5.50 for a new one; microwave had some food explosion still in it. I overheard a guest telling the front desk clerk about a suspicious person in the parking lot casing vehicles, and the clerk told the guest THEY had to call the police to report it.

We had 2 reservations with this hotel. I booked it with Hotels.com and my brother booked it directly with the hotel. When we checked it, may brother gave his ID to the staff and checked him in. When it was my turn, Antonio, the hotel staff could not find my reservation. Antonio checked in my brother with my reservation without checking well my brother’s ID. So Antonio gave my booking to my brother. Then when it was my turn to check in, he could not see my reservation in the computer. With that being said, anyone can check in with someone else’s reservation just by having the same last name and not checking well the full name in the ID. Another problem with the hotel was, the hotel has the same name with 2 different locations. So my brother booked his room in the other location. I asked Antonio that we were not informed that they have 2 locations with the same name and I asked him if he could just transfer my brother’s booking to this location. He said he could not. No apologies received, problem not solved. Also, I booked for 4 pax and the towels in the room were only 2 pcs, no cups, plates or utensils in the room. I had to go downstairs more than twice to get the needed towels and cups and utensils.

Absolutely nothing Not clean, rude GM Erica, they charge way too much for pets! Paying $25 a day per pet. They were running me over $300 easy that’s ridiculous. You need to change your policies.
- 1/5
All the floor was sticky and dirty. Room seemed as it had not been cleaned at all. No breakfast as stated
- 3/5
The girls at the front desk were very nice but not the young man, he was cold and rude. Things a motel feel kind of hotel. Close to the mall which was nice and restaurants
- 1/5
Very noisy hotel. Lots of activity up and down the corridors most of the night. Elevator on the floor would wake me up each time it came to the floor with noise. Just not pleasant nor restful.
- 2/5
Smoke free room still smelled smoky.
- 3/5
The breakfast food was poor. Less than a continental breakfast.
- 4/5
For the most part it was clean but i found a big human hair ball on the floor by the sink
- 2/5
Our room was located right next to the trash room, which was overflowing and added to the unpleasant experience. The surrounding area was actually very nice, which made the overall stay even more disappointing.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 4/5
I requested an accessible room when I checked in the gal the desk told me that there would be a walk-in shower and unfortunately, there was a tub with a shower so that was a little disappointing. Other than that, my day was wonderful.!
- 3/5
Bathtub was not clean
- 2/5
Staff is WONDERFUL?
- 2/5
I hope that the property improves, because it’s located in a busy section of Torrance.
- 3/5
We were there for a soccer tournament. Room was clean. There was no soap. It says Breakfast included and there was only muffins and no coffee. I asked a reception where they may gonna make coffee and she said to give her 15 minutes. I would definitely say again for the price and the area. But I’d say at seven out of 10.

