Reviews
The hotel is generally perceived as a budget-friendly option with a convenient location off I-95. However, cleanliness and the condition of the rooms are major concerns for many guests.

This place was absolutely disgusting, we walked in and there were roaches on the bed, room was dirty, sheets looked unwashed. Needless to say we got our money refunded and left.

Veey close to I-95 North, quick exit.

This is a good basic budget motel - very good value, if you can be happy with just the basics. The rooms are very spacious, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was big, everything worked - just no WiFi, and no breakfast. Parking is convenient, the area is quiet - the only other building nearby is a big gas station.

Clean room. Nothing bad and nothing special. It was a good peaceful stay.
- 4/5
Check in was easy. Parking was easy. The room was clean. For a $72 room, I didn't mind that the microwave or fridge had cosmetic issues (I didn't need to use them). I work in hotels and found that everything was standard for a roadside motel. The one issue I had was my tub didn't have a drain. Not a big deal, I just plugged it with a washcloth.
- 3/5
Easy parking. Adequate accomdations for 1 nite.
- 2/5
The room smell like humidity and the shower not clean plus not hot water.
- 4/5
Too much old trash and junk around the property. Did they never hear of a dumpster??

We stayed one night during our travels. The hotel was right off 95 and was a nice rest before continuing on. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable bed for this price range. Easy to walk pets.

It was in a decent area!! Smelled like weed and mold

Desperately need a coffee pot and a shower chair from! Please, and thank you. The room is small. But clean. I was having trouble with water running out the sink slow. It started the evening before I checked out so it was not reported. I'm sure it would have been taken care of. The staff was excellent!
- 2/5
Place is a dump. No lobby. Locked door to lobby, had to ck in through a window. Stains, broken hangers, broken lock, broken desk. I think the owners must have submitted the good reviews
- 5/5
Clean room, great for price, stayed with spouse, 2 children and two pets. You can hear cars pulling in and out of this location. There was a homeless guy asking for money but you can encounter that anywhere. No bugs, no concerns. :)

Older furniture but new bathrooms, floors, lighting. Great shower. Lots of places to charge phone, tablet, etc. A better stay than the Hampton the next night.
- 2/5
Stains and cracks in the bathroom. Stains and tears in the bedsheets. NO SMOKE ALARM , only wires sticking out. (Isn't a working smoke alarm a legal requirement?) Room smelled of cigarettes. No amenities to speak of.

Younger staff is way more friendlier than older staff

After taking shower and walking over to the bed to put socks on bottom of feet dirty Property showing its age regular daily maintenance not preformed Price was good we got what we paid for

Very clean, updated. Easy check in and out. I will stay there again.
- 3.5/5
Very convenient for a stay with dogs. There's a big stretch of grass in front of the rooms, perfect for dog walking. There was a $10 (I believe) fee for my dog. The room was fine, not anything extraordinary, but met our needs for an overnight during our road trip. A little dated, especially the bathroom. Could have been cleaner, but it was fine. No breakfast at all, and no access to drinking water, but front desk was kind enough to give us a couple water bottles when I asked.
- 4/5
Room could use updating. Things dumped behind hotel
- 2/5
Really needs a good cleaning and needs updates.
- 5/5
Place was older, but clean and staff was very helpful :)
- 4/5
Basic room with a clean comfortable bed and a hot shower. Easy access to I95 so not. a bad place to spend a night. Would be nice if the office folks could part with a smile.
- 4/5
The rooms are very basic but they were clean and the staff is friendly
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 4/5
It is a budget motel. Low price, low budget. Beds were clean. No breakfast. Fast check-in. Slept well. Door to the bathroom did not close and light switch was outside and on other side of door. Only two threadbare towels and a washcloth. We had a good stay in a budget hotel. It is what it is. Arrived late, left early and hopped right back on the highway within 2 min.

Expedia or Bookings, I told her neither and it was on Hotels.com. She said they only do reservations from those 2. I just showed her my confirmation email since there clearly was a language barrier. She made a phone call and left and then came back and filled out my name and license # on a paper and gave us a room key. The room was gross, floor was sticky. Beds were junk, fridge was dirty, outlets were lose and couldnt plug in cords, bathroom was dirty. I havent had much luck booking from Hotels.com app lately. Will never recommend this place EVER!
- 3/5
Adequate for the money
- 1/5
The place was so bad i left and went somewhere else i couldn't stand being there
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
The place was nice and quiet and close to the mall about 15 min out and places to eat.
- 5/5
Everything was ok
- 5/5
Inexpensive motel right of I 95 easy parking
- 4/5
but it's time to re-prime and paint that bathroom ceiling.
- 4/5
Clean. Friendly staff. Good price.
- 3/5
won't stay there again
- 5/5
The gentleman who checked me was kind and considerate. I had three dogs and he very nicely put me in a first floor room for ease of potty breaks. I was late to check in by five hours yet he was quick to take care of me. The rate was very good and I hope he gets more business. As an extra bonus, the empty field across from my room allowed me to walk the dogs as well as reach it quickly with m10 week old puppy. Kudos!

