    Did not get to stay there. Made two trip to get into our room. Understand check in is at 3. Was supposed to call us being we needed to be in d st o we could change cloths for a funeral at 3. If I paid $75 they could have got us in. No thank you. Then when we went back we were told $50 for damages and would receive our money back in roughly 10 days. So we left. Need to know this when booking. We understand rules but nothing on there part to try and make any changes so it looked like a clean nice place to stay but am not able to confirm.

    The room wasn’t very clean. Smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. The fire alarm went off around 4:30am for about 30mins. The fire department arrived and shut it off. It was a bit of a sketchy area.

    My family and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we paid 521.00 for two nights m. The carpets need a deep cleaning, the security latch on the door was missing a screw, everything was covered in dust, the pipes in the wall screeched if water temperature was on hot. No one came to switch out our towels or sheets, when we inquired stated we need to go to the front desk. Front desk stated they were out of towels and sheets. we were given another comforter and face towels. Staff we encountered were very nice, helpful, and respectful.

    We did not seem to have any issues but one person a few door down on same floor pulled his family out complaining og kids being covered in bed bugs and there were some questionable things in our room on wall above bed that I could not figure out what they were. Could have used another pillow or two and the "making" of the rooms every 3 days is a bit of a stretch. Especially for those needing TP, towels, wash clothes etc... Although I will say all front desk personnel were happy to help and provide more. Breakfast seemed OK Could have provided more towels, TP upon arrival (we had a quarter of a roll upon arrival and had to hunt down more) , 1 wash cloth and 2 bath towels instead of 4 since we were showering upon arrival and then again next day and rooms and beds were not going to be done until Saturday

    However, please reserve rooms for families with kids on the first floor or another area. Both nights kids were running the hall, screaming, riding the luggage cart while their parents were either in the room or another part of the building. That noise all night up until checkout was very annoying and distracting to say the least. I’m just putting it mildly. I’ve stayed at this location before but this was one of the most unsettling, and disappointing places I’ve been. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars. Breakfast was good and staff friendly as said.

    I made it to the hotel and the room I purchased the hotel told me the third party I went through only sent them information for a standard room I believe was a lie I believe they gave my room away! I was highly upset ! Then not to mention the pool area was filled with children no pool towels and the lady at the front did not want to give us towels kept saying they were washing them! I was in the room at 2am and was looking on the floor it was ants all in the carpet lady bugs and some other big bugs. The guy at the front desk told me he could give me some raid or switch me to another room if the guy coming wasn’t coming any more. The guy at the front counter said oh the guy that’s suppose to be coming not answering I would just switch the room for you and he had two rooms available. I thought you only had one room available but any way the next morning we had breakfast the biscuit were hard the muffins was stale looking we went back to the pool before check out and there still was no pool towels and the lady said they didn’t have any towels and they were getting washed but on the shelf behind the counter it was a shelf full of towels ! I would never go back

    So upon my visit i checked in and was asked to sign a policy stating: that at the slightest noise after 10pm i would be put out with no refund ,no parties etc;and whatever else it read,yet upon speaking with other guest they were not required to sign this policy,seem like even in my family group which we reserved 4 rooms no one else had to signthis policy either⁰ ,and it was some wild guest 🙄 in the pool screaming and hollering yet i was asked to sign this ..there was also other guest that was already there upon my arrival ,that was standing on the property getting high ,smoking ,very intoxicated off drugs and began harrasing my daughter with negative comments ,and the lobby worker was aware of this troublesome guest as she was back and forth back at the lobby check in counter as well and bothering several guest ,yet again where did this policy come into play that i had to sign upon arrival!! This just wouldnt be my choice of stay in the future ,however the kitchen worker was absolutely awesome!!! Ive stayed at nicer hotels and late check out being one fee for a few hours ,never on years have i had someone attempt to charge me 25 dollars a hour ..it just wasnt worth it ..i was on the 3rd floor theres a birds nest right above the window off the roof and from 2am to 8am bird chirped and made noise all night until it was hard to sleep,and yes this is nature but ,its just wasnt a great experience at all

    I love the country inns & suites. However, the room I got the main door was not hung straight so it was very difficult to open and close the door. The carpet was frayed by the doorway as well. The one vending machine was also out of water. The staff was very helpful though. No water in the vending machine... I was able to purchase some from the front desk for cheaper than the vending machine would have been. So that was good. Hotel was clean otherwise. Would stay again but would hope that those maintenance issues are rectified.