- 2/5
Hotel quality and cleanliness and overall has declined significantly!!!
- 1/5
1. Hotel refused to booked rate and type 2. Hotels.con rep had illogical ideas for resolution 3. Hotel room was horrible - no towels, no Water cupswater. Cups
- 2/5
Even at the budget price, I don't think the value I got was worth it. The room was very cramped even though I paid for the larger room, The space between one side of the King bed had so little space you had to turn your foot sideways to step out. Even though it had a kitchen area, you had to call down to request cutlery and dishes, etc.. Then they have you come down later to pick it up and carry it back to your room. Mattress was terrible, Shower dripped all night and the tub stopper didn't work so no bathtub. So many other problems with the room. Won't stay here again. Just a note, the staff was very nice, but were obviously limited in how they could try to help you. Oh and the "Free Breakfast" was a coffee pot and some individually wrapped little muffins set out on a little table at the entrance.
- 3/5
There weren’t any continental breakfast or dishes as advertised during our stay over a week.
- 3/5
Limited amenities check in took about 15 minutes clerk was not at desk
- 1/5
Terrible experience.
- 3/5
I was not allowed to stay, i tried to check in early but the employee there told me i was not able to, so unfortunately it just did not work out.
- 1/5
The room we were upgraded to was on the 2nd floor at the end of a very long hall way. The elevator smelt like Marijuana and the hallways were dark. The room smelt like straight clorox was spilt in there. We decided to take the stairs back down to avoid the elevator smells, but the stairwell smelt like wet moldy carpet/socks. There were spiders in the bathroom and the counter tops were dirty. The staff were not friendly and the building wasn't secured after hours.
- 5/5
Everyone is very nice and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience and the Netflix option on the TV was great.
- 3/5
The room looked shabby. It looked like nothing was done even if they claim it is "renovated".
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Everyone is really nice And the manager Kevin was really understanding and caring
- 1/5
Some of the workers are nice there was a lady that has an attitude at the front desk and there’s never no clean towels. I stayed for over a week without towels.
- 2/5
doors did not work very well, after using key sometimes wouldn't open for several tries, the entir hotel was like this
- 3/5
There was plenty of parking.
- 1/5
Very motel, dirty vibes. The surrounding area is decent though.
- 1/5
Very dissatisfied with the condition of the hotel and I paid $164/nyt Will not be returning!
- 1/5
Terrible smell in the rooms and hallways. Smells like someone was smoking in and outside of the room. The hallway's had a terrible smell also, smelled like pets, smelled old, a smell of dirty sewer water and expired food thru-out the hotel. Not pleasant at all. Breakfast is hot water for coffee and a muffin or hot water for an oatmeal thats all.
- 1/5
They made us walk down our dirty towels in order for us to get new clean towels. I have never been so embarrassed
- 5/5
Thanks for the great location.
- 1/5
I use to love extended stay but this hotel was the worst. Actually the whole hotel smelled like a hospital full of sick people. The bed was uncomfortable and with a cheap mattress. I feel bad for writing this type of review, but corporate needs to check on this hotel. One bright spot, the women at the front desk was very nice.
- 3/5
No shampoo Broken bus room fan Low quality breakfast
- 4/5
Comfy bed
- 5/5
Staff was welcoming. Front desk called us to check how everything was and that did it for me. Sometimes a simple call makes the difference. Keep it up 👍
- 2/5
The room is not clean at all.
- 1/5
Honestly, this was not a good room or a good location. Construction and fire trucks running all the time. Room had exposed sockets and wallpaper that was falling off and bubbling. No utensils or dishes in the kitchen means you can't have your own food. The staff was not bad, but not as good as possible. The keycards needed to be reset multiple times for no good reason. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. The trash room has no spaces for recycling if someone wishes to do so. The bathroom has no useful items really beyond towels, as the facial bar and body bar given are rather small. The Grab and Go breakfast was only coffee and pre-packaged muffins, some of which were not on the right date. I spent more money on my trip taking care of getting things needed to for the room than anything else. The laundry room was charging quite a bit for both washing and drying a load. Also, no laundry items in the laundry room? I have to bring my own soap? That's wild. Lastly, multiple times I smelled marijuana on my floor, in the same hallway as my room. I believe that should be against the no smoking policy. This was just not what Extended Stay advertises and shows how far the brand has fallen. People would be better off spending a little more for a real hotel experience.
- 5/5
Everything went smoothly, the staff was great, the internet access was user friendly. The only minor gripe we have is there wasn't coffee available for us early birds 2 mornings. (there's a 3 hour time difference where we're from) It did appear later.
- 1/5
The location of the property was pretty nice, there was a mall across the street and the convenience of common store such as Walmart, target, Marshalls Ross and common eateries nearby. The beach was 11 minutes away, (power, saving grace).
- 4/5
A couple items to mention was that coffee was never avaliable in mornings and it listed breakfast available as a feature. It was a mini muffin or a nutrigrain bar. I dont believe that should be considered breakfast. The laundry facilities cc was broken and no change was avaliable as well. Eventually the laundry app worked
- 5/5
CONVENIENT LOCATION , NEAR CARSON
- 5/5
Convenient location easy access to major highways.
- 2/5
The location is very close to Del amo mall. This place however is one step above a homeless shelter. When you arrive you will be met with a dozen residents outside their cars smoking and doing whatever in their pajamas. Kinda scary if you are a single women or a man for that matter! The staff act like prison guards so forget niceties. But I guess you gotta be tough to put up with the clientele. Rooms are roomy but the fridge hums like a freight train. “Breakfast” is a muffin and a fruit bar. And “light coffee”. Hair in the drain and sticky floor to pull or cowboy boots right off! For the price I expected at least a clean room.
- 3/5
I didn’t like that they didn’t have clean towels to give us and the remote to the tv didn’t work but other then that it was ok .

