I used booking.com and apparently the hotel never had my reservation and was fully booked. I would never use booking.com again. This was a nightmare! I spent hours on the phone the day before trying to sort this out. I never reached an actual person with booking.com and it took multiple attempts to reach an actual person from the hotel as well. I keep getting the reservation center with was all automated.

Staff was outstanding but the property was dated and not up to the standards of a Hampton that I’m used to
- 4/5
The hot breakfast items were sub standard. We have recently stayed at other Hamptons, and the food just didn't taste right.

Staff are very friendly. The facility needs to be updated. Broken furniture in the rooms. Bathroom needs updating. Fortunately they were having the carpets, furniture and window treatments cleaned as we were checking out. Great location.

Breakfast was good. Some things in the property were outdated, but the bed was comfortable.

He has a bad attitude.. Horrible never again DON'T COME HERE... Cost over 300$ on a Saturday
- 5/5
Every staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. it says something when everyone is smiling -- and sets a good tone. Beyond that, room was spacious & clean, breakfast was good & plentiful, and location was walkable to food (if that's what you want). Stayed with my dog -- great place to be!

The staff was very friendly!

We stayed two nights. The first night we were in a room with a toilet that would not flush properly. Solids would go down, toilet paper just collected and swirled The bathroom sink was slow to drain. The room was muggy, dank and smelled very sour. The shower smelled of urine when I took a shower. We were able to change rooms for the second night. The second room was much better. However the room keys repeatedly stopped working. Upon complaint of the first incident of failed room keys, and my frustrations coming to light, the night manager claimed she went into our first room and that there was too much toilet paper in the toilet. I explained to her that the water and solid would go down slowly but the toilet paper would not. She said my kid put too much toilet paper in the toilet. Which was not the case. I used the toilet myself and watched it swirl and swirl and slowly drain. She then said it was our fault for not requesting a room change immediately upon arrival. I didn’t do that because we checked in late and I had to leave early in the morning. I also was hopeful that it would improve and since I had left for the day I was unable to address it until I returned. The refrigerator in our second room did not work and we lost all of our leftover food from the restaurant from the night before. I came home tonight to find that I have been overcharged for two rooms on the night of 2/21/26 and 2 pet rates totaling $150 when it says online that their pet rate is $75 for 2 dogs

I was not given the room I reserved, the hotel was dirty, the pool was down, I did not receive room service, the manager Ronnie was rude and dismissive when I told him my tv did not work and the bathroom had a odor. The breakfast area the furniture was dirty and looked very old. The property itself was in disarray. This was a horrible experience.

- 4/5
The staff was very courteous and friendly. the room had a stale odor and some areas needed duating like the shelf beneath the sink, the tissue box holder and the shlf above the towel rack. the furnuture could be updated but otherwise my stay was ok.
- 5/5
The staff was courteous provided excellent customer service.
- 2/5
The hotel was old with dirty carpets, the beds were so hard, full of springs and uncomfortable. The pool was drained and closed. There was no lobby and the breakfast was disappointing. The muffins and scones were refrigerator cold, and kielbasa was served as breakfast sausage?
- 1/5
Pool was WAY over chlorinated. It was difficult to breath and very cold in the pool area because they opened a door (probably because of the chemicals). One of the night employees agreed that the pool had issues and would shut down the pool early that night and run some tests. When I tried to follow up the next morning with Ronnie, he made it seem as if there was nothing wrong with the pool, and it was impossible that the chemicals could be off. I asked him to talk to a manager or owner, & he said it was him. Even when I insisted to talk to an owner or his supervisor he would only give me the Hilton 800 number. Never again would I stay at this hotel. My wife's sterling silver ring was completely black from a 20 minute exposure to the pool and my daughter's hair turned into a dry straw texture. Currently not having any luck restoring my 4yr old daughter's hair even after treatments. Now she is going to need to haircut which is devastating for her!
- 2/5
Run down, beds were hard, pillows were tiny and flat. Noise rattling in wall all night. Pool was closed. Not the standard I expected from a Hampton. Wouldn’t stay again!
- 5/5
Ac did not work properly

The food was good, the staff was great and I slept like a baby

Food was ok potatoes were cold and asked for coffee to be refilled and was not refilled. when I asked for blanket and pillow the person was not friendly acted like I was bothering her she didn’t even talk to me.And the people above us ran around all night. And not sure if you can have dogs but one was barking.

