Great hospitality. The hotel was clean and welcoming.
- 2/5
The toilet in our room plugged. The toilet on the main floor wouldn’t flush. There was only one hand towel and one face towel. The breakfast was acceptable, except they have a large leak in the ceiling in one area of the dining area. It looks like it had been there for quite some time.
- 2/5
It very, very, very expensive, but maybe it was a seller's market. $428 was very excessive. Bed was too soft for me. I really needed a place to stay and I got tired of searching and being told no vacancy, so I settled for this place.

Overall my stay was pleasant. Waited a few minutes to check in because no one was working the counter. Room was small but comfortable. Little shocked to find a condom wrapper on the floor but otherwise the room was clean. Wish they would air condition the hallway and common areas. It was a little stuffy.

Room was clean but the a/c unit was loud, you could hear people outside the door and the tv was outdated, no YouTube TV. Staff was ok, no one was at the counter when I walked in and I wasn’t properly greeted. Breakfast was ok, just didn’t have a variety to choose from.

Old small TV, overpriced

Easy to find off I-80 in Tinley Park. Just a little over a half hour to downtown Chicago. Nice, quiet room. New shower. Did not try the breakfast because we went to the Cracker Barrel around the block. Overall, a very nice stay and we would stay again.

The first nights stay was enjoyable after a long hike in the snow... with feet swollen by someone putting ammonia in my boot somewhere... the bowling alley... the dojo... dont know?! So it was great to hit the bed and get some sleep of which this place was more than accommodating for a winters day. I cant say much about the other clientele but a solo guy like me always wishes there were activities to lure other singles out of their rooms to the lobby or bar.(which there is not one here) One idea i would enjoy since you already offer breakfast is even cake, pie, or doughnuts... offered maybe at evening or even late night times since to me breakfast is one of the main reasons to book a choice hotel... the addition of the humans greatest addiction food... makes all the difference. This could help singles get togeather especially at hotels without bars... pun intended... but thats more motel six.
- 3/5
The room was 8n ok condition with exception to the sink which the nozzle kept coming off and the toilet clogged... my burned food and glove piece in the microwave set off the smoke detector... so stickers on the microwave like remember to open window before cooking might be good.. staff was find breakfast was the best... still wish all hotels had free shuttles.could use better free coffee machiene.
- 3/5
Heating cooling fan was stuck on, loved the waffle station, room key shut off/no longer worked the morning that I checked out.
- 5/5
Great room
- 5/5
That bed is comfy no cap
- 5/5
Decent breakfast, clean, not as bad of a deposit $100
- 5/5
Everything went smoothly.
- 2/5
Morning coffee in lobby cold, in the room for breakfast coffee was lukewarm. The breakfast food was being prepared by a man with his bare hands, no gloves. The lobby smelled of incense so bad during check in. So I will not be staying at a sleep inn again.
- 5/5
Cleanliness and the staff was exceptional.
- 5/5
It was remarkably quiet considering when you stepped outside you could hear the highway pretty loudly. Impressed!
- 5/5
reservation and they charged me the price of my reservation.

- 4/5
Great value, courteous staff
- 4/5
Staff was laid back in a good way. Like they weren’t up in my business at all, no one hustled me out at check out time, however, I was up pretty late and the front desk person was never vacant and always seemed to be working on something properly or helping a guest.
- 4/5
The rooms are clean and the ss@s@#halls are clean. Only bad I can see is the towels
- 1/5
At check in time we were put into a room that was not cleaned. Had to go to the front desk and request another room. The second day there there were some very rude and loud guests upstairs in the room above us with little kids that they were allowing to jump and run around in the room staff we had to make several complaints to staff, but nothing was ever done. I’m talking running and jumping around at three 4 o’clock in the morning was not happy with the staff about not rectify this situation.
- 4/5
It was convenient access to I-80

Ac and heat worked fine. Breakfast needs improvement, the was clean and comfortable.

