I didn’t stay there because it was completely under construction and I want my money refunded. Your taking my money and it was completely under construction is almost a crime and I want someone to talk to me and tell me why I shouldn’t report this to the authorities!!!!! Completely under construction

The property was completely shut down for renovations! Will never use booking.com again! Even got an email confirmation for the booking a few days in advance! Way to go booking.com!

We drove out of town and when we got to the hotel it was border up. Booking.com did not tell us they had a fire a 4 months prior. There were no hotels because everyone had traveled for the solar eclipse. We had to turn around and drive home. We could have been told the property was closed.

this property was closed never notified I have pictures of it being closed had to find another place and paid more than what we’re paying at a different place

Had reserved two rooms Room. #1 opened refrigerator and there was a left-over Wendy's Frosty left in there. In the bathroom, sink not clean (hair and something stuck to sink) Room #2 The refrigerator had something sticky spilt in it and was not cleaned off. YUK!

the first room we were given the door would not lock. A staff member came up and tried to reprogram the lock,but it didn’t work. They gave us another room. We put our stuff in the room very quickly because we were running late for an event so so we didn’t get to check the room out inside. We only made sure the lock worked before leaving. We got back to the room very late. we went straight to bed. When I woke up in the morning I went into the bathroom and there was a used towel hanging over the shower that had a large brown stain smeared a crossed it. Neither one of us had used the restroom until that moment. it was gross. very dissatisfying.

That we were not given the room I booked on booking.com. To get the room I booked on booking.com they wanted to upcharge us.
