    All of our billing was messed up and our credit card had charges in duplicate and worse. I tried three times to fix withstaff, very dumb. Then I spoke withsupposed manager. We could not wait to leave, on the road nd manager not in. We told them we would cancel all billing with credit card by 12 noon. At 11:50 am I finally spoke with manager after three additional call. He said his name was Bobi. HE said corrections would be made but they still have not.

    The staff was very nice. We had a little hiccup on the check-in with the card reader, but the guy at the front was very patient and didn't mind calling his boss for help. The location was great, and the side access of getting to your car was a plus. The bed slept really good and it had plenty of light switches. Didn't like that the pricing that I confirmed to made it like the total price, but upon checking in the taxes were added. The room could use a little updating and dusting. There was cob webs in the corners and the air kept cutting off too soon, so I kept getting hot thru the night.

    The room was dirty, doesn’t look like the pictures. There were loud guests in the lobby that made us feel unsafe. Traveling with young children and an elder, we checked in, found a new hotel and checked back out in less than an hour. Currently disputing with my bank.

    Despite being a smoke free hotel we were horror the strong smell of cigarette smoke the second we entered the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the room has a lot of wear and tear and really needs to be renovated.

    Absolutely nothing My room was dirty patch work on the walls the door to the closet was punched in and poorly patched over. There is a bad smell throughout the ENTIRE hotel. My first room was terrible I asked for another room and after getting the room the next day i find a colony of ants in the room. After my second night (out of 7) I just checked out and got a new hotel. The manager is still yet to issue a refund even though on the phone he made it clear he would refund me. When I brought the issue to him his response was “it was raining so the ants were trying to get in.” I kid you not god can strike me down now if I’m lying. The two lady’s at the counter were amazing though they are this “hotels” only saving grace. I wish I knew their names to properly thank them.

    the outlet in the bedroom was cut out and it had a junction box in the wall. large gaps, as i was sitting there a mouse climbed out of the hole and ran under the fridge. Later the same evening i saw what i assume the same little moue climb back into the wall. I did report it to the front desk and was told they would look into it

    The people were very talkative and friendly! We had a fun interaction me and my wife with the front desk man who helped us check in. Not only that, all of the workers there did seem to genuinely enjoy their job. The room desperately needed some repairs. Holes on the door, scuff marks on the walls, doors that scraped against the carpet. I really hope that the money we spent goes to repairs for the rooms as this one needed a little extra tlc.

    Room was fine, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Advertised that they had a pool which they said they hadn't had for a long time. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Close to Tinley Park which was great. Continental breakfast was kind of gross but I got down there late so that could be why or maybe I am too picky. They refilled food even at the last minute which was nice. Overall felt safe and was clean which was main thing. No pool, continental breakfast very basic which I guess is normal but after coming back from Europe, guess I am spoiled.

    Very disappointing stay. I experienced bed bugs and multiple bites during my time at this Comfort Inn. When I reported the issue to the manager at checkout, he was dismissive and disrespectful, and the conversation took place publicly in front of other guests, which was embarrassing and unprofessional. Despite the situation, and despite the fact that I did not stay my final night due to continued bites and feeling unsafe, management refused to offer any refund or remediation. Overall, the handling of a serious health and cleanliness issue was unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here.

    Convenient for Tinley Park Concerts. Only down fall is they won’t check u in until 2:40 at the earliest! Parking lot was empty and lobby attendant still said rooms aren’t ready until 2:40 at earliest, come back later didn’t offer us a place to park and to check our bags. He just sat at a table in the lobby on his cell phone turning reservation customers away!

    Overall, my experience was good, but the reason why I am leaving a two star review is because I changed my booking to a bigger room and they did not refund me for the small one bedroom that I previously had.     We travel a lot. Unfortunately people from some cultures, who own and/or manage hotel facilities here may have a different mindset towards what Americans expect. It is unfortunate that corporate America doesn't do a better job educating potential owners and managers about what people want versus "stuff" just to get by with. While the exterior looks good the inside, the heart, is where the "good stuff" comes out. Generally everyone is very pleasant and breakfasts are okay.

