I use a wheelchair so I had a handicap room. Everything was perfect except the bed was too high! Also the floor was dirty. No carpet which I loved but my hands were filthy from rolling around the room! Other than the bed being too high the room had every accessible feature I could think of.

Rude staff. Roaches in the room.
- 1/5
The room had a bad leak from the ac. It also had a towel rack that fell off the wall. Housekeeping never came to our room. The shower backed up. The floor in the elevator was so wet it was like a pool in the floor. The bathroom door was sticky. There were two flies in the room with us the day we arrive. We killed them before we could unpack. My husband had to get towels and sheets on day one then change the bed with the sheets the front desk handed him. The sheets were the wrong size so my husband went back downstairs to get more and they walked him to a utility closet and told him to find his own sheets the right size. Then my husband returned to the room and made the bed himself. This was upon arrival. The tub water ran black. Yes black. Our room was 421. The icing on the cake beside the actual bedbugs. We asked for the sheets upon arrival because we saw bedbugs spots on the sheets. P.s. I got bit while there. The real icing on the cake was check out. I called the front desk because for the second time during my stay no one was at the desk period. I called the front desk to tell them I wanted to ensure I check out and I quote the desk clerk here "Oh I saw you drop the keys off on the camera." Like sir if you saw me on the camera why did you not come to the desk??? I was standing there for the longest. Ugh NEVER AGAIN STAYING HERE!!!

I had to leave my room because it was leaking water from my shower to the floor below. not having to move because of leak
- 1/5
Leaving not having to come back up here anymore. Basically a homeless shelter but your paying for your room and theirs. Long black hair on pillows and sheets on checking in. Dust bunnies a toothpick change and a tag on the floor. AC says 65 but it's not and it's ready to blow up it sounds like. Computer chair has oily something smeared on the back. Basically the cleaning staff is useless. All the hotels around here are full of people on the Program. Homeless foreigners live in them on the government. Any floor you got on your smelling weed smoked in the rooms. If you can get through the homeless groups of kids that live here and grab a coffee your pretty lucky. If you're looking for a stay with people selling drugs where you have to smoke a cigarette outside yet they all live here and smoke in the rooms cook in the rooms and the staff pretty much sucks at cleaning rooms. Just pick any hotel around here. We've stayed in 4 the last month and all the same in this area.

Tracy at the front desk was phenomenal!!! She was soooo much help and did everything she could to make sure we was comfortable. The rest of the staff other than Tracy was not much help. There was an older lady that was cleaning the lining and towels that was very rude and almost got cursed out!.

Staff was excellent, and clean, and quiet

It's obvious there is a shortage of hotels that allow pets, as there were many here. The staff was pleasant, and everything was clean- which is much appreciated. The hotel needs some updates badly. The population of guests was unsavory. Marijuana reeked on the premises. It was a, you get what you pay for, experience. I'd not opt to repeat the stay unless no other options are available. Stinks to not be able to travel with your pet without downgrading your accommodations.

Easy parking...Breakfast terrible
- 2/5
Staff was pleasant and attentive. Rooms are as pictured on their site. I’m giving my stay a low rating because the hot tub was out of service despite being told it was working fine. The bed was made with sheets that had visible blood stains on them. And we found a roach living its best life on one of the walls before ultimately meeting its end by way of a thrown slipper.

It had ROACHES!!! I got up to use the bathroom and they were just in there chilling!! The floors hadn’t been swept properly, so I know they weren’t mopped. It was grit all over the floor. The pool area looked condemned.. NEVER AGAIN

I debated between a 4 or 5 star review and decided on 5. Is this a Hilton? No, but you’re not paying Hilton prices. Room was clean, comfortable, well furnished - I guess if I had to pick on anything it was apparent the shower wasn’t brand new but it was still clean, plenty of hot water, etc. Breakfast was fairly simple but reasonable - waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal (including instant oatmeal), fruit, coffee, OJ and apple juice, some breakfast pastries. No, it’s not a full breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc, but considering this was the cheapest hotel in the area I was more than satisfied. Stayed here for 3 nights for the cat and dog show at the nearby convention center and they were waiving the pet fee during it - I was shocked by that as I’m sure most of the hotel was people with animals in the show and they could have easily made a ton more money. All in all, were I to come to the same show again next year (if it’s held in Tinley Park again), I would likely stay here again.

- 2/5
Rooms have normal wear and tear i guess but when the tub has brown stains all in it thens its time to replace it. The toilet seat need to be replaced. I felt unsafe and like I was in a dirty apartment building that needs work.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, room was clean. Strong smell of pot in the room when the air was on. Breakfast was ok, only hot food was a waffle.

