Took a while for the front desk person to arrive even though we paged and called several times. The room was clean and nicely decorated but the morning we were to leave at 6am the key wouldn't open our door. The outside front property was clean but the side of it could have been alot cleaner. All in all it was okay not good or horrible just okay

I booked through Expedia. My card was charged twice. We arrived at 3am EXHAUSTED and the nearest open rooms were around 20 miles away. When I went to check in and I told them my name for the reservation the staff looked at each and said that room wasn't clean. They then proceeded to tell me about how short staffed they were and the one was on more than a double shift at that point. So my family and I were without a room and our funds were locked up with my card having 2 room charges on it. Needless to say we were not happy.

The one girl that was working on the whole property was cleaning rooms and running the front desk. She was so nice even tho she was killing herself trying to do everything. Finally got in our room at 1030 at night and she did the best she could. The beds were Hard as a rock tho. Residual remnants from previous guests were still there. Dirty towels with blood stains, change on the floor, dust, a dirty sock in closet. Dirty bed spreads were folded. Sheets were clean. Plug cover missing. Trash under bed. I want to know where was the owners and why didn't they come and help her? She had the absolute best customer service ive ever seen, especially in that situation. She had several people waiting for their rooms. I hope you pay her well.

When I entered my room, I found that the sink was half full of water and not draining. I didn't have a chance to see if it could get addressed as it was very late in the evening and I needed to sleep. The room was also pretty cold from the AC, which wasn't easy to adjust (pretty ancient unit with a colder/warmer knob, not temperature setting). Other than that, bed was comfortable and I got my night's sleep and got back on the road.

The pool and hot tub was closed but wasn’t told. They didn’t ask me to sign when I checked in. I walked into my room and my pull out mattress was filthy and had crumbs everywhere, there was broken tile in the bathroom, the vent was caked with dust. Our tv didn’t work. Anytime I tried looking for an employee no one was available.

The room was clean, but the sink took very long to drain, and the room had a weird smell. The pool was closed. The breakfast was hardly sufficient but was available to those who aren't picky. Definitely okay for a one-night stay if you are just passing through and need a cheap stay somewhere.

It reaks of curry as soon as you walk in. The description says they serve a continental breakfast and only have one small pot of coffee, a pack of powdered doughnuts and one of muffins. Zero fruit, zero breakfast meat, eggs, potatoes or anything warm at all. At very best you could call it a grab and go. Apple juice and that’s it. I won’t stay there again.

good room good breakfast nice hot tub. The only issue is we kept having to get a new room card and the lady was kind of rude about it. Not sure why the old ones kept going out because we never put it next to anything and we went through about five cards while staying here and room service went through our stuff so I wouldn’t leave anything valuable in the room but they didn’t take anything. Just thought it was kinda weird that my backpack was opened but I didn’t want to point fingers.

The towels had black hair clumps on them then I unfolded them. The other guests were loud and obnoxious until well after 2am. The pool was shut down but this was not advertised. Their “breakfast” consisted of dry cereal and bisquick waffles. They also wanted a $200 deposit upon check in that still has not been refunded to my card. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company on Monday if it’s not back by then.

The place had a smell in the front office. The front desk person did not speak other than “what is the last name”. Upstairs is dingy, dirty. Our room was smelly and unclean. From the toilet seat up with urine stains in the rim and seat, to dirt everywhere on ground. It has dry mud under table and bed. The shower was dirty. Stains on curtains on window and bathroom curtain. This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. By the way, the danishes in the breakfast room were individually wrapped twinkies. Nasty

We had a dorm size refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is a 4 cup coffee maker. It's great but bring coffee and mini filters. The coffee they provide is very weak. We were able to check in early 2:15 and check out was 11 am. We had a lot of fun hanging out in our room. We brought food and wine. It was great because our room had two tables we could eat at. The breakfast is not good but they usually are a carb fest.

Strange there was people when we checked in and when we checked out. The “ Continental” breakfast included a hot waffle iron, some danish’s and cereal. The coffee was warm at best. Pre paid and the photos looked nice. Arrived to find it under construction and the indoor pool completely being demolished. I canceled at the desk and the manager left and put me in the not capable hands of middle eastern guy who either couldn’t speak English or just elected to ignore me. I wanted Jotels.com to verify that my prepaid reservation was cancelled and I’d get a refund back, so they called the desk clerk who couldn’t comprehend what was being asked of him. He told ti “call back after 5am when the manager is here.” I had the manager’s cell phone number (she expected this would be a problem) and drove back to the hotel o talk to Hotel.com and confirm my cancellation. Thank goodness for her—Marvel, the desk clerk, was just a waste of carbon atoms .

The ladies we came in contact there were all very pleasant with smiles. Breakfast was not great only waffles you make or packaged mini muffins. My suggestion: if you are only going to do only waffles do it well. Have butter (they did not), get a couple cans of whipped cream and freash fruit or somthing. Would almost be better to save the money and not serve anything. Lots to eat near by.

We booked a king-size room. The room was worn out the flooring was chipped, the air conditioning unit did not work and there were no cords to the phone or the alarm clock. They moved us to a double queen room. Both beds were so worn out that when you lay down you rolled towards the edge. Those beds were probably the same beds from when the placed opened a million years ago. The rate were affordable, but when you cant get a good nights sleep its not worth it. We both woke up with sore backs and will NEVER return.

This facility was disappointing, starting at check-in when we were told the pool and hot tub were temporarily out of order and had been so "oh, for a few months now." That alone would have been enough to find another place to stay. The handicap-accessible room was only a standard bathtub with a giant shower bench outside the tub instead of a walk-in shower. Calling it run-down is a gift. Our room floor was chipped and gouged in several places. The "easy chair" fabric was worn down to the fabric mesh. The TV entertainment system was so bad that the front desk clerk had to get a master remote control to come reprogram the television to get any channels to watch. The facility is mere blocks from what appears to be a homeless camp. Room sanitation was doubtful because we found used medical diabetic testing supplies on the floor from a previous occupant. There were two refrigerators in the room, one worked, the other was dead in place. Electricity for the coffeemaker and microwave was a daisy chain of electrical cords that the fire marshal would find curious. Another power outlet cover was cracked with parts missing, leaving the inner works partially exposed. The room above ours was party central all night, so decent rest was nil. Breakfast was a cruel joke. All this was reported to the manager but no offer of adjustment or refund was even offered. Never again.

Horrible selection of “continental breakfast” (worst I’ve experienced at any hotel that offered it), there was a flea hopping around in the sink when I went to use it (I washed it down the drain) and hairs on the bedding, and someone started vacuuming in the 10 PM and 4 AM hours outside my room and making all kinds of other noises in the next room. The room itself wasn’t terrible overall, aside from the previously mentioned issues — I wasn’t expecting an in-room jacuzzi, which was a nice surprise; although I didn’t end up using it… Also, the heating / air conditioning unit needs upgrade. If I have another job in this town, I won’t stay here…