- 5/5
Clean quiet and nice area
- 5/5
Fast desk service, nice room.
- 4/5
I didn’t use or see a gym
- 4/5
Room was clean, beds are a little on the firmer side, housekeeping doesn’t come into your room unless you request it or every 3rd day, would like if they at least came in to the room to make the beds and take out the garbage daily without having to request that service.
- 1/5
When we checked in, the front desk person was rude and very unfriendly. He acted like we were a bother showing up. The room itself was a little small, but ok. The bed was horrible! The mattress was awful and when we sat down, it sounded like the frame was about to break. Every time we turned over in during the night, the creaking sound woke us up. The sheets were scratchy and the pillows were so small--the size of throw pillows. They did have a decent breakfast, but that didn't make up for the sleepless night.
- 5/5
Quiet, friendly staff, a little small
- 5/5
Clean, free breakfast, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!
- 4/5
Restful, clean.
- 3/5
This place is convenient to the Tinley Park Ampitheatre. You can walk 2.2 miles through neighborhoods and get there safely. The room left a lot to be desired. There was a weird, perfume-type smell that we couldn't get rid of - even with the window open. The toilet seat was not attached. The hotel felt dingy and dirty. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean, amazing shower & beds.
- 5/5
Great for sleeping, superb for a basic stay.
- 5/5
Great staff, decent fitness center and breakfast, and a good experience overall
- 5/5
Perfectly fine overnight option
- 2/5
When I entered my room on the second floor, a flying insect went and hid under the air conditioner. Then in the bathroom, a tiny gnat flew by my face. Also, there was a cobweb on the ceiling. The room smelled clean and the bed was fine. the check in people were whatever. Good price, decent breakfast. Decide what's important to you.
- 1/5
And the triplet Seat was old.
- 4/5
Easy to find and near lots of dinning
- 3/5
Nothing to write home about. Weird smell in hallway and kids roaming halls unaccompanied. Bed was clean enough, a/c didn't keep room cool like it could have.
- 5/5
Decent motel for a one-night biz trip. Everything was pretty clean save for the remote - wipe those down please!! Bed was pretty comfy too. Wish there were more sound proofing, the slamming doors at 12:30am were not conducive to good sleep. :/
- 3/5
It was okay and the area wasn’t too bad
- 4/5
I selected this hotel for a second time because hotels.com offered a good price on a double. However I've come to the realization that this Sleep inn has tiny toilets (I made a previous review about tiny toilet in a queen room). My guy is tall and crouching this low is very uncomfortable. He threatened to go to a gas station instead. Upon leaving, I reported the broken toilet seat and tp roll holder. Te seat made things more difficult. I think the low toilets cause people to reach for something to help with lowering and lifting themselves from the porcelain. The holder is clos by, therefore it's getting pulled away from the wall.
- 1/5
Room smelled dirty, we came to find mold in the a/c unit and when we brought it up to the front desk they said we had to wait til Tuesday so 2 days after our stay. They said they couldn’t help us. Will never stay there again even just for one night
- 5/5
My room was clean. Fridge and microwave functioned. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was free and satisfying. Price was reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful
- 3/5
Our stay was fine overall. The staff was very friendly. There was just a lot of mold in the shower, and the toilet seat was broken.
- 4/5
Easy stop off the interstate for the night. Older hotel, but well kept and clean.
- 3/5
It’s a convenient hotel close to Tinley Park. The entire hotel smells like cleaning products. The “queen” bed was more of a plus size twin bed, however, it was comfortable enough. The room was small, but had working AC and a very hot shower. Breakfast closes at 10 am, but I’d advise going to the Cracker Barrel down the street. Don’t book beforehand. It will likely be cheaper if you book the same day or day before. Overall a pretty mediocre experience, but I’ve definitely seen much worse.
- 4/5
Hotel was fine. Beds were comfortable. Pillowcase was ripped and had make-up stains that we did not notice until the morning of discharge. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out.
- 3/5
Upon checkin, we had to wait about five minutes for someone to arrive at reception. Room was okay, small. As soon as we walked in, noticed it was stuffy and that the AC was turned off. We couldn't get it on, so i brought in one of the cleaning staff from the hallway. Somehow the AC unit had gotten unplugged. Beds were very comfy. We liked the fact that the sink was separate from the toilet/shower, so one of us could be in the bathroom and other one uaing aink/ mirror. We had TV noise from the neighbors at midnight. We reported to the front desk several times as well as calling the noisy room directly. I actually think the walls are just so thin that noise leaks thru.
- 3/5
The room was smaller than expected for the price. Especially since I was charges $30 more than what the price was on Expedia.
- 4/5
Decent room for a stay alone. Visited for a concert. There were quite a few very visible stains on the walls, curtains and chair. Otherwise it was quiet
- 4/5
The room and bathroom were clean and adequately equipped . The whole hotel needs a bit of updating . Breakfast was ok . Very handy for concerts in the area at a reasonable price
- 4/5
I would have given this a five-star except for the following, the beds were horrible, the furniture in the room needs to be replaced and updated the Lampshades were dirty and there was some electrical issues with it as well as the windows and walls being dirty. Bathroom was tiny. It was only a two night stay so I dealt with it but if I had to stay longer I would have left a one. Also breakfast was not fresh it was safe from the night before and you can taste the difference.
- 2/5
Run down
- 5/5
They allowed us in 30 minutes early which doesnt sound like much , but it sure helps in a jam . Would stay again
- 2/5
Non smoking room with strong smoke odor! Supposed to be a queen bed was more size of a double. Breakfast area didn’t appear to have any air conditioning, was extremely warm so couldn’t stay and eat comfortably. After breakfast went back up to room and our keys were already disabled even though had over an hour before checkout time, had to come back down to desk to have activated again. No apologies or anything from staff.
- 5/5
Stayed here as we attended a concert at Tinley Park. Check in was easy and quick. Room temp was comfortable even though lobby was hot. Beds were clean and comfortable. Loved the pillows. Shower had plenty of hot water and lots of great water pressure. Breakfast was pretty sufficient and had eggs, waffles, cereals, yogurt. Would stay here again.
- 3/5
The hotel was okay, it's very outdated. No USB plugs in the room. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It served a purpose - we just needed a place to sleep.
- 5/5
Check in was quick and the desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Nice choice out of all the places to stay when going to a show at the amphitheater.
- 4/5
Great hotel for the price near the Tinley Park concert site, nice restaurant near by got to the hotel at 1 check in time is 3 , I asked if there was any chance of us to get a room,he said there are five rooms cleaned and ready to go,but I would have to pay a $30 early fee, don’t think that’s fair the rooms are out there let the people in , I have stayed in hotels and got there early and if there was a room available they checked us in .
- 1/5
Blow dryer set fire alarm off and someone was booked for my room and came in while I was laying in the bed around 11 pm
- 1/5
They double booked my room and someone came in there while I was in the bed
- 5/5
This was the 1st time in a Sleep Inn hotel. I would say we were so very impressed with the comfort and the cleanliness of the hotel. We will be stay here next time we come to Chicago.
- 1/5
Won’t do it again
- 4/5
Clean and quiet
- 5/5
The property was in an excellent location.
- 5/5
Food was good rooms clean small but clean
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and tidy, nights were mostly quiet except for one night when someone's car alarm went off. The door to the gym is stuck though. If they fix that problem, it'd be perfect.
- 5/5