    The room definitely had mold that was painted over. The bathroom had mold spores on the walls stuck in the paint along with bubbles. If you are sensitive to mold or have asthma not the best place to stay. Our tv remote didn’t work which the front desk person did fix. The temperature control did not work properly. Pool area was old and dingy.

    They put us on the first floor. Windows did not lock so it could be opened at any time. Carpets were filthy with stains all over them. Bathroom needs major updates as there were cracks in the walls and ceiling. Just a bad experience.

    We had 2 rooms on our stay and we checked into one room early and the manager was super accomodating and helpful. A+ We had to play a hock aey game before being ble to check into our second room. When we came back to check in for that room a different lady "helped" us. Terrible experience very unfriendly and down right had a negative attitude

    Furthermore, I had previously tried to shorten my stay prior to the listed deadline for doing so. I was told I couldn’t modify as there were “no rooms available”. Neither the hotel or hotels.com were willing to help with this. The only option I was given was to cancel and then try and rebook. There are lots of hotels in this area I can say for sure I won’t be using this one again.

    The staff we interacted with were all polite & helpful. The rooms- not clean. I always take a blacklight & check things out. There were various spots throughout the room on the carpets that lit up & clearly were not clean. The amount of dust that had built up on the vents was gross. The top lock on the door (the safety bar part) wasn't screwed in, like someone had previously tried to force the door open. We had to put a chair under the handle against the desk to ensure we felt safe while we slept. On day one, we checked the pool out. It was not clear at all. There were also guests playing on the chair meant for disabled folks. The outlets near the bed, only one worked. The one near the window wasn't even attached to the wall. Neither USB port worked. The stairs leading to the second floor were disgusting, like they hadn't been swept in weeks. The bathroom was not swept very well. Hairs all over the floor & toilet. When we asked for extra towels we were told they didn't have wash cloths. We also were unable to get an extra blanket and pillow. One bed had black marks on the sheet but it had a zippered cover so we couldn't check the mattress. The other bed had deep stains on the mattress & the sheet kept coming off, so that was gross. If we could have found another hotel & got a refund, we would have left. But we had another group with us & after searching for hotels, we were forced to stay there for our entire stay. We have stayed in way nicer places for less than we paid here.

    Ive stayed at this hotel many times. I was a little disappointed this visit. No one at the front desk would answer the phone. The room i was given was right at the top of stairs in the lobby, and we heard every conversation all night long.The internet was complete garbage. When I finally was able to get ahold of someone about it. It was to inconvenient for them to take a look at it. When i went to breakfast kids were walking around barefoot in the dining area. And upon checkout i was treated like a number, and not a guest.

    The pool is only open till 8pm. There we multiple noise complaints about us for just normal activities. We could hear our neighbors enjoying there vacation (it was loud ) while we were trying to sleep (the walls seemed very thin). Walking down the halls we could hear conversations coming from other rooms. No maid service was given, no clean towels, beds weren’t made, garbage wasn’t emptied. The was food on the floor around the bed. There were no manager on site when I tried to see about checking out early and was told they would call me back and no one ever did. Not a pleasant visit!!!

    The lobby was nice and cozy with a fireplace and seating. The room was clean and I especially enjoyed the seating area separate from the bedroom with its own tv. Continental breakfast was good as well. Lots to choose from. My son enjoyed the pool. All in all we had a good stay and will definitely be going back again.

    The property is very nice and in a good location. The room was mostly clean but the carpet was extremely dirty. There was minor damage in the bathroom that was very sloppily repaired and the toilet did not flush properly. My greatest annoyance was that there were multiple hotel parties taking place on Saturday night, one of which was right across the hall from my room. There was loud music and people going in and out of the room into the late hour. The next morning, we were unable to eat breakfast because of the multitude of children from the hotel parties eating in the breakfast area which left hardly any food for other guests. I personally will not be staying at this hotel again in the future.