- 4/5
Our king sized bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
I was only there for a few hours but staff customer service is excellent 👌 and was pretty clean inside
- 4/5
The room was comfortable. House keeping needs to pay attention to the small details of cleaning the rooms
- 4/5
The room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. The staff was very nice.
- 4/5
It was fine...noisy neighbors were up pretty late and the walls must be thin
- 5/5
The room was clean but could have been better. Check in was a little shaky due to card machine not working properly. Front desk clerks were nice and super helpful. I didn't eat the breakfast just wasn't hungry. Overall I would book this hotel again.
- 3/5
Was an okay stay. Booked a king, but when I checked in was told no king rooms were available. Had to settle for 2 queens. Previous guest’s items were left in fridge. Otherwise room was comfortable & seemed clean. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, so that was an inconvenient.
- 5/5
The breakfast menu included a hot breakfast that tasted great. There was ample parking. The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean.
- 1/5
Smelly rooms, dirty carpet, carpets need to be replaced. I booked 2 rooms. One of my rooms doesn’t have a microwave. I only get hot water in my bathroom sink/ when i wanted cold water. The water doesn’t run.Seems like the hotels staff didn’t inspected the room before guests arrived. Needs a lot of improvement for the hotel. Me and my families can’t enjoy ours stays.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and it was in the perfect location for us
- 5/5
Karoline was great at check-in, very pleasant and helpful.
- 4/5
I felt the property was rundown and old. Room furniture like from a garage sale 😬 sorry. The staff was great and bed confortable so that made it a fine stay. No full length mirror …
- 2/5
The hotel suffered some kind of water damage recently. Genius put us in room 102, right next to the damaged room(s). Musty, wet floors, horribly humid, and fans blasting all day/night. Thanks for a terrible nights stay.
- 1/5
This property is very run down and not clean. There's old carpeting and ac units that smell like mildew and mold. The bathroom fixtures were broken, everything stained. The wallpaper had stains running down the walls that weren't cleaned and there was hair on surfaces like countertops, toliet and night stand. I would not stay here again when there are so many other hotels nearby.
- 2/5
I did not get the room I reserved. I reserved a room with 2queens & a pull-out. (3 kids - 2 adults.) The pool was unusable. However, the hotel was clean & the staff were nice. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
The overall stay was great, the only thing is when i booked the room the website said i could get a roll away couch for that type of room. I paid over 300 dollars and i ended up sleeping on the floor. As i was told that room couldnt have the couch.
- 5/5
Had plenty of parking. This hotel was close to the amphitheater and very easy to get to. Clean rooms comfy beds and a good breakfast. We didn’t use the pool or workout area but they both looked nice.
- 5/5
We truly enjoyed our getaway for the weekend!
- 3/5
Carpets old and dirty. Outdated. I reserved 3 rooms and condition varied with each. In one, light shades were damaged, window shade was broken and stained and room had a strange odor. In another, several outlets did not work and bathroom mirror was in poor repair. Overall, the staff was friendly but the building and furniture were poorly maintained. The seating in the breakfast area was broken down and very stained and dirty, I wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed.
- 5/5
Great place to stay when attending a concert at the nearby amphitheater. Restaurants within walking distance is a bonus. Hotel is clean, and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Next concert we attend, we'll definitely pick this place to stay again.
- 4/5
Perfect place to stay for a Concert at Tinley Park! Lots of fans stay here, the concert vibe is electric. 2 minutes from the venue via Uber/Lyft. Front desk guy is an Air Force Veteran and is super accommodating, nice dude! Beds need an upgrade and elevator needs some maintenance besides that for the price we will stay here again!
- 5/5
It was wonderful ! The children loved it ,the parents was were very comfortable the breakfast...great...we will be there again...Thank You very much...One happy grandmother!
- 5/5
Quiet hotel
- 3/5
We stayed here thinking we could walk to Amplitheater for a show, walking is not an option.
- 5/5
This is a nice clean property with easy access.
- 5/5
The fridge was not working and VERY sour. Really ruined the evening. The front desk clerk at light was awesome. Give him a raise.
- 3/5
Convenient location but old and dated property in need of a makeover. Staff was great.
- 4/5
The Staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a Hampton Inn so we all know what to expect, the standout feature was the staff

