Mariko from guess services was so helpful. We were trying to get furikake that is a popular item to give as gifts and she got all the information we needed to get it.

Location was excellent. Staff very courteous and professional. Hotel was very nice and rooms were comfortable. Would stay at this location again! Gym was a membership only place so guests at the hotel had to pay a fee just to use facility. In other 4-5 star hotels if there is a gym it is included for the guest.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The service was smooth and reliable from check-in to check-out. The location is very convenient, close to Ikebukuro Station with excellent access to public transportation. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Tokyo.

Close to the train station and a convenience store. 10+ minute walk away from Sunshine 60 and other retail areas. The hotel looks swanky on the outside but feels old when it comes to the rooms. The bed is stiff and uncomfortable. The AC was nice to have during warm weather. There is hardly any desk space and there is only one bedside table in our room, so we really needed to be mindful of where we put our stuff. Thankfully there are a couple of chairs around so our bags didn't have to be scattered or on the floor. There is a small closet where a small suitcase and a couple of clothes and items can be stores, which is always nice to have. There is also space for suitcases in the room to be partially opened and stored without sacrificing walking space. There is some counter space in the bathroom, which isn't a lot objectively but a major upgrade from most tokyo hotels. There are hygiene amenities in the bathroom for our use. The staff is kind and considerate, very helpful, the front desk and concierge also spoke English very well, which is very appreciated. We were able to book an airport bus with the concierge two days before our departure and it was very convenient. Housekeeping made our room every day and supplied us with fresh towels, we thought by default they didn't do that but it was very appreciate nonetheless. There are some retails stores in the ground floor (for older fashion...) and convenience store. Though the convenience store isn't open late. There are restaurants but we didn't visit them. We chose this hotel because it was one of the airport bus stops. After a long trip with full suitcases, that benefit really matters.. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom had a mild sewage and smoke smell but that seems to be the norm for most hotels here. Hotel feels older, could use a little bit of modern touch. This is a nitpick, but I wish the bed had more bedding/sheets on top of the mattress. One fitted/flat sheet doesn't seem enough of a barrier I feel....

The location was perfect for the short 2 night stay we had as part of our return trip home plan. The bedding was extremely uncomfortable. From the extremely small flat pillows, to the hard mattress to the weird doona with a cover that wasn't really a cover that kept coming off I would personally not chose to stay here again. I also found the staff not as personable as the other places we had stayed at.

The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. Most of all the location is what brings us back year after year. We love that the airport limousine bus drops off and picks up here. We’ve been staying here twice a year for the past 8-9 years. Nothing

Convenient location near major train station. Lots of restaurants avail nearby. Staff is very professional and anticipates your needs at checkout. The smoking room floor is divided by a hall from nonsmoking rooms. Smoke is smelled in elevators waiting area.