I was able to order out when I needed to get a Halal meal. This hotel is very close to Amphitheater which was good. It would be nice if all of the hotels in that enclave could have a shuttle together to serve the Amphitheater. Also I want to thank the staff for not attaching the deposit twice since I had back to back reservations. I think the man behind the desk on both shifts needs at least one other person to help out and for security reasons! The desk in room 210 needs to be replaced because it’s all banged up and I felt I was in a cheap hotel. The breakfast was great and I wished there was turkey sausage because I don’t eat pork and usually people who don’t eat pork don’t want their eggs in the same space as pork sausage. Cross contamination. Can the hotel release my deposit now that I’m home already. Thank you!
- 3/5
This hotel is fine for a short stay but I wouldn't recommend more than that. The room was clean except the caulk around the shower door was mold covered. Everything was just a little shabby and we could hear every step the people above us made but it was fine and convenient to the amphitheater which was the reason we booked it.
- 3/5
Room was not cleaned after we left Sunday morning. Returned to no clean towels etc
- 1/5
Dirty .
- 3/5
Staff was rude
- 5/5
We got there way too early because of the flight. We were able to check in early for a $30 fee, which was fantastic. We really appreciate that. The breakfast was what you would expect from a continental breakfast at a sleep in. Nothing fancy just the basics. The bed was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Near the credit union amphitheater. Decent breakfast. Comfy bed 😴
- 3/5
No coffee and no cups in the breakfast room. Our room smelled like smoke from someone smoking cigarettes before our stay.
- 2/5
Tiny room, rude check-in person, not much light provided other than small sink lights to get ready with. Need lights for wall mirror. Other hotels for same price in the area have better amenities
- 5/5
Hotel was fine
- 1/5
Need repairs
- 1/5
Had to change rooms 3 times because air conditioners weren’t working. They never had clean towels when you asked for them. The breakfast was not worth waking up for.
- 4/5
I was looking for a place to sleep for one night. Sleep Inn filled that need. However, the toilet was built for a extremely short person. It was very low to the floor. Getting up and down was with great effort. I avoided using it if I could. That meant not drinking too many fluids.
- 2/5
If you hate sleep but love high rates, this place is perfect for you!
- 3/5
All ok
- 4/5
Easy to get to. Nice area. Quiet
- 4/5
I stayed at this hotel for the night. I did read some reviews and was skeptical. The hotel room was like the pictures, there was a mini fridge, microwave, tv. The batjroom door kept closing automatically and there was a weird smell in the bathroom, but everything was clean. The hotel also offers free breakfast. Very close to the concert venue in Tinley Park and there are lots of restaurants and shopping close by.
- 4/5
Convenient and clean close to the Amphitheater in Tinley Park
- 2/5
Dirty rooms and smelled like smoke. Other than that rooms were quiet.
- 5/5
We stayed here while in town for a concert at the amphitheater. The distance was key for us. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
- 2/5
The room smelled bad
- 5/5
Quiet, Clean, very feasible!
- 3/5
The Sleep Inn in Tinley Park was acceptable for a short stay, but a few inconveniences detracted from the overall experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but we noticed there wasn't enough toilet paper provided—something that should be standard. Obtaining extra towels proved to be more challenging than expected, and we had to go out of our way to request them. One of the biggest surprises was that housekeeping doesn't automatically clean your room daily—you have to request it specifically. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but something guests should be made more aware of upfront. Overall, it was not a terrible stay, but some basic hospitality improvements would make a significant difference.
- 4/5
There was an issue with the censor/lock on the door and staff resolved it quickly. I feel it's a bit over priced as some of the fixtures are dates. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
- 3/5
Check in was good, the big complaint is towels were visibly stained, walls had nail polish on it, just was mot a clean room. Disappointed.
- 5/5
I have been here before and it was quiet
- 4/5
This is a no frills, clean, safe little place. Nothing fancy but solid. This is reasonably priced. Walk to various little places to eat. We were traveling and needed a place for overnight. I would definitely stay here again.