- 2/5
I will start with the good things first. Workers were wonderful and nice and the a/c in the room worked great!! Bad things were the bed was terrible!! Also this hotel needs a serious update and the curtains and carpet had tons of stains everywhere. I know that it takes money to update but to have a clean hotel doesnt take as much so i will not be staying here again unless i know they have cleaned and new beds a the very least.
- 2/5
This is one of the most outdated Hampton Inn properties I have stayed at. It was mostly clean, except the bathroom ceiling that grossed me out a little bit. The woman who checked us in was great! Super friendly!! In the morning they kept running out of coffee and there were groups of people waiting for them to come out with more. They also didn’t have yogurt at 9am which is always my go to at Hampton Inns. Overall I would not stay here again, there are many other hotels in the area that I’m sure are nicer for a similar price
- 4/5
The building is showing its age and could use updating but our room was clean.
- 3/5
Stay was ok
- 3/5
The hotel needs an update.
- 5/5
Great location to wake up and be on the highway. Stay was perfect-clean rooms great breakfast. Although pool room was heated the pool was not.
- 4/5
My room was comfortable
- 1/5
Our room was poorly lit and not very clean—I brought my own supplies and found several areas that had clearly been missed. Outlets were loose and sparked when used. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and we barely slept. We also had to endure loud thumping above us each night. The in-room fridge didn’t keep items cold and turned off every 2 hours, causing my baby’s milk to spoil. The AC couldn’t keep the room cool in 90+ degree heat, and the vent was clogged with debris. The TV was small, outdated, and offered no guide. Staff were unprofessional. One refused to bring towels, and another handed them to us without a word while texting. Nothing about our stay was enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.
- 5/5
Hotel is in a great location if you are planning on going to Tinley Park for a concert. There are food places and a gas station walking distance from the hotel.
- 1/5
We were there for my son‘s wedding. He had rooms blocked and when he and his new wife got to the hotel, they did not have his reservation and she had a confirmation number. My daughter and her fiancé had to find another hotel so they could give my son and his new bride the room
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
The side doors don’t work did like that I couldn’t get in by where I parked my car
- 1/5
Will not be returning
- 5/5
One night. Friendly staff, clean but it has a feel of an older hotel
- 1/5
Car windows were broken in, they have no cameras. And everything was stolen
- 4/5
One night stay, clean friendly staff nice breakfast.

- 1/5
Horrible muy sucio todo desde la entrada
- 5/5
The staff there are great and made sure to be as accommodating as possible.
- 5/5
We had our 2 dogs, and it was a nice place to stay with them, have a pool for our son, and walk to Cracker Barrel for food :)
- 5/5
Location to my events.
- 5/5
Reception was very friendly and the stay was just as I imagined. No hassle!
- 2/5
Breakfast the first day was not staffed. The Manager was doing the best she could, but she couldn't be two places at once. The second day the breakfast area was a mess. Food on the ground, tables dirty, and the area by the waffle maker was a disaster. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on the third day. I checked at the front desk to make sure it was on the schedule and was told it was. The room was never cleaned.
- 5/5
Was good
- 3/5
Older building…. Carpeting on floor in rooms feels gross compared to newer hotels with clean uncarpeted floors…. Thin walls and noisy people…. Could hear kids in pool and I was in second floor, people above me at 1 am noisy … but very nice staff
- 5/5
The front was very accommodating for booking a second day although the hotel was fully booked. Hat off to Amy!
- 3/5
It was "fine" to stay at for the short length we were there, but I will never return again and would not recommend to anyone.
- 4/5
Nice placeto stay. Have cookies and water for members and breakfast was decent. The juice machine was broke the first day. They brought welch juice the next day
- 3/5
Somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable…
- 5/5
The bed was very comfortable!
- 4/5

