Went 2 days without hot water. When I asked staff about no hot water I was told that I could check out. I told them I didn’t want to check out, only asking about the water. They responded that they were working on it. The light for the bathroom was out the entire stay. I reported this more than once and was finally yold that they had to order the bulbs and it was being shipped. A week later, still no light. I requested to move to a different room but the AC was broken in that room so they kept me in the original room. Better communication from staff and better service

The room is a little outdated, the couch had stains, and the pullout couch/bed was so uncomfortable but it was clean.

I reserved a room for 4 adults & 2 kids, and was given a 1 King Size bed room with a small sleepr sofa that would only fit 2 kids. When I went to the front desk to change rooms, I was told that that's all they had. Our room only had towels for 3 people, and no bedding for the sleeper sofa. The pool was closed for renovation, so it was unusable. When I checked in, I was told Breakfast was served from 7 - 10 A.M. on the weekends, which is the standard practice for this hotel. When we went down for Breakfast at 7, we were told that the weekend operational hours were 7:30 - 10:30. I also asked for more towels, gave them my room number, and we never received any towels. FYi, rooms are not cleaned daily, if you stay there. After this visit, I will never stay at another Staybridge Suite.

Walls in the room were filthy. Looked like a dog dragged its body across the bottom portion of the walls around the whole room and the walls in the bathroom were grimy and had visible specs of trash on them. They switched me to another room and it stunk of weed and dirty feet. I ended up requesting a refund and booked an Airbnb, I would never stay here. One lady at the desk was somewhat helpful but there was a manager on site that was rude.

When it comes to clean . Don't take your fur babies. They had no pop bags in any of boxes at there dog areas and they were not kept clean. The room that they claimed was deep cleaned after every guest leaves, that is another thing. My two dog are 13 years old, pad trained or outside. My male dog marked several spots on the carpet which told me that the room was not deep cleaned. Now let's get to check in. I made a reservation to check in on a Monday and leave on Friday with 2 small dogs. When we arrived they checked us in I paid for our stay. When I went to bring in my dogs , I was informed that they did not charge me for dogs. Charged me another $172 for them to stay.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible and had to wait for a while for eggs at breakfast to be cooked.

Rooms are clean, modern, well maintained and have their own ice maker. AC works great! Lots of channels on the TV. Bed was super comfy. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was good.

Please don’t change a thing. The kitchen was stocked with essentials which was great. The fresh baked cookies were delicious and we loved the breakfast buffet options. Free laundry is wonderful when you’re a family with young kids. It was a nice, homey place to stay when visiting family.

I was so tired when I arrived- Alfred and Laquisha (I hope I spelled her name right) were extremely helpful in making sure I was welcomed and offered services beyond their scope of their job. I felt right at home and extremely cared for. Thank you for assisting me and making my stay a wonderful one. I will be back!

The rooms were very spacious and had a kitchen. The room was not very clean when we arrived, the floor was sticky, cleaning stuff was left on the counters. They have coffee for the room but no coffee maker. We asked two days in a row to have room cleaned and fresh towels, which did not happen. There is absolutely zero cell phone service in the hotel. Our phones were is SOS mode the whole time and couldn’t receive calls or texts. Even when we logged into their wi-fi, the signal was incredibly weak. The front desk workers were clueless on so many levels. They were unaware of where the rooms were. They closed the pool early for “maintenance” but no maintenance was being done. Overall, I would not stay here again, even with the large size of the room, didn’t make the stay any better.

The only issue we ran into was the side entry door nearest our room never allowed us in with our key cards and we had to use the front door.

I stay here often when I come back to Tomball. The staff is amazing very professional! The cleanliness is perfection. Not sure I’ll stay in another place when I come down even close to the Woodlands give it a try.!

The cleaning staff was not good. I stayed 11 days. Room fully cleaned once and lightly cleaned once. I had to put trash outside my door to get it emptied.

The hotel staff telling me the truth & helping me get my much deserved refund from booking.com. We arrived on time to be told by hotel staff the confirmation number & pin number did not exist in there records. I was not able to stay as the room as it was double booked. They also advised this is a common occurrence with booking.com. Also curious why you sent me a review email when we didnt stay there. We had to make other Last minute arrangements... I have also sent 4 different emails advising of the issue & asking for a refund, just to be given the run around. (Last email with the actual hotel in copy...) Maybe add a button for refund? & support that actually reads the email. Still awaiting your reply Booking.com, basis this support i will not use you ever again.