Going to FL to NJ :)
- 1/5
The atmosphere was unpleasant and the owner staff was unwelcoming,,the room was partially clean and the sheets had holes in it and stains and the morning I was leaving the receptionist was unpleasant because I asked for receipt.
- 5/5
Fine for a budget hotel. No breakfast of any kind. Wifi worked fine, TV had bad clarity.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
The size of the soap bars is ridiculous
- 5/5
quiet area , and great hamburger place across the street
- 2/5
The room smelled moldy
- 3/5
The night check in guy was fantastic very friendly. The morning check out lady was rude not friendly during the check out process. I asked her some questions when I checked out at 5AM and she didn’t speak. Didn’t answer not one of my questions. The hotel was decent for the price. If it were not the the horrible check out process this would have been a decent hotel.
- 5/5
It is a good place to stay
- 2/5
The room was dirty. There was a large dead cockroach lying in the dirt on the bathroom floor. There was trash in the room. Towels and sheets were thin and scratchy. We only had 1 towel for 2 people. The place was old and run down.
- 5/5
Its a very inexpensive stay. Close to I-95 to stop and get sleep. There is a truck stop across the street for a selection of meals for under $11. The owners are polite & attentive. I’ve been here many times on my way from Florida to Pennsylvania and back. Its not a resort but i will use it again & again. Safe.
- 4/5
Quick over night stay. Good value. Room was clean. A/C was cold. Location good
- 5/5
Quiet and clean room. No dining options close by but staff did provide menus for restaurants that delivered, very welcome on a cold rainy night
- 4/5
It was inexpensive and convenient for my needs.
- 4/5
I chose this hotel because it was cheap and convenient to the location where I was traveling. The bed was very comfy! The bathroom did smell like mold and pee but other than that I did have a nice stay!
- 5/5
Doesn’t look like much, but it was race weekend and for 100 total for one night it was fine. No frills
- 3/5
Needed coffee maker and fan in bathroom
- 4/5
Surprisingly clean for price. Great value.
- 1/5
Looked clean and inviting from the outside...HORRIBLE dirty bug infested stained sheet no light bulbs cigarette burns in the sofa smelled and more BUGS
- 4/5
Very clean. Beds comfortable. Check-in woman was nice.
- 5/5
Right off hwy. Nothing around but i dont care. They do cash if you want which is excellent. Girl at desk is nice. Clean, tv works.
- 3/5
Room needs Coffee pot
- 2/5
The only reason I pulled into this hotel, because large poster on I-95 said $39.95 per night. It was a lie. They wanted $69.95. Through Hotels.com I made reservation and it came to $60. Parking is free. Breakfast doesn't exist in any form, not even coffee or water. Room is equipped uipt with pretty much everything except toilet paper or napkins. Mold is everywhere, including furniture. Light bulbs are luxury, I didn't need for the stay. "Large" 25" TV did work, but didn't show anything except gray lines on any channel. Other than that all is peachy
- 3/5
They did not have my reservation. They could only accept cash and there was a bug on the wall in the room.
- 2/5
The room smelled and the bedding was dirty and had a damp odor spot in the middle of the bed.
- 5/5
Clean. Well worth the cost.
- 3/5
This is a no-frills stay for $60. If you need these, BYO hair dryer, coffee, & clock. The bed, plumbing, & shower worked fine.
- 5/5
Great place reasonable price!
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
- 3/5
Cigarette butt and ashes on the night stand when we checked in. Brings into question whether the room was cleaned properly.
- 4/5
I enjoy the peace and quiet there. I took the kids with me for a family vacation. They have a great time. Some of the things in our room was broken like where you hang your clothes and the one of the light you have to turn it on or off by pluging it out the socket and the refrigerator in the room froze everything in it. But otherwise from that i have a wonderful stay. Attraction was 1hr and 30 mins away but we didnt mind the driving. The staff are friendly and are willing to accommodate, im happy about the price as well because we save alot becajse we were on a budget. Thanks for the experience we had.
- 5/5
Low budget, quiet and afforded me a safe rest from loooong drive.
- 4/5
nice place to stay for quick rest over night but very Limited restaurants in the area
- 3/5
The room was clean, and quiet. The property was clean. A lot of the perks were n/a because of covid. My only complaint was the lack of food establishments in the area but there was delivery. It was a value for the cost and I'd probably stay there again
- 2/5
Room was dirty and out dated!
- 5/5
nothing fancy , but clean comfortable rooms , and across street at Mobil has the worlds best burgers and fries , that alone is reason enough to stay there (exit 150 , right off 95 )
- 4/5
I always enjoy my stay there. Never fails to be awesome.
- 4/5
Road trip during X'mas trip to Florida. This place is safe and very quiet for one stop from NYC to NYC. We are repeater!!
- 1/5
there were too many flies there were too many flies
- 4/5
