The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off

I asked for a non-smoking room, and got a room that smelled like cigarettes, the service was bad, they barely came to clean the room, I had to ask for cleaning service many times. they gave me a room in the back part of the motel, and had to walk a distance to my car.

I honestly feel this place needs to be either tore down or someone need to put the money they charge for the rooms back into the motel i can't believe that the building inspector hasn't closed the motel down! The outside door doesn't close you can see daylight when you close the door the shower was completely out of the wall so my wife and i showered elsewhere

I thought it would be suitable for the night since we drove five hours to Buffalo. When we arrived and received the key, my 2 sons and grandson refused to stay. There were stains on the bed and on the box spring there appeared to be fecal stains on it. There were plenty of unfavorable people hanging out in the parking lot. The bathroom was so cramped you could barely fit in it. The owner tried to explain sheets were washed daily but not from what we saw. The best part about the hotel was the leaving. Thank God we were able to find a decent hotel. I lost out on $88 so be careful.

Old praperty and bad smell in bed and carpet very dirty

Good if you need a place to sleep, that’s it. Stayed with my husband and two children, would not return. People up all night slamming doors and yelling. The room was poorly maintained. Not worth the money. It could be a nice place if the owners put a little money into it.

The room was unclean and there was a strong scent in the room. The bed was riddled with bed bugs. The bathroom was incredibly dirty and I could not shower during my stay. Both the fridge and microwave was broken so I could not even enjoy a meal during my stay. None of the things in the room was usable making the stay very uncomfortable. I tried to call to complain but no one picked up my call. I will not be staying at this location in the future.

The facilities looked so much better on the motel's reservation site on-line and Expedia's. Word to Expedia: "This isn't a place you want on your website."

Smelly

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had seen by the pictures that the property was older but it is obvious they are refreshing the place. It was easy to access from the street and we did not hear any noise when inside our room It is a busy street so there is traffic noise outside. We had stayed to go shopping and we were happy to have everything we wanted close by. We will be returning

There was barely any real hotwater clda used more towels, t.p. there were clothing & such left behind under the bed/buried behind the dresser drawers The outside is crappy cant even get in/out of driveway bcuz of the location Wifi isnt that great sheets clda been cleaner smellung

Close to what I needed

The manager (owner?) was nice but he charged me more than the price I booked the room for. He also tried to pawn off a room with one bed (for the reservation price) when I had reserved a room with two beds. There were not other easy options for me so I paid the higher price for the two-bed room. By the way, the one-bed room he let me see was a total dump. The two-bed room had been renovated since the property was built in 1948 so it was OK.

Property needs to be more welcoming could use landscaping,driveway needs to be paved, the office area was junky uninviting, the room rate was very reasonable, but it would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room

You get what you paid for. The place is clean compare to other motels. I would recommend it if you have a family. The receptionist was respectful and helpful. I enjoyed staying two days there. The place looks old from the outside, but it’s nice and clean and new from the inside. The only thing I did not like is the stores in the area. The stores are nearly empty and there products are old and expensive/some are expired. The store clerks will rip you off if you not from the area.

I’ve stayed at Blue Falls 2 years in a row and have actually gotten the same room twice. The facility clean and the housekeeping crew asked if we needed anything each day. Checking in and out is easy and fast. The parking situation is a little strange and at the wrong time it can be hard to get out of the lot onto the main road just because of usual traffic. I was visiting the University at Buffalo with some friends and it was a less than 10 minute drive. Very convenient location with various stores around and the commute to the Canadian border is about an hour given traffic and customs. ooms are inexpensive per night.

There was a mix up with the date of our reservation; dont know whose fault, but was happy that the clerk honored the Expedia price. Reception counter had so much plexiglass that we couldn't hear each other.

Good to go motel if you're only interested for sleep over late night and leave early morning.

Clean. Calm. No issues at all. This was a cheap nice place. Worth for the price.

The people at the front desk were friendly enough when I checked in. Room was nothing outstanding, and could not leave the window open for air because the screen was torn. Was a little worried that the window would not lock, as the lock was very loose. Bed was never made each day just straitened most of the time. No hand towels were in the room the first day and the towels were not changed even half way through the week. Garbage was not taken out one day, but most of it was just little things. If I had to do another week of business that way again, I would most likely stay there again, as the rate I paid was more reasonable than some of the other chain names, and I did have a refrigerator and microwave which I always look for so I can bring my own food and save money on lunch and dinner.

The front desk clerk was a little hard to understand but overall it was a gokd experience.

Good location, rooms are not bad but not great, no drinking water provided. The air conditioner did not work as anticipated. But otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

It was perfect for one night . The bed was firm and comfortable. The pillows were flat, but that’s ok. The blanket had cigarette burns. The room smelled good though. Like pine sol . The shower was confusing. It would take forever to get warm, then when it would get warm , it was actually burning hot. I would stay here again.

The area around the room has an odor and feels secluded.

The outward appearance was well kept and there was no sign of bugs, sheets were clean, but several of the towels had stains. The bathroom floor was sticky and when my kids were getting into bed I noticed the bottom of their feet were black- they had been wearing shoes right up until we walked into the hotel room. Beds were comfortable and the AC and fridge worked.

The only disappointment was the lack of cups in the room.

I needed accomodations last minute and I did not want to spend a lot for that it was perfect. The free wiFi was not strong enough to show up on choices for more than a second once in a while so no internet. Its's run down Norman Bateish ambience, but it had character. Great pizza nearby and a store for supplies across the street. It was too hiot with the heat on low and too cold with the heat off.

Parking was tight, but I wasn’t bothered. It was clean and the house keeping was nice. The initial attendant was alright, but not real friendly. They need outlets to plug in phone charger or computer.