    The room is clean, but beware it is only cleaned every 3rd day. This is something we were not informed about until we wanted new towels. The water is warm, not hot for showering. Stayed 3 nights and every shower was only warm water. Gym is ok. Breakfast is adequate. I'd rather spend some extra money for a hot shower and bath next time. No bathtub either. The staff were all very nice and deserve praise.

    The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel’s breakfast was good. The biggest problem was non hotel guests ( about 20 kids) were being let in by guests to swim, taking over the pool completely. Also at one point the following morning 6 kids, ages ranging from 3 to 12, were swimming unsupervised. The front desk was notified but no action was taken. Also the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana.

    Bad and good, this is a totally honest review. The room was really nice, it was clean, but not spotless. The staff was wonderful, especially the gentleman at check in. Minor issues included the curtain not closing all the way and shampoo was too low to get any out. No biggie, i brought my own anyway. The pool looked wonderful, but i was there for a funeral sled hadn't plan to use it. I didn't know what to expect for breakfast, but there was sausage slices (that were really good) and little Denver omelets. I'm used to a king size room with king size pillows and their pillows were much smaller. There was a cozy little fireplace as you come in. I felt safe and comfortable and it was a good price. Not perfect but i would stay there again.

    The room was very nice, but breakfast ran out of food within a half hour of starting on Monday. There really should be a dress code instead of people just appearing in their pajamas or other forms of underwear at the breakfast setting. Most of the people around us did not seem to know how to behave in a hotel.

    The whole property needs updating. The tub in our room drained very slowly, so we were showering in a few inches of water. The beds are very hard and the pillows are very thin. The hallway outside our room needed a vacuuming. The breakfast Monday morning was very poor, very little food available. The bread, bagels and muffins were hard and stale. The attendant in the breakfast area eventually came in and said the lady who worked the weekend did not bother to change them this morning. Then at 9:00 am as breakfast was done and we were still eating and she was very rude. She told us breakfast service was completed and we had to leave, even though we weren’t done eating what we already had on our plates. She made comments to us under her breath. Not the experience I would have expected from this establishment. We will not be returning.

    Room- the first room that we were given (319) was gross. The bedding was and mattress were not clean. The sheets and mattress looked as if they had bodily fluid. My children refused to sleep or bathe in the bathroom. I agreed to a room change but it was as if each were worse than the first. We left the hotel. The front desk person refused to let us speak to the manager initially saying, “ anything he can do, I can do.” Finally the manager came out but at that point I was so over them. It was agreed that they would only charge me for the first night and would give me extra points. They failed to do say. I was charged the full stay, even though we left.

    Was charged an incidental fee. They had no mini bar in room and no pay per view, so why the charge. The room was clean except for the bathroom vent which was covered. The complimentary hair dryer had the intake so blocked that it was kicking the heat off to stop from overheating. The outlets by the one bed did not work and made charging difficult as alternative outlets had to be found. And I was going to share this when checking out but there was no one behind the counter just a sign stating drop keys in box.

    The staff was very courteous and warm. Room was nice and clean. One concern we had was it was chilly in there even with the heat on to us. Not cold but still a tad chill in the air. I also like that there was a kind of bath bench to use in the accessible room. However it was the same height as the tub and it's still kinda low for some . I had my own bath seat which worked out. I still loved the fact that it was available to use.

    Managing the heat in the room was difficult. Label on unit days use the thermostat and the staff said they are not connected and to use the controls on the main unit. Had to keep temp at 60 degrees or the room would be overheated. Cleaning staff could not understand enough English to provide a face cloth when requested. Garbage cans are too small and the bags are very thin. Fairly good job with plowing the parking lot following the snow, but parking spots on the back and sides should be cleared better so those with handicap issues. Ice at the curbs are an issue.

    The bathroom sink and tub was draining slowly the first two days of my trip the room door was hard to shut and when it did u was almost stuck in there no one never came to service our room when I asked for fresh towels we had to wait a couple of hours to receive them and the final straw there was kids running in the room above started at 6am and late as 1am it was not a pleasant stay at besides the young lady who services the dining room for breakfast!

