Location and staff was excellent being right across from Macro Plaza is a great plus Security at night I had an issue with noise in the hallway and no one answered the phone at 1:00 am I had to go out and deal with the situation myself

Everything excellent great service great breakfast very clean nice clean room great location right in front of a park and shopping center there’s traffic around it but the structure must be made sound proof because noice didn’t bother us in fact didn’t hear the cars The only thing room was on the first floor and the window was right in front of a lighted sign and the light was too bright that it bother me maybe put some darker blinds so light won’t come trough the the sign turn of eventually but for the time on it bother me

It was a good choice everything was great , the conform ,the location and the costumer service it was excellent ? The only thing was there's was no hot water but I didn't not contact the lobby or any person to solve the issue so it was a great time staying at this hotel

The whole place is falling apart. Floor tiles broken and off place, no only makes difficult to move luggage, it also represents a high risk of an accident. Carpet full of holes and pieces falling al over the place, plus looking very dirty. The actual room felt neglected: dirty floors, nasty sink and toilet bowl. The room smelt horrible! I notified the clerks and they sent someone to fix the drains by the second day. The breakfast was served by one person! You had to stay in line to get a little bit of food on your plate, and if you arrived 45 min before the end of the buffet, they stopped refilling some of the options. It was over all not a good experience.

Poor customer service, there were no towels in our room, we were assigned a room next to a very high-traffic boulevard and we couldn’t sleep.

Accessible and available on same day Next door occupants really noisy and did not get a solution when reported to front desk. Could not sleep with all the noise, music and loud conversations.

It’s ok if you’re only passing through I am not recommending it for more time

We were on the 4th floor at night way too loud traffic and bed too firm . Other then that service was good

It was a just okay stay… certain light switches didn’t work, toilet flush was loose, dim lighting, scratches on the walls, stained pillows, small room and the doors wouldn’t close right unless we pushed them in well. Breakfast is free but it was not entirely self serve which was a bummer and I lost my desire to want to have breakfast there. I’m glad it was a one night stay only because it wasn’t my favorite hotel to stay at. It’s something you would stay in if you need to for a night. Staff was super friendly which was a plus but the hotel itself is just outdated and needs more maintenance.

Check in was a little hectic since rooms were not ready by 3pm . There was about 6 other people waiting to check in. Besides that evwrything was great.

I’ve been to this hotel before and I can say that this is the worst stay I have had here, to begin I called the place and asked for early check-in. They said yes to come in at a certain time after I show up early because they accommodated me to getting an early room if I came at the time they told me. I show up and they tell me no there’s no rooms available. You have to wait till check in, I told them you guys told me to come early. They said oh I don’t know who you spoke with sorry. I waited in the lobby for a bit and got back in line to check in at regular check in time for them to tell me oh sorry you’re gonna have to wait longer cause we have no available rooms. Keep in mind I reserved my room about two months ago, so how is it not ready? After they checked me in, I went to my room and my toilet is clogged. There is no phone in the room so I can’t even call Maintenance to fix my toilet. I go downstairs and ask the workers and they didn’t do anything about it. they said they would send someone but nobody came until the next day. I had to use other family members bath room that were in the same hotel.

This place was so dirty , I’m so grossed out. I stayed because I was going to a concert nearby and read the reviews. It genuinely needs a deep clean. It could truly elevate the experience. The sheets had stains , the walls had stains, and there was all kind of hair in weird places.

The light from the rooms to dark but okay, may be little it more brigth

One of the guys at the front desk was not so friendly. Also, we were waiting for a room even though we arrived after check in. We were about the 2nd or 3rd group to arrive and they told us rooms weren’t ready. We sat and waited. While we were waiting, about 4 other families arrived. We waited about an hour and everyone who got there after us were getting their rooms, besides us, until I went up and asked for the 2nd time on the status. The guy looked shocked like he had forgotten we were there. I was so tired from the trip, I just needed a bed!

Our hot water was not working at all. The day of my checkout I was woken up by several knocks at 8am on my door. When I answered I was told if I needed anything before checking out. What?! I've never experienced this and it was pretty annoying that they kept knocking.

