Every thing except the breakfast was cold not hot of eggs ..no bread,soup was cold too.. The clean,and The hotel receptionist on the morning of my departure was very kind, friendly, and helpful to guests.

the room is basic but has everything needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast but it looked more than adequate Coffee is always available downstairs - but I would have preferred a maker in the room The room , close to the elevator was a bit noisy

It was clean, the breakfast buffet was pretty decent and the staff was helpful and friendly in every moment We were 3 guests in the room and there was only one bathroom towel available. When we just arrived one of the crew members opened the room door without knocking first, that was weird, supposedly they received a call from our room but that's not a valid reason to open without knocking. The lights on the wall and the desk were not working properly and the electric outlets where not in good shape.

No toallas en la habitación. Ya que las lavaron no las enviaban al cuarto no tenían personal. Se terminó el desayuno y no lo repusieron pronto. Y al hacer check out no había nadie en recepción. Marque como 4 veces para avisar que deje la llave y que me había retirado, nunca contestaron el teléfono. El hotel está bien general pero si necesitan mejorar el servicio

No towels in the room. Not only that, I asked the staff two times for them and the lady in the 4th floor rolled her eyes when I asked her, I dried myself with the hairdryer. No bueno 👎

In a city that is super hot we were having AC issues and they sent maintenance here and it broke again and I asked the front desk if they can give me a new room and they declined to provide me a new room but they want maintenance to come and check it one more time before they would switch me, at that point if I go back to a room with no AC I wanted a refund. FRONT DESK DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. CANT EVEN SAY IT WAS BAD SERVICE IF YOU CANT EVEN GET A HOLD OF THEM.

The location was convenient. The hotel was not very clean and had an unpleasant sewer smell. The restroom condition was poor, and the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and hard. Overall, the stay was disappointing.

Maybe it was just the week that we were staying there but the hotel was filled with men, like 90% weird men, didn’t feel safe at all.

En esta ocasión, a pesar que sólo fue 1 noche, me encontré con un hotel muy saturado con muchas personas en los alrededores y no se veían particularmente como clientes habituales. Referente a la habitación, el sistema de A/Ac hacía demasiado ruido (no lo normal para un sistema minisplit). En los pasillos y demás del hotel se escucharon también muchos ruidos durante toda la noche. El Wifi bastante inestable con desconexiones constantes y el desagüe de la regadera del baño estaba tapada; por lo que se volvió un estanque que poco a poco fue drenando.

The man at desk was hrlpful and checked us in half hour before check in time. The cleaning lady was extremely rude and they only gave us 2 towels instead of 3. Which we were 3 in our party. She asked you guys need more towels in a very rude way. No towels to dry our hands, no washcloths, no bucket for ice. All bad.

It was very good, customer service, rooms, variety of restaurants in wsalking distance, we felt safe, parking good.

A/C is old and noisy!! I changed 3 rooms, until there was one room with a less noisy A/C Floor was dusty

Reserve por el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, se lo indique al recepcionista al registrarme, no me anoto en su libreta, regrese a confirmar y para entonces ya tenia mas gente antes de mi, al siguiente dia, el chofer no llegaba, le pregunte y su respuesta fue que a veces tenian el servicio y a veces no, termine llendome por mi cuenta al aeropuerto, mi vuelo era temprano, el transporte llego pero yo ya estaba con el otro transporte, no podia arriesgar no estar a tiempo para mi vuelo eramos 4 personas

The beds were a little hard

On my second day, the Hotel did not have any towels for the bathroom. I complained to front desk and then to the cleaning people and management, and they apologized but said the Hotel sent all towels for cleaning and mis calculated. On my second day, I had to use my bed sheet and toilet paper to dry myself after the shower. This is not acceptable and I believe I should be reimbursed for that second night. First time in my life that I stay at a hotel that has no towels for the bathroom. Absolutely upset and Expedia should stay behind and reimburse me for the second night. The people at the hotel are aware of my complaint

The price and quality were excellent. Our flight out of Tijuana was delayed so we needed a place to stay. Safe, clean, comfortable with many different eateries within ealking distance. Breakfast buffet tasted homemade!

The hotel overall is okay. I just wish that their check in would be faster. I waited for about 15minutes to get checked in. Also the shampoo was rancid. It did not make any foam. The hotel was clean and their breakfast was good.

I like the property and the customer service. I didn't like the understaffed service, the gentleman had to attend many customers all himself. He was very polite and respectful but being by himself made the check in process longer. I also didn't like the shower drain being partially plugged and I had to shower in a pool like.

Stayed for one night. The hotel is clean and they do have a friendly staff. The room was clean. However they only gave me one bath towel. The bath towel was too small. The free breakfast was quite basic. If you need to use their shuttle service, you need to reserve ahead of time. They only have a small van and it fills up quite quickly.

it all started when I tried calling the hotel to ask a question they wouldn’t answer the phones at all. Second customer service was very bad at check in , they even asked me to send them the receipt where I had pre paid my stay, which I thought was weird because it should automatically come up in their system! Third, the room was not what the pictures looked online. The bathroom situation was the worst part where all the water came out of the shower. This will be the last time I stay at a city express.

La regadera estaba tapada. La tapa del lavabo estaba quebrada. Almohadas muy pequeñas y maltrechas Un caos en el desayuno por falta de personal y de una adecuada organización. Apenas una mini botella de agua para dos personas. Ruidos durante la noche y desde muy temprano. La tv estaba mal colocada (chueca). Pésimo servicio!! Y nosotros somos clientes frecuentes.

Traveled to Tijuana for a family event, so I knew I was going to returned late to hotel, it was nice to find parking space and feel safe in the parking lot and hotel.

There were no towels at all for shower. When I ask for it the employee gave me actitud. It was 10 pm and the hallway were full of children playing and adults were very loud. The elevators didn’t work with the key, and I have to ask some of the employees to set up the elevador for me. I’m not really recomendó this hotel.

Took 5 minutes to check in finally we got our after 5 hours driving we open the door and it was a guy inside fixing something even drink one bottle of water room smells like disposal water and found pieces of the map on the shower and the room whit hair on it next day around 8:00 am a lady wants knock on the door to clean the room when we only stayed one day no sings to hang outside the door letting know not disturb I wouldn’t choose this hotel again I only like the continental breakfast.

The place was clean, unfortunately, house cleaning never cleaned our room the first night. We ran out of toilet paper and only 1 towel was provided.

Booked room at city Express Otay because Expedia property details stated it was family friendly and free cribs were available. Unfortunately, upon a check in when asked for a crib for my 10 month old the front desk attendant stated they don’t manage cribs.

Management was terrible she was rude, didn’t offer any sympathy for the delay and didn’t offer any help at all. To everyone who books here beware you may be delayed check in until night time and you just have to deal with it because management for this hotel doesn’t care about its guests.

Al llegar al hotel, la recepcionista nos dijo que nuestra habitacion aun no estaba disponible para poder ingresar (eran las 5 de la tarde) que regresaramos mas tarde, le comentamos que deseabamos descansar ya y solo nos dijo que no podia hacer nada solo que esperaramos y regresaramos mas tarde, pero si llegabamos mas tarde de las 9 no nos garantizaba tener habitacion disponible.

There was a stinky sewer smell in the room that was coming from the shower drain. The mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. The upstairs neighbor stomped around til 4 in the morning. The next day in the morning the front deak clerk and the maid walked right into the room before would could answer it. Also the wifi disnt work.
