Everything was great except the room and bathroom was not as clean as I expected.

We stayed here when my brother was in the hospital nearby and it was a perfect place to stay, with the small kitchen. We bought groceries and saved money by not eating out. Property was newer, very clean and well-maintained. Nice amenities such as breakfast in the lobby, nice pool and outdoor area to hang out. Highly recommend this place!

The room was clean and in order when we checked in. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and though I didn't get much at the breakfast bar there was a good variety to choose from.

Getting charged twice. Hassle at front desk. Paid to booking. com two weeks prior and hotel wanted to charge again. They said it happens all the time . Better coordination needed.

Pool was nice, but daughter was disappointed when we went looking for game room/arcade that was listed but we couldn’t find it. I tried messaging the hotel about it - but never heard anything. I mentioned it out at check out but it was brushed off( also I double checked the listing). Most of the staff was great - except the last day the fire alarm went off at 6:30am right when we were leaving. Turns out it was something in the kitchen I think that caused it. The person at the front desk didn’t seem calm and seemed a little taken back ( made a comment) when my daughter was scared because of the noise. I think she was implying my daughter did something- but she was with me the the whole time and never went near anything Location is great. Staff for the most part was great ( except what I mentioned above). Don’t use the messaging through Hotels.com - they won’t respond, pool is great, they have a fire pit outside that is nice, but no arcade/game room even though it is in the description ( arcade/game room was the reason I booked this rather than Holiday Inn because Courtyard wasn’t allowing 5 day stay so I picked this).

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable only issue was the breakfast. Everything was either spoiled or old. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and we will be returning… just skipping the breakfast lol

The staff was very helpful and check us in with our rsvp, The room was clean and comfortable, Breakfast was very good a lot of different variety of food. I will most definitely stay again. Everything was Perfect , I had no problems

Room was spacious and clean. But a couple of things were lacking, for a room that can sleep up to 6 guests, there were only enough towels for 3 guests and the room has a sofa bed but there wasn't sheets and pillows for it. Staff was helpful and gave us everything we needed when we asked. Breakfast the next day was good but nothing special. Our main problem was how thin the walls and ceilings are in this place. There were rowdy guests living above us that stayed up partying past 2am, pulling chairs around and just being loud. We had to complain to the staff twice before they would quiet down. Again the staff was helpful but sound proofing in this place is not the best.