Tried this hotel over another hotel we were staying at hoping that the extra money we spent would get us a better hotel. Room was very dated. Had to request daily room service. It was clean, staff was friendly, at least they had real coffee. Felt we got more for our money elsewhere while we were working in the area.
- 5/5
Yes and yes!
- 5/5
Ac kept room cool
- 1/5
Horrible I didn’t even stay I left. I walked in the room and it look like someone was already sleeping in the bed. Then I pulled the cover back there was hair all through the bed. When I went to report it, his first question was when did I check in. Remind you I had just checked in my paper was still sitting on the keyboard to the computer. Then he ask me if he give me the sheets I can make the bed. My husband pulled up and told them clean off because I’m not no housekeeper. I will never stay there ever.
- 1/5
I would not recommend using this property. We had to kill a live roach in our room. The pillows were gross. We requested towels from the front desk and they said housekeeping would bring them by and they did not. The property was not smoke free at all. It's smelled like weed throughout the whole property. If you had asthma or allergies stay far away from this place. Overall very disappointing.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 3/5
Maybe a little more lighting for the backside of the property, for parked cars.
- 4/5
Clean room, out dated hallways, friendly staff, poor breakfast
- 3/5
Breakfast was horrible, no options boiled eggs everyday!!
- 4/5
The whole stay was amazing
- 3/5
We woke up to a burnt smell, like burnt toast , but it was definitely permeating to inside our room. We called the front desk and met a manager on duty in the hallway of the 4th floor, he walked up and down the hallway to try and figure out which room it was coming from and then knocked on the door. They had a short conversation and then he explained to us they were cooking breakfast?????? Who does that in a hotel room at 12:30 am and why did it smell so bad, there are no toasters in the room, and it didn’t smell of any breakfast food In aware of. That was the end of his conversation to us, not and offer to go to a different room or offer a refund. Kept us up for at least 2 hours before I finally fell asleep. Not a good stay
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
bugs in the hotel, air condition made ticking noise all the time. Too much light from hallway into the room. Way overpriced.
- 5/5
One of the best hotels I have stayed at.
- 2/5
Floors were sticky like that haven’t been cleaned in a while. Sheets was stained on one bed asked for replacements with no issues. Just an out dated room in general can use some upgrades especially for the bathroom. Ok stay.
- 5/5
The Front Desk was freindly and Helpful. The Room & Bathroom was very nice. Bed was comfortable. A/C was on and the room was nice and cool. The indoor pool looked very nice although I didn't go swimming.
- 5/5
Pool was cold but not too bad. I wish the spa/hot tub was operational
- 3/5
Air conditioning good
- 3/5
The rooms are a bit dated. The room was clean and I liked the refrigerater and microwave. I was disappointed in the breakfast, but it was typical of most budget hotels nowadays.
- 3/5
It was okay. Expensive for the stay, hot tub out of order, limited breakfast.
- 3/5
They're trying hard to present a nice place, but my room had food on the floor and the furniture was pretty beat up. Breakfast was fine and families seemed to be enjoying the pool.
- 5/5
The parking was great, closr to the entrance!
- 5/5
No matter what time I arrive, check in is always easy. I've been using pre check in, making it even easier. Overall it's good for the price.
- 3/5
Average hotel
- 1/5
Paid 150 a night for just myself asked to talk to the manager about taking money off or comping The room for one day said the manager wasn’t available.
- 4/5
The bathroom smelled like urine and there was a wet face towel left on the toilet when I checked in. Also left over tissue in the peep hole. I’m not sure if the room was fully cleaned. There was also a dead gnat stuck on the wall when you walk in,
- 2/5
Buffalo Wild Wings was the best part
- 2/5
Elevator was broken, TV barely worked with the remote, noise from other Tennants late in the night, need water purification in g he rooms, limited vending services/options.
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed! I was able to relax after busy days Very quiet. My only complaint would be that, yes, laundry services ARE available. But there is only one washer and one dryer. Every time I tried to use it, they were in use. One or two more of each would be helpful. But otherwise fine. I would stay there again.
- 2/5
My husband is handicapped and we were on the 4th floor. The button on the elevator to go down was not working correctly, so you had to walk down to the third floor and bring the elevator up to the 4th floor. They had it fixed but the day we were leaving it was beginning to not work well. One morning I went down for coffee and there was no regular coffee and had to ask the desk to get the carafe that was in the back room. Another morning I went for decaf and the coffee from the day before was in the carafe cold. Went to spend one night at the pool and no lights were on. I had to go to the front desk to have them turn the lights on. Also from the parking lot you could see garbage stacked up against the window you could look into.
- 2/5
The towel rack at the sink was broken. It was connected to the wall only at one end. AND, the tub drainage lift was broken. It would not close, it would not lift to raise, it only came off!! In other words, I couldn't take a bath...only a shower.
- 5/5
the accommodations were very comfortable, and the staff was always friendly, professional, helpful and prompt.
- 3/5
Property in a beautiful setting with good (average) help from staff. Downside: the internet was terrible but the bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Easy check in, decent price
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
Very accommodating property with friendly staff all needs were met promptly
- 2/5
The bathroom was terrible, hairballs on the floor, moldy shower curtain. Tv kept cutting out. The breakfast was the worst, the only thing safe to eat were the little containers of yogurt. I expect more for $175 a night.
- 5/5
I like it
- 3/5
I liked how close it was to the amphitheater, but it’s very outdated and the beds were really uncomfortable.
- 3/5
Our stay was decent. It was very close to the venue. We will book with you again.
- 2/5
45 minutes waiting bcs Expedia didn’t booked Properly room with hotel , then many phone calls - still hotel staff couldn’t find my reservation even with secure booking what I paid - completely nonsense
- 1/5
A roach crawl across my forehead while I was sleeping that woke me up. I ended up killing 5 of them. The place looked clean but the mext room had roaches as well. One escaped by running under the door to the hallway. It messed with my psych, and I broke out across my forehead. Not a happy camper, they said that Eco lab was going to come spray the room as if that was the only room with them. I asked for a full refund but they said No! They charged me for one night. Close to $80.00 and refunded the rest.I showed them pictures as well.
- 2/5
2. Breakfast was bad. There were very limited options. The one option that was available which was waffles tasted sour and like the batter had gone bad.
- 1/5
Would stay away from keeping this hotel in your portfolio of rentals. It is dirty, aged, smells like smoke. They were at least kind enough to cancel and give me my money back.
- 4/5
Close to interstate