    I told this to the very cold and rude desk attendant when i wrnt to check out, i asked for a reciept she argued with me saying she won't print one, that I'll get an email. I demanded one and she printed a blank receipt- gave it to me , i told her her room was filthy and our health is not their priority. I don't sleep with bug infestations and never again in indian run hotels or Comfort Inn. The " breakfast " looked like re- gurgatated yuk.. the hitel industry really should crack down on indian run facilities.

    Breakfast ends early at 9am. I wish it would have been until 10 am. It just gives the hotel guests time to sleep in. So we missed breakfast when we stayed there. The phone is broken, we are unable to hear anything when I tried to call the front desk. It rings and all and the volume is up. Just an outdated phone with no loud soeaker option too. Beddings a little rough and pillows aren't so comfortable.

    Considering the many options around the surrounding area, this was subpar. I booked due to competitive pricing however in hindsight I would’ve paid the extra bucks to avoid the experience I had booking with this hotel. For starters i didn’t complain when they gave me an accessible room when I didn’t book it via Expedia. The room was fairly clean so I let it ride because I didn’t want to have to take my luggage and move elsewhere. I originally booked for 5 days/ 4 nights. I then used the app to book an additional 5 days 4 nights however this property doesn’t allow Apple Pay, card only. So the manager whims man start with a B attitude was off and in that moment I should’ve went with my first mid to book elsewhere because he made the process more difficult than what it needed to be in my opinion due to other bookings I’ve placed. I rebooked an additional 5 days 4 nights reservation as I’d did originally, however he took it upon himself to disregard the booking I placed online and charged $130 for one night when I paid for the duration stated. He claimed he cancelled the original booking so I went to my booking app which showed the active booking along with the price paid which was $385. Of course I was caught off guard and upset because it was a inconvenience to me. When I showed the booking I made he decided to at defensive and disregard the information that I provided to him

    If you are looking for a place to stay for a concert, this is convenient. The rooms seemed to be clean but hard to get passed the long water stain on the ceiling, the musty smell in the room (luckily I had air freshener) the cracked and splitting bathroom door, the stains on the front of the tub, and the shower curtain that doesn't stay closed because the holder is broken. Did I complain to management, no. These things were nothing that could have been changed during my stay, but this hotel needs a major overhaul.

    This hotel is also a total dead zone and their WiFi is not great. I have AT&T so maybe other services work better. At one point the WiFi refused to kick in so I had to drive away to make a call. Otherwise, I got what I paid for. But that was the first and last time I will stay at a comfort inn.

    When I checked into a dirty room and then went to talk to the the front desk she was rude and told me she wasn’t changing her dirty linen but I could. I the. Asked to speak to manager she refused that as well. Staff then states how do I know that you didn’t dirty the room, then continue to stay. There is nothing she could do about my reservation because I booked it through Expedia I said so it’s Expedia problem that your housekeeping didn’t clean a room. Then she proceeded to tell me that she’s 50 years old and she doesn’t need to deal with this. By far the worst service I’ve seen anywhere based on that I will never stay at another comfort Inn.

    Close to Credit Union 1 Amphitheater and the price was fine. Staff was less than friendly or helpful, tried to make conversation and no one was interested in talking or helping. The room was meh- nobs broken and stains on the carpet - but it wasn’t overpriced so I guess we get what we pay for.

    There was no couch in the suite (as pictured when booked) so we could not use the other room of the suite at all and had to sit on the beds. There were stains on the mattress and overall old and dirty. Coat WAY too much for what we had. Says sleeps 5- where would a 5th possibly sleep?

    Coffee pot in the room didn’t work so I took it to front desk to ask for another one. Guy said they don’t keep extra - seriously? Said he’d try to check an empty room for one - never heard from him. Came in late that night and got coffee from the carafe in the lobby - it was cold. Little things matter when your ttl with tax is $255 for one night.