    The staff was all very friendly, which was the best part of our stay. We have a family of 5 and we received 2 towels.     Also, the free hotel breakfast could use some food that would suit people who don't drink dairy or eat eggs and meat. One day, we had just toast and peanut butter. The second day, at least they had some dry potatoes. Every day, they should have at least a potato-vegetable dish without butter or cheese and some non-dairy milk. This is not untypical for places we stay, but it would be nice if they recognized that not everybody eats meat, eggs, and dairy. Either that or give me $15 off my bill so we can eat breakfast somewhere else, which is what we did the first morning. This hotel was around $200 a night and didn't have a hot tub, so it was definitely not worth it and we won't stay here again.

    The only thing I didn't like is being told there's a $100.00 room charge which would be removed after couple of days. Didn't see that when I booked the room.     Thank you so much for your quick response to this matter. Long story short, I booked the stay at County Inn & Suites by Radisson in Tinley Park,IL. In the notes I noted that I have a disability and needed to be accommodated. Upon my arrival at the front desk, I asked the associate for a dolly so I can get my belongings to the room. He rudely said “there are dollys all over the floor”. Again, I am disabled, so it’s not rocket science that I needed assistance. Because I was frustrated, I called my husband to see if he could help me but he was about an hour away. I went back in to get assistance again, in which I was addressed rudely by the front desk staff. My husband was on the phone with an associate from Expedia to explain what was happening. At that point, I didn’t fell comfortable staying there…so I came back home and never checked in. I was embarrassed and hurt that the staff was rude and tone deaf to my situation. Furthermore, I was surprised that Expedia didn’t know that this is how they treat patrons. Bottom line, I only think it’s fair that I get a full refund because services were never rendered. Please let me know if this information is feasible. Hope to hear from someone soon with good news.

    The property was Clean as ever but the staff at the front desk and the workers in the kitchen had really bad attitudes. The way they talk to us and responded was very disrespectful and they didn’t even care about it. The lady in the kitchen ignored me and my family when was trying to asks for milk, their customer service suck.     My stay was for 5 days/4 nights, my room was never cleaned during my stay. I regularly had to go to the front desk and request towels and toilet paper. The last time when no one asked why I was requesting these items, I told them that my room wasn't cleaned, no apology, no let me get someone up there to clean, nothing. Given I spent over $800 on my stay, I shouldn't have to request my room to be cleaned and to be provided with basic amenities. This was my last stay at this location going forward.

    You only get service every 3 days which nobody tells you at check in. It’s on a little piece of paper with room keys. Even after we asked for service we never got it.     It was very nice there. We only ran into two issues. One this young gentleman who first waited on us seemed a little rude and it was like we were bothering him while he was on his phone. His name was Johnny. He wasn’t pleasant at all it didn’t look good for your business. He didn’t even greet us nice. I felt you needed to know this. It happened the next day too.     The only thing that I would point out is the smoke. Not from cigarettes. I'm a smoker but never in hotels. I was required to sign a promise not to smoke, which is fine but people were smoking in the hotel and outside on the grounds. Legality aside, it still can cause respiratory problems. I also saw a tractor trailer in the parking lot and am assuming they were hotel guests. Commercial drivers are FEDERALLY required to drug test and weed is still illegal federally. Trace amounts can cause a driver his career. My husband drives truck so unfortunately, if he is with us, we won't be able to come back, which is a shame.

    The room was not clean. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. There was a dirty pillow case with makeup on it. A black sock was on the floor between the bed and nightstand. There was a women’s butterfly hair clip on the other nightstand. The carpet had stains all over it! We didn’t put anything on the floor because it was so gross.