I was checked in by Iris and she remembered that I stayed there before. Seems like the front desk staff is alert and tuned in to their roles. She is always courteous, friendly and helpful whenever she helps me. The stay was for four nights and when I had an extra roudy neighbor upstairs, Iris, Maria and Erika made sure I was taken care of by making sure I was satisfied with the new room they accommodated me. Overall the stay was a quiet and a comfortable one.

Property was great for location purposes and traveling around LA. Just be aware that the towels were dirty that were in our room. The counter space had stains. The hallways smelled like old dirty diapers. Safety concern was when we came back to our room the first night our door was open. When leaving the next morning I asked the lady who was doing house keeping if that was normal and she slammed it shut. I travel a lot and never had that happen. This hotel needs some upgrades.

- 1/5
Unfriend and dirty
- 1/5
This property is so run down. The bathtub was all cracked and peeling. the couch had a huge chunk missing and looked like a cat had gone to town on it. I know it's inexpensive but it's probably on of the most run down spot I have ever seen.
- 5/5
It was pleasant
- 5/5
Will definitely stay here again. Traveled solo for work and room was clean, staff was great, had a full stove fridge and microwave. Nothing fancy but bed was comfortable and room was very clean.
- 1/5
The check-in took 30 minutes the staff was not welcoming the property was very dirty and had a horrible smell the staff did not greet us upon our entrance or while assisting us with the check in process. The room was okay the floor was dirty. They were out of clean towels and in order to get them they asked that you bring the used towels in exchange which was extremely inconvenient. I definitely will not recommend nor will I return to this property.
- 2/5
Extended Stay is overall an OK place to stay, but I don’t think the chemical smells in the First floor rooms is healthy to breathe. It’s probably insecticides, which is a known carcinogen. Also, there was an extremely loud, repetitive valve banging sound behind my shower wall at 3am. Woke me up fairly rudely.
- 1/5
Staff is the rudest staff of any hotel
- 1/5
This hotel was dirty and unsafe. We hard to park kinda far and there were 2 people arguing on on side and another couple on the other side doing who knows what. Then at 4 am I literally thought there were people in our room as we woke up to scream in the hallway. There was leftover food in the refrigerator. Housekeeping only comes every 2 weeks so you take your trash to a trash room at the end of the hallway and the smell that comes from the trash room is absolutely horrid.
- 5/5
Check in was smooth and easy. Room 333 needs love and attention. Someone left the shower dripping before we got there. Room was steamy, shower leaky, drain hole was gross and there was a break in the fiberglass of the shower. Water from the steam was collected on the ceiling and in the doorway. And the a/c did NOT work.
- 5/5
Talik, Janice, Iris, Nancy and Maria are very helpful and are accommodating. They were very professional and well trained by the management. I wish they would hurry and renovate the stairs, some seem to be a trip hazard. Rooms are clean and quiet. I like the easy parking.
- 5/5
The property was great for one night. Only issue was the room door didnt lock, so u can push door open from the outside.
- 5/5
It is a simple setup, which was exactly what I needed. I love that there's a kitchen area, and they provide a simple set of dishes and pots available for free upon request. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Clean and nice. Very convenient location. Staff is great -- Kevin, Erica, Janice, Telik, Bobby, and all the rest of the front dest, the cleaning girls--they all do a great job.
- 4/5
It is an ok place to stay but wouldn't be my first choice.