All of it was wonderful. The kitchen even had a dishwasher and the ice machine in the freezer made getting ice simple. I had so much ice I couldn't use all of it. There was plenty of kitchen ware too. Even a cutting board and soap for the dishwasher. Also, the coffee packets made really great coffee. At first I was a little disturbed by the curtains that let me see outside. I thought if I could see out then others could see in. I was on the first floor. But I went outside to see what was what and found out that the curtains only allowed one to look out, not to look in. A pretty nifty trick if you ask me. the food was excellent - except the bacon. It was very hard to chew and turned grainy in my mouth. I gave a piece to the person at the front desk and one to give to the manager. Also, the coffee served with breakfast was barely warm. I know you want to avoid burns but it was pretty cool.

Also, our truck was broken into at dinner so we were only on the room for less than 2 hours when we checked out to drive back home. I went to check out and the front desk advised they would check us out in the morning. Apparently the desk worker was too busy eating to bother with it at the moment. Will not stay at hotel chain again.

Didn’t like it. Nothing compared to the first time I stayed there. Not returning -SUPER bad internet. -Not good cleaning. -Noise travels between rooms. -False alarms outside the room. -Not working phone to call to the front desk.

I had to have a room with a kitchen in order to do some food prep for a celebration I was in town for. The Staybridge Suites was the perfect solution! The suite was spacious and clean. I particularly liked the set up in the kitchen, the spacious walk-in shower and the very comfy king bed. The breakfast buffet was more extensive than I expected, and the food and beverage selections were beautifully displayed. All of the selections I chose were fresh and tasty. I particularly liked the fresh fruit, and the blueberry muffin was especially good! All of the staff members I had contact with were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity ever arises!

Ive always loved staying here just to get away from the regular routine. Room was comfortably cool and good view of the pool. However, there was no light directly over stove (under microwave) but we didnt bring it up because we coukd use the overhead light to cook with. I do prefer to leave the stove light on during the night so we dont trip moving about at night. Also, the frying pan was dirty!! It had caked on food all over inside. There was an attempt to maybe just clean it in the dishwasher, but that was not enough. And the maids would have seen this when moved it from the dishwasher to its spot in the cabinet. We didnt want to make a big deal, so we washed it ourselves. After we used it, i then scrubbed it again to remove some of the real tough spots from our dinner. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay and already ready to come back!!!

The first room 408 was moldy even the fridge. I was moved to a better room which was very comfortable. Kitchenette with dishwasher pots etc. Free laundry facilities. Breakfast was good. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The lady that worked the free breakfast every morning we were there was crabby and curt. The overall experience was fine, but the property definitely needs to be updated. Peeling paint, broken tiles, scuffed and dirty walls were all things that need to be addressed. In our suite, the kitchen was nice but the bathroom was tiny and dingy. The shower curtain was gross and should have been replaced long ago. The bedroom and living area were fine.

I had my service dog with me there for 14 days. The website showed that there would be no charges for service animals. The front desk insisted I would have to pay $75 after check out so they can clean the carpets. They never went in to clean the carpets.

Called the front desk at 10; they offered us a different room, but this was not satisfactory since we had unpacked and were already in bed. Then they said they would take care of it, but the barking continued for more than 2 hours after the call. I realize they had limited options at that point, since the dogs’ owners were apparently out of the room. It would be helpful if hotels that welcome pets had policies that provide for a good night’s sleep for their other guests—perhaps put all pet owners on one floor, or at least inform pet owners that quiet hours are strictly enforced (between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. would not be unreasonable—although to be honest nonstop barking is annoying at any time of day). This hotel is conveniently located in an area we visit once or twice a year, but we will not return unless we can be assured it will meet our most basic requirement in a hotel, which is a restful stay and uninterrupted sleep.

Every member of the staff at the Staybridge Suites Tomball that we have interacted with has been friendly and helpful. They’re working all the time to keep the hotel clean and accommodating, and we really appreciated that. If we ever had a need to come back to the area, I would 100% stay in this hotel again.

The front desk person (blonde hair) does not have a customer service etiquette, does not even acknowledge us when we check in. She was there in the front and I have to say hello to her first. Shower was clogged, we stayed for 7 days only cleaned our room twice, does not pick up our trash, water in the shower was slow , we don’t have comforter for 2 days. We stayed on the 4th floor, our breakfast on the last day coffee was cold

In a separate room, my girlfriend and infant son found a jumping beetle in the bed. We were moved again — this time at 1am — having to pack everything and relocate with our baby. The night desk clerk was polite and somewhat helpful, assuring us the manager would be in the morning. But instead of a manager, we were met with a woman who appeared to be under the influence, which was alarming and unprofessional. I paid for the Staybridge experience and instead got something resembling a run-down motel. No accountability, no solutions. I left feeling disrespected and extremely dissatisfied. I won't be returning, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone expecting comfort, cleanliness, or basic service. --still havent heard back from the "manager"

Multiple times during our stay our key cards quit working. We were there four nights and were not provided any housekeeping services despite asking for them.

Breakfast was excellent! Bathroom sink had trouble draining. It was looked at.