My reservation was to check-in between 3pm-12am and pay in person. There was an event nearby. Hotel was at capacity and tried calling me at 1:20pm from an unregistered number. I missed the call and they gave our room to someone else. No voice message was left. No prior notification or request to pay ahead of time. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional

This is not a onetime issue, it is a continues operation. Food in the morning is very good but the internet is bad. you may feel safe with all the police but a perfect place for the bad guys to hit.

They went in and knocked on our door at 9 am while we were still asleep, since we did not open they went ahead and unlocked and got in to the room, by then we got up and told them to get out. We were checking out that day until 12:00 noon. We had already had a rough night with all the noise.

Estuve en el hotel varios días. El personal es muy amable y siempre tratan de ayudarte en lo que necesites. El cuarto estaba limpio. Me gustó ver que había seguridad en las noches al entrar a la propiedad y la vigilancia de los coches. Por otro lado, el desayuno fue bueno y todo estaba muy agradable. Si vuelvo a Tijuana, volvería a hospedarme ahí.

When I arrived I was informed my reservation had been cancelled! I cannot even imagine how disruptive that could have been for us, for FORTUNATELY there were available rooms so they were able to take me in. All other aspects of the stay were great. Service was friendly and excellent and room was great.

Hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The only but was that they didn’t have coffee in the room .

Every time we stay here it’s so safe, convenient and comfortable, staff service always welcoming and friendly!

Saturday breakfast had buses come in preventing guests from receiving advertised free breakfast. Room and beds are quite small. The bed moves around in the room from just leaning on the wall.

Only thing that sucks is that there is NO Smoking area outside to sit. I understand not to smoke inside the rooms but outside should be a smoking area at least like all other hotels

Unfortunately sometimes there are no towels or or mats for the bathroom. They promptly provide if you inform the desk.

Also there was hundreds of cops from everywhere I heard (training or working) not sure if was a good or bad thing but felt uncomfortable.

I would recommend this place for convenience, its right off the freeway, a mall is right across the street and various eating options near by, parking and security included. The beds could use more cushion, they are a little on the extreme firm side but the rooms are nice/clean and staff is friendly. Also includes breakfast with good hot/cold options.

Bathroom door not closing at all. Room not as clean as I have been used to. Pro, more staff to clean around dining room area but hotel has begun to show its age and its a lot dirtier than previous years. Poor maintenance for sure

It was clean and well taken care of. Our rooms were always clean, check in and check out was very easy. Breakfast was also nice.

Room had dirty walls, there was a gap on the restroom door, no towels in the room and we asked for some they only offered 1.

I will like more variety in the breakfast, ( but was tasty and enough, I love that even it was a buffet an employee was serve the plate so no kids o dirty hands on the food 👍 ) , the card to open the door not work everyday we had to active it , the worst we remember when we were in front of the door, no fun, and NO POOL , but in general we will stay again, Service is very good, we think the room smell and immediately the housekeeper and the manager when to my room to fix the problem

Bath room wasn't cleaned after previous visitor, hair in everywhere. Bed smells bad and a red spot has been found.

Property is new but it is extremely run down. Carpets are nasty and room walls look the same. Room we got had a very nasty smell like sewer and hotel itself smelled extremely humid. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

The area is still under construction but overall in a good area plenty of places to shop and dine, they are about a 5-10 min drive.

This hotel is ok over all but they can improve. There was no towels in the room, we had to go down and ask for them at the front desk because there was a phone but with no line to communicate with the front desk, the remote for the TV wasn't working, they had to replace it by our request. there was a coffee maker but no coffee to make. I think they can easily improve on those details.

Room had no towels, had to request some. AC was not working, when they made it work putting in gas for cool air, it startef making a loud rattling moise. Called the receptionist several time and he kept hanging ip on me.

My didn’t have towels and the tv control wasn’t working after I told the concierge he resolved our issues promptly. Mini breakfast buffet, enough food needed for adults and children. You have servers which I loved as some guests tend to sometimes make messes. Overall. I will definitely come back!!