    Room was smelly. They would not change the room. They came and sprayed deodorizer to cover the mattress dew smell. No breakfast and food area was dirty and nasty.

    as soon as I land at night they called me and said the air condition AC broke they give me an option stay in the same room or to cancel and they will give me the money back I asked if there’s a different room. They said the hotel is booked probably they booked my room too so in the middle of the night at the lock for different there was convenient and stressful and now Care

    The computer didn't work so I had to email documents to the front desk for printing. I do confidential stuff so having the staff see my work is not good. There was no milk at breakfast the first day but they did have it the second day. The room need some work. The toilet ran at night and one of the closet doors would not open. Amber at the front desk was great and extremely helpful with the issues I had. Apparently they are mid-transition for a new manager so maybe the issues will be corrected soon.

    Shower heads were small causing low pressure. Our grandson sleep on sofa bed in king size suite and found it Very uncomfortable. We had to put the sofa cushions under the mattress so the bar wasn’t poking him in the back. The staff was very friendly and responsive and overall the stay was good.

    Although we did have a nice stay the two front desk clerks was very rude. They cancelled our reservation before we arrived even though we chose the option to pay at the property when you check in. Mind you, it was only 4:15pm At this time so checking in was a big inconvenience as we were already running late to an event. THE BATHROOM HAD MOLD IN THE CEILING, which was Gross! And In The Bedroom Area There Was Also Spider Webs In The Ceiling. Overall The Only Pleasing Thing About This Stay Was During Breakfast. The Food Was A 10/10 And The Cook Was A Very Nice Young Lady Whom We Enjoyed Talking To.

    From the beginning of our stay, the concierge's desk was very unwelcoming. Anyone was able to just walk into the property and right up the stairs, which is a big security concern. The rooms had no hangers to hang clean clothes on, so you have to live out of your suitcase. The carpet was very, very dirty, and had a bad smell too. The window latches were broken in our room, and the bathroom sink kept clogging. Even the toilet got clogged! The morning breakfast was very unsatisfactory. A lot of semi-trucks also park in the hotel's back lot for some reason.

    I booked this hotel because of the pool for my daughter's birthday. 1 st the took the payment out before we even arrived which wasn't stated at booking. I thought we paid once we arrived as it stated at booking. Next upon our arrival, we we tols rhe pool waa down!! Of course the kida were disappointed and myself because that was the whole point of booking. They did nothing to accommodate this inconvenience. Very disappointing

    There were ants in our room on our desk. And the desk was also sticky. The shower was wet when we checked in at 8 pm. The pool was closed and all the food in the breakfast ran out super quickly. The bathroom had mold in the corners of the shower. Bed were super uncomfortable and the floor was dirty under the furniture. It’s was so disappointing I don’t know if I have enough space to write.

    My kids were really looking forward to swimming, but the pool was out of service as soon as we checked in. When we came back after dinner, it was operational, but closed at 8- much earlier than most hotels. The pool was also out of service first thing in the morning. We understand that this happens occasionally, but it was very disappointing.

    This hotel has seen better days. The room was musty, the walls were crusty, there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub, and I discovered there was no shampoo, soap or conditioner in the shower after already getting in. I'm glad I was there only one night.

    The night clerk when I first arrived was very rude, even seemed hostile (although, the clerk the following day, Amber, was excellent). The toilet kept being stopped up and had to be plunged. Something weird was going on with the outlets as when I plugged my laptop it, it would not function correctly (never saw that before)...but when I plugged it into an outlet in the lobby, it was fine. The fridge was very noisy and I had to turn it off.

    Country Inn and Suites used to be a very nice hotel chain. Homey. Clean. Baked cookies. I have stayed in two recently, and they both were dumps. This one especially. The room stunk, like mold and vomit and who knows what else. It was dirty and worn. The noise at night never ended. Plus, the breakfast room was small and overfilled with people who think it's ok to eat in their pajamas with no shoes on. Disgusting. It was also way, way overpriced!!! I will never stay at this chain again.

    When we checked in it was 5:00pm and check-in was at 3:00. We were told our room was not cleaned yet and we would have to wait 20 more minutes. At first the front desk worker was not helpful, then she stepped up her game and moved us to a room that was clean. It was a suite which was an upgrade for us. The room was decent, lots of stains on furniture and carpet and a dirty towel left in a closet. The hotel was pretty run down overall, but it was not the worst place. It’s an average place.