- 4/5
Secluded, professional service.
- 5/5
Great staff and location. Housekeeping try their best to get you what you need. Parking is easy.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. Please don't think you'll be getting breakfast. The staff was too busy to make sure there was enough coffee for guests. The muffins were chemical infused vacu-packed non edible health hazards. The rooms were ok, but worn. The price reflected the environment.
- 5/5
Janice and Talik are always helpful whenever I check in for business trips. Having a mini kitchen helps a lot for people with dietary restrictions. Good basic amenities.
- 5/5
Talik helped me check in and remembered all of my requests when I check in. He's a smart kid, kind too. When I needed to extend my stay because of work, Janice made sure of my place in line when there were a lot of people in the lobby. It seems all the front desk and housekeeping personnel are on top of it.
- 5/5
Always excerent service with Mr Tliak.C
- 5/5
Easy to get to, quiet and friendly start
- 2/5
The proerty looked nice out side but on the inside is a diffeent story. It was old smelly & very out dated if i had a choice i would of spend the extra money and stayed at the Hilton located a few feet.
- 4/5
Great place for the rates exactly what I expected
- 5/5
Staff--Janice, Talic, Una, Nancy, Iris and Maria are courteous and helpful during check in and whatever I need during my stay. Big fridge is a big plus. I often ask for a later checkout to finish up my work and they don't hesitate to give me an extra hour.
- 5/5
Staff (Janice, Talic, Nancy, Iris, Una and Maria always very helpful and kind) are the familiar faces I see whenever I check in for business trips. Internet is fast, there's plenty of hot water and the kitchen with a full sized fridge is a big plus. I often ask for a later check out to finish more work on the computer and they have no problems and are generous giving me an extra hour.

- 2/5
This hotel was conveniently close to where we needed to be but the bathroom was not cleaned well, the shower was full of soap scum and hair, the door key and scanner did not work well and people would shout all through the night. This place looked more like a cheap motel
- 5/5
Its great
- 2/5
This hotel is way outdated, the carpet in the hallway outside of my room was missing, possibly being replaced but no carpet in the hallway. The room was not clean, I found hair in the beds, hair in the bathroom, hair in the telephone in the room. This is an “Extended Stay” but they did not have nir could they provide any dishes or utensils.
- 5/5
Kevin and entire staff are very accomedating .. makes me feel at home
- 5/5
Very professional and friendly staff.
- 2/5
This property seemed to be serving as a shelter for the unhoused population. No soap or shampoo in room. Not enough towels per guest. In room Kitchenettes were not stocked, they required checking out any basics like cups, plates, utensils, etc. The included hot breakfast was coffee and instant oatmeal. Poor experience all around.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 3/5
Fine for the price. Not the cleanest floors. TV didn’t work but you could login to Netflix if you have it.
- 1/5
I had to unload my belongings without a cart and to take three trips to my car. The door was difficult to open. No instructions for that. The kitchenette is really dated and could use a refresh. The breakfast bar was a joke
- 2/5
Considering this property is located in Torrance, I assumed it would be nicer than others, but it was not. There was hair in the bathtub, and there was dog poop not only outside almost the entire property, but even inside the building. When I walked up/down the stairs, I had to watched where I stepped to avoid poop. As for the house keeping, we stayed there for 5 days, when we asked them for clean towels, they told us we'd have to go ask the front desk. We told them we would give them 2 towels if they would give us 2 clean ones. They reluctantly swapped out our towels. We will NOT stay here again. I would not recommend anyone stay here. There are better, cleaner hotels in the area.

- 3/5
Just found the cleanliness lacking. Floor didn’t seem to have been mopped in a month. I ended using a hand towel to mop it. It was black after and so were our socks. In general it was rundown, leaky faucet, rusty bathtub drain. Bed was very comfortable. Some remodel work was in progress.
- 4/5
It was a bit noisy due to the first floor being remodeled. Other than that everything was okay.
- 2/5
Room is dirty, smell bud, no paper