    The man who checked us in was extremely rude and would cut me off when I asked about the unexpected fees. I did not expect the extra room hold on top of the incidentals. I was charged 200 for room hold. Another 200 when checking in and another $100 for security deposit. So my 200stay turned into 500$plus. It took about 3 days for the holds to drop. I understand and was expecting the incidentals as most hotels do this but to also charge another security deposit of the cost of the stay too was a bit much.

    We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert at Tinley Park Amphitheater. This hotel is very close to the venue. Lots of restaurants nearby to chose from. The hotel is a little dated and our "suite was pretty tight in the bedroom area.

    I was a little disappointed,that they nolonger have a pool. This is why I chose this hotel. Other than that. It was a great stay. Staff were very helpful. Please let costumers know. That the pool is not available. Giving them the option. To come or find another hotel. With a pool.

    Its ok, not the best but not the worst either..rooms are not as big as some other hotels next door. I didnt care for them not asking me for ID. Like any orher hotel to verify identity... they didnt verify the vehicle year , make and model, they just didnt care but to het the security deposit..

    The staff was not very helpful and the alarm went off for several times my second night and late at night at that. The printer and computer didn't work on the lobby and the agent did not assist me even when asked. The room had stains on the bathroom wall and the pillows were flat and extremely worn and small.

    The staff was nice. The room however has been neglected of up keep. The ac unit is loud and needs replacing. The bathroom door would not shut. The bathroom would appear to be clean but the wall trims were filthy. Smeared, what look like makeup on the trim. Minimal bathroom supplies. The mini fridge you could not adjust to get it cold to refrigerate your water bottles. We wouldn't stay again. They do have nice staff though.

    Their towel had hello stains on them. The chair in the room was broken. I started my cycle while I was sleep and got period blood on the cover so they kept my deposit because they said I damaged their property

    Property needs a total renovation. Pics are mismeading. It's a "0" star hotel. No security. Doors open freely without a key card at night. Not safe. Children playing stick ball in the parking lot during the day. Floors unswept.Trash on the outside. Interior smells. Thank goodness I only needed 2 nights.

    I really appreciated this hotel. It was clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and professional. I appreciated the breakfast that was available each day. I had to extend my stay a couple of times and it was not a problem at all. I said if I couldn't stay at home, Comfort Inn and Suites was a good place for me to stay. I will refer friends and family that want to come to the area to look at this hotel.

    All in all a great stay. Was only overnight but the room was clean and comfortable. We were two people in a king room and I will say the bathroom was a bit small. With the door swinging open, it just cleared the space between the doorway and the toilet. I can see it potentially being inconvenient for family stays. Now the bathroom size could differ between types of rooms, but I wouldnt be able to confirm that.

    We booked this room because it had two beds and a pull out sofa. We needed to utilize all of the sleeping spots. When we went to make the sleeper sofa, the sheets were just folded and under the couch cushions. The sheets were gritty. I called the front desk to ask for clean sheets. She brought some right up. After I called I went to pull out the mattress it was full of crumbs and trash. The mattress itself was stained and dirty. The sofa bed was unusable due to the filth in it. When they brought my new sheets up I showed her the state of the bed, she took pictures to show the manager. When I checked out in the morning I mentioned the bed condition to the lady at the front desk and said she had seen the picture and the manager would be contacting me. I have not heard from the manager.

    Staff was helpful and pleasant! Room was quiet!!! Room was clean. My room needed repairs/upkeep, specifically bathroom door water damage and ceiling stains. Makes it look like your hotel is rundown and not worth the competitive prices you are charging in the range of better kept hotels.

    This place is very clean and it’s in a great location not too far from downtown Chicago, the price is excellent here for what you get. The rooms are a little dated, but for the price you pay and the cleanliness of the room it all balances itself out.
