Parking in property made it convenient. I had a stroller and the room i got i had to go down and up two steps and it made it a little hard. The wifi was super slow too.

I originally looked at a hotel near the ocean. It was a older looking maybe one or two star hotel and a greater distance from the airport, and less money per night. But then I seen the photos of Real Inn Tijuana. It was way closer to the airport and about 100 pesos per night more. When I arrived at Real Inn I felt like I just arrived on a blind date and my date used photos of her granddaughter and a good dose of AI on her profile. It did have a working AC/Heater, and beds with nice sheets. The water was good and hot, but you have to turn it on and then go brush your teeth, sit a spell in the toilet and maybe call your daughter you haven't talked to in a blue moon.. takes a while for the hot part to arrive. The restaurant was not exciting, I guess that's why the woman that first waited on us was so unfriendly. Another woman came out with our food and she was fantasticly friendly. The food price was a bit on the high side, about the same as the nice restaurant in the plaza down the road where the guy waiting on us was super nice and the food was worth the price. All said and done, we slept good, had hot showers, food, clean sheets and a meal. Who could complain! Mostly I probably would have been more satisfied if the photos in the web site matched the actual hotel. The price for this hotel should be a few hundred pesos less per night too.

Location and economical cost. Breakfast restaurant is excellent. Parking is great. Rooms have a small refrigerator and microwave. Solar system makes a constant annoying beeping sound 24/7. The outdoor pool area has a spa that is rarely heated. When heated there is an unpleasant smell of sulfur.

The stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately, the television set and jacuzzi did not work properly.

The staff were rude at all hours of the day. No one gave clear instructions or directions. Staff expected me to understand their lingo. The sink clogged up. The toilet backed up. There was mold in the ceiling.

The only one thing I didn't like is that I asked the staff for extra towels and she said that I needed to go to the office to ask for them. I thought that was not nice to do. We were two females, we cannot just use two towels for each of us. Females use two towels per person. In the bathroom they weren't any hand towels to dry your hands, not enough toilet paper

The fact that they were not enough towels in the room and I ask a housekeeper to get me two more. She said that I had to go to the check in office to request more towels. They were only two bath towels and no hand towels to dry your hands.

N/A First of all white bed sheet had human hair second of all, there was roaches in the room . I called the front desk to let them know the room was dirty , all they did was bring me the clean sheets for me to change them and all they did was remove the roach from the room. I was really uncomfortable and disgusted that I couldn’t get moved to another room .

The staff was nice, Larry was very helpful, the free breakfast was adequate. Air conditioning was good and shower was hot. Appreciated in room fridge and microwave. Taxi cabs are available on site which was helpful ! I found the property extremely noisy from surrounding street traffic, sirens all night and other patrons coming and going. And a very yippie dog a few doors down. Pool was very busy as it was a USA long weekend so didn’t use it!

Hotel is super clean. Parking in front of your own room made things easy. Staff was super courteous. My stay was excellent. Daily free breakfast was nice too.

Front dest receptionist super rude and has no maners, they stated after paying the deposit and going into my room that visits were not allowed I asked where did it state that they had no write information for you up front, she said only in the back door of my room. Super sketchy

Run down hotel. Pool was dirty. Next to busy street. Breakfast was ok not the best. Ladies be careful when using the towels if you leave them with make up stain they will chage you 100 pesos or 6$ dollars, FYI

So the place itself wasn’t terrible and specially for the price but the service? That was pretty sad, just not friendly, not courteous or nice, borderline rude mean, I saw 2 different girls one at night when I checked in, and an other when I checked out but just so unwelcoming I would never stay there I don’t recommend it if you have options don’t pick this one.

Check out staff was rather rude, accused us of having paint on the floor towel charged us for it, when the jacuzzi was still dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. A bit disappointed

Got a Jr Suite, it is in decay and dirty, and at checkout, they kept my $30 deposit because they claimed two towels were "stained" or dirty wich was not true, they were not shown to me and I explained that I did set one small one on the floor because the shower area leaks water

Outdated not what I expected. A suite has individual rooms at least. The suite I got was exactly like a regular hotel room i don’t know why it’s listed like a suite. The furniture was scuffed up old there was a safe that I couldn’t use. It didn't have WiFi, meaning I had to connect to one of the (20) different networks they had but couldn’t connect to any and to top it off if I would have connected to WiFi I would have had to airplay from my phone to the t.v. That had me very upset cause that meant I could not use my phone and watch t.v. at the same time. Hotels are suppose to have t.v.’s that are connected to WiFi and have apps to watch movies or whatever am i right ? What century are we in?

La verdad no fue lo que yo esperaba

The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. I was very impressed with the variety and quality of the food choices. The kitchen staff was very polite and professional. The room- the TV didn't work, and the jets in the hot tub didn't not work.

This is more of a higher end motel. Very clean, felt super safe, and it was close to the Marriott. We would go there for drinks.

We stayed here and it was good. Good for a night . Very noisy with the street but not bad. The staff at front can be nicer. The lady up front looked like she hated her job. But overall good stay. Has the basics for a cheap hotel.

The hotel has made smart carefully thoughtout improvements , frugal , smart ..price in this neighborhood very good and staff management , cordial and true delight of mexico people. Im pleased to be regular visitor and always rather stay than return to las vegas.

Shower was cold even after leaving it on for a bit to see if it would warm up. Parking was ok because there were hardly any cars. Receptionist changed my room upon arrival due to “not being ready” and when requested 1st floor she stated “oh no those rooms are not for this type of reservation” (online). Bed was kind of hard my body was aching in the am. Website pics misleading, pool water was dirty didn’t even get in.

Over the stay was OK but I'm not sure if I'd stay there again. The room seemed like it was in the middle of getting updated but the forgot to add little things like clean towels, ironing board and bed sheets. Also my 'view' of the golf course was a small window in the bathroom. I will say that breakfast was the best part of this stay the good was delicious and the service was great.

They charged us extra for no reason, they also did not give us our money back after checking out, area was unsafe. The shower head was broken and all the water in the bathroom exploded everywhere upon turning it on, not to mention this place also had bed bugs, a serious case of bed bugs. My family and I had to check out at 3am due to not being able to sleep.

Slow... better have data on your phone. Decent beds not to soft/hard. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. the free breakfast not bad.

Cobran cargo extra por todo, que no indicaba en la descripción de la reserva. Y el personal de limpieza fue bastante descortes. No regresaría al lugar, ni lo recomiendo