- 1/5
Didn’t like the service stayed four days the room didn’t get cleaned I have to ask for things
- 4/5
Its nice and clean. Only thing is they need to offer more towels.
- 5/5
Great place for the money. The only downside is they don't have someone at the desk all day, just limited hours. The people complaining about a smell don't understand it's only the lobby and it's the smell of the cleaner Fabuloso.
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5

- 3/5
There are many other hotel options in the area. This one was fine and not as expensive. Rooms are small, beds are good. Breakfast was terrible!
- 4/5
We had a nice stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The property was dated and could use a few updates. Cleanliness was average; it could be improved. The breakfast offerings in the morning were plentiful, and we were thankful to have so many options.
- 5/5
This morning some guest were horsing around above me. Outside of that it was great sleep.
- 5/5
Very Quiet and comfortable.
- 4/5
The staff was very attentive when needed extra things, the ROOM was clean and didnt have an odor to it. The bathroom was clean but the shower when you opened the door had a strong smell to it and had hair on the wall from previous occupant. Overall, would come back here to stay next time I’m in the area.
- 5/5
Wholesome and delish breakfast Great value
- 5/5
Everything was clean & customer service was great
- 5/5
Good stay, nice and clean place
- 2/5
This wasn’t the greatest stay I’ve had. The room I was in the cable doesn’t work and it pixelates on just about every channel. The people in the next room were loud all times a night. The shower door didn’t close all the way. Upon checking into the room I noticed the chair in the room was broken and the tv remote didn’t have batteries in it. I did call the front desk and he brought me a brand new chair and batteries. The 2nd floor smelled heavily of marijuana. That is a turn off for people who don’t smoke. The 2nd floor has laundry, but no once machine so you have to either to the 1st or 3rd floor to get ice. That’s really inconvenient. I can’t speak to the breakfast because I didn’t eat it the entire 5 day stay. For the price paid, this stay was terrible. I’ve stayed here several times before because I travel for work, and it was never like this. Seems new management took over and it’s getting worse. Not to mention the $100 deposit, which, is wild considering the condition of the hotel. I probably would not stay here again if upgrades or changes aren’t made soon.
- 5/5
The smell was good
- 4/5
You could hear the floor above so choose the highest floor. Otherwise, clean, safe and in a good location for uber or if you have a car.
- 2/5
Bed was one of the hardest and loudest I've ever slept on. Room and hotel were clean, and surrounding area was nice, but didnt get a great sleep.