- 5/5
Check in was really smooth and I had no hassle.
- 5/5
Everything was goo
- 5/5
I had a great stay. I was in town for a family funeral. My room was perfect, clean and comfortable. My key card quit working - because I put it near my cell phone. Front desk staff were helpful and so friendly. I would stay again!!
- 4/5
Very good value for the $125/night price point. The room had plenty of space, including a sleeper sofa and large bathroom sink area. The breakfast selection was good. Friendly and helpful staff. A solid 3.5 star facility.
- 2/5
The first room we checked into the toilet was broken and the furniture drawers kept opening. Once we got a new room, there were still issues with the furniture however it was manageable to sleep in for one night. We did not have enough towels, and when requested they said they were all out of towels and we had to wait unfortunately because we had to check out by 11 AM. We were not able to get new towels and that caused us to be unable to shower our party of four before leaving.
- 1/5
No room cleaning services at all
- 3/5
The front desk person was very nice.
- 4/5
For the money this is a great place to stay. This property is getting old and is beginning to show signs of its age. It was a comfortable and clean stay.
- 3/5
Hair in shower, ice machine out of order, pool out of order. Telephone in room not functioning. AC in room not working. Other than that it was perfect.
- 5/5
It was a slight getaway for my birthday
- 5/5
Staff is super friendly and rooms were extremely clean.
- 3/5
This is an older hotel that needs some TLC. The room was adequate, clean enough, just needs some refresh. The breakfast room was ok. Breakfast was ok.
- 5/5
Quiet, clean.
- 1/5
Place is very dirty and outdated. Continental breakfast wasn't ready until 7:45 in the morning and hour and 45 minutes late. Kids running the hallways until 3am. Oh and by the way DO NOT take a HOT STEAMY SHOWER unless you want your fire alarm to go off and have Tinley Fire Department show up!!
- 5/5
Very Clean and family friendly
- 4/5
Good and clean
- 2/5
We had two rooms reserved. The front desk was very helpful, however both rooms were not clean. Our room had leftover food on top of the microwave and candy wrappers behind the bed and it didn’t appear room had been vacuumed. The second room had food in refrigerator, items in the closet and no remote for TV. Desk offered to move both of us. The second night there was a party in an adjacent room that lasted until 4:30 am. Not our kind of place. Disappointed.
- 4/5
The commode is not ADA compliant. I enjoyed my stay, nontheless.
- 5/5
I like that the rooms give plenty of towels for your stay
- 5/5
Great service and excellent breakfast overall 5 stars!!!
- 5/5
From the time we walked into the front door everything was great
- 4/5
eating area is very small. Food choices for breakfast were very limited
- 5/5
The people were extremely friendly, the service and care made the stay worth while. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice.
- 4/5
A little older hotel, could use some TLC/updates, carpets are clearly pretty old and need cleaned or replaced, the rest of the room was clean. Not a great gym. Great pool. Staff was incredible, very friendly and always accommodating. Would stay again.
- 1/5
The room stunk like black mold, the refridge did not work. Never got room keys, had to be escorted to our room every time if we both left together. Carpet was dirty.
- 2/5
Unfortunately, we did not have a good stay. The key maker and digital key were not working. We had to be escorted to our room and let in by staff. Additionally, our bathroom floor was sticky. We asked for it to be cleaned. There was no internet, so they could not check us out in the morning. The staff was nice due to these unfortunate events, however, this was not a pleasant stay. Also, the breakfast was mediocre.
- 2/5
I really wanted to book another location, but they were sold out. I cancelled my 2nd night stay after finding the other Hampton inn I wanted opened up.
- 2/5
The rooms were very small and though I was the first person at breakfast the garbage was overflowing. The beds hurt our backs.
- 5/5
My husband and i stayed this past weekend. The room was nice and clean. Front desk was very helpful with suggestions for transportation to the arena where we were going. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely go back.
- 5/5
Your great thank you
- 4/5
Very dated room for 300 a night. Had black crap coming through ceiling in shower. Not very happy.
- 3/5
Con Grey haired front desk clerk lacks basic courtesy skills
- 3/5
Run down property - dirty elevator
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Tv did not work and not enough towels
- 5/5
Everything was great no problems at all. Property was very clean and nice. Only thing we had a problem with was the parking after the concert we came back from the concert and there was no parking we had to park in the parking lot across the street. Also what we didn’t like was they have a eating area and we went to use the microwave and the front desk lady wasn’t to happy with us that we went in there to warm food up at 1am. We weren’t making noise or messing things up lights and tv was on. But would stay at that property again….
- 5/5
Came down for a show at nearby Tinley park.
- 3/5
The Hampton was an older hotel. Our room smelled a bit like water which you would expect from a hotel at the beach(?) We used air freshener to help with the smell. The breakfast was great and better than most hotels. Beds were very uncomfortable. Our mattress was actually caved in at the top. We flipped it around after the first night and it was better, since the caved in part was then at our feet. I don't think I would stay here again. Pretty expensive; value was not worth the price. However, it was conveniently located by Credit One Amphitheater which is why we were traveling. I just did not realize there were also six hotels clustered with this one. We almost moved after the first night, but it would have been a hassle since we were only staying the weekend.
- 4/5
Room smelt musty.
- 2/5
The hotel was outdated and dirty. The elevators could use a good scrub and the carpet throughout was worn and bubbled in areas. The breakfast was subpar with the potatoes being cold and frozen. I would not choose that hotel again for $299 per night ! Two stars at best
- 3/5
Breakfast was sparse and inedible. Sliced smoked sausage with maple syrup poured over it. No eggs available, Bitter orange juice! I will not stay here again. I will not recommend this hotel, This hotel needs care ,updates, and upgrades.
- 5/5
I've stayed here multiple times on trips to the convention center. Its a safe anc convenient choice. A decent breakfast, clean rooms, and you can walk to have dinner in several places.
- 5/5
Nice room and clean. Was on second floor not any noises to complain about. Comfortable bed.
- 3/5
Front desk staff were friendly and responsive. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. Certainly it needs an update from the card doors, furniture, carpet, lighting. It looks very 1990s. Our room fridge didn’t work. The television must have been antenna because it kept giving a pixelated picture. The bed said it was queen but appeared and felt much smaller. The breakfast was just ok. This is not a place I would stay again.
- 3/5
Breakfast omlets not fresh.
- 5/5
Good clean property. Easy and friendly check in.
- 1/5
Did not like the place very dirty. Chairs on the lobby were filthy
- 1/5
I do not ever do a negative review, however, this is an exception. While the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful, the rooms were absolutely unacceptable. The first room we were given a key to was torn apart and the beds were propped against the wall. RED FLAG number 1. The next room was across the hall and after properly inspecting the bed… a bug fell on the floor. I am awaiting a full refund. We did not stay!