AWFUL, HORRIBLE experience during my recent stay at the LaQuinta in Tinley Park, IL. To make a long story short. I booked a room for two days, as I was getting married in a nearby suburb. On the day of my wedding, I woke up to roaches crawling on my floor. I immediately contacted the front desk, who came to my room and actually witnessed one of the roaches crawling around as if he had paid to stay there as well. (I have this all on recording, FYI) They moved to another room, however I was still very uneasy about the whole ordeal giving that it was my actual wedding day. I contacted Expedia and I sent the General Manager an email. I never heard back from him, however Expedia was very apologetic and offered me some compensation. I will NEVER stay at that location, or probably any LaQuinta hotel ever again in life. It was an awful experience and then to not even get a response or an apology from the GM was very disheartening.
- 5/5
Everything was good! No problems or complaints!
- 3/5
I change rooms twice, before settling on one. Each room had issues. I got, what I pay for. We made it through four days.
- 2/5
The hotel hallways smelled like marijuana, the toilet in the bathroom became stopped up. The flooring was weak and it felt like it wasy going to crack. The elevator was slow and their was a lot of sketchy people walking around.

- 5/5

- 2/5
room key stop working all the time house keeping was rude smell like pot when said no smoking
- 1/5
It was hair in the shower, stains on the towels, kids running around everywhere, there was no structure, the door to the room did not look nowhere near secure.
- 2/5
Upgraded to the executive suite. There was only one bath towel and wash cloth in the room. Was stuck watching basic cable as Netflix log-in wasnt possible due to tv-internet connectivity. They advertise that they have a hot tub - yet it hasnt worked in 9 months with no plan to fix it. Pool area was extreme noisy and there was only 1 clean towel available. Free breakfast is free breakfast - but it was horrible.
- 1/5
If you are staying 1 night or 2 this hotel is ok. If you stay longer don't bother. There were 2 people in our room. They literally give you 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person. And a .88 oz of bar soap and a very small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. There is a sign on the mirror that states there is housekeeping after your third night. Lies! I was there 5 nights and after the third night I didn't receive housekeeping services. I went to the front desk and at first was told that I must have been in the room. I said no I was gone all day. After the gentleman called housekeeping I was told I didn't ask for housekeeping. Since when do you have to ask? I told him the sign on the mirror states every third day. I was able to get fresh towels every other day along with soap and the shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was ok. Breads, some fruits, cereal (that actually wasn't stale), oatmeal, coffee, milk, yogurt, and you can make your own waffle. The pool area was pretty dirty due to unruly guests who left stuff all over. A worker looked at the room and left without doing anything. The traffic noise was terrible. I've never stayed where I could hear every semi that went by. The site isn't letting me upload any of the photos I took
- 1/5
The whole building smelled like cigarettes and every morning I woke up to roaches in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Everything was great for except I good night link my phone to the TV to cast
- 2/5
Our bed was worn outnin the middle. I had to sleep on the edge. And i was too tored to complain. Children were running around the halls unattended until midnight. It was noisy!
- 3/5
The front desk people was never available, couldn’t get supplies I need ex. Towels and garbage bags. Cleaning lady was rude. No night time rules kids was stomping and running all night for two nights. Guest was smoking had to get a room change they did that with no problem
