Staff was super friendly from the valet to the cleaning staff very friendly and super helpful. Location was great, restaurants near as well as stores. Will for sure be staying there next time we go to TJ. Thank you for making our stay super comfortable. Nothing everything was 5 ⭐️

I liked where it was located and it was confortable and the water fall shower was amazing. The power outlets were in the cieling and the wifi was really bad.

The location is perfect in TJ, you can walk from the hotel to any excellent restaurant in 15 minutes. You can even walk to the mall and Starbucks in less than 8 mins. It is renovated and I liked the interior. In my room there was a spot on the floor which indicates that the room was not properly cleaned from the previous occupant. Also the hot water in the shower does take a couple of minutes to come on.

Great hotel, good value. Great location for having medical work done down in Tijuana Mexico. Everything you need is nearby. The only thing I didn’t really like is the bed pillows were huge and hard.

Second stay in these suites. Had a good experience both times. The area seems fine, and the facilities are great, basic and clean. You will have a good night's rest as beds are comfortable and I didn't experience any outside noise discomfort. Parking is no issue. They'll valet, but it's very safe. Nothing I didn't like.

No intercoms to to all to front desk no lobby no nothing .. paper towels dirty toilet paper bad quality .

We came for medical care for our mother-in-law which allowed us to stay in the same suite with a kitchen and separate bedrooms. The staff was helpful in attending to her needs- a shower bench. Friendly and they helped solve a problem we had with a passport being delivered. The kitchen was not fully stocked so if you are planning on cooking you have to bring all your supplies.

Staff was friendly and they have Valet parking 24-7 and you can see the car from lobby. Hot water wasn’t that hot in the morning when everyone was waking up.

The hotel was very nice. The staff were very nice. It was very clean. I didn’t like the step up into the bathroom because I was afraid I would forget to step down going back to the bed. But I managed. I also didn’t like that you could see through the door when the door was closed at the top.

I love this "home away from home". I travel to Tijuana often and alway return to Rio Suites. They offer several levels of accommodations, from a small simple room to full suites with kitchenettes. I can easily walk to shops & restaurants, and always feel safe. Staff is amazing, welcoming and friendly.

It met our needs for the type of visit we had. Some of the restaurants were walking distance which made it accessible and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The noise on the first floor was something that can improve.

For those of us who don't need bougie accommodation, but still want a safe, clean, friendly, comfortable and convenient place to stay, RIO SUITES is perfect. Affordability in walking distance to everything you could possibly need.

This place is a little gem. It has a couple of apartment style rooms complete with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, living room/sitting area and full kitchens. It is located in Zona Rio accessible to eateries, OXXO's restaurants, bars, the mall and more. Satisfyingly enough, after 10 or 11 the place becomes very quiet. Although parking is limited, there is an attendant 24 hrs. a day.

My stay at RIO Suites was amazing. The staff, from check-in to security guards and cleaners, were nice, respectful, helpful, and professional. I will stay here again on my next trip. The property was clean and well-maintained.

The kitchen was the selling point for us. Like other reviewers, the night club that's nearby is a real pain in the butt. When they start booming the music, you will not be sleeping if you're a light sleeper. Bring earplugs or a sound machine. The room was clean, the sheets, bed and pillows were super comfy. If you like flat pillows, bring your own. The floor in the room we stayed in was travertine tile, and was cold as sh!t in the morning. I packed slippers last minute which was a life-saver. The small heater in the bathroom didn't work but the mini-split was enough. The shower head SUCKS, it's one of those stupid waterfall heads so if you don't want to get your hair wet (i.e. I don't need to wash my hair every day), it was virtually impossible to shower. I GREATLY APPRECIATED several non-LED lights in the room, I can't stand LED lights as they mess with your circadian rhythm. The parking was watched 24/7 by employees. We walked to our dentist office (30 min away) each day, and had no issues of feeling unsafe at night at all. We would definitely stay there again. Photos in the advertising are definitely made to look nicer than the actual rooms, but no big deal.

I been staying there before and is always a pleasant stay.

The room was very nice. The staff was great. The loud music going on until 3-4 am was unacceptable. My wife was there trying to recoup from surgery and was not able to rest because of the noise and it was not an option for us the leave. It also would have been nice if the TV was not all Spanish speaking shows since we were American and there for 4 days.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Rio Suites. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a lot of amenities and clean water. Very safe location and my wife and I felt very comfortable on our 10 day stay. We will most definitely be staying again.

It was perfect, super clean, very safe and so many restaurants and stores near by to walk to. They have 24/7 security that really takes care of the property. Staff service was great, very friendly and welcoming. I stayed there in the 2 bedroom luxury apartment and it was amazing! So big and modern! Staff also speaks English which was a plus!

I came to TJ twice in the last week and both times the staff was friendly and the rooms are beautiful and clean! Stayed here both times and probably will next time!

Like everything no complaints

the place is a good place to stay and the surrounding are safe, still the issue is the noise in the night clubs in the area that do not allow to sleep peacefully.

Felt it was overpriced for 4 nights at $579 USD, but it makes sense due to Baja Beach Fest

It is one small lot directly outside the hotel. You just park and give your keys to the valet person. I was sort of thinking you would get the window directly outside but I mean the window is facing to the hallway so, if you feel uncomfortable like me, then you’ll leave it closed the entire time because if you leave it open then people can look inside as they are passing by. That’s the disappointing part. The room has decent space. The other not-so-great part was the water. It was so difficult finding a happy medium. When you found a good water temperature, the shower would then turn super hot or cold for no reason. It was very inconvenient. Regardless of all these things, overall it was okay. We stayed for 2 nights and it worked.

Room #111. We were living in the dark during our stay as we couldn’t open the curtains!!!!! The room was very small and is nothing from the pictures displayed !!! The bed was very small and very uncomfortable making loud noises at any move you make! The room was very humid and the split unit was acting funny! For this budget I could’ve booked in Grand Hotel or better hotels around with a pool and services! I regret it big time!

Then the room wasn't what i have been reserved (I reserved 2 queen beds, because i was with my daughter ) and they gave us just one bed. Plus the bed was very noisy (squeaky or creaky) and we couldn't sleep at all !!. And the room location was just in front of the hallway and front desk and wenhear the noise of every single gust that passing. The nextbday when i claimed, the manager said this is their politics and that it. I never going to that hotel again.