Clean and safe, friendly check in and out.Not much to eat within walking distance but the small cafe across the street has great home cooking.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and had a comfortable bed. It was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. I would book it again.
- 1/5
Old and worn out
- 3/5
Adequate at best
- 1/5
Gross filthy dirty horrible place don't stay bad hotel
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. I liked the area..
- 4/5
My stay was quiet and relaxing also very convenient. The manager and his staff were great will differently return
- 3/5
Nice staff but badly in need of renovation. Worn out and feels dirty.
- 5/5
Everything was great I love to stay nice and clean peaceful
- 3/5
When I asked for breakfast, it was not a proper breakfast. the staff went to bring bread from the refrigerator with a big container of cream cheese, but it was already open and sharing with other customers, I did not feel that was the right thing to do especially due to the coronavirus situation. I think your hotel should be careful about that. So, I decided to not get any breakast from the hotel.
- 4/5
It was an OK stay for just a few hours to rest on a long road trip. Room was clean, bed was comfy
- 1/5
This hotel is isolated, you must drive 10 miles to find a restaurant. It was virtually deserted, there was only one other car there. The room smelled of overwhelming mold/mildew, i was afraid to take a breath. I did not stay there, i checked out as soon as i saw (and smelled) the room. The clerk at the desk was very polite and helpful.
- 4/5
The staff was extremely welcoming. The rooms were comfortable. I have no negative review.
- 4/5
Good hot water, clean and comfortable. Relatively large fridge. Not a cramped feeling. Recommended.
- 3/5
There AC unit was broken and we were extremely hot.. we ended up checking out early!!
- 5/5
Stop over to go to my home. Very convenient for me to stay here.
- 3/5
Really just so-so. Not that clean or modern but OK for a night while on the road. Price is a bit higher than the place warrants and there is little to eat, especially on a Sunday at this lonely exit.
- 5/5
We are going to go see family in several states and have been to different places. This was one of the nicest.
- 4/5
Service was good and rates were very good. But hotel was in kind of a run down situation. And was unsure on bedding and towels. Towels were stained and bedding was tattered.
- 5/5
It was perfect. Me and my wife work on the road and we stayed 8 days. It was peaceful quiet and clean. No bugs and clean sheets. I definitely recommend it.👍👍
- 4/5
Great price and location for my needs. Simple and efficient. nothing fancy, just a great room and a fair price.
- 1/5
The shower curtain had mildew and there was a cockroach on the bathroom door when we went to shower. The room smelled like people had smoked inside despite being a non-smoking room.
- 5/5
The AC was perfect ! Slept well everything was good in the room they just need to get their phones fixed
- 1/5
This was the nastiest place I have ever seen in my life! No one was at front desk. It was so disgusting my skin was crawling. I drove 100 miles inland to escape the hurricane. I had no choice but to stay. Attached are a couple of pics of examples. Wish I would have taken more.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the manager in charge on Monday was very nice.
- 5/5
Nice place to stop for the night on our cross-country trip.
- 4/5
clean room , and good for price
- 4/5
Wasn’t bad for the price.
- 4/5
Good price. Older sheets and towels. Internet worked good.
- 5/5
It had a neautiful country setting and was quiet all night
- 1/5
Thr frig was in poor condiction. The frig doors were hard to close. The shower curtain was dirty. The bathroom door was broken. No continential breakfast. Old cereal was in the containers where you check in.There weren't enough towels and wash clothes in the room. No coffee machine for coffee. The tray that the cups were on was broken. The room had a funny smell. I had to buy deodorizer and soap. The soap bars was so small, it was big enough to wash a newborn baby. My food spoiled in the frig. I had to throw it out. I WILL NEVER STAY THETE AGAIN UNLESS IT HAS IMPROVED. THE OUTSID OF THE HOTEL LOOKS BETTER THAN THE ROOMS.
- 5/5
Nice n clean
- 3/5
Very cheap. Had the basic necessities, but very bare bones; few low quality towels, half a roll of t.p., Almost no tissues. Easy close access to the higheay. The breakfast was very skimpy, just bread/toast and dr.y cereal. Okay place if you just need a place to sleep.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 2/5
To add to my review, after they had to change my lock because the door would NOT lock in my valuables! After 24 hours my keycard got deactivated! Went to front office where the adults have NO customer service skills whatsoever! The young teenage girl who came with her dad to change the lock had been polite and the ONLY one to apologize each time!!The shower had water shooting from the top of what is suppose to be the shower head, onto the floor and rolling up wallpaper. There were no knobs on the microwave to cook the food and the temperature knob missing from the air conditioning unit. I will NOT recommend to anyone NOR will I patronize that establishment ever again!