It was a last minute stay over for my family, but it was a great find. Clean, large, suite room. Would be perfect accommodations for a longer stay with a kitchen area supplied with everything you need. Plenty of room and clean!!

Great location and a great staff It’s old and smells like cigarettes also the carpet in the hallways was stained. I booked a room for someone with physical impairments. The room was not accommodating for someone with a walker.

The room on the roadside was very loud. They were good about letting us check in early, but then would not let us switch rooms. Other than the loud road, the room was very nice.

Breakfast was great! Made to order eggs station would've made it even better! Conditions were very good, but our living room couch was a little nasty. Suggest steam cleaning the upholstery more frequently.

Stayed here for a swim meet in Tomball and I’m so glad I chose this property. Heard nothing but complaints from other Swim parents about the hotels they stayed at and we lucked out with Staybridge. The room was very clean, we were able to enjoy the pool as it was quiet and clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here during our family reunion weekend! The room was great and the breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be back again!

No electricity

I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean, bedding is very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent. Thank you for your good service.

The food at breakfast was stale and I saw mold on a bagel. Coffee was awful. Coming back from a funeral, our room smelled heavily of weed. The same night (Saturday) there was A LOT of street noise from across the highway. Vehicles and people hanging out, raving engines to well after the city ordinance of 12:30am. The doors to the bedroom area did not stay closed. The whole reason we selected this hotel was to have a separate living and bedroom area so our infant daughter could sleep with low noise. Disappointing stay.

For breakfast, our teens went down at 9:40 (breakfast was over at 10) and hardly anything was left. No eggs or sausage. They asked if more would be put out and were told no. Definitely will not be staying at this location again. As for the hotel chain, I will pay closer attention to the room style/type before booking at this chain.

We to visit family and a couple Dr appointments. The room was clean and very roomy. Breakfast was great lots of options, they even serve dinner Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nice surprise. I would definitely stay again

Absolutely Horrible... The hotel did not honor the room we reserved which was a king bed suite rather gave us a studio room with a much smaller bed. Not happy at all!!! We were told it was because a baseball team had come in and they had a wedding party there as well.As though my 36 year anniversary with my wife was not important so they downgraded our room without our consent as though it was standard practice. Because the bed was so small we had a sleepless night because we both could not lay flat on the bed at the same time being that I am 6'5" tall, 295lbs and why we ordered the room originally with a king room. Horrible business prattle with no care for the customer. Then when I tried to get breakfast the baseball team ate up all the fruit and food and there were no plates so we went back to our room with coffee

I really liked it here. They do try to get you with a time share presentation. But if you’re interested great! Food was delicious shows were cute. Staff was stellar. Can’t think of anything to complain about!

Reported that the phone was not working I had to call the hotel through my cell phone, not able to change the temperature in the room (extremely cold), I also reported the broken soap dispenser.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. If you want to sleep dont have a highway side room its a race track. Not the hotels fault. I know its my fault but dont leave anything in the room by accident. I left my medicine in the room and its a expensive drug so it magically wasnt in there 1 hour after I left hotel.

I had a email confirmed reservation for Saturday night. After driving for several hours the hotel called me 20 minutes before I arrived and informed me my reservation was cancelled because they had overbooked. I’ve never seen or heard of a hotel doing this before. They would not help me find another hotel.

Just much less well kept than I would have expected. Outside looks much nicer. Inside all the hallways and our room smelt bad. There were dirt on lots of the walls and mold and mildew lots of places.

We had a very short trip & comfortable for our stay.

Booking/check in was easy. Our group called several times with questions about our stay and everyone was very courteous and helpful. The woman who checked us in was extremely helpful and accommodating! Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Found several hairs in tub.

The front desk staff were super nice and accommodating of any requests we had during our brief stay. I love that pets are welcomed, despite the deposit. Although, I had expected that may be required. The room was clean and nicely laid out. I really like the tiny apartment feel going on, and will plan to stay here again next time I am in the area for a visit.

The queen suite was great! Roomy and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen; large fridge, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, dinnerware, silverware. Very pleasant staff.

The facility itself could use some minor touching up aesthetically, but they offer everything you need, so easy to live with the small faults. I would definitely stay here again.

Then onto the bad: We were supposed to have a queen sized bed and only received a full. There seems to be zero sound insulation in the walls. All of the road noises came through clearly to the 3rd floor. The original mattress for the pullout couch had a nasty stain on it. It looks like the there was puke dried on the wall next to the toilet paper dispenser. There are zero comforters in the entire hotel for the pullout couch which made it rather cold for my son.

Excellent value, clean large rooms, good breakfast, nice pool area. Con We were placed on street side of the property. Very busy street and noisy made sleeping difficult. Shower handle not working properly.
